Her aesthetic and outfit is very hippie like, so I’m guesstimating her to have been around in the late 60s/early to mid 70s.

If she does have Miss Hecate connections, does this mean Miss Hecate appears to people and takes a form fitting for the era she’s in with the horns and the color red being her "shapeshifter trademarks"?

The Main Area

A large area, filled with desks, closets and screens, clearly the main area where the animators resided.

There's empty cans of soup and vegetables scattered everywhere, and more of the neon green goop splattered on the floor and walls. Strangely, there's also candles and photos with the faces scratched out set up on one set of desks, along with unopened cans of food. Offerings?
