I want to let everyone know that work from my Land Studies series has been included in a new book by the talented folks at Another Earth.
What Makes a Lake? Tracing Movement brings together the work of more than 80 artists to create a portrait of Earth’ lakes, rivers, and oceans. This collection of images and text offers an intimate experience of places that we hope create a new connection to and commitment for caring for our most vulnerable ecosystems. In exploring an expanded scope of lakes around many different communities, we see how all these bodies of water are not isolated but rather flowing in and out of one another, reminding us how much our impact ripples out. What changes can be made with new awareness?
What Makes a Lake? Tracing Movement is beautifully designed and printed and is now available for pre-sale, so you can order on the Another Earth website: https://another-earth.com/books.

If kaldur and wyynde met when they were young.
I like episodes where my favorite couple actually met when they were young.
Kaldur was working at a seaweed farm in Shayeris when the manager stopped him.
The manager was accompanied by a beautiful black-haired child.
"Kaldur, this kid's name is Wyyndy, and wyyndy a relative of mine who came from Poseidonis. There aren't many kids around here, so wyyndy having a lot of free time, so could you be wyyndy's playmate? ”
At the request of the owner, young kaldur became Wyyndy's playmate.
Seaweed farms have a workshop that shines special light to improve the growth of seedlings and make them less likely to get sick.
The way the light reflected on Wyyndy's aqua green eyes and jet black hair was so beautiful that it left a strong impression on young Kaldur's memory.
A few years later, kaldur enrolled in a magic academy.
He was asked by Garth and Tula to tell him about his first love, and kaldur told him about Wyyndy.
Garth: “Did you come to Poseidonis by any chance to look for Wyyndy-chan?”
kaldur: “That’s not true!”
Tula: "I'm sure you'll miss Wyyndy-chan, but for now you can settle for Garth's black hair."
Tula teases Garth by ruffling his hair, but kaldur snorts.
kaldur: "Garth's hair is dark blue-green. really had beautiful black hair! Wyyndy!"
“kaldur?”
Shortly after kaldur spoke Wyyndy's name, a boy with reddish-brown skin and a golden crown called out to him, him long black hair dancing in the sea.
"It's kaldur after all! It's kaldur from Shayeris, right?"
kaldur “...wyyndy?”
``I thought I heard the nickname I used to be called when I was little, but it turned out to be kaldur! I was surprised ~ Now I want to be called by my real name, Wyynde. It's childish and I don't like it anymore. So, can you call me wyynde?”
kaldur: ``Yeah...I understand.''
Garth and Tula notice kaldur's stunned demeanor.
More than that, I was very wary of the fact that kaldur's first love, Wyyndy-chan, was actually a Wyynde from a family of purists.
After this, Wyynde said a few words to Garth and Tula, then took kaldur out of the area.
Garth and Tula pretended to agree and spied on Wyynde and kaldur, who were alone.
Wyynde heard kaldur babbling shyly about something, so he was shocked, expecting him to confess his love to him.
wynde: “What happened?”
kaldur: "Um...um...sorry! I used to mistake you for a girl."
wynde「・・・・・・」
Wyynde teased by pressing kaldur's cheeks with both hands, crushing kaldur's cheeks.
kaldur and wyynde talked some more then went back to class.
Wyynde was excited at the prospect of kaldur confessing his love for him, but when him found out it was mistaken, he felt disappointed.
I would like to see a story about kaldur and wyynde in such a situation.

You think it's about another Earth, but it's really about a person coming to terms with their fuck ups. The other Earth is just a personification of the question "What if". It's alright.
this review of another earth is cracking me up. Can't believe this sci fi movie is about a metaphor
