My stupid opinion that will get me killed by the entire She-Ra fandom

Shadow Weaver had a better redemption arc than C4tra

Yes, I know that Shadow wasn't fully redeemed, was terrible, and never apologized for her actions. But at least she was useful and helped the rebellion, unlike C4tra who was just getting in everyone's way. Shadow had many chances to betray the rebellion but she didn't meanwhile C4tra (who committed more and worse crimes than Shadow) would probably betray them all if someone offered her greater power because she only joined the rebellion when it was her only chance of survival despite being offered to join them many times before. And while C4tra did say she was sorry she never properly apologized for everything she did (like killing Angela and almost destroying the universe) and her apology always felt like she was just trying to earn sympathy from others. And she continued treating everyone horribly even after that. Shadow Weaver stayed loyal to the rebellion until the very end and even died for them, I know many people say that she only killed herself to traumatize C4tra, but the only proof of that they have is the "You're welcome" and it still can be argued what she meant by that (In my opinion it was "You're Welcome, now that I'm dead I won't bother you anymore" I'm not gonna explain why I think that here because this post is not about that). Shadow was the one who found a way to stop Horde Prime and did everything to make sure it worked, meanwhile, C4tra was being a nuisance and a distraction just so she could be with Adora and didn't care that the world might get destroyed because of it. She tried to stop Adora from taking the failsafe even though Adora was the only person who could survive it and got angry when Adora chose to save the world first instead of making out with her. Just to be clear I'm not talking about who was a morally better person, but who made up for their actions more.

In conclusion: Actions speak louder than words, Shadow Weaver was useful to the rebellion while C4tra was not.

Catra stans: you want complex messed up characters but you couldn't handle Catra!

Also Catra stans: *woobify Catra, hate Glimmer, Double trouble, Shadow weaver, Scorpia and even Adora sometimes. Make characters like Adora or Glimmer look mean so that Catra looks less bad. Praise Catra for the evil things she does and are fine with her character only existing for a ship*

Remembering that time a Catra stan tried to imply I'm racist because I like Entrapta (A woman of color) but not Catra (A fucking kitty cat) they said "Entrapta did bad things too but you only demonize the brown one" and "Catra was suffering from Trauma but no that doesn't count cause she's brown" Dude she's a fucking cat

My problem with this is especially the reasonings. I feel all these char we don't know why they did what they did super or well or at least not as well as moxxie. Like moxxie was forced to kill people and had to watch his mother get abused and get abused himself. He's extremely insecure and we know why he does what he does. He doesn't kill the target at first because millie found it and he feels like he's finally being put in a place where he can prove himself to not be worthless, but if millie solved it for him then it will re-establish his beleifes on himself.

Sorry for the rant, I think I just really relate to moxxie and light have read in between the lines and added a bunch of stiff that wasn't actually there based off personal experience but I see people saying similar things with blitzø like he can't accept stolas loves him because that would go against what he believes, I. Which I think moxxie and blitz are kinda opposite in this way. Where blitzø is trying so hard to keep his beleifes that are negative but everything around him tells him the opposite while moxxie is trying so desperately to be anything more than what he thinks he is and everyone and everything around him seem to reaffirm his beleif

You know, when I first watched Spop and HB a few years ago, I always had that nagging feeling in the back of my head.

Like watching C*tra and Adora on screen together & Stolass and Blitz interact.

(I used to ship them back then💀)

There was always this discomfort I couldn’t put my finger on.

Now I know why I felt like that.

C*tra is an abusive bitch who never cared about Adora.

Stolass is an abusive bitch who also only cares about how HE feels and doesn’t considers Blitz point of view.

Those two share one braincell, that braincell being a f*cking abuser.

And they’re also fan favorites because of course they are. 💀
