baseball slides in. could i request orthworm.
Of course you can!
#968 Orthworm
The Earthworm Pokémon (wow, thanks for that), a Steel Type from the Paldea region! Fun fact: Orthworms name in german is "Schlurm" and that is objectively the better name.
Serious Ratings!
Stats: 7/10 It's of course suffering a bit from the "no evolution" curse so it's BST is not the best, but thanks to power creep it's a bit above average in its weight class. It's got ok HP and great Def, of course like many steel types, and accordingly its SpD is horrible. It's clearly a physical attacker, and it can take a hit or two to make the slow speed work as long as you play it right. You can definitely use it in game.
Availability: 8/10 As it's from the most recent generation, i can only judge its availability there. It is a little bit out of the way and doesn't appear all too often in my experience, but it's not hard to find one.
Lore: 7/10 there is not much lore to Orthworm, but the little bit that is there is pretty cool. It's one of the Titan Pokémon, and as one of the more "not too exciting" pokémon of the region, it does its job wonderfully and shows how a single stage pokémon can be, well, exciting. I liked battling it. In addition, i think its signature ability is great. I don't get why its steel type though.
Fun: 6/10 I didn't use it in my own playthrough, but again, i had fun with it as a Titan Pokémon. I imagine it can be interesting to use and i have seen some people online use it in their competitive teams so it gets a "slightly above mediocre" 6 from me
Design: 9/10 It is definitely among my favourites in gen 9. It looks silly and happy, the little arms that kinda don't make sense for an orthworm don't take away because it just makes it more silly, the german name is PEAK. You don't need to make a complicated design to make a good one. The shiny colour is weird, i don't like that one. Regular is better in this case.
Serious Score: 37/50
Silly Ratings!
Politeness: 8/10 It is very nice, it would definitely shake your hands upon meeting, and it would wait in line with you at the bank so you're not bored out of your mind. Points deduction for the one that tried to eat me for searching a plant.
Friend Shape: 9/10 Definitely friend shape. It's a noodle, it can wrap around you to keep your warm and snuggly, it's nice and big, but i assume the steel type makes it quite hard on the outside so not a perfect score here.
Jokes: 4/10 I think it tries but its jokes are just... not that great. I'm sorry Schlurm, your jokes just aren't that funny. You have other qualities.
Deliciousness: 3/10 Yeah... no. It's probably kinda muddy and earthy from eating all that earth, it's really tough to eat bc of that steel type and these blue hands don't quite look all that appetizing. You could eat for a week from it though, it's pretty big.
Lust for Murder: 5/10 I initially thought it's politeness would also mean it's pretty tame, but again. It tried to eat me bc i was looking for plants. Have you heard of deescalation Mx Orthworm? You could have just told me to leave. I also think you could convince some of them to rob a bank with you.
Silly Score: 29/50
Can it make a Lasagna? In short: yes. However, i doubt it'd be particularly good. Orthworm is able to utilize utensils with its many hands, but that empty head can not follow instructions. Maybe it's a bit scared of the oven bc of the heat, but i think you'd be able to encourage it. I would also not ask for any additional herbs and spices. Last time went kinda to the shits.
Total Score: 66/100 and a bad/bland lasagna. Schlurm/Orthworm is a funny little guy and deserves a spot in my top 100 Pokémon.

Delhi has long been recognized as a hub for competitive exam preparation, and SSC (Staff Selection Commission) coaching is no exception. With a high concentration of experienced faculty, well-structured study materials, and a competitive environment, Delhi offers some of the best coaching institutes for SSC aspirants. The city’s coaching centers cater to various SSC exams, including CGL (Combined Graduate Level), CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level), MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff), and others, providing specialized guidance to help students crack these highly competitive tests.
Why Choose Delhi for SSC Coaching?
Delhi’s reputation as an education hub is well-earned, particularly for government job aspirants. The city provides several advantages for SSC exam preparation:

Regular Mock Tests: Frequent mock tests simulate the actual exam environment, helping students improve speed, accuracy, and time management. 4. Competitive Peer Group: Studying alongside serious aspirants fosters a motivating atmosphere, encouraging students to perform better. 5. Affordable Fee Structure: Compared to other metropolitan cities, Delhi offers quality coaching at relatively lower costs, making it accessible to a wider audience.
Top SSC Coaching Institutes in Delhi
Several institutes in Delhi have consistently produced top SSC rankers. Here are some of the most reputed ones:

- Updated Syllabus Coverage: The institute must align its curriculum with the latest SSC exam patterns and syllabus changes. - Doubt Resolution: Regular doubt-clearing sessions ensure students grasp difficult concepts. - Performance Tracking: Detailed feedback on mock tests helps students identify strengths and weaknesses. - Current Affairs Preparation: Since general awareness is a crucial section, institutes should provide daily/weekly updates. - Flexible Learning Options: Both classroom and online coaching should be available to suit different learning preferences.
How to Choose the Right SSC Coaching Institute?
Selecting the right coaching center is crucial for success. Consider the following factors:
1. Faculty Expertise: Research the qualifications and experience of the teachers. 2. Past Results: Check the institute’s track record of producing SSC qualifiers. 3. Batch Size: Smaller batches ensure personalized attention. 4. Fee Structure: Compare fees with the facilities provided. 5. Student Reviews: Speak to former students for honest feedback.
Self-Study vs. Coaching for SSC Exams
While coaching provides structured guidance, self-study is equally important. A balanced approach includes:
- Following a Study Plan: Allocate time for each subject daily. - Using Free Online Resources: Websites like Gradeup, Oliveboard, and Unacademy offer free study materials. - Practicing Previous Year Papers: Helps understand question trends and difficulty levels. - Joining Online Test Series: Affordable alternative to classroom coaching.
Success Tips for SSC Aspirants
1. Understand the Exam Pattern: Familiarize yourself with the marking scheme and sectional cut-offs. 2. Focus on Weak Areas: Strengthen weaker subjects without neglecting strong ones. 3. Revise Regularly: Consistent revision prevents forgetting important concepts. 4. Stay Updated with Current Affairs: Read newspapers and monthly magazines. 5. Maintain Health and Discipline: A balanced routine ensures sustained productivity.
Conclusion
Delhi remains a prime destination for SSC coaching due to its expert faculty, competitive environment, and proven success rates. While coaching institutes provide essential guidance, self-discipline and consistent effort are equally vital for cracking SSC exams. By choosing the right institute, following a structured study plan, and staying motivated, aspirants can significantly enhance their chances of securing a government job through SSC. The key lies in perseverance, smart preparation, and utilizing the best resources available.

Episode 2 | 16 September | 9PM GMT REPLAY | 18 September | 9AM GMT Plastique Fantastique Communiqué: Beware Mars with Earth in Ascendance W/ Plastique Fantastique / Arianne Churchman & Benedict Drew / Christopher Kirubi / Gentle Stranger
On 30 May 2020, at 3:52 pm EDT, Plastique Fantastique watched the Spacex Falcon 9 rocket carry NASA personal (for a fee) to the International Space Station and thought, as below, so above (next stop the moon, then Mars)… there is much today, down here, that needs our urgent attention… and there is much in the future, up there, to worry about too (including one million people living on Mars by 2050 as the first stage of planetary colonisation)… Earth views Mars as a planetary symbol for the cocksure warrior, and for violence, passion, assertion, and the weaponization of skill and sex… above all, Mars is the sign of competition (and Mars is a goal for commerce)… Mars is not this Mars though... That land is not that land… We know a different Mars (we have been there)… It is the hominids of Earth that have projected this image (of themselves) onto Mars… all other animals know this… Mars as ruling planet is not to be feared… it is Earth as ruling planet (Earth in Mars and the Mars in Earth) that we need to worry about… For episode two of the second series of Transmission2020, Plastique Fantastique offer moving images, stories and songs about planetary problems, below and above, with help from our friends Gentle Stranger, Christopher Kirubi and the collaboration of Arianne Churchman & Benedict Drew. The broadcast will feature clips from a film by Plastique Fantastique commissioned by Southwark Park Galleries. The collaboration is a performance fiction produced through comics, performances, text, music, film and assemblages, and investigates the relation of aesthetics and politics and sacred, popular and mass cultures. Recent exhibitions include Shonky: Aesthetics of Awkwardness, Hayward Touring Show 2017-18, and Mars Year Zero at Southwark Park Galleries 2019.
Episode 3 | 23 September | 9PM GMT REPLAY | 25 September | 9AM GMT Juliet Jacques: Spectres of Socialism W/ Bill Morrison / Colin Newman / Deimantas Narkevičius / The Duvet Brothers / Erica Scourti / Igor & Gleb Aleinikov / Jasmina Cibic / John Smith / Kerry Tribe / Octavio Cortázar / Oleksiy Radynski / R W Paul / Santiago Álvarez
Less than a year after the UK's traumatic General Election, after a pandemic that would surely have been far better handled if the principles of communality and solidarity had been at the heart of government, Juliet Jacques presents a selection of films that mostly look back at socialist politics and culture. Starting with comrade John Smith's film made in response to the Covid-19 crisis, and the government's chaotic communications, these films - by Jasmina Cibic, Octavia Cortázar, the Duvet Brothers, Deimantas Narkevičius, Oleksiy Radynski, Kerry Tribe and others - engage creatively with ideology and art in Yugoslavia, the USSR, Cuba, the UK and beyond.
Juliet Jacques (b. 1981) is a writer and filmmaker, based in London. She has published two books, most recently Trans: A Memoir (Verso, 2015). Her short fiction, journalism and essays have appeared in numerous publications including The Guardian, Granta, Frieze, Sight & Sound, Wire, New York Times, 3:AM, The New Inquiry, Arts of the Working Class, London Review of Books and elsewhere. Her short films have screened in galleries and festivals worldwide. She has taught art and creative writing at the Royal College of Art and other institutions, and hosts the political arts podcast Suite (212).

Analysis
Cormag makes his long awaited debut as the latest in a long line of lance fliers. Unlike the majority of his competition however he differs slightly in his stat distribution. With exceptionally high Atk, decent physical bulk and middling Spd, Cormag leaves himself open to multiple playstyles.
Cormag’s stat line leaves him in an interesting position. His high Atk and decent Def leave him capable of tanking melee opponents making him a good physical wall. In this same sense he may run Iote’s Shield nullifying his weakness to archers. His 32 Spd, while middling, can easily be improved on with a simple refine and skill to match his Atk and Def. His Res, while sitting at a mere 23, may also be expanded on allowing him to serve as a decent mixed tank as needed.
His base kit possesses powerful skills that allow him to effectively support his allies or to support himself while in combat. Dull Close will nullify any buffs on a foe during combat. This means that if a foe with 53 Atk is buffed for +6 Atk while in combat against Cormag that their Atk will simply set back to their default instead of being at 59 Atk. This allows Cormag to take fights that would normally be ill-advised and lets him charge his special Ignis. Ignis will have a 3 turn cooldown due to Cormag possessing Slaying Lance+. If a faster cooldown special is desired however players have the option of switching to specials such as Bonfire or Luna. Meanwhile Def Opening will buff the ally on the team with the highest Def for +6 Def excluding Cormag. Played right Cormag can serve as an excellent buffer bot expanding on the roles he can play on a team. His status as a flier allows him to run incredibly powerful skills. Fliers are a highly mobile class and can run mobility skills to increase their range or an ally’s range of attack.
Cormag cements himself as a lance flier with plenty of potential. The real question in the end is if players who obtain him believe whether or not this potential is worth investing into.
On his first merge, Cormag will receive HP/Def +2 and +1 Atk.
Reasons to Invest in Cormag
You like Cormag and intend to use him in a core team, whether it be for Arena, Aether Raids, or a Flying team
You’re interested in building Cormag due to his good physical bulk, range as a flier unit and or offensive potential
You have obtained all or most previous copies made available and do not mind the grail cost
Reasons NOT to Invest in Cormag
You don’t intend on using him as a core on any team or in any PVE game modes such as Rival Domains or Grand Conquest
You don’t play Aether Raids and have no interest in obtaining grails
You consider Cormag’s playstyle and base kit uninteresting and would rather fodder his skills off to other heroes you use
You already have an invested lance flier that you already use on your core Arena & or Aether Raids team
Similar Units
Note: As a Grand Hero Battle reward Cormag does not have access to boons/assets or banes/flaws and therefore is not directly comparable to any summonable units.
Valter: Dark Moonstone (42/32/31/34/19)
Cormag: Aloof Lanceman (+0/+4/+1/+0/+4)
Note: Valter has access to uninheritable skills and is thus not directly comparable.
Minerva: Red Dragoon (40/31/33/32/22)
Cormag: Aloof Lanceman(+2/+5/-1/+2/+1)
Note: Minerva has access to uninheritable skills and is thus not directly comparable. The two are also of different weapon types.
Laegjarn: Sheathed Steel (41/32/36/36/17)
Cormag: Aloof Lanceman(+1/+4/-4/-2/+6)
Note: Laegjarn has access to uninheritable skills and is thus not directly comparable. The two are also of different weapon types.
Builds
Budget/Low Investment:
Cormag’s set options vary in terms of investment. Depending on the role he plays he may simply need an A skill and seal or he may have to change the skills in his base kit.
The set on the left opts to focus on Cormag’s physical bulk. We run Sturdy Stance in junction with a Def refined Slaying Lance to grant both his Atk/Def a much needed boost. Dull Close is kept to nullify enemy buffs granting Cormag an edge if buffed himself. Quick Riposte allows him to make multiple follow-up attacks when attacked which will let him activate a hard-hitting Ignis With all his skills active, Cormag reaches 54/42 Atk/Def while in combat.
The set on the right hones in on his offensive potential. We can combine both Death Blow and Darting Blow to create a budget Swift Sparrow 3 of sorts. Both skills will increase his Atk/Spd by +6 when initiating fights. Due to the high Spd that Cormag will hit when initiating he may opt to run Desperation to make his follow-up attack before his opponent can retaliate. Even Atk Wave is taken to further buff his Atk by +6 on even numbered turns. His special, Ignis, may be kept due to its heavy damage output or may be swapped with another special if desired. With all of his skills active Cormag reaches 62/41 Atk/Spd while in-combat.
Cormag’s seal options include but aren’t limited to: Atk+3, Spd+3, Def+3, Atk/Spd 2, Spd/Def 2, Blow skills, Bond skills, Brazen skills, Stance skills, Close Def, Quick Riposte, Renewal and Iote’s Shield.
Mixed Phases:
As stated before Cormag’s stat distribution leaves him open to different playstyles allowing him to function as an offensive flier or as a flying tank.
The set on the left improves his mixed bulk. For starters we swap his lance for Vanguard+ which will provide Def+7 to Cormag if attacked. Following this trend we run Close Def as his A skill which boosts his Def/Res by +6 if against a melee damage foe (ex. Sword, Lance, Dragonstone). To top this all off we run Warding Stance as his seal and Odd Res Wave to increase his otherwise lacking Res. Quick Riposte will allow him to make multiple follow-up attacks when attacked allowing Bonfire to proc while in-combat. With all his skills active, Cormag reaches 47/45 Def/Res while in-combat.
The set on the right combines his high mobility with offensive prowess. Here we run Fury and a Spd refined Silver Lance to max out his damage output while giving all of his stats a +3 boost. Wings and Mercy meanwhile will allow Cormag to come to the rescue of an injured ally warping adjacent to them to either whisk them to safety or to do some damage himself. Running Atk/Spd Bond as his seal slot will synergize with this playstyle further boosting both stats by +5. Atk Smoke will ploy any opponents within 2 spaces of Cormag’s foe for -7 Atk in turn making him that much harder to deal with. With all of his skills active, Cormag reaches 60/43 Atk/Spd while in-combat.
High Investment:
Cormag’s full potential can be realized should players choose to invest in him. He may focus on either his Player or Enemy phase depending on what his team’s needs are. The following sets are best intended for players who plan on heavily investing in him.
The set on the left focuses on his offensive potential pushing it to its max. Fury 4 bolsters his raw stats by +4 allowing him to reach scary levels of offense as well as physical defense. Desperation meshes well with Fury 4 as he will take 8 damage after each round of combat on top of damage he sustains in-combat. Threaten Atk/Spd will grant Cormag +5 Atk Spd and ploy his foe for -5 Atk/Spd if he finds himself within 2 spaces of his opponent further increasing his offenses. Finally we run Harmonic Lance in conjunction with Glimmer and Heavy Blade to push his damage output to its maximum. Harmonic Lance will add +10 damage to Cormag’s special once it activates. Because Cormag already reaches an incredibly high level of Atk without a buff he can safely run Glimmer. Heavy Blade will ensure that once Cormag falls into Desperation range that he’ll be able to proc Glimmer in each fight he engages in.
The set on the right leans towards his defenses making him as bulky as possible. Fort. Def/Res works best in this regard boosting both his Def/Res by +6 in exchange for -2 Atk. Casa Blanca has Dull Ranged built into it effectively stopping not only bow units but mages from dealing incredibly high amounts of damage. To make things harder (if not impossible) for bow units we run Iote’s Shield nullifying his weakness to arrows. Guard will protect Cormag from enemy specials while in-combat and from skills increasing a foe’s special cooldown such as Bold Fighter or Heavy Blade. Atk Smoke then ploys foes within 2 spaces of his target for -7 Atk making Cormag and his allies harder to defeat. Bonfire is chosen for its cooldown and to make use of his high Def.

Tim Paine dismisses Jofra Archer claim that Australia ‘panicked’ in Headingley Test
Tim Paine rejects Jofra Archer claims that Australia panicked in the final stages of the dramatic Headingley test
Australia was on the eve of a 2-0 lead in the series and retained the Ashes
But Ben Stokes' brilliant knock and Jack Leach's resistance saved England
The series is at 1-1 with the fourth test on Old Trafford from tomorrow
Jofra Archer renews his fight against Lord & # 39; s with Aussie talisman Steve Smith

Australia Captain Tim Paine has backed Jofra Archer's suggestion that Australia is panicking hit during their dramatic defeat to England in the third Ashes test in Headingley.
England needed 73 runs to win when last man Jack Leach battled, but a period of sensational battles by Ben Stokes led England to victory, while retaining the Ashes in life.
However, Nathan Lyon lost a simple chance at the last moments and Paine & # 39; s failed use of a last review costly when Stokes was not issued for lbw, but hawk-eye showed that the ball hit the stumps .
Tim Paine is under pressure with both bat and as captain following a substandard series
Paine calls on lbw because Ben Stokes does not make contact with a sweep shot in the closing moments

When asked if it was the panic case of Aussies, Paine replied: & # 39; No. Jofra is entitled to his opinion – he certainly has a number that is certain – but as I said, we have made some mistakes. It happens. We have tackled it as a team.
& # 39; I was certainly one of those people who made mistakes. We continue and we are ready for another great test competition.
& # 39; I would do some things differently with my field placements. Like I said, the mistakes were made. We learned from it. & # 39;
Australia dropped the third Usman Khawaja for the fourth test, while Steve Smith returns to the side after a concussion suffered in the second test at Lord & # 39; s.
Smith's replacement Marnus Labuschagne retained his place after three consecutive half centuries.
& # 39; Usman is clearly a leading player in the sideline at number three and he has not scored what he or we would like, & # 39; Paine said.
& # 39; When Steve Smith returned, he was a difficult decision about Usman.
Marnus Labuschagne participates in an Australian training session at Old Trafford on Tuesday
& # 39; He still has a lot of cricket and has a very good test record during his career. We expect that he will bounce back considerably. & # 39;
Paceman Mitchell Starc also returned to the team after being overlooked in the first three tests, with James Pattinson dropping out.
& # 39; Mitchell is within 12 so he is close. We'll look at the wicket again today, it looks pretty dry, but hopefully it has a little pace in it, & Paine added. He worked very hard to get his height right and we were really impressed.
Mitchell Starc could make his first appearance of the series when he comes in the line-up of Aussie
& We know what he can do to get batters behind when he turns it up. The boys have been calling him & # 39; the mop & # 39; for a few years now. That is something that he is doing very well.
& # 39; He is a great option for us. We think this wicket suits him and – if we make that call – we know for sure that he will do a great job. & # 39;
