I love how comfortable Adam and Lute are around each other.

I mean, look at this

So they're casually together during the extermination, much like how friends gravitate towards each other when in an event even if they're not talking or doing anything, just because it feels easier than being alone. Or perhaps Lute flew closer because she saw the huge war machine approaching Adam and got a little worried.

Charlie and Vaggie are going to attack them, and look at what they do:

Despite being Adam the one closer to Vaggie, he doesn't move an inch. They don't say anything (besides the shit talk) and Adam doesn't even look at her, he expects Lute will take care of Vaggie with no order from him, even if he's closer.

Obviously Adam is confident and doesn't think Vaggie can hurt him at all, but he clearly trusts Lute to get her out of the way. He probably knows how bloodthirsty Lute is for Vaggie and lets her have her without a word, and Lute complies, again, without a word, leaving him to handle the strongest of the enemies at that moment (Charlie).

So in this second, Adam and Lute communicated in silence. Adam didn't move and trusted her to cut in even if it was him the one under attack, and finally Lute trusted him to handle Charlie so she could fight Vaggie, as she didn't seem worried at all of the possibility of Charlie coming to protect her girlfriend.

They're in harmony. They're just natural together.

He lets her grab him like this and is willing to listen to her. It's clear he respects her and deep down appreciates that she'll keep him from doing something stupid, even if he whines.

She also climbs him? Lol. (Look at how she holds onto his arm 🥹 she's super comfortable with touching him!)

They're always hyping each other up, like in their songs:

I honestly believe that they kinda make each other worse, that neither of them would be SO mean all the time if they didn't have the other: a companion who is always backing them up, who agrees on any crap that comes out of their mouth (Lute lets him talk shit about random women and nods, Adam goes along with Lute's homophobia despite seeming to not care that much about homosexuals).

Many portray Lute being a lot smarter than Adam, but I think they're both dumbasses. I mean, we laugh at Adam for saying he never made a mistake in his fucking life, but it was Lute who first stated angels don't make mistakes, somehow keeping a serious face. I think Lute seems smart because she's more quiet and cares about the rules, but she doesn't do logic very well either and can be impulsive too, as shown in the end of ep. 1.

They're probably each other's best/only friend, because they're just so unlikeable. And it makes sense they'd deeply care for one another. They care about that person that stands them and agrees with them and actually enjoys being with them. They're always seen together, hanging out even off duty. They clearly have a lot of fun.

I'll be honest. I ship GuitarSpear, I love it, but I don't know if I want it to be canon for 2 reasons:

1. Lute might be a lesbian.

She is so repulsed by homosexuals that it feels personal. Talking about how disgusting and blasphemous Charlie and Vaggie's love is, or how many cocks were in Angel's mouth and calling him a whore. She cares too much about it for it to not be personal, and I think it makes sense that she'd be a closet lesbian with a shit ton of internalized homophobia. She probably knew about Vaggie's sexuality and held a lot of resentment towards her before tearing off her wings. Maybe she was even attracted to her and was so repulsed about it that she redirected her self-hatred to Vaggie.

2. I think it could be better for Adam's character.

Let's just think about it. This character has a very distorted view of women, he has a fixation on them and hypersexualizes them. So the idea of this horny man, who always sees women with sex colored glasses, being good friends with a hot female below him in the hierarchy with no sexual or romantic interest whatsoever is nice to me. It'd work as sort of a redeeming quality in regards of his relationship with women, and I personally think this man is very redeemable. Let's hope he gets a second chance!

Still! All of this trust and comfort and team feelings can be read as romantic and I certainly wouldn't mind if it becomes canon! They could be the best villain couple!

Summarizing, these two are soulmates, end of the story. They're worse together, but also probably provide the other of a very needed company.

I have no clue if Adam will actually come back, but if he doesn't, I'll feel very bad for Lute. Yeah, yeah, she's an evil bitch, I don't care.

Do not take this the wrong way but what is Tomdayas and Tom stans problem with Timothee it’s honestly weird. They get mad and hate on Tim and Z’s friendship and when stans post about it saying it’s not real and they are playing it up. But Tomdayas can say stuff like loving Claire and tuwaine’s friendship when Z’s mom is for sure not friends with him although I’m sure they are cool and cordial. It’s just gives off the vibe Z can’t have male friends or anyone one of the opposite sex around her unless she knows them through Tom and it’s weird.

Most Tomdaya fans I know don't necessarily have a problem with Timmy. They have a problem with Timdaya stans or Timothee STANS. Even if some Tomdaya stans DON'T like Timmy, it's more so because Timdaya stans are annoying, and/or Timmy stans can be insufferable and view him as superior to every other actor out here in his age bracket. Not to mention, a lot of his stans bully Tom online. 🙄 So, is it any surprise why SOME (notice I said some) Tomdaya fans might not feel all that particularly warm feelings towards Timmy?? 🤔

Update on Emily White, the fan who Tweeted yesterday that she'd had drinks in Key West "with a certain Scottish actor." Sadly, in researching her, I've come to the conclusion that she is a FAKE, and is simply a fan looking for attention. I'm posting the evidence I discovered for info purposes and truth purposes. I don't want to bash her. Read on for what I discovered.

So, yesterday, I was alerted in Anon Ask about this Tweet from Emily. And in doing a quick perusal of her account, it did seem like she had worked with Sam on Bloodshot, and could have met up with him for drinks, since they both seemed to be in Key West, Florida.👇

And then today she Tweeted this. 👇 But Sam asking an extra from Bloodshot to travel around with him on his Sassenach tour seemed VERY farfetched. So, I decided to dig deeper into Emily's background.

In my reblog of my original post yesterday, I posted I already had my suspicions Emily was a fake. And what led me to start thinking that was the case, was this account. This Twitter account "alerted" her that Sam was in Key West, and they tagged both Emily AND Sam. 👇

If you look at this Jamie Frances account, it was created to ship Emily and Sam!. Read Jamie Frances' Twitter bio. And LOOK at when it was created-- April 2022, the same time Emily created her Twitter account! Folks, this is what is called a person creating a fake account to promote themselves or promote what they want out there. NO ONE knows who Emily White is, let alone that she was an extra in Bloodshot with Sam. Why would some random woman then create an account that is ONLY for fans of Sam AND Emily specifically? And then put out there #findeachother S&E? Come on now. Obvious is as obvious does. 👇

But still, I could chalk it up to being a coincidence. So, I kept looking. Emily Tweeted that she's originally from Scotland and then moved to America 10 years ago. Okay, I guess that could be true. Her Backstage acting bio says she lives in Detroit, Michigan. 👇 Not exactly the acting capital of the US, but okay.

She now has an Instagram account with the same username as her Twitter account, but she also has an old Instagram account with her initials. 👇

And from looking at the old Instagram account, she had a man she was in a relationship with in 2021. Not sure if that's her husband or boyfriend, and of course, they could have broken up. But, she definitely has two kids, a girl, and a boy, and she no longer posts them on her new accounts. But she definitely did a couple of years ago. I whited out their faces since they're minors. 👇

If you look at her accounts, she posts a lot about Sam and Outlander. Sooooo, it's looking like she met Sam as an extra on the movie Bloodshot and that's IT. 👇

So, unless I get some CONCRETE proof to the contrary, the evidence shows Emily White is another woman caught up in Samshiness, and is projecting wishful thinking out into the universe. Trying to manifest her Sam fantasies, but nothing more.

As for her recent Tweet about traveling with Sam on his Sassenach tour, I'm thinking she means following him from city to city, and standing in line with other fans to have a bottle signed.

I do feel slightly badly calling her out, but the truth is important. I hope she finds things in her real life to fulfill her.

This is also means that the jury is still out as to whether Sam was traveling alone in Miami and Key West, or with a date, since the "Emily had drinks with Sam in Key West" NEVER HAPPENED.

There's only this itty-bitty question of how our robutts would go through this. 🤔"

The reason: I was so hyper-focused on typing that past a certain point I didn't realise I was NOT saving the progress anymore. Them MS Word did a crash. It was still without that feature to recover the documents, and I never recovered from those +10 pages lost. :°)

And that forever-lingering feeling that there are parts in a fic that don't feel like they convey the specific feeling as they should, but also I wouldn't even know how to tweak/improve it, so in the end I just leave it as it is.

It's fun! :D A little less fun when the character is a canon known to have a particular accent, and you, as a non-native, have absolutely no idea how to put said accent into words. :°D

Alan Turing Theory

Every now and then against my best interest, I take a quick look at reddit to see if anyone is talking about anything interesting. The answer is usually no so I quickly leave but yesterday I DID see an interesting theory that I MUST share.

As expected, the thread itself got super downvoted because "NO WILL THEORIES ALLOWED". THE ST Reddit is full of people like that sadly, so it's not really worth discussing anything there unless you want to talk about ships.

But this brave soul has a theory that honestly truly could be a thing and it even totally fits with my own ancient theories! Here is the their below 👇

So, first thing's first, Alan Turing. Father of modern computing as they say. Mathematician. Computer scientist. Code cracker. A bunch of other things. Man is a legend of a sort. He was also gay and he was prosecuted and chemically castrated for it. A great injustice.

Alan Turing is the man Will used for his "My Hero" project for I think a few reasons, the main two being he was a brilliant scientist and I believe because he's gay.

To be honest, I didn't think it could go any deeper than that really. Alan Turing being the subject of Will's project just seemed like another drop in a large bucket of evidence that Will is not straight, but also that he is still a huge smart nerd.

But this code breaking thing??? Oh my gosh it suddenly opened my mind!

Way back when, I used to write a lot of theories across two of my accounts, though these days I keep them to this account. I'm not sure if I ever posted it, or maybe it was lost to drafts somewhere, but I've always had this visual of Stranger Things almost being like a chess game.

You got the Mind Flayer on one side, and the heroes on the other. Every piece has its role to play, but each side needs a main "player".

I started to think of the conflict in Stranger Things like that shortly after the release of season 2 (which is when I got into the series btw). The Mind Flayer and Will being opposing players and Will using his unfortunate gifts to "play" the game and win.

How is this related to Alan Turing? It's the code breaking part! It's just like Will using morse code to tell them how to stop the Mind Flayer.

I can totally see Will's key role being to "break the code", intercept information about the enemy team, coordinate a plan based on the Mind Flayer's movements. Be the "brains" that stays behind the front lines. The phone man. The code breaker.

This is heading into fanfic territory, but I've always paired this up with El's abilities. You know, the one that keeps in contact with the other who actually has to implement the plans. Like the main who stayed on the space craft while the other two took their first steps on the moon. That kind of thing. Yessssss

That is just a fantastic theory and I hope it's a thing and boo to all the redditors that downvoted it because they're salty over ship wars.

A couple of very Dashing kids. Initially, I planned for Soarin to be their father but then I shifted from mainly shipping Soarindash to Thunderdash. Part of it’s cuz I thought it’d be interesting to combine Dashie and Thunderlane’s colors (rainbow mane and black coat? sounds badass), another part’s cuz Dashie’s a character I wanted to try a less popular/mainstream ship with. But then I also felt it’d be cute for them to have a friends to lovers thing going on. So here’re the results of that friends to lovers romance, Thunder Blaze (upper left) and Cloud Buster (lower right)! CB’s one of my next gen pones who had an old design…not that he changed much, lol (I just adjusted his colors).

Thunder Blaze was partially named after her maternal great-uncle, Rainbow Blaze, since he’s Dash’s favorite uncle.

Cloud Buster has a condition wherein he sheds a lot of feathers, hence his expression in the drawing. Thankfully, it doesn’t look like he’ll go completely bald, but he still leaves a lot of stray feathers. He’s basically like a pug, lol.

They have that kind of relationship where they bicker, tease, and annoy each other a lot. So basically they’re like the typical siblings. While they do love each other, they’re hesitant and embarrassed to admit it, much less say it out loud.

Between the two of them, Thunder Blaze has a longer wingspan, something she likes to lord over her younger brother. It’s this fact that’s one of Cloud Buster’s sore spots.

Dinky Hooves was Cloud Buster’s first crush. She had been introduced to him when Thunderlane bumped into his friend Derpy while the two of them were spending a day out with one of their kids. Cloud Buster would swear up and down that it was love at first sight when he saw the purple unicorn.

Neither of them were really interested in joining the Wonderbolts, much to Dash’s exasperation. Thunder Blaze did decide to try out the entrance tests but saw that it wasn’t truly her calling, so she opted out of it, while Cloud Buster didn’t really try due to lack of interest and being much lazier compared to his sister. It took lots of heart-to-heart talking, mostly from her husband, but Dash eventually relented and accepted that they wanted to follow their own paths.

For the most part, Cloud Buster’s pretty chill and laidback…until you insult him or his friends and/or family, then he gets really defensive. If it’s his flying skills that are insulted/criticized, he gets outright competitive.

Cloud Buster’s quite fond of his uncle Rumble and until now, he’s his #1 fan. He’s been his most avid supporter since day one and encouraged him to keep trying for the Wonderbolts despite his personal disinterest in them. Normally, he wouldn’t really watch any of their performances, but a show where Rumble participates is the sole exception to this.

Thunder Blaze is allergic to peanuts, a fact that she’s embarrassed about. She’s tried multiple times to “build up tolerance” but all of these attempts have landed her in the hospital. Really, the only thing stopping her from trying once again is her mother telling her that one more peanut stunt and she’s sending her to Tartarus.

In her pre-teen years, Thunder Blaze had an emo/goth/punk phase, much to Thunderlane’s exasperation and Dash’s confusion. During this phase, she would dye her mane black and red, wear lots of (sticker) tattooes, play off-key on a bass guitar and write (cringey) poems and songs. Pictures of herself during this phase are Cloud Buster’s leverage against her when he needs a favor from her.

Finally it's all over internet twitter and Instagram even curious cat and Quora you'll find ppl talking about Ji/ni and Ji dating rumors since 2020.It's a famous Ship and everyone is convinced by it like they believe a 100% they're dating. Every erigom would confirm this to you guys especially that Ji/ni always deleted posts and stories where she hints of her dating Ji and when she gets spammed with Erigoms and shippers saying she is indeed proving to then she is dating Ji, she immediately deletes her stories and posts where she posts hints of her being with Ji like a lot of other dates where she is eating with someone filming her and going on dates holding hands and she never shows the guy with her but she hints with couple clothes Ji wore before and we see him before wearing them but once she is spammed by shippers saying she is dating Ji and hinting at it, she immediately denies and replies to fans'comments and days she doesn't know him even though she was hinting with all her might at her dating him.

3 new manga this week wao, busy week for m+ (tho there were more I'm not reading) the one of most note is nue, the last of this WSJ serialization round and the one I was looking forward to the most, despite 2 of the other manga being by fujimaki and the shokugeki duo. sadly it didn't live up to my expectations but I talk about it more under there 👇

also I watched all anime episodes yesterday since mal was down for like 3 days thanks to a brainless hacker, I know I coulda just watched and updated it after it got fixed but I stubbornly like to do things a certain way tehe anyhoo

oh also there was a new chap of strike it rich but because of how comikey works I can't read it for free til there's a new chap in 2 week (yikes) so that's why it's not here, I'll be keeping a lookout for alternative sources for it but until then I'll just have to be behind ugh

very good episode, in every way, voices, character acting, like usual I know ofc ofc. it's funny seeing haru always comparing idol stuff to soccer to make it more relatable to herself while the producer plays along (as he should) while everyone else is flabbergasted. as soon as they were talking about outfits at the start I knew what the ep was gonna be about (and what the solution was) but it was still good. and let me tell you, it was extremely brained for them to have the new LiPPS song as the insert for the anime at the same time as the event for it came out in the game, it's free hype real estate baby.

Mashle Ep6

I was actually pretty impressive with how the fight looked (compared to the rest of the anime) and the addition of him and mash's reflection on the metal (wasn't in the manga I checked) was really cool. it gives me some hope for the future of the anime, not much but some hope.

Pokemon Horizons Ep6

good ep but it's weird as hell just seeing shiny ray in an anime episode. done with the roy introduction arc so things can start moving forward now, tho they still won't be getting to paldea next time. however they did tease that the bocchi voiced character is part of the ship, which is funny cause they always show the damn duck in her videos so it was right there all along, we're just blind fools

Jigokuraku Ep7

nice episode, next one is gonna be The Door and the start of quite a long stretch of action, tho it won't extend to the finale. considering where we are I have a pretty good idea where it'll end (setting off from the cave iykyk). I thought it was pretty funny how they straight up just delete the tensen's nipples instead of using god rays or stuff like that since it'd be too much of a bother during fights, and honestly I much prefer this to making the fights look worse. however they did use god rays to censor mei so that was good. also also when I was reading it I said this, and during the ep I looked it up and they do indeed all have the same seiyuu, one for the female form (kaida yuuko) and another for the male (suwabe junichi), so that's v fun, glad they actually went through with it

Nue's Exorcist Ch1

MAN, out of the 4 new series, even with fujimaki and the shokugeki duo, this was the series I was the most excited for but if I had to be honest it had the weakest ch1 out of all of them :( it's a real shame. the art is really good, very clean lines and very readable, everything stands out as it should and the designs are good. however, I don't think it did a good enough job at setting up it's premise as the other 3, rn it's basically just the mc going "I want to be strong enough to protect everyone" and I don't think that's enough. we'll see how it goes in the next few chaps, but if something of note doesn't happened in the next handful of chaps I could easily see it suffering the same fate as tokyo demon bride which would be sad. I'll try to keep my hope up anyway, I know I only feel like this cause I had such high expectations for it when I shouldn't but oh well

Blooming Love Ch1 - 3

didn't really have any expectations going in but it's pretty cute art club president meets a craftsman girl, who is trying to get better at art, and becomes captivated by how earnest she is about things art is very nice and clean and the characters are expressive, could be a nice little romance if it can last for some time

Kindergarten WARS Ch1 - 3

jump + title and first indie series to get picked up by m+ it's kinda like an alt universe sakamoto, the premise is "the safest kindergarten in the world" which is protected by criminals trying to earn their freedom it currently has around 30 chaps so it's gonna take a while to catch up even if they do 2 or 3 chaps a week anyway it's good, I was the most surprised by how good the action looks but even outside of that it's good. at the end of chap 2 I was like "I hope the formula isn't always like this or it'll get old fast" but chap 3 was completely different so that got rid of my worries. I can totally see why it's so popular in jp (over 1M views weekly) so looking forward to the extra chaps til we catch up in the coming months

I believe it was actually on August 10, 2022, that Sam posted this IG story letting us know he had attended the John Legend concert. John Legend was playing in Las Vegas. But Sam didn't attend the show on August 10. More on that down below.

I posted this video screencap sent in DM showing Sam and a tall brunette enjoying the concert. 👇 We later found out the brunette was Karina Elle, with whom Sam had been traveling throughout US national parks in a camper van in July of 2022. (Search my blog for those posts and that proof). 👇They obviously continued their time together in August of 2022 in Las Vegas.

Unless, ES think Sam is in a romantic relationship Cait, yet went to a concert in Las Vegas with Karina Elle just a few days before the funeral. AND was so unfeeling as to post the August 10 "What a show!" describing the John Legend concert ON THE SAME DAY as Cait's dad's funeral. BUT, here is PROOF POSITIVE Sam could NOT have been in Ireland on August 10th because he was in MEXICO. After hanging out with Karina Elle in July and then being with her in Las Vegas in early August, Sam went to Mexico with Alex Norouzi for his tequila business. i don't actually read that much fanfic, i think the metadedes ive read were just oneshots/otherwise really short and im gonna be honest i dont remember what happens in most of them. trying my best though, im gonna answer this with i think conflicts are solved too easily. its like one snuggle later and everythings okay. to be fair most metadede centered fics are fluff/comfort so whatever you know, i dont go in expecting that stuff from it

Things I look for in fanfic:

as said before i dont read much fanfic, especially long fanfic. i like short oneshots :) but if i did read long fanfic 👇 see below

My wishlist:

*deep breath* i want more metadede content where they drive in the enemies to friends to lovers. i want them to be the biggest mess ever and argue all the time and be petty and kick each others asses before they understand each other. the kf2 novel was pretty fun in that regard. this might be an unpopular opinion but as i said before just hhrhrhghg when theres stuggle it makes the end result more rewarding. the boys gotta work for their happy end

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other:

meta loves doing his own thing. taking some stuff from the novels (i think puppet princess in this case) he likes living freely, that's why he doesn't serve under anyone or take orders. he travels the universe a lot for one reason or another, and i think he can't live without exploring and adventuring. compared with dedede who likes being grounded in one place to protect everyone and cant leave dreamland, their lifestyles are incompatible. i cant imagine them settling down together like couples usually would. best case scenario i have is meta is only out some parts of the year, so he visits and lives in dreamland as much as he can, and he calls dedede often when he cant. bit of a long distance relationship :')

Sora Takenouchi Week: [Day 3 Prompt: Friends & Family]

I have always wanted to write a Sora + Takeru sibling fic, because in the Adventure series, there exists a level of emotional understanding between the two that I found quite endearing. Not only is Sora always doting on little Takeru, but Takeru also seemed intent on meeting Sora’s expectation no matter what is asked of him. It doesn’t escape me that eventually, somewhere down the line in canon verse, they do eventually become brother/sister-in-laws, and somehow it was the one aspect about the Sorato ship that makes the most sense to me. Yes, eventually Sora becomes Takeru’s onee-chan, and Takeru becomes her ototo. It made sense because in some way, they have always been just that: family.

For four tense hours, they drove in silence in Yamato’s travel-wearied car. Outside the rolled-down windows, the scenery passed by like still images preserved on glass slides. By the time they neared their mountainous destination, all signs of human civilization were put behind them, making ways for tall trees and pristine lakes. The only hint of man-made developments were the weather-beaten directional signs leading them to the hiking trail Sora had researched and mapped out in the days leading up to their trip

Now, with two hours of hiking under their boots and another hour of resting by the lake, Sora hoped there was finally enough distance behind them that Takeru could leave Odaiba behind and find some semblance of himself once again. But as she watched him march on ahead of her with sturdy steps, she had to accept the folly of this journey. There was still the same heaviness in his smiles, the same hesitation in his words. The carefree Takeru she beheld in her memory has evaded her grasp for far too long, the truth too heartbreaking for her to peg down a timeline. She couldn’t remember the last time she saw him smile without some grey veil draped over his aura. 

Somehow, it broke her heart.

She would travel countless dimensions to find him again, not just because he was Yamato’s younger brother, not just because in a few weeks time, Takeru, too, would become her own younger brother. But because in the absence of the Takeru she remembered, she felt an absence of a part of herself, too.

Their path ahead changed suddenly, widening up to display the edge of a steep drop. Takeru changed course and dallied over as far as he could go, hanging his body over the edge as if he was ready to take flight.

These were moments where Sora was convinced the world was more sky than land, that she could fall through clouds and atmosphere for days and never reach the ground. A wistful smile played on her lips and peace settled in her bones, remembering all the times she rode high with Birdramon and Garudamon through rolling clouds and fields of blue. With her two feet tethered to solid ground, this was the closest she’ll ever get to returning to her kingdom in the sky.

“Reminds me of flying with Pegasmon or Angemon,” Takeru mumbled.

Sora chuckled, “I was thinking the same”

Takeru flashed a smile in her direction, but her stomach churned uncomfortably at the sight. It was an empty smile, the corners of his lips tilted upward in the motion of a smile, but it never quite reached his dull blue eyes. 

Then, without warning and too sudden for comfort, Takeru dropped to the ground. Sora gasped in panic, instinct pulled her arms out, her hands grasping the empty space Takeru occupied seconds before. It took a few pattering of her hammering heart to understand that he hadn’t tumbled over the edge like she had feared. Instead, he simply sat down with his feet swinging over the gorge, those dead eyes surveying the land beneath.

“Takeru, that’s not safe,” she reasoned, “Come away from there, please”

“I’ll be fine, Sora,” he reassured her, “I’m used to this feeling anyways”

Sora took a few tentative steps towards him, then settled on the rocky ground beside Takeru, albeit she chose to tuck her feet towards herself while leaning away from the precipitous drop

“What feeling?” she inquired

“Hanging,” Takeru responded with his eyes closed. From up close and against the natural sunlight, she could see the subtle redness and the swell surrounding his lids.

“Hanging?”

“Yea…like this, hanging…just hanging. Hanging in the air, hanging in life, being left hanging, being hung up on, being hung out to dry…” he took a deep breath and bit his lips, then angled his face away from Sora. He adjusted the cap on his head, tucking it low to hide his eyes beneath the brim, but Sora’s keen eyes were adept at catching fine details, and she caught his fingers wiping at the corners of his eyes, and his palm pressing against them a second too long for it to be unremarkable.

“What’s wrong?” Sora spoke up.

Takeru forced another superficial smile, “Nothing…lots of dirt in the air, I think some got in my eyes” he commented with a dry chuckle

Sora sat up straight, hooking her intuition into their exchange the way her fingers dug deep into the meat of her thighs

“Takeru, you know you can talk to me about anything”

It took a full minute before he responded, it came in the form of a silent nod. With his face now turned away from Sora, she couldn’t tell if his eyes were opened or closed, or if they were dry or wet.

“Do you remember, Takeru, this one time we were in the Digital World, it must have been less than a day after we found ourselves lost there, I remembered you had fallen while we were walking, and I could tell that it hurt, but you told us you were okay. Do you remember that?”

Takeru shook his head, “I’m not sure…I was a clumsy kid so I used to fall a lot. It’s hard to tell one memory from another”

“Well I remembered it. I remembered it well because you were trying so hard to convince us that it doesn’t hurt, but I could see you were holding the tears in. So I told you…I told you it was okay to say it hurts”

Takeru remained silent, but at the very least, he was no longer forcing ignorance. To Sora, that was enough to keep trying.

“Life is a lot like that, isn’t it? Sometimes, we have to acknowledge the pain we feel inside. I know…” 

But before Sora could finish her sentence, Takeru had shot up from the ground. He turned away from her while adjusting the strap on his backpack, his head and shoulders bent low.

“We should head back,” he commented, “This was a great idea, Sora, but…if we don’t head back now, we’ll hit traffic on the way back. I know you have that appointment with the wedding venue tomorrow morning…”

He sucked in a deep breath, as if steadying himself for an arduous task before facing Sora with his hand held out to her.

“Come on…I’ll drive us back since you drove us here,” he offered with a small smile

Sora eyed his outstretched hand, then back at the fake smile and dead eyes, the redness had deepened, and suddenly, Sora couldn’t take it anymore.

“Takeru!” she cried out, so forcefully, Takeru flinched at the call of his name

“Is…is everything okay, Sora?”

She whisked herself up to her feet, then grasped onto his hand.

“Takeru, I’ve known you for a really long time, long enough for me to know that you haven’t been yourself lately. I’m worried about you, Takeru.”

The corners of his lips pushed into another strained smile. He shrugged and eked out an awkward laugh

“I don’t…I don’t know what you’re talking about, Sora. I’m fine. I’m perfectly fine. Maybe a bit tired from the hike…I mean I’m barely in shape…”

“Takeru, stop this! We’re about to be family in a few months. I care about you too much for me to let this go. Please let me in, talk to me, say something”

Takeru’s expression dropped. Gone was the fake smile and forced laughter. In their place, a heavy frown rolled in, followed by a vehement headshake

“I don’t want to talk about it”

“I know you don’t want to talk about this but you have to. I can see that you haven’t been happy in a long time, Takeru, and talking about it might make you feel better. It’s not good to keep things bottled up inside”

“I will be happier if we drop this. Please Sora, if you care about me, then believe me when I say I’ll be fine. I just need time to work through everything on my own. This is my burden to bear”

“But that’s the point, Takeru! Don’t you see? It’s because I love and care about you that I want you to talk about whatever that’s bothering you. Love is wanting the best for the person you care about, even if it means having difficult conversations like these. And Takeru, listen carefully…”

She stepped forward and pulled him close, enveloping his body in her embrace

“...I only want the best for you”

Takeru’s body froze. Beneath the tips of her fingers, she could grasp onto the tension in his body, the rigidity of his muscles. Then, as sudden as the weather, it all melted away in relief, his body eased into her as a muffled sob escaped.

“Sora…” he called out her name in an anguish cry, and wetness pooled against her shirt

Tears percolated on her own eyelashes, but she held them back and pulled Takeru closer, her words of reassurance drowned in her own emotion.

Despite Takeru being almost a head taller than her, to Sora, Takeru will always be the small lost eight-year-old with the big green hat. She grew up an only child, but surrounded herself with younger Chosens she assigned herself to care for and look after, and although she loved each one like they were her own younger brothers and sisters, none so connected with her more than little Takeru. Perhaps it was how she knew, even before Yamato could sense it, that something was off, that something had been off with him for months. It felt like he was missing, a void occupying his physical body.

“I don’t know where to begin,” he admitted as they separated, his eyes were now saturated with tears, fat droplets of it distilled away and down his cheeks

“That’s okay, we can take our time,” Sora assured him. They settled back onto the rocky ground, Takeru turned himself to face the gorge, albeit with his feet now tucked into his body. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, and what followed was a long palpable silence. Yet, Sora held onto his hand, running her thumb against his skin as she waited patiently.

“I guess…I guess I’ve been fooling myself all these years”

Sora held her breath, as if the slightest disturbance in the air would smash the fragility of this moment. Thankfully, Takeru continued not long thereafter.

“We were always so close. Always. For as long as I could remember. I thought for sure she felt the same way. I thought for sure we were meant to be together. After all, we are hope and light,” he gave off a light chuckle, “I thought wrong”

Sora nodded. She had guessed and suspected, basing her hypothesis in the telling ways Takeru’s eyes have trailed over familiar brown hair and soft amber eyes since he was young. Even in recent months, when those same amber eyes were now reserved for another man, Takeru’s blue orbs lingered, except now, they were tainted by the agony of heartbreak.

Now was the confirmation of all she knew.

“I was so stupid. So, so stupid”

“No, Takeru, don’t be so hard on yourself”

“When she told me about him, I told her…I was happy for her. I want to be happy for her, but the more I see them together, the harder it becomes, and the emptier I feel. The truth is, I selfishly wish it was me, Sora. I wish it was me holding her hand, I wish it was me kissing her, I want it to be me and I want it to be us. But…I can’t want that. I can’t want that because I should be happy for her. If I care about her, I have to be the friend she needs me to be. I have to be happy for her, I have to be there for her. I can't let it hurt. I can't be selfish...”

His words trailed off as he buried his face into his palms. Sora allowed the next few minutes to pass in silence, watching Takeru’s shoulders shake with the force of his quiet sobs. Then finally, she cleared her throat and spoke in a soft voice.

“You know Takeru, it’s okay to be honest with yourself, too”

Takeru looked up at her with red eyes, his eyebrows furrowed in confusion “What do you mean?”

“It’s okay to accept how much it hurts, and it’s okay to distance yourself from her for a bit, if that’s what you need right now.”

“Really? It doesn’t…it doesn’t feel right. It feels like I’m being…selfish”

Sora pressed her palm against his cheek, her thumb wiping away at residual tears that remained

“No, you’re not being selfish, Takeru. There’s no shame in caring for ourselves first. We have to acknowledge what’s best for ourselves because we need to love ourselves, too”

“Sora, I…I…” he took another deep gulp of air, then cast his eyes towards the chasm beneath, his breathing coming out in rough gasps as he spoke, “I don’t feel like I’ll ever be good enough for love. After all, I wasn’t enough for her, was I? What am I missing, Sora? What’s wrong with me? Am I not smart enough? Not funny enough? Not good looking enough? Am I too loud? Too obnoxious?”

“Takeru, you are enough. One of these days, you won’t have to force yourself to fit someone else’s criteria to make them like you. One of these days, it will all make sense, and it will be the easiest thing in the world. But today, today you can give yourself permission to accept the pain. Then one day, you’ll understand that you deserve more. You deserve more than unrequited feelings. You deserve more than being hung in limbo. Takeru, you deserve love”

The tears came, flowing out of him in torrents, dripping down his chin and onto their clasped palms, but this time, it was accompanied by a smile. A genuine smile, one that lit his dull eyes in a familiar sheen.

Hope.

“Thank you, Sora,” Takeru whispered.

Sora nodded, “I’ll always be here for you, Takeru. And in a few weeks, I’ll officially be your older sister”

Takeru shook his head slowly, his features glowed with a knowing light as his smiles widened.

“No, Sora, you always have and always will be my older sister. Thank you for everything, Sora. Thank you for always being my onee-chan”

Sora’s cheeks heated up, but she nevertheless returned the smile. They remained seated beside one another, both their feet dangling off the edge of the gorge with Sora’s hand encircled around Takeru’s. When she finally turned to face him, she was delighted to find a soft smile on his lips, bringing life back into those familiar blue eyes.

It was how she knew. After weeks of searching, she finally found him again.

Case in point: Every male pregnant story has some omega on the verge of going through some shit which most of the time is Timmy.

#2: In the epilepsy diaries by another wonderful writer within this fandom. Has Timmy go through the real life and tragically tough life that people who live with epilepsy go through everyday! And I adores that story no matter how heartbreaking and tough it was for me to get through.

#3: THE CEREBRAL PALSY DIARIES is a story that puts Armie and Timmy both in the situations that I deal with having cerebral palsy myself PERSONALLY on an everyday basis! So yes I do have some brain damage which does not get worse as I age so your little "insane" comment makes me laugh so damn hard. Its entertaining!!!! 👏👏👏 So is your sarcasm and dont get me started with that because baby i was schooled in sarcasm i can be sarcastic too! 😁

Because while you think im "insane" its my "insaneness" as you put it to allow me to write these Wonderfully insane crazy stories that some of these charmies love so... I guess im doing something right seeing as no one has told me to fuck off yet so...

Twitter Doesn't Even Know How To React To Spin Doctor's Latest Endorsement Of Boris Johnson

Boris Johnson’s attempts to recover his reputation appear to have hit another bump in the road after his newly-appointed spin doctor promised the prime minister is “not a complete clown”.

The new director of communications for No.10, Guto Harri, told Welsh-language outlet, Golwg 360, exactly how he secured his job with Johnson.

He said: “I walked in, I gave him a salute and said, ‘prime minister, Guto Harri reporting for duty’, and he stood up from behind his desk and started to salute but then said, ‘What am I doing I should take the knee for you.’ And we both laughed.”

This was a reference to Harri’s decision to take the knee live on GB News when he was a presenter to show his support for England’s football team – a move which ultimately led to his departure from the controversial broadcaster last summer.

Harri said he also asked the prime minister, “Are you going to survive Boris?”, during their first meeting since they worked together when Johnson was London mayor.

He claimed Johnson replied “in his deep voice, slowly and with purpose”, before “singing a little as he finished his sentence, ‘I Will Survive’.”

Harri continued: “I inevitably invited him to say, ‘You’ve got all your life to live’ and he replied ‘I’ve got all my love to give’ so we had a little blast of Gloria Gaynor!′

“No one expects that, but it was.”

“He’s not a complete clown, he’s a very likeable character,” Harri continued.

“Ninety percent of our discussion was very serious but he’s a character and there is fun to be had.

“He’s not the devil like some have mischaracterised him.”

Harri was chosen to replace Jack Doyle, one of the prime minister’s closest aides, who was part of the exodus from Downing Street last week.

No.10 has tried to spin the mass resignations – and the appointment of Harri – as part of the prime minister’s scheme to steady the Downing Street ship, but it doesn’t look like many people are delighted with the new spin doctor’s first PR stunt.
