Time for the ninth Komachi cover! It's Space Cover time! This is actually a remaster of an older Space Cover of this exact theme. In fact, the original cover of this (which I posted as a teaser) is about a year old, and is from the Pre-Meiling Era. The two are night and day different, so it's hard to compare them, but I do think this is better by a small margin. This is my very first remaster of anything I've made, so I'd like to know what you think. If it turns out I did good, I might think about remastering some of my other older audios!

Family Time

Pairing: Caregivers! Natasha Romanoff & Yelena Belova x Little! Reader

Summary: After finally getting you to settle down after a sugar high, your older sisters sit and watch your favourite cartoon together.

AC: I’m Australian and I’ve never seen bluey, lmao. But I hope you enjoy this x also, please note, I am not a little and I write this purely based of research. If I have said anything incorrect, please don’t hesitate to message me via DM or asks. 

It was Yelena who had given you some soda in your sippy cup, maybe a mistake when she noticed how hyper you had gotten but it was hard for her to say no to her younger sister when you gave her your signature puppy eyes. She tried everything to get you to settle down before Natasha would return from the store, but nothing worked to keep your attention. Sitting down in the living room, surrounded by your toys and favorite plushies, she offered to do some arts and crafts with you. 

"But can't find crayons!" you pouted as Yelena placed your coloring book on the table. "Well, when was the last time you had them?" Yelena asked, unsure of where they'd be. 

"Sissy took them!" you replied, crossing your arms across your chest. 

To Yelena's relief, Natasha walks through the door with a welcoming smile. "Sissy! Where's crayons?" you asked as you sat down at the coffee table and opened up your coloring book. "If you're going to ask like that, you won't get them" Nat replies with a raised brow, reminding you to use your manners. 

"Sorry" you pouted, "can I please have my crayons?" you asked once more. 

Natasha whispered to Yelena that they were on top of the refrigerator. She had placed them there to stop you from chewing on them, snapping them in half or drawing on the walls. Yelena grabbed them and placed them in front of you before grabbing another one of your coloring books to join you. 

"Thank you Sis!" you smiled before grabbing an orange crayon. 

Natasha made peanut butter sandwiches for lunch, cutting off the crusts for you otherwise you wouldn't eat it. She filled your sippy cup with apple juice and placed it on your small plastic table. 

Since your older sisters saved you from Red Room, they've learnt a lot about you, things they didn't know before and together, they work as one to help give you everything you need. They love you more than life itself, you're their baby sister so anything you need, they'll do it. 

Given the events that took place in Red Room it was no surprise that your Psychologist informed your sisters that you age regress as a form of dealing with the trauma of Red Room. Both sisters did their research and they best to make sure you always felt comfortable and safe when you were feeling little, some days were harder than others. 

"Are you ready for lunch?" Nat came into the living room with another soft smile, you nodded before you realized how hungry you were then raced to your table. Natasha chuckled, "somebody is hungry!" she commented as she and Yelena followed you into the dining room. 

It was important to them that when you were feeling little that they help create a whole different childhood for you, everything mattered, even to the tiniest details. Mealtimes were to be eaten in the dining room as a family and there was a routine, they followed that they learned you loved and reacted well too. 

"After lunch wanna watch bluey" you spoke after taking a bite of your sandwich. 

"I'm sure we can watch bluey before your nap" Yelena replied, Natasha nodding in agreement, "do you want to change into your bluey shirt beforehand?" Nat asked. You nodded with excitement. 

For your birthday, Yelena had a shirt made just for you of your favorite Bluey character. The shirt brought you plenty of comfort and joy and you always wore it when you would watch the show. 

After lunch, Nat helped you change into your Bluey shirt before you both joined Yelena on the sofa who had already got Bluey ready. You made yourself comfortable between your two sisters, resting your head on Natasha's shoulder as you began to suckle your thumb. Yelena pressed play and watched as your eyes instantly lit up. 

Plenty of chuckles were shared between the three of you as you grew more and more tired as it came closer to your nap time. Yelena reached for a throw blanket before throwing it over the three of you. After a handful of episodes, you were softly snoring with your head still resting comfortably on Natasha's shoulder. 

The two older sisters smiled softly at one another, finally able to have family time like they had always dreamt of.

hello loves how is everyone?? sorry i haven’t been posting a lot but please request more imagines!! dad!Joseph is my favourite. i’m sorry but i didn’t do spending the day but i did do the morning with Joseph and baby Tommy! my work isn’t good enough atm so i’m sorry😭 probably has a few mistakes but enjoy <3

you had given birth to your daughter Tommy three months ago and today was Joseph's first father's day. Joseph had always talked about becoming a dad and when you finally had your daughter he was ecstatic. he was one of the best dads you'd ever seen and seeing him and your daughter bond was beautiful. the first father's day was always important to him, he always spoke about it when you were pregnant and now Tommy was here he could finally experience it for himself.

he didn't believe his friends when they said being a parent was the best thing to ever happen to them but now he had his beautiful baby he knew exactly what they meant. you were downstairs making Joseph breakfast, both Tommy and Joseph asleep which gave you a bit of peace and quiet before Tommy woke up screaming. you hoped that she wouldn't wake up Joseph so you could surprise him and had the baby monitor right next to you as you cooked, any sound she made you were looking straight at the monitor to tend to her.

you heard her fussing as you plated up the food and quickly turned the oven off so you could go feed her. you walked up the stairs and into her bedroom where you saw her squirming around on the bed, obviously groggy from just waking up. "good morning sweetheart. did you sleep well?" you asked, carefully picking her up and placing her on your chest. the three month old lifted her head up slightly as she looked up at you, her doe brown eyes staring right into yours.

having your baby was the best thing to ever happen to you. there were no words to describe the feeling when you first met the most beautiful creature which you created. you let your head fall down slightly so you could kiss her multiple times on her neck. you heard her giggle slightly, her left hand coming up to grab ahold of your hair. "ouch" you whispered, getting between her hand and your hair as you tried to stop her from ripping it out. you walked to the rocking chair which was in the corner of her nursery and sat down, pulling down the left side of your nursing pyjama top, knowing it was time for a feed.

she latched on pretty quickly which you were grateful for because today you definitely didn't want to be more stressed then you already were. sometimes it would take her at least 20 minutes to latch but the gods must of heard you. she nursed for about 10 minutes before she let go, meaning she didn't want anymore and that also meant you could now wake up Joseph for his breakfast. you pulled your top back up before sitting her up on your lap, allowing yourself to burp her.

after burping her you let yourself stand up and walk downstairs to put her in her baby bouncer which was in front of the TV. it was playing Bluey and every time that show was playing Tommy was absolutely mesmerised by the screen. she would not take her eyes off it for the ten minutes it was on the screen. obviously she didn't understand what was happening but the different characters just made her eyes widen and coo at the screen. you had gone back into the kitchen and picked up the breakfast you had prepared and put it on the dining room table, ready for Joseph to eat.

every father's day is special but a first father's day should always be remembered as the best so for his present you decided to make a card which had Tommys hand prints on the front and then inside the card were her foot prints. you had made this a few weeks ago and let's just say Tommy did not like having paint on her hands and feet but nevertheless you got a decent picture out of it. you also decided to add to the card a sweet paragraph and try to get Tommy to 'write' her name at the end of it with your help, obviously. you also got a frame made with a picture of  Joseph and Tommy sleeping together on the couch when she was a month old. there were letters around the photo which said 'Happy first Father's day Daddy'. it wasn't anything expensive but it was sentimental and you knew Joseph would love it.

it was nearing 8:30 when Joseph finally woke up and you had just enough time to put both presents in front of the breakfast you had made. you quickly got Tommy out of her baby bouncer and sat down at the table, hearing Joseph's footsteps carrying him down the stairs. he was confused, he didn't see you in the bed next to him like you usually were, Tommy wasn't in her crib and you weren't in the living room. he walked into the dining room and saw you and Tommy sat together, a wide smile on your face. he looked at the table and saw a card, a small wrapped up gift and a full english breakfast which he automatically assumed was his.

"happy first father's day" you said as he walked closer to the table. Tommy noticed her dad almost immediately and let a wife smile spread across her face as she cooed at him. Joseph sat down and kissed your cheek, getting out a small thank you before he took Tommy out of your hands and left little kisses all around her face. she giggled loudly as Joseph's kissed tickled her skin making his face match the exact same smile she had on hers. "that breakfast smells so good" he said as he turned his attention back to you. you smiled softly at him and put your hands out so you could take Tommy allowing him to eat.

he gave her over to you and started eating. there was one thing about Joseph which you're never ever wanna change and that was his love for food. sometimes you thought that he loved food more than you and that was a running joke you both had since the start of your relationship. after he finished eating you passed Tommy back over to Joseph and took his plate to the kitchen. there was one thing you hated and that was dirty dishes. seeing them being left on the table after they were finished made you feel sick so you got to cleaning it straight away before going back into the dining room to see Tommys hand in Joseph's hair, not a care in the world.

"ouch baby. you can't pull daddy's hair" he said weaving his hand between his hair and her hand, exactly how you did it earlier. being three months old Tommy didn't realise right from wrong so teaching her hair pulling was wrong early was the best thing for her. "come on then let's open these presents" Joseph said looking just as excited as a kid on Christmas morning. you sat down next to him again and let your head rest on his shoulder, the tiredness from this morning taking a toll on you. Joseph turned Tommy around so she could sit facing the table so it would be easier for him to open his gifts. she was lent against his back, her feet kicking in excitement and Joseph opened the card first.

the card read 'Dear Joseph, i'm so thankful that we have been on this parenting journey together and i am glad that i chose to do this with you. you are the best father to our little girl and i wouldn't change it for the world. i love our little family which one day in the future we can grow and i love you so much. i know this isn't much but i know how much you love the small things and these gifts would be special to you. Happy first Father's day! love Y/n and Tommy'

after he finished reading the card he saw the messy handwriting in black ink. 'Tommy'. it was obvious that you had helped her because she couldn't write but something about this made Joseph's heart flutter. he hated how quickly time was moving. how was his sweet baby already three months old when it felt like just yesterday you told him that you'd gone into labour and that you needed to go into hospital. it felt crazy that he had a baby and he was actually a dad. he had been dreaming about this moment since forever and he was so lucky to share that experience with you.

he skimmed over the card again, eyes filling with tears as he saw the handprints and footprints and he felt grateful. grateful that you went through the hassle of trying to get a newborn to cooperate to even make this card. he sniffled, not wanting his emotions to get the best of him and put the card down on the table, kissing Tommys head in the process. he wiped his eyes quickly before turning to you seeing you already looking up at him, a soft smile on your lips as you watched he'd his reaction to the card. he lent in and kissed you passionately, his face a little red from his emotions.

his attention then turned to the small present which was neatly wrapped up in wrapping paper which was grey and printed in gold bees. Joseph took ahold of the box and put it in front of both him and Tommy, her hands immediately finding the box as her small fingers tried to pull it apart. Joseph watched as she tried her best to rip apart the paper and decided to help by tearing a bit of the paper, creating a tear for her to grab ahold of. both Tommy and Joseph started ripping at the paper allowing it to reveal the most special gift of all.

once it was revealed Joseph gasped, in awe of the gift. to others it may be to simple for a first father's day but Joseph loved it. the picture of him and his newborn baby sleeping in the most beautiful frame. he had never loved a gift more than this and his smile grew once he saw the letters around it. "y/n this is so beautiful. thank you love" he said, kissing you again before leaving little kisses on Tommys head. watching Joseph and Tommy together always made your heart swell. having your own family was one thing you'd always wished for, even when you were a little girl, and now that you have a family your life had changed. having Tommy just made your life complete.

the whole morning was filled with cuddles, kisses and loud giggles from Tommy. since she turned three months she had been smiling and giggling so much more and seeing her smile always made Joseph smile to himself, he created this beautiful human and he loves you and her so much. “can we rest today sweetheart? i just want to lounge around with you both all day” Joseph said, tickling the back of Tommys neck softly making her cringe but smile widely. luckily you didn’t plan anything and wanted to wait to see what Joseph wanted to do so him saying this made you smile. it meant you could have a lazy day with your family, away from the fans, the paparazzi, the stress of the world. although you hadn’t done much, Joseph didn’t care. he got to spend quality time with his girls and he loved nothing more than the two of you and this first father’s day couldn’t of been more special.

My #1 post of 2022

I grow our own vegetables. Many hybrid and heirloom varieties are bred for flavor rather than for commercial appeal and travel. There are entire species on the allotment that you can’t easily buy in stores because of this - like salsify, a root vegetable that tastes of fish and shellfish. Our neighbours happily take it to make vegan latkes of alarming similarity to fishcakes. You cannot sell it in stores because - despite looking like a white parsnip - it turns brown when you pick it & if you scrape/bruise/cut the white root in any way, or damage the delicate little hairs, for some reason, it BLEEDS RED and is very upsetting to look at.

There are whole classes of foods like this. Foods that just don’t ship well or look good on supermarket shelves. Forbidden fruits. Vegetables that bleed and taste like meat. Sorry about this

I also love (as I pointed out yesterday with my spamming of Helen) the (found) family thing. Good old Sanctuhana - ohana means family, family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. And if that doesn't sound like the Sanctuary crew, I don't know what show you've been watching. (Course I can't find any decent gifs of Helen and Ashley in the gif search thing. Fail, Tumblr, fail.)

Day five in the Big Brother household of the Sanctuary Appreciation Week. Today is favourite location.

My favourite is the Old City Sanctuary. It's the right mix of homey and science lab-y and broken down cathedral-y. XD They even have a cloister! And I swear a sanctuary can be a TARDIS when plot dictates. I would not be surprised to find all the things we fic writers have written about the place actually being there.

Last year, a user on Twitter posted the floor plan to the Old City Sanctuary, lemme see if I can find it again.

Day three of the Sanctuary Appreciation Week got me thinking about: Favourite Season/Story Arc. There's two answers to this.

My favourite season is season three, not just because it's the season that brought me back to the fandom like five years later, or because of this cardigan:

(I *will* knit my own one, one day) but because it is just such a comfort blanket for me. So much happens but at the same time there's also chances for the show to sit and breathe.

But also because it is the season that brought me back to the fold and I love the dvds I got signed by Amanda at ATX.

But my favourite arc isn't in one season, it bridges two. I am, of course, talking about Nikola's devamping and subsequent revamping.

(Sorry, random aside. There were scorpions in the Tesla ep of Doctor Who?

It's so cute, but will get you in the feels (in a good way - Sleepytime in s2 had me crying real tears, first of joy then of actual overwhelming emotion)(I have been awake on and off since 4:28am so that might be part of it).

FIVE (  HOBBIES  )     /     fuck, i’m never good at this one. roleplaying, obviously, for the first. video games, definitely, i’d be a hades multi - muse if i wasn’t a zelda one. photoshop counts as a hobby by now, i’m sure. pre - pandemic i really enjoyed playing magic: the gathering but it’s just ... not the same, doing the online versions, so it’s dropped by the wayside now. daydreaming about my characters bios & not actually writing them counts for sure.

SIX (  FAVOURITE BOOKS  )     /     i’ll always have a very soft spot for the a series of unfortunate events books, i must admit. i also love fairy - tales, but rather than list them all, i’ll say that six - gun snow white by catherynne m. valente is one of my favourites. deathless, by the same woman, is also in the top five. in the same vein, anything by emily caroll is an automatic favourite, through the woods is a masterpiece. the song of achilles is pretty great, & howl’s moving castle ! very different from the ghibli film, but still wonderful, would recommend, if only for welsh rugby playing howl. the umbrella academy is comics, but fuck it, i didn’t spent weeks on end bugging my local comic store to stock it in the early tens to not put it here, i love my fucked up kids. i must also begrudgingly admit to enjoying trashy historical fiction. i read quite a few philippa gregory books in my teenage years. i’m not proud of it, but it is what it is !

EIGHT (  LAST SHOW WATCHED  )     /     ... bluey. my niece is three, & it’s one of her favourite shows. we watched it during snacktime. the last adult show i watched, by choice, was it’s a sin.

NINE (  INSPIRATION FOR MUSE  )     /     which fucking one. trying to pin down what inspires me for what muse is like trying to catch lightning. my general overwhelming love for the legend of zelda series & all the characters within it, sure, but i spent most of my downtime in work yesterday frantically worldbuilding in my notes app for the princess zelda of 10,000 years prior to breath of the while because ... ???? i still don’t know ! i woke up early ? the wind blew in exactly the right way ? i heard a certain piece of music ? no ! not unless bruce springsteen is the soundtrack to pre - breath of the wild hyrule ! i don’t control this shit, i just wait for it to possess me, & try to get as many words out as i can in the moment !

...impa muse comes from the fact that we’re both lesbians, though. that one’s easy. every impa is a lesbian, that’s a rock fact, even the oracles impa. especially the oracles impa.

TEN (  MEANING BEHIND YOUR URL  )     /     this was intended to be a multi - muse based around breath of the wild & its characters, & considering it’s set in the ruins, the remains, of hyrule ? i expected most of my characters to be hylian too, hence hylianremnants, specifically, but no. it’s just link, it’s just all link. I also draw/colour in but like, only as a hobby, I’m not any good at it. I will also wander around the house singing made-up songs to myself, usually life-narration songs. “Puttin’ the milk in my TEA and soon I will BE SittingOnTheSeat, SittingOnTheSeat” <- very normal ingrid song  six /  favourite colors.  purple, but a bluey purple, a purplish blue seven / favourite books.  whenever people ask i tell them Elsewhere, by Gabrielle Zevin, because that was “The First Book” for me, but of late I have really enjoyed brigid kemmerer’s More Than We Can Tell and - oh one of my faves is definitely Other Breakable Things by Kelley York and her wife Rowan Altwood. That book really matters to me, I think because I read it the same month, maybe some couple of weeks, that my sister-in-law had passed away. it is strange, how art makes grief into something tangible, and I appreciate it eight  /  last song listened to.  Dying in LA, p!atd nine  /  last film watched. Gifted  ten  /  inspiration for muse. when i was 13/14, super(!) depressed, socially isolated, scared of people, long sob story history, I came across a character who was vital and alive and he chose to be that over the top of everything else, before everything else, freely, because he could, and it was wildly appealing. cliche to say this character taught me how to do happiness? maybe, but probably true. losing/decreasing muse for him has been sad, but it was a lesson learned, not an example borrowed. i know how to be in love with being alive and it is something i have learned and fought for and won. I will not get into that whole story but needless to say if you’re fighting mental health battles rn, keep fighting.  eleven  / dream job.  i guess maybe a writer? I would be very good as a writer for a living bc that’s literally all I do, so  twelve  / meaning behind your url. literally it was just ... it was alliterated and the first thing i thought of when i was trying to make a url for a roleplay blog. actually that’s not true, tumblr ancients will remember when i was talk-to-tennant, but that only lasted like a year bc the hyphens were horrible and also bc people kept thinking i was tennant and being disappointed

ONE / name: gabrielle is the name!

TWO / birthday: october 3

THREE / zodiac sign: libra. (but i’m also a rat, in the chinese zodiac!)

FOUR / height: UMMMMM LAST I CHECKED (and that was a long time ago), 153cm???

FIVE / hobbies: reading, first and foremost. creative writing is next, and drawing? or sketching, because it’s been a long time since i’ve gone beyond pencil scribbles in my various sketchbooks. i also love to bake, and owning a stand mixer is my dream.

(does window-shopping count as a hobby because i could structure a whole day around just wandering through malls and shops just doing that without spending a single penny. it’s fun! particularly if you’re in good company.)

SIX / favourite colour: blue is nice. i like blues.

SEVEN / favourite book: the honest answer is that it’s very hard to choose favourites, my taste in books vary depending on the time and some things i used to be utterly convinced were faves end up being...alright...at a later date?  the last two years i’ve been steadily immersing myself into a lot of SF/F and i tend to adore all of them as a result of getting those reads from woc reviewers.*

in the meantime, here’s my current faves that come to mind without hesitation and with little doubt in hindsight: (literary fiction) frankenstein by mary shelley, never let me go by kazuo ishiguro, (fantasy) the tiger’s daughter by k. arsenault rivera, (sci-fi) the long way to a small angry planet by becky chambers, and finally (fantasy/mythology?) the song of achilles by madeline miller.

*if you’re a queer poc like me who’s gotten a bit picky and cynical about mainstream publishing over the years (partly due to being spoiled by wonderfully written and equally wonderfully free fanfic), woc reviewers usually have the best recommendations.

NINE / last film I watched: rocketman. it was awesome! 

TEN / inspiration or muse: there’s some writing out there that just gets those creativity gears running. the kind of writing where you just wanna absorb via osmosis or something because just reading it with my own two eyes isn’t enough. i’m not even saying like good stories kind of writing (although that’s definitely one form of inspiration), i mean like writing style. the turns of phrases that stick to you, choice words that make you feel a great number of things, clever syntax that has you coming back. you could drink it all up.

don’t @ me for saying this: i know there’s a lot of stuff worth critiquing over with john green’s novels, it definitely isn’t for everyone and i totally respect that because i see all the flaws in his books as well, but his writing style is something i quite unabashedly enjoy, for example, because of how dry and direct it is. (which makes me wonder that not nearly enough White Men are dry AND direct: they’re all dry and.....insufferably and intolerably long-winded.) and then there’s madeline miller, k. arsenault rivera, and naomi novik -- fantasy writers that have very atmospheric writing, the kind where you feel the beat of some unsung song in the way their story is told. they’re also my go-tos for when i feel the creative well is all dried up.

TWELVE / meaning behind your URL: i used to refer to myself as “bluey” Back In The Day (which is another long story that involves warrior cats), and i had an online friend who lived in japan that nicknamed me “brew” because it was how she pronounced “blue” in her head. the nickname caught on in the community i was in, and i grew quite fond of it myself; figured it was time for a change after a while and went with some combination involving “brew” thereafter with my social media handles (sans my instagram). the “-cha”....well...tea, anyone?

THIRTEEN / top 3 ships: aziraphale/crowley from good omens, chirrut/baze from rogue one, aaand peraltiago from brooklyn nine-nine. some variation of Married™ and two halves of a whole idiot.

FOURTEEN / lipstick or lip balm: lip balm. i do like seeing lipstick on other people more because other people wear lipstick better than i can.

FIFTEEN / currently reading: red, white, and royal blue by casey mcquiston. sign me the heck up for gay ass hate-to-love.

SIXTEEN / work: i’m an english teacher, but i am self-employed on an official capacity since i’m hired through an agency. i have yet to land a permanent job, though i’m starting a masters in creative writing in september. we’ll see how things go.

SEVENTEEN / fiction: most of the things i’ve written for public/semi-public consumption (i.e. submitted as an assignment/project, had it published in a collection, etc) have been just about....people? people as people and people interacting. my most notable(??) piece is a short-short story about a 20-something gay woman’s relationship with her single father, who is also gay and has been in love with his childhood friend the whole time. it’s not a tense story, the father-daughter relationship is a good, strong one; just one where the daughter reflects on Life as she considers coming out to her dad, when it turns out he wants to come out to her too because he’s so inspired by her. i wrote it for a short story class, and imagine how gratified i felt when all my classmates in the workshop kept asking me if the dad + childhood friend get married later!!

but i’ve also done a lot of SF/F in my spare time, some projects i’m experimenting with. there’s one about a girl and a sword from space, there’s another that might as well be good omens fanfic since the characters involved are very aziraphale- and crowley-like, and there’s one completely suuuuper self-indulgent thing involving superheroes. just a lot of stuff i’m exploring and figuring out!

EIGHTEEN / fanfiction: I HAVEN’T WRITTEN FANFICTION IN SO LONG. the last thing i wrote and uploaded was a short chirrut/baze thing. they were played by chinese actors, one of whom’s from hong kong where i live, so it was an au where they (particularly chirrut) grew up in hk. the most fanfic i’ve ever written was during my free! and haikyuu!! days...those were some awesome days not gonna lie.

would love to write good omens fanfic, considering how obsessed i am with it, but there’s something ineffable about them that makes me hesitant to even attempt nailing down their characters in my own writing. like i’m not even worthy of the multitudes they contain. i’ve enjoyed all the fanfic that’s been pouring out of the fandom lately, however. i love me some sweet, sweet tropes.

(remember that project in #17 where the characters are very aziraphale- and crowley-like? sometimes i look at the shorts i’ve written for those ocs, the slice-of-life type of shorts where i’m just playing around with dialogue instead of plot, and think to myself “with some name-changes and tweaking this could be GO fanfic. why not??? WHY NOT????”)

When was the last time you cried? oh, um :( reading this poem, I think. Or this other one w/ the song playing. (yeah sorry! That got real v. fast)

Do you have kids? Not interested. I just wanna raise my fictional children.

Do you use sarcasm a lot? Not a huge amount? Depends what “a lot” is relative to.

What’s the first thing you notice about people?  In person: their hair. I’m terrible at faces & am more likely to remember someone’s hair/clothes & their voice. (And then Good luck remembering WHERE I know them from most of the time. . . ) On tumblr: I’m usually looking for info in their intro line/bio about whether they’re in my age group. Elsewhere online: any use of loaded terms that affiliate them with political positions tends to really pop. And their user pic obviously.

What’s your eye color? A bluey greeny that’s not quite what I would call “aqua.”

Scary Movies or Happy Endings? Happy endings!

Any special talents? I mostly focus on drawing. In terms of unusual stuff: I can do a circus-style walk on top of a large rolling object. I know this b/c in elementary school we used to have a giant plastic tube we played on (and inside) every day.

Where were you born? A city a couple hours west of Toronto. It was the area my dad grew up.

What are your hobbies? Watching movies and children’s cartoons (I was both an art student & a film student in university), roleplaying (these days mostly tabletop), drawing & writing, internet chatting (thank u Discord), playing SWTOR, reading & making blog posts about SWTOR, playing Pokemon GO (lol), organizing/decorating my house, and -- the last few years (not including this summer where I was too busy) -- I’ve had a backyard veggie garden in June-september. I also hope to get back into sewing one of these days!! In the past I've made simple clothes, simple costumes, various simple bag/pillow things, and some basic plushies.

Do you have any pets? I will co-parent Dani’s 2 weird, beautiful cats any time I’m visiting her.

What sports do you play/have you played? I loathe team sports. . . idk. . . I always found it really embarrassing to have people pay attention to my doing things WHILE I try to do them. However I loved to run & run as a kid, and I still very much enjoy swimming around. I would dance if I could have a teacher who didn’t freak me right out (seems unlikely). . . but also I have kindof bad knees. . . and I had a herniated disc in my back even though I’m only 33. Depression did a number on me!

Favourite subject at school? Art!!! Drama was really great too (people paying attention to me AFTER I learned my part was something I liked. In our highschool play I took the narrator role and tried to inject some character into it. But I didn’t technically have to practice my lines back&forth WITH anyone else, which would have been the stressful/anxiety-triggering part.)

Dream job? I’m not suited to jobs as they currently exist. Lmao. However, if I WERE more able to accomplish things in an orderly fashion, then my dream would be to draw comics of my ideaaaas.
