Why do you announce a song before your writing? Shouldn't you be good enough to get what you want across without it? Seems rather...bad.

I announce a song before my writing

Because that is the song I was listening to while writing

Music is just as important to me as words, they both shape how I feel and express myself.

So I see no problem mixing two things I love

And also It’s not just a song to me, it’s part of the moment I’m trying to share.

Some of my favorite books are mostly the ones where the author put a playlist of songs to listen to while reading.

And also everyone has different styles of writing

It might not be for you, and that’s okay

But it means something to me
