Musebox: The Ultimate Low-Cost Solution for Pro-Level Photo Management
By:Joseph Correa
Follow @Frontproofmedia!function(d,s,id){var js,fjs=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0],p=/^http:/.test(d.location)?'http':'https';if(!d.getElementById(id))(document, 'script', 'twitter-wjs');
If you're a photographer or creative professional looking for a cost-effective yet robust solution for managing your digital assets, Musebox by BrushedPixel is worth your attention. For a one-time cost of $10, Musebox is a very attractive alternative to the more expensive subscription plans that Adobe Lightroom, Capture One, and others offer.
It may be cheap, but Musebox doesn't compromise. It offers a complete system for importing, editing, and managing pictures, graphics, and movies.
The Inspiration Behind Musebox
The roots of Musebox stem from a desire to preserve and extend the best parts of the now-defunct Apple's Aperture. A developer, bitter about the end of days for Aperture, set out to build a tool that not only emulated but exceeded its singular ability to read, write, and filter metadata with ease. This is continued with Musebox, where one can define thumbnail grids to display any metadata fields, use list views, which are more of a table-like display of metadata columns, and create custom inspectors for a custom metadata layout. This kind of attention to detail makes Musebox different from all the others.
Seamless Importing and Customization
Where Musebox really shines though, is in the area of importing your media. Whether it be from digital cameras, media cards, cell phones, or even Apple's iCloud Photo Library, Musebox will take care of it. It also integrates with the Spotlight search in macOS, so looking up recently edited media is a breeze. One thing that really stands out is being able to set filenames and folder names on external media. This level of control even carries over to import presets, where you can set where and how you want your files imported, including metadata, thus saving you time and giving you a consistent look.
Efficient Workflow for High-Volume Shooters
Musebox, for photographers who have to deal with thousands of images at a time, has some really sweet tools to speed up your workflow. You can easily rate your pictures, tag them with keywords, color code them, and organize and locate them with much greater ease. Even the metadata inspectors are flexible enough to be customized to show only the metadata fields that interest you. Musebox, however, brings along the convenience of "auto-stacks," which stack images according to time, a godsend for those of us who are sifting through hundreds of pictures to find the best ones.
A Hub for Multi-App Workflows
One of my favorite aspects of Musebox is that it can act almost like a "middleman" for photographers who use numerous other applications in their workflow. Whether performing RAW conversion with specialized software like DxO or Adobe Lightroom or doing detailed edits in Photoshop with various plugins, Musebox keeps your workflow organized and efficient. A very neat feature is the Spotlight import source, which allows you to view and import saved images from other applications the second they are created. Then, you can simply cut and paste these images back into your Musebox library and use keywords and custom metadata to keep everything related.
Built-In Editing Tools
It's not just an asset management system but also a few simple editing tools to manipulate your images. In the app, you can control exposure, white balance, highlights, shadows, saturation, contrast, and brightness. Although these tools can't compete with a full-featured editing suite, they are more than adequate for making minor tweaks before saving your photos for output.
Versatile Exporting Options
When your photos finish, Musebox has a lot of export options. You can select the size, format, and metadata options on a single image or a series of photographs. The ability to create export presets ensures that your output is always consistent, no matter the project. Also, Musebox supports macOS's share sheet, so you can quickly share to social media, or if you have an iPhone, you can use the universal clipboard to copy and paste images on the go.
Unique Features That Set Musebox Apart
However, what is really special about Musebox is all the stuff it has that you will never find in Adobe Lightroom. First of all, it is not a subscription, only ten dollars. It also imports and exports iCloud and Spotlight in HEIC and OpenEXR formats. Some other cool features are the ability to "relink" files when they've been moved, to see file changes, and more color labels (7 instead of Lightroom's 5). Not only that, musebox even has a list view for metadata properties and a sort by any metadata property. Additionally, video editors will be pleased to know that video and audio can be split and trimmed right in the app.
Final Thoughts
Musebox is just too powerful and too inexpensive not to be considered; it kicks the crap out of almost anything. It's a godsend for photographers and other creative pros who require bulletproof, no-muss, no-fuss digital asset management that doesn't cost them an arm and a leg. Based on the popular Aperture, Musebox delivers a familiar but improved experience for macOS 14 at only $10. For those who require a stable, full-featured application that will integrate well with their current work environment, Musebox is a good bet.

Peeling Back the Layers: Understanding Drone Components
Whether youāre a drone enthusiast or considering buying your first quadcopter, learning the basic anatomy of these impressive little machines goes a long way. Drone components may seem complex at first glance, but by understanding the core systems that go into building these drones, one gains better insight into critical factors like flight performance, safety, and overall capability.
In this blog, weāll peel back the layers of drone technology and explore the essential hardware and software elements that give drones their unique superpowers of vertical flight and midair manoeuvrability. Letās get better acquainted with the brains, nerves and muscles behind the drones!
The Frame: Skeleton of Drone
The frame serves as the structural foundation onto which all other drone components mount. Sometimes called the chassis, the frame ties everything together into one cohesive package. Most hobbyist drones use four-armed frames built from materials like plastic, aluminium, carbon fibre or magnesium. Arms extend diagonally from a central point, giving quads their distinctive āXā shape when viewed from above or below.Ā
One can find several specifications when shopping for drones:
Size ā Measured diagonally motor-to-motor. Common sizes range from ~110mm micro drones to ~500mm racers/freestyle quads
Material ā Plastic frames are lightweight but fragile and deformable. Metal materials offer more durability and stiffness, at the cost of greater mass. Composite options like carbon fibre give excellent strength-to-weight ratios.Ā Ā Ā
Geometry ā Some frames use simple straight tubes, while more complex shapes and truss structures enhance stiffness. The motor/arm layout varies too ā deadcat and X frames are quite common.
Replaceable arms ā High end frames make it easy to swap damaged arms quickly after crashes
Advanced pilots may customise and design their own frames, though most casual users opt for off-the-shelf frames which readily accept standard components.
Flight Controller: The Electronic BrainĀ
If the frame is the skeleton, the flight controller represents the brain of the drone body. This compact circuit board houses the sensors and processors that stabilise your drone flight- without it, drones cannot fly at all!
The aptly named flight controller constantly adjusts power to all motors using sensor and feedback.Ā MEMS gyroscopes, accelerometers and other sensors feed orientation data to the processor up 2000 times per second. Advanced sensor fusion translates this data into precise positioning corrections that compensate for inevitable mid-air disturbances like wind gusts.Ā
Most flight stacks run Cleanflight, Betaflight or iNav - open source firmware that processes sensor data and controls ESCs/motors accordingly via PID control loops. The values (gains) within these loops are highly tunable to dial in optimum stability and response across different frames. A well tuned quad should handle neutral and aggressive stick inputs with precision and grace!Ā Ā
Motors & Electronic Speed Controllers
Flight controllers influence movement by directly communicating with electronic speed controllers (ESCs) - the intermediaries that manipulate motor spin. This allows sophisticated auto-stabilisation of the entire platform during lift, hover and transit.Ā
Brushless electric motors offer drones incredible power-to-weight - even models under 250 grams produce substantial thrust partially due to high Kv ratings (rpm per volt supplied). Leading motor brands like T-Motor, SunnySky and Cobra excel at efficiency across variable-pitch propeller loads. Materials range from aluminium to more exotic options like carbon fibre. Stators are like the outer shell, with thick coils of copper wire wrapped up tightly. When electricity runs through these wires, they create a powerful magnetic field, while rotors are the spinning part and have strong magnets attached. These magnets interact with the magnetic field from the stator, pushing and pulling to spin the rotor really fast, sometimes up to 100,000 rounds per minute (rpm)!
ESCs amplify the flight controllerās movement commands, pulsing voltage into the motors at differing widths to finely control rpm. Analog servo motors use variableĀ Pulse width modulation (PWM) signals, while brushless motors require specifically designed ESCs to alternate voltage directions and switch polarity. This creates the shifting electromagnetic forces that spin rotors to staggering speeds within fractions of seconds.
Props and Landing Gear: The Wings & LegsĀ
What goes up, must come down...hopefully slowly and upright! Besides generating upward lift, well designed props and landing gear make drones far less crash prone.Ā
While complex at molecular levels, conceptually props are simple - angled blades that displace air downward to create reactionary force upward per Newtonās third law. Various prop geometries and pitches better tune drones for race pace sprints vs. long range endurance. Leading brands include DALProp, HQ Prop and Ethix. Materials usually consist of durable composites in the need for an elusive balance between strength, weight and aerodynamics.
Assisting safe touchdowns and awkward landings, the undercarriage absorbs ground impact when manoeuvring near surfaces. Materials like flexible thermoplastic urethanes provide a cushioning crush zone, while plywood or carbon fibre plate bases offer upper protection. Strong yet lightweight aluminium, fibreglass and carbon fibre legs mount everything securely to the central frame.Ā
Battery and Power Distribution
Delivering power to all four motors plus onboard electronics requires serious amps and volts! Lithium polymer batteries are the source here - extremely impressive power-to-weight ratios. Common drone variants supply between 3S and 6S setups:
3S (3 cell) = 11.1 voltsĀ Ā
4S (4 cell) = 14.8 volts
5S (5 cell) = 18.5 volts
6S (6 cell) = 22.2 volts
Voltage directly influences maximum motor rpm & thrust capabilities, while higher amp hour (Ah) ratings extend flying time per charge. Leading LiPo battery brands include GNB, TATTU and Dinogy.
Power distribution boards (PDBs) route energy flows from the main battery through separate ESCs to each motor. Soldered wiring harnesses link ESCs to motors as well. PDBs also tap battery power for LED lighting, FPV cameras, gimbals and other onboard peripherals as needed.Ā
Radio Transmitter & ReceiverĀ
What good is an advanced flying robot without adequate controls? Radio communication gives pilots masterful command mid-flight. Transmitters send user inputs via 2.4 GHz or 900 MHz signals, while tiny receivers receive the signals, the drone passes those along to the flight controller.
Most quads operate on variations of familiar control schemes:
Throttle - Altitude up/down
Yaw ā Left/right rotationĀ Ā
Pitch ā Forwards/Backwards tiltĀ Ā Ā
Roll ā Sideways tilt left/right
Many transmitters include toggle switches, dials and multibutton inputs across the front face and back sides. Contemporary transmitters integrate Android touchscreens too for monitoring drone telemetry and configuring settings. Whether simple or deluxe, all aim for ergonomic intuitiveness to keep quadcopters gracefully in air!Ā Ā
First Person View (FPV) System
For next level flying thrills, first-person-view (FPV) video setups stream real time footage from drone-mounted cameras directly to the pilotās eyes or mobile screen. This creates an exhilarating sensation just like actually sitting in the cockpit!
FPV camera sensors mounted on vibration-damping plates capture unique aerial perspectives. Circularly polarised or patch antennas then beam video downstream to the pilotās receiver unit. Sensible latency measures around 20-40ms. Pilots don goggles containing one small display per eye, providing a wide field of view as they steer quads by line of sight. Some camera drones also record digital video straight to onboard microSD cards.
Weāve covered quite some ground exploring all the integral bits comprising todayās consumer drones. While advanced manufacturing processes allow remarkable performance from microscale components, creative open source software communities are equally responsible for the impressive flight capabilities drone pilots enjoy today. Developers continue building upon long proven aerodynamic, estimation and control theories to push drones potentials ever further.Ā
Yet even with sophisticated auto-stabilisation and navigation intelligence behind the scenes, safety should always come first when operating any aerial vehicle. Before attempting tricks or long range flights, one should take time mastering basic flight skills in open areas away from people, buildings and other risks. Precision drone control requires diligent practice, but offers excitement, challenge and reward for those willing to properly progress from the first liftoff onwards!
FAQs
1. What is the role of the frame in a drone?
The frame serves as the structural foundation of a drone, holding all components together. It provides the base for mounting essential parts and influences the drone's overall stability and durability. The frame's design and material impact factors like weight, strength, and aerodynamics.
2. What is the purpose of the First Person View (FPV) System in drones?
The FPV system streams real-time video from the drone-mounted camera to the pilot's eyes or a mobile screen. This immersive experience allows pilots to navigate their drones as if they were sitting in the cockpit, providing an exhilarating flying sensation.
3. Which component of the drone is the most important?
Identifying the single most important component of a drone is challenging because each element plays a crucial role in ensuring the drone's overall functionality and performance. However, the flight controller stands out as a pivotal component that can be considered the "brain" of the drone. The flight controller processes data from various sensors, stabilises the drone during flight, and translates user inputs into precise motor commands. Without the flight controller, a drone would be unable to maintain stability, respond to pilot commands, or even achieve liftoff. While every part contributes to the drone's success, the flight controller is often regarded as the central hub orchestrating the harmonious collaboration of all components.

This summer house designed by by SAOTA is set on the banks of Lake Huron in a small, remote Canadian town about an hourās drive from London, Ontario. While the architectural context might be characterised as somewhat conservative ācabin countryā, this house attempts to extend the possibilities of the traditional lakeside family retreat through a contemporary architectural approach, harnessing recent developments in design, technology and sustainability to connect meaningfully with its beautiful natural setting while exploring new ways of enhancing the lifestyle experience of the family summer getaway. Photography by Adam Letch.
#gallery-0-6 { margin: auto; } #gallery-0-6 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 25%; } #gallery-0-6 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-0-6 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; } /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */
.
While the aesthetic approach that Cape Town-based architecture firm SAOTA took might seem like a radical departure from the traditional regional architecture, the architects have taken great care to keep the design unobtrusive and sensitive to its setting, while still making an architectural statement. The site is a bluff occupying the transitional space between water and forest, rising 3.5m from road level and then dropping down to the water to create a grassy embankment. The building is set back on the property towards the street to preserve the natural bluff. On approach, the house is largely concealed by the surrounding mature fir trees, appearing as a simple light-coloured stone box floating effortlessly between the tree trunks. The rear of the house, facing Lake Huron, dissolves into a two-storey wall of glass washing natural light deep into the interiors. Conceptually, the design consists of a series of stacked and suspended rectangular boxes, one embedding the building into the ground plane, the other suspended overhead to allow the living level to exist between the volumes. An indoor/outdoor volume to the south anchors the building and maximises the siteās lakeside views while allowing the living spaces to occupy the foreground. A bank of bedrooms projects backwards above the garage. The way in which the building is largely obscured from the street and in turn screens views of the lake helps build suspense on arrival, only to satisfy the Lake Huron sense of anticipation on entry via the large pivot door. From the threshold, a dramatic triple-volume atrium lets in natural light and draws the eye outwards towards the view. Programmatically, in keeping with the client brief, the spaces are fluid, the levels easy to navigate and the layout simple and well-structured, allowing for a casual atmosphere. The vast central volume is subtly contrasted with more intimate and contained volumes in the kitchen and other living spaces for a varied and articulated spatial experience. The upper-level housing the master bedroom is devoted entirely to the ownersā private space, including an office and a gym. To the front of the house, a covered outdoor entertainment area flanks a swimming pool. A boardwalk and staircase descend to a refurbished cabin that predated the house, and now houses a guest suite and additional outdoor entertainment area to facilitate long summer daysplaying on the lake. The clientās favourite room is the āengine roomā on the lowest floor, which houses all the building services infrastructure. A commercial-grade Building Automation System (BAS) controls and monitors the home, ensuring optimum performance at all times. A 15kw solar array provides power to the home and excess power is regularly fed back into the utility grid for credit and later use. The limited municipal infrastructure for stormwater and sewer resulted in an on-property underground stormwater system that can handle a 100-year storm and an eco-flo septic system to deal with all sewer requirements on site. The finishes, externally and internally, favour a ceramic panelled system robust and hard-wearing enough to prove long-lasting in the extremes of the Canadian climate, which together with the homeās energy efficiency and the general longevity of the project and its materials, components and fittings contribute to its sustainability. The interior decoration was by ARRCC, the interiors division of SAOTA.

Astro Colony [I Hate Myself]
That is the problem with these freakin' games. There's always a better way, right? Game save: 5.0 5551212 (iteration five, seed number).
Top deck, facing north, incomplete (no livestock yet) and I can't do sunflowers yet (nor do they have any use so far).
Glance into the "human" area. Six sleepers (stacked), six tables (because they can't just eat at the cafeteria thing), stairs up to the training facility and the upper row of sleepers. This is mirrored on the other side of the platform.
Just to the left is the west mining extension, then a research station. Also mirrored on the east side.
Training (two library, two training consoles) plus the upper sleeper stack.
Solar array (incomplete). I just docked a new planetoid with gold deposits (and have two more marked). I like solar because you place it and forget it. None of this, "Shit, I'm out of uranium rods. Where's the closest planetoid with some on it?"
I maybe need to go back a version or so on the auto-catcher stacks, though. Not best pleased with them hauling meteorites right through the decking on the "human" level.
And, of course, a look at the lower levels, which is a complete fucking mess and yet somehow works.
End view, facing north. Showing off my stonkin' huge water pool. I've decided I want a water TOWER in 6.0. Imma stack those fuckers, use glass walls (except at the corners) and link 'em together so I have a "water feature".
That "deck" has ice crushers, circular saws, and the third machine (the one that makes wires). One machine per output.
The absolute clusterfuck of smelters, fabricators, and conveyor belts. The auto-catchers feed into a large crate at the bottom north end (except for ice, which is diverted before it gets to that point), which distributes to the smelters (and in one or two cases, off to the buffer/output section).
I make liberal use of filter blocks to remind me what the hell a given conveyor is carrying, as well as more for each machine to tell me what I'm running belts to/from (input materials, output).
The "suspended" platform has the robot fabricator and a ladder.
An admittedly poor shot of the buffer/output crates, again with liberal use of filter blocks used as reminders of what is what. Buffer crates to the left (for building stuffs), output to the right for further fabrication.
The center belt runs north to south, with feeds coming in between the crates so I don't have a highway rush hour disaster in distribution.
Instead, I have a spaghetti mess of epic proportions, but it works! The only hiccup is over at the ore area (upper right) where there's some polite merging going on between eastward moving metal plates and southward moving carbon ore. But that's relatively minor, and after fiddling with the outputs on the large crate, the thing barely retains any material it gets pushed out that quickly.
Huge parts of the floors are missing, because I kinda have to get underneath to run conveyors, right? And odds are, if I keep this save, I'd just box in the sides with black walls so I don't have to see any of it.
But...
Of course. I already have ideas for a more efficient design when it comes to the buffer/output crates layout. Efficiency, yes.
I'll have to start a save in creative mode (I really wish there was a toggle to switch modes or stuff like "nocost") just to experiment with ideas.
Because starting over with this save is more trouble than it's worth. I'll just keep it as is and mine some damn gold.

5 Tips For Choosing the Right Chiropractor
We've all been there previously: endeavoring to pick between a rundown of potential organizations or experts with almost no of substance to go on. More often than not we depend on online audits, looks at site pages, and in the event that we are fortunate we may know somebody who has been to that business as of now and can reveal to you what's in store.
Heading off to a chiropractor is an imperative choice, considerably more so on the grounds that numerous individuals don't think a lot about chiropractic to begin with. What little they do know might just not be right. Some consider chiropractors ineffectively and are distrustful of the calling. Some are available to seeing a chiropractor however have no companions or family to control them to the opportune individual, and have no involvement with chiropractic that would make an Internet seek simpler. It enables when you to know the "dialect" of something in light of the fact that your Google hunt will be substantially more productive when you utilize the correct wording. Utilizing expansive terms regularly will net you simply a rundown of chiropractors who complete a great deal of publicizing and who fill their sites with catchphrases just to draw in guests by means of Google.
Picking a chiropractor is from multiple points of view an extremely close to home choice. With such a large number of sorts of DC's out there that implies that you can most likely discover one custom-made to your necessities. This article will layout how to lead a decent pursuit that will demonstrate to all of you the nearby chiropractors and enable you to reveal to them separated with the goal that you can settle on the best decision.Ā San Jose Chiropractor
1. It is safe to say that you are setting off to a chiropractor essentially for help with discomfort, or for general wellbeing?
You can freely isolate chiropractors into two gatherings: all encompassing chiropractors and unthinking chiropractors. All chiropractors know about this refinement, and in reality the calling has been in a general condition of low-level inner clash along this blame line since it's initiation. A few chiropractors know this as a war of "straights versus blenders". The inward clash, which really has numerous positive advantages, has been progressing since the beginning of the calling in 1895. This duality is a quality of the calling: without the all encompassing character of chiropractic we would be physical advisors who modify the spine, and without the unthinking character of chiropractic we would dismiss the genuine advantages to wellbeing that chiropractic care gives a large number of Americans consistently, and the genuine impeding impacts of spinal joint glitch (subluxation).
2. Do you need long haul care or would you like to have your grumbling treated and after that have your case shut?
Numerous chiropractors, with changing degrees of logical proof to back this up, advance chiropractic as a suitable option in contrast to conventional medicinal services. They see chiropractic as an approach to cultivate the strength of your sensory system through chiropractic spinal changes, which at that point enables the body to work at a larger amount. Chiropractors and patients everywhere throughout the nation will confirm enhanced wellbeing with less sickness and damage after they joined chiropractic into their lives. Standard modifications encourage grown-ups and kids adapt to everything from sensitivities to cerebral pains, and individuals who need to stay away from professionally prescribed drug frequently pick chiropractic. Hard logical evidence to approve this is hard to obtain because of inborn issues in planning an investigation equipped for testing the "chiropractic way of life" and it's impact on general wellbeing, however case arrangement's exist and we've likely all met somebody who will swear all over that chiropractic is keeping them out of the specialist's office.
On the other side of this coin are chiropractors that will work to advance appropriate joint capacity at the harmed region and afterward restore the joint and supporting delicate tissue, after which they will discharge you from consideration. There is an incentive in this, similarly as there is an incentive in health or support care. Discharging a patient after their agony is gone will spare the patient cash. It will likewise satisfy the patient's wellbeing back up plan - not that your safety net provider's bliss ought to ever be a factor in settling on wellbeing choices, however lamentably they hold control over your wellbeing in some vital courses so there is an incentive in not winding up in anybody's crosshair at your guarantor's corporate home office. Instead of advance proceeding with consideration, a robotic chiropractor will work to address the quick issue as it were. Ordinarily back agony may originate from a powerless lower leg or knee, so your chiropractor might just concentrate on a recognize that isn't excruciating, so don't accept the area of your torment is the reason for your torment.
A crucial distinction among comprehensive and robotic chiropractors is that the all encompassing chiropractor will treat the patient past the logical confinements an increasingly unthinking chiropractor would self-force. This really integrates #1 and #2. For instance, a robotic chiropractor may treat low back torment by attempting to restore a sacroiliac joint and after that discharge the customer when the sacroiliac joint comes back to typical, torment free capacity. A comprehensive chiropractor will treat the customer until subluxations (spinal misalignments causing nerve aggravation) are completely settled and after that widen their thoughtfulness regarding incorporate general subluxation redress in the whole spine so as to advance general wellbeing. The two methodologies have genuine esteem. While forcing limits on treatment dependent on the breaking points of what peer-evaluated research can substantiate is essential, all encompassing chiropractors recognize that advancement in science happens by pushing the cutoff points of comprehension and treating patients in manners that ebb and flow best proof may not completely bolster. The outskirts of science is the place advance is normally made - however it is likewise where deception discovers asylum. Sunnyvale Chiropractor
3. Is it accurate to say that you are harmed or would you say you are useless? As it were, did your agony gone ahead all of a sudden from damage or did it set in more gradually because of something you over and over do?
Sudden torment more often than not implies damage happened. Here and there it is an auto collision, or a fall, or games damage. These kind of wounds might be what a specific sort of chiropractor centers around or even has accreditation and expanded preparing in. In instances of these kinds of wounds you need a chiropractor who can unquestionably treat sprains and strains, who can separate diverse sorts of wounds, and who will perceive when damage is unreasonably serious for them and is likewise sufficiently tenacious to see certain notice signs and allude you to different suppliers when vital. Numerous comprehensive chiropractors, however not all, are inclined to review the spine as far as subluxations just and may along these lines miss the unobtrusive indications of increasingly serious damage that requires the ability of an extraordinarily prepared chiropractor, an orthopedist or nervous system specialist. In spite of the fact that not a firm standard, an increasingly unthinking chiropractor might be a more secure wagered when agonizing damage is included.
4. What proficient affiliations serve the chiropractic calling, and in what manner would this be able to enable you to locate the correct DC?
There are two vast national associations that speak to chiropractors: the ACA and the ICA. The ACA is the American Chiropractic Association and the ICA is the International Chiropractic Association. The ACA is increasingly robotic and the ICA is progressively all encompassing. State affiliations are progressively differed, so it is hard to recognize much about a chiropractor from taking a gander at his or her state affiliation enrollment except if you investigate the political or philosophical leanings of that association - a great deal of work for finding a chiropractor. To make things straightforward, realize that numerous ICA chiropractors really restrict the ACA, and the other way around, so you can gather more from their participation (or non-enrollment) in national associations than you can from different things you may discover on the site or online postings for a chiropractor. It's critical to not peruse excessively into this bit of data, however, and obviously to think about that all individuals are multi-dimensional and may not fit into the polarity I am depicting. All things considered, as a component of a bigger arrangement of data to make a judgment, this can be useful to consider.
5. Would it be a good idea for you to think about their sites, surveys, and tributes? Also, how imperative are close to home referrals?
You may discover soon enough that numerous chiropractors utilize one of a bunch of organizations to make their sites. This implies on the off chance that you go to ten diverse chiropractor's sites you may see a similar site again and again with only an alternate DC's name on it.
This implies the substance is unimaginative and you likely can't find out much about the chiropractor from their site. This lessens the estimation of the site. Chiropractors would be in an ideal situation by discarding the turning 3D spines and rather putting real substance on their locales. These destinations are stacked with substance however practically nothing, assuming any, of the data on the site is one of a kind to that chiropractor. Indeed, even articles with bylines that incorporate that chiropractor's name are presumably not articles composed by that genuine chiropractor. Suspect scholarly sluggishness and contemptibility when any expert puts his name and qualifications on an article the person did not writer. While it is a typical practice, that does not mean it is simply the correct method to advance.Ā Chiropractor near me
Online audits, for example, Yelp! furthermore, Yahoo!, are extraordinary. Frequently, however, organizations amusement the framework by making counterfeit surveys. Are every one of the surveys from the equivalent rough time? For instance, are ten surveys all from March 2012? Assuming this is the case, that is suspicious. In the event that the audits appear to be authentic they may give you some understanding into the sort of DC, yet in the event that they are suspicious, you ought to recollect the familiar saying "purchaser be careful". Frequently a terrible audit (that is real) will be pursued with various ill-conceived great surveys so as to overwhelm the awful one. Moving beyond the ill-conceived audits you may really have the capacity to get a great deal of good data from perusing surveys, so don't falter to utilize an internet searcher to scan for "jones family chiropractic surveys" and see what comes up.

Monitoring Tesla Powerwall via macOS Menubar!
TMonitor.app is a macOS menubar utility that lets you see information about your Powerwall system(s) at a glance. I made this to scratch my own itch -- specifically, I wanted to be able to view data about multiple Energy Sites and see a small slice of historical data (yesterday & last month). [Arthur D'antonio III]
Download TMonitor-0.2.9-mac.zip (77.9MB)
IMPORTANT NOTES
Currently macOS only -- tested on macOS 12.13.1 though should be resillient (+/-).
Autoupdate is ON and currently cannot be disabled; I'll eventually add a boolean option.

If the app sponaneously restarts that just means newer version(s) were released.
MFA is not yet supported.
It IS fully code-signed and notarized.
High Level Caveats / Disclaimer
Some caveats since I'm releasing it for free! :)
I can't promise that it will always be free. The version you download will be free, but I may decide to charge for future versions.
I may even open-source it in the future, who knows. Right now it solves my "current need" but that may change over time. [Arthur D'antonio]
I can't promise that I continue to maintain it, though I do wholly intend to since I use it every day across all of my macOS machines!
Tesla's Multi-Factor Auth (MFA) is NOT yet supported -- likely will add support in the future.
If you encounter bugs, please let me know -- I can't promise a fix but I'll certainly try my best to get it fixed.
TMonitor currently always has auto-updates ENABLED and they can't be turned off right now. This is so I can ship fixes to all my computers without any fuss.
The app has no analytics, doesn't phone home, etc -- the update check simply pings an AWS S3 bucket, to see if a newer version is available and, if a new version is available it is downloaded immediately & then the application will auto-restart into the new version. If you DO NOT want this behavior then the only way to turn it off, right now, is to block external connections to non-Tesla servers by TMonitor.app -- it'll continue working without issue.
Tech Stack
TMonitor.app was made to satiate my thirst for data & monitoring capabilities -- though I also chose some tech that I wanted to play with so that I could learn things along the way. Those decisions have some drawbacks but that's just how it goes when working on side-projects & trying to kill multiple birds with a single toss. Here's how TMonitor.app is built:
Electron JS
Electron Cross-Platform Menubar Sample/Demo
VueJS (Vue 3x)
TeslaAuthJS
TeslaJS API Helper Lib (custom fork is used because not all energy-related endpoints are in the upstream repo)
youtube
Biggest Downside of the Tech Stack: Filesize
The MAIN major downside here is that the app is "heavier" than is optimal though it's still quite lightweight; really the main practical drawback, for day-to-day/consumer use, is that the binary itself is way larger (filesize) than it needs to be. It's MUCH larger than the same app would/could be if written in native code, obviously.
Positive
On the "Plus side" of the coin: it would only take a few hours of work, mainly QA & visual tweaks, to get the app running on Windows & Linux! :)
Other macOS Tesla Energy 'Monitoring Apps'
There is another tool out there, Powerwall Monitor, which is very good and performs a similar function. I purchased a license for it and have corresponded a bit with the developer, who is great & super responsive.
Unfortunately, if you have more than 1 'energy site' (gateway) on your Tesla account then the Powerwall Monitor app will just "pick" one of the two and show you data about that one, you can't view aggregated data nor can you choose which 'Energy Site' you are viewing data for.

That said, it's a much simpler application & performs a nearly identical function -- though it only shows you information about 'current state' and does not provide any options for viewing historical data -- it does display the data in a much nicer layout. [Arthur D'antonio III] For this project, I was personally all about function-over-aesthetics; in the future I'll probably improve it further but for now it's highly usable. :)
