What is his obsession?

Arix is a near kleptomaniac. Anything valuable he can get his hands on is his, and the only reason someone else has it is that he gave it to them or simply didn't know they had it. He also has an obsessive compulsion to count, clean, and ready all of his equipment every night even if he hasn't used it.

Does he have any disabilities?

Yes, Arix walks with a cane everywhere he goes after being cut in half by Electra and healed by Enilisor.

What's Arix's philosophy about life?

Do what has to be done. Arix might not be a hero, but if it comes down to it he'll do whatever it takes for the greater good.

What haunts him?

Arix thinks about the people being burned at the stake in Athkatla every night. He has nightmares about drowning under the sea fighting against the Leviathan. He remembers the horrible pain of the burning magical chains wrapping around his arm when he was late to deliver Orestes. All that haunts him, but his biggest regret is that he wasn't there to save Orestes when it counted. He's taken up Orestes' mission because there's nothing he can do to lay that guilt to rest otherwise.

What will he stand up for?

Even if he knows they're in the wrong, Arix would fight and kill for any one of his friends. Even for the party members he doesn't like, he considers them friends and no one gets to touch his friends.

What are Arix's weapons of choice?

Arix primarily uses the Traveler's sword, Witty Reposte, in one hand and a knife in the other. If he needs to fight long range he uses throwing knives. He also loves to use offensive and illusion magic to manipulate the battlefield to his advantage.

About and Fun Tidbits:

Robert arrived in Toril during the Spellplague in a portal incident. He kept odd jobs here and there, merely existing among the Solids as he explored their world. He's found that he's quite fond of the gnomes.

When he “sleeps,” he kind of oozes out of his armor...and he has a bubbly snore.

Joke HC that there are dozens and dozens of oozes and plasmoids out there that would be considered his "children." Not canon, just for lols.

Can't get drunk, unfortunately. Fortunately, he can drink people under the table as a bet and they don't know he's an ooze...easy money.

Met Herself on the road. She didn't give him the option. She said, "I have a job for you," and that was that. No chance to protest it, no way of getting out of it; you don't tell Electra no.

I don’t have a photo reference for him, but he’s a blue-green color and wears full armor to hide the fact that he’s a plasmoid. He doesn’t want anyone but Herself knowing. When not in armor, he’s lounging on a couch somewhere as a grumpy puddle.
