Le Liberty Ship SS John W. Brown (B-4611) sur les Grands Lacs – Etats-Unis – 2000

Les Liberty Ships sont des cargos produits en très grande série à partir d'éléments préfabriqués soudés à l'arc électrique et destinés à ravitailler les forces alliées pendant la seconde guerre mondiale. La technique de fabrication imaginée par l'industriel Henri Kaiser permit d'obtenir des cadences de production qui compensaient les pertes occasionnées par les sous-marins allemands dans l'Atlantique. La durée moyenne de fabrication était de 42 jours avec un record établi à 4 jours au lieu de 12 mois environ pour une fabrication classique. La rapidité de construction et le faible coût de production permirent d'en construire 2 710, ce qui fit de ce navire le modèle le plus construit dans le monde.

Seuls deux cargos sont encore en état de naviguer : ils ont été transformés en navires musées aux États-Unis dans les années 2000, le SS John W. Brown à Baltimore et le SS Jeremiah O'Brien à San Francisco.

I really like this particular Superman offering also because the revival of the brand and their other automatic watches as an entire . The bronze Superman has excellent wrist presence, catching multiple strangers taking a look at it during its outing within the wild with me and it feels a bit like its vintage counterpart on the wrist. I personally would have liked this model in steel better than bronze to match the authenticity of the first Yema Supermen of the 60s and 70s but it’s done alright and that they currently offer multiple steel Superman variations. i used to be also not an enormous fan of the OEM black leather minimal stitch strap pairing the model comes with and quickly changed it out for a vintage tropic strap and every one was right within the world once more . Yema currently also offers tropical rubber strap and steel bracelet options and that i suggest you accompany one among those. I even have a green canvas strap with its name thereon next which can be “the” combo for it but you’ll need to check my Instagram feed @kicktoc to ascertain for yourself.

Βρούτσης: Κλείνουμε οριστικά και την τελευταία εκκρεμότητα στις συντάξεις χηρείας – Από σήμερα καταβάλλουμε σε 7.444 δικαιούχους αναδρομικά ποσά ύψους 16.994.734 ευρώ Ο Υπουργός Εργασίας & Κοινωνικών Υποθέσεων κ. Γιάννης Βρούτσης μαζί με τον Υφυπουργό Παναγιώτη Τσακλόγου, κλείνουν σήμερα, μετά από σύσκεψη με τον Διοικητή του e-ΕΦΚΑ Χρήστο Χάλαρη και το προεδρείο του Συλλόγου Συζύγων Θανόντων ΑΞ.Ι.Α (πρόεδρος: Λαμπρινή Σαμαρά, γραμματέας: Χριστίνα Τσέτουρα, μέλος: Έφη Γκόνα), την τελευταία  εκκρεμότητα απέναντι στην ευαίσθητη κοινωνική κατηγορία των συνταξιούχων αιτία θανάτου (συνταξιούχοι χηρείας). Συγκεκριμένα, ολοκληρώνεται σήμερα  η αποκατάσταση των συντάξεων χηρείας από το 50% στο 70% και για 7.444 συντάξεις χηρείας που ήταν εκκρεμείς από τον Αύγουστο  του 2019 λόγω ελλείψεων στο λογισμικό, καταβάλλοντας, παράλληλα, τα αναδρομικά ποσά που προκύπτουν  μέχρι και τον Οκτώβριο του 2020. Θυμίζουμε ότι η διαδικασία επαναφοράς των συντάξεων χηρείας ξεκίνησε επί κυβέρνησης Μητσοτάκη με την έκδοση εγκυκλίου από τη Γενική Γραμματεία Κοινωνικών Ασφαλίσεων στις 18 Ιουλίου 2019  και μετά από εργώδη προσπάθεια του προσωπικού του e-ΕΦΚΑ καταβλήθηκαν στις 27/09/2019  τα διορθωμένα ποσά των δικαιούχων που αντιστοιχούν σε 66.323 συντάξεις λόγω θανάτου (χήρες και ορφανά τέκνα). Για τις εν λόγω συντάξεις, ο μέσος όρος αύξησης ανά σύνταξη ανήλθε στα 208 ευρώ για το τέως ΙΚΑ και στα 290 ευρώ για το Δημόσιο. Άλλωστε, την ειδική πρόνοια της κυβέρνησης απέναντι στην κοινωνική ομάδα των συνταξιούχων χηρείας  αποδεικνύει  έμπρακτα η επιλογή να ενταχθούν οι μεταβιβάσεις αιτία-θανάτου πρώτες στην ψηφιακή απονομή συντάξεων-ΑΤΛΑΣ από τις 17/4/2020 όπου λαμβάνουν τις συντάξεις τους αυτόματα και άμεσα. Σήμερα, Πέμπτη 8 Οκτωβρίου 2020, καταβάλλονται στους λογαριασμούς των 7.444 δικαιούχων αναδρομικά ποσά ύψους 16.994.734,09 ευρώ που αντιστοιχούν στο ποσοστό της διαφοράς (από το 50% στο 70%) και αφορούν αιτήσεις συντάξεων που είχαν υποβληθεί πριν τον Μάιο του 2019 και δόθηκαν αργότερα με ποσοστό 50%.   Οι εν λόγω συνταξιούχοι θα λαμβάνουν μόνιμα και κανονικά από το τέλος Οκτωβρίου (συντάξεις Νοεμβρίου) και κάθε μήνα εφεξής, τα προσαυξημένα ποσά με την τακτική καταβολή της σύνταξής τους» Η εγκύκλιος του Υπουργείου Εργασίας και Κοινωνικών Υποθέσεων με την οποία κοινοποιείται το άρθρο 19 του νόμου 4611/2019 με το οποίο επέρχονται σημαντικές βελτιωτικές μεταβολές στις διατάξεις του άρθρου 12 του ν. 4387/2016 που καθορίζουν τους όρους και προϋποθέσεις χορήγησης σύνταξης θανάτου (χηρείας) ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑ ΥΠΟΥΡΓΕΙΟ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΚΩΝ ΥΠΟΘΕΣΕΩΝ ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΕΙΑ ΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΚΩΝ ΑΣΦΑΛΙΣΕΩΝ ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΔΙΕΥΘΥΝΣΗ ΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΚΗΣ ΑΣΦΑΛΙΣΗΣ Δ/νση Παροχών Κύριας Σύνταξης Τμήμα Β Πληροφορίες: Χ. Σας γνωρίζουμε ότι με τις διατάξεις του άρθρου 19 του νόμου 4611/2019 (ΦΕΚ Α 73) «Ρύθμιση οφειλών προς τους Φορείς Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης, τη Φορολογική Διοίκηση και τους Ο.Τ.Α. α’ βαθμού, Συνταξιοδοτικές Ρυθμίσεις Δημοσίου και λοιπές ασφαλιστικές και συνταξιοδοτικές διατάξεις, ενίσχυση της προστασίας των εργαζομένων και άλλες διατάξεις» επέρχονται σημαντικές βελτιωτικές μεταβολές στις διατάξεις του άρθρου 12 του ν. 4387/2016 που καθορίζουν τους όρους και προϋποθέσεις χορήγησης σύνταξης θανάτου, που αναφέρονται κατά κύριο λόγο: Α) στην άρση των ηλικιακών περιορισμών για τη χορήγηση σύνταξης λόγω θανάτου και μετά την πρώτη τριετία από την επέλευση του χρόνου θανάτου B) στη μείωση της χρονικής διάρκειας του εγγάμου βίου/συμφώνου συμβίωσης στα 3 έτη (από 5) από την τέλεση του γάμου/ σύναψη συμφώνου συμβίωσης, προκειμένου να δικαιωθεί ο επιζών σύζυγος / μέρος συμφώνου συμβίωσης τη σύνταξη λόγω θανάτου και Γ) στην αύξηση του ποσοστού της χορηγούμενης σύνταξης στον επιζώντα σύζυγο/μέρος συμφώνου συμβίωσης. Ειδικότερα, με τις κοινοποιούμενες διατάξεις οι οποίες καταλαμβάνουν και δικαιούχους σύνταξης λόγω θανάτου που έχει επέλθει από 13.5.2016 και στους οποίους έχει απονεμηθεί ή εκκρεμεί σύνταξη θανάτου: 1. Καταργείται το όριο ηλικίας που απαιτούνταν από το άρθρο 12 του ν. 4387/2016 προκειμένου ο επιζών/μέρος συμφώνου συμβίωσης να συνεχίσει να λαμβάνει τη σύνταξη θανάτου και μετά την πρώτη τριετία. Επομένως, από 17.5.2019 (ημερομηνία έναρξης ισχύος του άρθρου 19) ο επιζών σύζυγος/μέρος συμφώνου συμβίωσης συνεχίζει να λαμβάνει τη σύνταξη λόγω θανάτου ανεξάρτητα από την ηλικία του. 2. Επανακαθορίζεται από την ημερομηνία έναρξης ισχύος του άρθρου 19 του ν. 4611/2019 (δηλαδή από 17.5.2019) το δικαιούμενο ποσοστό σύνταξης λόγω θανάτου για τον επιζώντα σύζυγο/μέρος συμφώνου συμβίωσης στο 70% της σύνταξης που εδικαιούτο ο θανών ασφαλισμένος ή ελάμβανε ο θανών συνταξιούχος. Αναλυτικά, ο υπολογισμός του νέου ποσού του επιζώντα συζύγου/μέρους συμφώνου συμβίωσης έχει ως εξής: • Εάν υπάρχει μόνο επιζών ή μέρος που έχει συνάψει σύμφωνο συμβίωσης το 70%. Εάν ο γάμος/σύμφωνο συμβίωσης έλαβε χώρα μετά την απονομή της σύνταξης γήρατος του θανόντος, και η διαφορά ηλικίας μεταξύ του αποβιώσαντα και του συζύγου – αφαιρουμένου του διαστήματος του γάμου/συμφώνου συμβίωσης – είναι μεγαλύτερη των 10 ετών, το ποσοστό για κάθε πλήρες έτος διαφοράς μειώνεται σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα στο εδάφιο α της παρ. 4Α του αρ. 12 του ν. 4387/2016, όπως ισχύει. • Εάν υπάρχει εκτός από τον επιζώντα και διαζευγμένος (με 10ετή γάμο) το ποσοστό του διαζευγμένου ορίζεται στο 25% του ποσού που δικαιούται ο επιζών σύζυγος, ήτοι 17,5% του ποσού της σύνταξης που εδικαιούτο ο θανών ασφαλισμένος ή ελάμβανε ο θανών συνταξιούχος. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση, τα ποσοστά που δικαιούνται ο επιζών και ο διαζευγμένος σύζυγος ανακαθορίζονται με βάση τα οριζόμενα στο εδάφιο β της παρ. 4Α του αρ. 12 του ν. 4387/2016, όπως ισχύει. • Εάν ο θανών καταλείπει ένα τέκνο, αυτό λαμβάνει το 25% του ποσού της σύνταξης του. Εάν το τέκνο είναι αμφιτεροπλεύρως ορφανό και δεν δικαιούται σύνταξη από τους δύο γονείς, τότε λαμβάνει ποσοστό 50%. – Εάν ο θανών καταλείπει περισσότερα του ενός τέκνα, τότε: Ι) Εάν υπάρχει επιζών σύζυγος ή/και διαζευγμένος, στα τέκνα θα επιμεριστεί ισόποσα το ποσοστό σύνταξης που απομένει μετά την αφαίρεση από το 100% της σύνταξης του θανόντος του ποσοστού 70% που δικαιούται ο επιζών ή/και ο διαζευγμένος (δηλαδή στα τέκνα επιμερίζεται το 30%). ΙΙ) Εάν δεν υπάρχουν άλλα δικαιοδόχα πρόσωπα εκτός των τέκνων, τότε έκαστο θα λάβει το 25% του ποσού της σύνταξης, αρκεί το άθροισμα των ποσοστών τους να μην υπερβαίνει το ποσό της σύνταξης του θανόντος, οπότε και τα ποσοστά αυτά θα πρέπει να επανακαθοριστούν αναλογικά, σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα στην παρ. 4Β του αρ. 12 του ν. 4387/2016, όπως ισχύει. Εξυπακούεται ότι σε όλες τις ανωτέρω περιπτώσεις ισχύουν οι διατάξεις του αρ. 1 του ν. 4499/2017 περί κατωτάτων ορίων, για την εφαρμογή των οποίων είχαν δοθεί οδηγίες με το Φ.80000/οικ.58727/74/Δ29.17 έγγραφο της υπηρεσίας μας (ΑΔΑ: Ω62Ο465Θ1Ω-ΞΙΕ). Επισημαίνεται στο σημείο αυτό ότι προκειμένου περί αμφιτεροπλεύρως ορφανών τέκνων με βαριές αναπηρίες ασφαλισμένων των λοιπών – πλην δημοσίου- φορέων ενταχθέντων στον ΕΦΚΑ εξακολουθούν να εφαρμόζονται οι προβλέψεις της παρ.5 του άρθρου 5 του ν. 3232/2004, σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του αρ.Φ.11221/493/5/2018 εγγράφου μας (ΑΔΑ: Ψ22Δ465Θ1Ω-Υ3Ε). Αναφορικά με την αλλαγή στους όρους υπό τους οποίους δικαιούνται σύνταξη λόγω θανάτου τα προστατευόμενα τέκνα θανόντος ασφαλισμένου ή συνταξιούχου, καθώς και για την εξομοίωση των διαζευγμένων τέκνων με τα άγαμα, έχουν ήδη δοθεί οδηγίες με το Φ.80000/οικ.27156/854/2019 έγγραφο της υπηρεσίας μας (ΑΔΑ: ΨΟ6Δ465Θ1Ω-8ΝΜ). Ως προς τα ειδικότερα ερωτήματα που έχουν τεθεί με τα αρ.5/764466/21.6.2019 και Σ50/16/764424/21.6.2019 έγγραφα και άπτονται του τρόπου υλοποίησης από τον ΕΦΚΑ των διατάξεων των παρ.5 και 6 του άρθρου 19 του ν. 4611/2019 επισημαίνονται τα ακόλουθα: Α) Ο ανωτέρω επανακαθορισμός του ποσοστού του επιζώντα/μέρους συμφώνου συμβίωσης, παρότι μεταβάλει το ύψος της παροχής δεν καθιστά απαραίτητη την έκδοση νέας διοικητικής πράξης, εν προκειμένω νέας τροποποιητικής συνταξιοδοτικής απόφασης για τα πρόσωπα που κατέστησαν συνταξιούχοι λόγω θανάτου με βάση τις διατάξεις του άρθρου 12 του ν. 4387/2016 έως και την 16.5.2019 δηλαδή την προηγούμενη της έναρξης ισχύος του ν. 4611/2019. Και τούτο γιατί ο νέος υπολογισμός και τα ποσά που θα προκύπτουν από αυτόν θα αποτυπώνονται στο εκκαθαριστικό σημείωμα συντάξεων που θα εκδίδεται για τον δικαιούχο σύνταξης θανάτου. Β) Ως προς το θέμα της αποτύπωσης στο εκκαθαριστικό σημείωμα της ανάλυσης του υπολογισμού της σύνταξης θανάτου, με βάση τις διατάξεις της παρ. 6 του άρθρου 19 του ν. 4611/2019, για τους επιζώντες συνταξιούχων λόγω γήρατος ή αναπηρίας κατά την 12.5.2016 που απεβίωσαν μετά την 13.5.2016 τονίζουμε ότι στην ανωτέρω περίπτωση, το ποσό σύνταξης (εθνική και ανταποδοτική) των δικαιούχων μελών της οικογενείας του θανόντος συνταξιούχου υπολογίζεται με τα τροποποιημένα ποσοστά της υποπαραγράφου Α της παραγράφου 4 επί του συμφερότερου ποσού, όπως αυτό προκύπτει από τη σύγκριση της σύνταξης που καταβαλλόταν στον θανόντα στις 12.5.2016, της σύνταξης που υπολογίζεται με τους κανόνες του ν. 4387/2016 και των κατωτάτων ορίων (βάσει των διατάξεων του άρθρου 1 του ν. 4499/2017). Διευκρινίζεται ότι: Α) Ως ποσό εθνικής σύνταξης του δικαιούχου μέλους της οικογενείας αποτυπώνεται το ποσό που προκύπτει από τον επιμερισμό της εθνικής σύνταξης του θανόντος με τα τροποποιημένα ποσοστά και Β) Ως ποσό ανταποδοτικής σύνταξης αποτυπώνεται το υπόλοιπο. Στις περιπτώσεις που το συμφερότερο ποσό προκύπτει από τον επιμερισμό της καταβαλλόμενης την 12.5.2016 σύνταξης θανόντος τότε το ανταποδοτικό μέρος της σύνταξης αποτυπώνεται ως «ανταποδοτική σύνταξη του ν. 4611/2019». Συγκεκριμένα, επί του παραδείγματος που αναφέρεται στο έγγραφό σας, η αποτύπωση της σύνταξης έχει ως εξής: Εθνική σύνταξη: 384,00€ * 70% = 268,80€ Ανταποδοτική σύνταξη του ν.4611/2019 : 431,20€ Συνολική σύνταξη: 700,00€ Γ) Ως προς την διαδικασία που πρέπει να ακολουθηθεί για την υλοποίηση των περιορισμών του ποσού της σύνταξης μετά την πάροδο της πρώτης τριετίας για τους επιζώντες που εργάζονται ή λαμβάνουν σύνταξη από οποιαδήποτε άλλη πηγή επισημαίνονται τα εξής: Με την παρ. 5 του άρθρου 19 του ν. 4611/2019 ορίστηκε ότι σε περίπτωση εργασίας ή αυτοαπασχόλησης ή λήψης σύνταξης από οποιαδήποτε πηγή μετά την πρώτη τριετία καταβάλλεται – αναλόγως της χρονικής διάρκειας της εργασίας ή της αυτοαπασχόλησης – το πενήντα (50%) της σύνταξης, η οποία δεν μπορεί να υπολείπεται των κατωτάτων ορίων που ορίζονται στις περ. α, β και γ της υποπαραγράφου Β της παρ.4 του άρθρου 12 του ν. 4387/2016. Η ανωτέρω ρύθμιση εναρμονίζει την αντιμετώπιση του περιορισμού της σύνταξης λόγω θανάτου σε περίπτωση μειωμένης απασχόλησης με τα εφαρμοζόμενα για τους συνταξιούχους λόγω γήρατος που έχουν μειωμένη απασχόληση. Η διαδικασία που θα ακολουθηθεί από τις Υπηρεσίες του ΕΦΚΑ για την υλοποίηση των σχετικών προβλέψεων για τους επιζώντες που λαμβάνουν σύνταξη λόγω θανάτου και εργάζονται μετά την πρώτη 3ετία θεωρούμε ότι πρέπει να είναι ανάλογη με τα όσα εφαρμόζει ο φορέας και στις περιπτώσεις απασχόλησης συνταξιούχων λόγω γήρατος βάσει των διατάξεων του άρθρου 20 του ν. 4387/2016. Τονίζεται πάντως ότι οι διαδικασίες για την υλοποίηση των νομοθετικών ρυθμίσεων ανάγονται στην αρμοδιότητα των οργάνων που απονέμουν τις παροχές, πολύ δε περισσότερο στις περιπτώσεις όπου οι περιορισμοί στη σύνταξη θανάτου μετά την πρώτη 3ετία λόγω απασχόλησης υφίστανται και στις προϊσχύουσες του άρθρου 12 του ν. 4387/2016 διατάξεις του άρθρου 62 του ν. 2676/1999, όπως ίσχυε με το άρθρο 13 του ν. 3863/2010. Τέλος, όσον αφορά τα ερωτήματα που έχουν τεθεί με το Σ50/39/1108446/19.9.2018 έγγραφό σας σχετικά με την απασχόληση σε θέση του δημοσίου ή του ευρύτερου δημόσιου τομέα επιζώντων / μερών συμφώνου συμβίωσης συνταξιούχων λόγω θανάτου που επήλθε μετά την έναρξη ισχύος του ν. 4387/2016 και των οποίων η σύνταξη προέρχεται από υπηρεσία σε θέση του δημοσίου τομέα, επισημαίνονται τα εξής: Σύμφωνα με την ρητή πρόβλεψη της παρ. 7 του άρθρου 12 του ν. 4387/2016 κάθε διάταξη που ρυθμίζει διαφορετικά από τα οριζόμενα στο άρθρο αυτό καταργείται προκειμένου για θανάτους που επέρχονται από 13.5.2016 και εφεξής. Με βάση την ανωτέρω ρητή πρόβλεψη θεωρούμε ότι σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις θανάτου από την 13.5.2016 και εφεξής δεν θα έχουν εφαρμογή οι διατάξεις του άρθρου 58 παρ. 1 και 5 του Κώδικα Πολιτικών και Στρατιωτικών Συντάξεων, όπως αντικαταστάθηκε και ισχύει, ούτε η διάταξη της παρ. 14 του άρθρου 8 του ν. 2592/1998. Επομένως και οι απασχολούμενοι σε θέση του δημοσίου συνταξιούχοι λόγω θανάτου από υπηρεσία σε θέση του δημοσίου ή του ευρύτερου δημόσιου τομέα εμπίπτουν μετά την πρώτη τριετία στους περιορισμούς που ισχύουν για τους λοιπούς συνταξιούχους και ο χρόνος για τον οποίο λαμβάνουν αποδοχές και μέρος της σύνταξης θεωρείται συντάξιμος χρόνος. Συνεπώς, ο χρόνος για τον οποίο λαμβάνουν αποδοχές θεωρείται συντάξιμος ακόμη κι αν λαμβάνουν ταυτόχρονα τη σύνταξη λόγω θανάτου. Παρακαλούμε για την πιστή εφαρμογή των ανωτέρω και την άμεση ανταπόκρισή σας, ούτως ώστε να χορηγηθούν το συντομότερο δυνατό οι διαφορές ποσών στους δικαιούχους. Φ.80000/οικ.27156/854/2019 εγγράφου του ΥΠΕΚΑΑ, που περιλαμβάνεται στην εγκύκλιο 36/2019 και με την κοινοποίηση του με αρ. πρωτ. Φ.80000/28443/892/2019 εγγράφου του Υπουργείου Εργασίας και Κοινωνικών Υποθέσεων, ως προς την εφαρμογή των διατάξεων του άρθρου 19 «Σύνταξη λόγω θανάτου» του Ν. 4611/2019, εκδόθηκε το Γενικό Έγγραφο Σ50/22/905880 από τον ΕΦΚΑ με το οποίο δίνονται διευκρινίσεις για την εφαρμογή των σχετικών διατάξεων. Ngày 31/1/2019, Tổng cục Thuế nhận được công văn số 4611/CT-KK&KTT ngày 28/01/2019 của Cục Thuế TP. Hà Nội vướng mắc về việc hoàn tiền mua nhà thuộc sở hữu nhà nước của Công ty TNHH một thành viên Quản lý và Phát triển nhà Hà Nội (sau đây gọi tắt là Công ty). Về việc này, Tổng cục Thuế có ý kiến như sau:

Liên quan đến vướng mắc về việc hoàn tiền bán nhà thuộc sở hữu nhà nước của Công ty, ngày 10/10/2018, Tổng cục Thuế đã có công văn số 3875/TCT-KK trả lời công văn số 59637/CT-KK&KTT ngày 27/08/2018 của Cục Thuế TP. Hà Nội.

Nội dung hướng dẫn tại công văn số 3875/TCT-KK phù hợp với quy định pháp luật. Tuy nhiên, Cục Thuế TP. Hà Nội không thực hiện giải quyết hoàn tiền mua nhà được cho cá nhân mua nhà do Cục Thuế TP. Hà Nội đã tổng hợp, theo dõi nghĩa vụ của cá nhân mua nhà chung vào nghĩa vụ của Công ty (số tiền mua nhà của cá nhân tổng hợp cùng với số nộp NSNN của Công ty chung vào mã số thuế của Công ty). Vì vậy, căn cứ tình hình quản lý thực tế tại đơn vị, trường hợp Cục Thuế TP. Hà Nội đề xuất tiếp tục giải quyết hồ sơ hoàn tiền mua nhà thuộc sở hữu nhà nước của Công ty sau khi nhận được giấy đề nghị hoàn trả khoản thu ngân sách nhà nước theo đúng mẫu quy định và không bù trừ số tiền mua nhà, lệ phí trước bạ được hoàn với số tiền nợ thuế, tiền phạt chậm nộp của Công ty thì Cục Thuế TP. Hà Nội liên hệ với cá nhân mua nhà để bổ sung văn bản về việc đề nghị hoàn tiền mua nhà và chấp thuận Công ty thay mặt cá nhân thực hiện thủ tục hoàn tiền mua nhà thuộc sở hữu nhà nước cho cá nhân.

Tổng cục Thuế trả lời để Cục Thuế thành phố Hà Nội được biết và thực hiện./.

Some tips for people who want to effectively resist the Trump regime right now: --> You should NOT be bothering with online petitions or emailing. In-person encounters and calls are what all the congresspeople pay attention to.

1. The best thing you can do to be heard and get your congressperson to pay attention is to have face-to-face time. 2. Next best thing: calling. You should make 6 calls a day: 2 each (DC office and your local office) to your 2 Senators & your 1 Representative. Every day, the Senior Staff and the Senator get a report of the 3 most-called-about topics for that day at each of their offices (in DC and local offices). They're also sorted by zip code and area code. Republican callers generally outnumber Democrat callers 4-1. In the last 8 years, Republicans have called, and Democrats haven't. So, when you call: A) When calling the DC office, ask for the Staff member in charge of whatever you're calling about ("Hi, I'd like to speak with the staffer in charge of Healthcare, please"). If you don't have one, that's ok - ask for their name, and then just keep talking to whoever answered the phone. Don't leave a message if you can avoid it. B) Give them your zip code. They won't always ask for it, but make sure you give it to them, so they can mark it down. Extra points if you live in a zip code that traditionally votes for them, since they'll want to make sure they get/keep your vote. C) If you can make it personal, make it personal. D) Pick 1-2 specific things per day to focus on. Don't go down a whole list - ideally something that will be voted on/taken up in the next few days. E) Be clear on what you want - i.e. "I'm disappointed that the Senator..." or "I want to thank the Senator for their vote on..." F) It doesn't matter if they get sick of you; the people answering the phones generally turn over every 6 weeks anyway.

If you hate being on the phone & feel awkward, there are a bunch of scripts you can use. After a few days of calling, it starts to feel a lot more natural.
