Hey guys, my name is Ashton and I'm reopening up my commissions!
I'm mainly a Pokemon/Furry artist, but I can do humans too (if you don't mind the cartoon-y style!) I've been drawing for nearly 12 years and it's a big passion of mine.
If you are ever interested in commissioning me, feel free to dm me on Tumblr! I'd be happy to discuss with you what you'd like :>
Not sure what else to say here, it's been a minute. Thanks for the patience on me updating my commission sheet!

a post about nipple equality.
in the blissfully ignorant cishet-society, it makes sense to censor female-presenting nipples and let male-presenting nipples be seen. women are delicate flowers who must be protected from the predatory gazes of strange men by men. and men are strong individuals who are much safer being topless because their nipples are not nearly as vigorously sexualised. and men in general aren't as sexualised as women, since men are usually the sexualisers and women are the sexualised.
but if we hope to achieve or even strive towards a world where gender equality is prevalent, we should let go of those standards and treat all nipples equally. especially since these standards crumble to mere dust when the existence of transgender, nonbinary and intersex people is considered.
it's very easy to figure out which nipples to censor in a gender binary world. but things start to get more complicated when gender diversity comes into place. we have to come up with weird and rigid rules to figure out, for example, for how long can a transfeminine person be on HRT before she has enough breast growth for her nipples to have to become censored.
but that type of frantic rule-making for the sake of a nonsensical, sexist standard really doesn't benefit anyone except for misogynistic, transphobic cishets. the best option would be to simply free the nipple. gender isn't binary, and neither are nipples, so we would be saving ourselves a lot of trouble by simply giving everyone equal treatment.
it seems simple enough. but the world isn't simple. the people in power don't have the best interests of people in mind, especially those of minorities. remaining within the status quo is the most pleasant option. any change, especially change which benefits minorities, is undesirable. most people are cisgender and gender-conforming anyway, so why bother changing a system most people are happy with, even though it doesn't treat everyone equally?
this is why we have to fight for it. the system won't do anything in our favour unless we force their hand. i, as a young depressed artist with not much money to spare, can't do much on my own, so i just make art about nipple equality in the hopes that it changes at least one person's mind about this unfair system. (if you want to support me, you can follow my art blog @sandu7174 and reblog some of my posts. i'd greatly appreciate it ❤️🏳️‍⚧️.)
the act of censoring female-presenting nipples stems from a very old, deeply-ingrained misogynistic idea that women must cover their bodies to prevent men from being attracted to them, which is exactly why it has to change. these aren't the 1800s anymore. women aren't men's property anymore (at least not in western countries). it's time we let go of this ancient and ridiculous standard for women and let all nipples roam free.
gender equality is worth fighting for. women's rights are worth fighting for. trans rights are worth fighting for. intersex rights are worth fighting for. nipple equality is worth fighting for.

hii I saw your post abt not wanting sex and i was wondering if you had any tips for unlearning the feeling of needing to and feeling like the need to 'prove something'? hopefully this makes sense but anyway thank u for writing it, i felt really seen by it :')
that's a real bastard of a feeling to try and work through and I'm glad you could get something from my post, unlearning that stuff is an annoyingly long process and I hope it doesn't suck for you too much. I tried looking up tips for those feelings a few times when they were really hitting me a while back and didn't really find anything that felt right, so all advice I have is based on what I figured out for myself. (hello irls on this account, I'm gonna be a bit personal so if you see this no you didn't xoxo)
my experiences with this were greatly shaped by the fact that I realized I was ace while I was already a year into a relationship with an allo person (now 3 1/2 years into that relationship, hehe), and I think that made it both easier and harder. it was harder in that I had someone I really cared about right in front of me who I'd feel guilty about constantly rejecting, but it was easier in that, since I found the guts to explain everything to her, she's made sure to thank me for being honest every time I set a boundary or say no. but, obviously, "ask for support and reassurance from your partner" isn't something that's useful if you don't have a partner, so I have a few other things.
another thing that I found helpful was looking into asexual theory and nonfiction. blog posts, video essays, articles, books, etc. I'm a very academically inclined person so it may not appeal to everyone to try and look into, like, how asexuality influences contemporary feminist and disability theory on sexual politics, but I really appreciate seeing other aspec people talk about their identities and experiences as things with importance that add to the world. it helps to, sort of, normalize the concepts to me and provide reminders that there are other people out there having thoughts similar to mine, if that makes sense. a book rec I'd have for this is ace by angela chen (I have a few disagreements with one or two of its takes but overall it's very solid and provides a lot of good insights), and I haven't read these myself but I've seen the invisible orientation by julie sondra decker and refusing compulsory sexuality by sherronda j brown referenced a lot aspec lit circles.
I've also found it helpful to try and take a step back and figure out, socially speaking, where these impulses that sex is necessary come from. reading theory does a lot of this for me, but I also try and untangle it by myself. who does it benefit for me to feel like this? what social structures are reinforced through compulsory sexuality? historically, when did these beliefs start being pushed? if I can trace the idea back to root causes like structural misogyny or classism, I find it easier to reject; I know those things suck and were designed to hurt me so I don't want anything to do with them.
those are the main concrete things I can think of, but if anyone reading this has anything to add then feel free to reply/reblog

Hiya!
My name is Morgana, and I'm a trans girl who streams on twitch! That's right, I'm an epic gamer girl 🏳️‍⚧️🇦🇷🏳️‍⚧️!
I play lot of Roguelikes, rpgs (I'm a huge Final Fantasy nerd), and I play a ton of Pokemon (i was raised on Poketubers and it shows😳). I also like to do art streams where i just draw and talk with chat and listen to music and have a chill time!
I'm at 41 followers, so I'm 9 away from reaching Affiliate so I can start making money (can't believe eating costs money smh my head🙄😔). But more importantly I want to build a community. I average 4 viewers and last night was the first time in months i got 0 viewers, and i literally cried. Anyway no more $ad-g!rl hours, time for the plugging.
Tumblr hates links and hates me even more, so my twitch link is in my bio/pinned, I'll try to put my other socials there but if i can't my Twitter is @itsmemordred and my pinned there has all of my socials. I'm a funny jokes girl on Tiktok (once again @itsmemordred) and have a youtube with the same name for vods.
If anyone can come on out I'd appreciate it greatly I have all of the chill vibes to offer. I stream at 9:30 pm pst most nights. Once again any follows/views/reblogs would be great!
Stay gaming friends 👍

Anyways. If it did get eaten, I can't remember exactly what I said, but I'll try my best to remember!
I've really enjoyed the Maze of Memories series, and I'm super excited for the ending! I really enjoy your writing style honestly, if you made an actual book I'd probably read it.
I'm sad to see the series ending soon, but I am eagerly awaiting to see what you have up your sleeve!
Unfortunately, in my experience, Tumblr feedback isn't always something you get, and it gets discouraging, so I understand. It's one of the reasons I stopped writing, I never got any feedback whatsoever.
So yeah, for anyone reading this, authors really appreciate it when you leave comments, whether they're (constructive) criticism or compliments, they help a lot and definitely boost our motivation! Don't stay silent. Reblog stories if you really enjoy them, it helps get an author's writing out there!
This is getting long, so I'll just say, please don't stop writing! Your writing, from what I've seen, is really good. Lots of love coming your way <3333
I’m so sad that dumblr is munching on asks but thank you for sending it again 😭😭♥️
First of all, you like my writing style ?? 😭😭 pls I didn’t even realize I had one other than my inability to write dialogue lol.
And to say that you’d by a book written by me, pls, you’re actually making me tear up 😭🥺🥺♥️
Yeah, so this’ll sound a bit weird lol but as I was scrolling through the messages on the d9w discord, I remember seeing you there 😭 I’m sad to hear that the lack of feedback drove you off of this stupid site. Hell, I actually considered stopping for a second there.
And you’re absolutely right ! Even the smallest for of feedback like a short comment can help and is greatly appreciated!!
And thank you !! Really, thank you so so so much 🥺♥️
I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the series and I hope you’ll look forward the final installment.
Thank you ♥️

GoFundMe Campaign Help!
Time to revive this place for a good cause! If anyone here has a couple of spare dollars/pounds/whatever, or even a reblog or something, it would be greatly appreciated.
(trigger warning in the tags)
My best friend's mom has been diagnosed with stage four colon cancer. Because she's in America, she's already got massive debt just from the diagnosis and test alone, with the actual surgery coming in at maybe half a million minimum. It's ridiculous.
So they've set up a campaign to cover the debt so maybe she can get treatment. Anything above the goal will mean she can get help. Somehow. Anyways if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it. And I'm sorry for dropping the C word but I didn't want anyone to click the link and then get set off.
