Now I love his attitude towards Endeavor. I love his attitude towards just about everything. He’s just made of nothing but attitude. He started out somewhat over-powered so his character development is more about fixing his internal hellscape and less about learning how to not break his fingers. it’s really interesting to watch. 8/10

It was just supposed to be a simple patrol, a routine that Endeavors work-study students took.

“Can you stop yelling, I’m going to go deaf because of you.” You groan, twirling the knife in your hand as Bakugo keeps yelling.

You glance over at Midoriya, “Yo Deku how did you deal with chatterbox your entire life?” Midoriya is visibly pale as Bakgo yells more explosions coming from his hands.

Todoroki, ever silent just listens in on the interaction, he watches how your face crinkles into a smile when Bakugo gets more upset, or the way your lip turns into a small smirk when listening. Todoroki and you are what you say, friends, more of acquaintances. You and him are polar opposites. He is reserved and polite and you are outgoing and sarcastic.

Your personality comes fully from being around your ever sarcastic adopted father and brother. You two would talk ever so often about school or hero work but that was as far as it got. He would get a feeling in his chest that he couldn't explain but only around you. Was he sick? Todoroki admires you as a person and a hero.

As the four of you walk along the sidewalk when you feel the ground rumble before a loud explosion comes down the street. The four of you see a large bank have flames coming from it screams and yells coming from it as mayhem ensues.

“Really thought it was going to be a calm day, the last one there does paperwork. You to Wonderboy.” You yell, flipping off Bakugo and throwing up a peace sign to Todoroki. Deku sweeps you up running towards the bank leaving Bakugo and Todoroki in the dust.

“DAMN YOU BITCH!” Bakkugo yells explosions popping from his hands now flying over to the bank. Inside the destroyed building you and Deku split up, Deku immediately helping civilians out the building while you go looking for villains. Your quirk helps clear a path to get through faster. Your quirk was called Deadeye, it allows you to shoot, throw any object with perfect accuracy that sometimes defies basic laws of physics. You hear the sound of yelling as you head to what is the vault, the flames nipping at your skin as you run. Kicking the door open you see five villains stuff cash and jewels into bags.

“Quick it’s a hero!” One of them yells as you pull out a knife chucking it at the bag in the hand pinning it to the wall. Spinning out of the way from one of their quirks you rush vaulting over a table spinning your body around one of their necks flipping him over knocking him out. Two more rush towards you and you engage in combat.

“Bullseye, what's your location!” You hear Endeavor your mentor yell into the eyepiece.

“Little busy at the moment bossman!” You yell and dodge a blow to the face. Almost like a dance around them knocking them both out throwing knives into their clothing pinning them down. A kick to the chest sends you back and one of the villains holding a large bag begins to run out, you go to chase them when you’re grabbed by the collar of your costume and throw it back.

You push yourself up to see the final of the five with his chest strapped with a bomb. You put your hands up showing you’re unarmed.

“Let’s not do this okay, you’re going to hurt a lot of people if you do this.” You warn and he laughs, his hand clutching the trigger.

“You think I care, we’re leaving a message that you puny heroes can’t save anyone.”

You kick up a rebar and kick it towards his chest to stop him, “WE HAVE A BOMBER IN THE VAULT EVERYONE GE-”

A loud explosion going through the building rattling the already weak supports, The three heroes in training look in horror at the burning building all hearing you before it went dead. Todoroki without waiting runs into the building ignoring the shouts from his classmates and father. He uses his ice to stop some of the flames and glide on the floor to get faster. He hears the sounds of flames and sirens from outside as he heads into the destroyed vault.

Ash and smoke cloud his vision, he waves his hand in front of his face to clear his vision. He hears a cough and he sees a rumble covering a person. He rushes over, moving the stone off you hearing you groan in pain.

“Bullseye are you okay, we have to get moving.” He goes to pick you up when you push him away.

“It’s not that easy.” Todoroki looks over at you, his heart stilling seeing the metal rebar coming through your stomach, blood staining your costume.

“This is Shoto. I need a medic, she’s injured. Oh god, there’s so much.” Todoroki rapidly speaks into his eyepiece when your hand comes out and pulls it out of his ear.

“God, you’re loud like chatterbox.” You frown looking at his distressed face.

“You need help, you're losing too much blood.”

“I’m not leaving…” You say.

Todoroki shakes his head, “You have to, they need to look over yo-”

You grab his face, getting your blood on his face, “I can’t leave Todoroki! It pierced straight into the stomach to part of my lung.”

It is silent between the two of you the sounds of shouts and sirens outside. “You try to move this pole I will die. Well, I'm dying anyway but die faster.” You say and tears begin to fill Shoto’s eyes.

“No you can't, you still have training to do and we have class tomorrow.” He says softly.

You smile softly at his comment, “You’re something else Wonderboy.”

You wince feeling the shock you were in begin to fade. “Hey Todoroki, you go and become the best hero out there, you don't have to be number one. Become the best for me you got that.” He nods with tears sliding down his face, even crying he still is pretty.

“You know I had the biggest crush on you when I first met you. Mr. Perfect, my Wonderboy. But I never went for it. I’m probably an asshole for telling you now.” You laugh coughing in pain from your lungs.

“I like you as well, more than a friend,” He says and you are shocked by his confession, “I know we don’t talk but there’s this feeling in my chest whenever I’m around you.”

You feel your eyes start to burn tears forming looking up so they don’t fall. “Damn you for making me cry, I was supposed to be stronger.” You cry letting the tears slide down your face. Todoroki takes this brief moment to admire you for what might be the last time, even covered in soot and blood you still look as pretty as ever.

You grab his hand as the pain begins to become more painful, “I want you to know none of this is your fault, and don’t you go blaming yourself, the same thing goes with Bakugo and Midoriya I know they’ll try to blame themselves. Even your dad, he may be an asshole but he cares I can tell. My dad...tell him I love him and to keep living on and Shinso, don’t let him shut down he’s going to be an amazing hero I can tell. Tell anyone else that I love them I can’t really think anymore.” You ramble on squeezing his hand as you feel yourself get more tired.

Shoto nods his tears still pouring from his face, “Can I kiss you?” You nod your lips forming that smirk you always do. His lips press against yours and you feel your head get dizzy. The most perfect man was kissing you.

“love you shoto..”

Shoto feels your hand go loose and he pulls back seeing your eyes are closed, your face peaceful, not in pain anymore. Shoto holds you in his arms as he lets himself cry. From outside the heroes and police wait anxiously for two people still inside there. They hear the sound of footsteps heading towards the entrance of the bank. They sigh in relief seeing Todoroki coming out unscathed but their blood runs cold seeing the blood on his face and covering his costume. Silence fills the outside as they see who he’s holding. Your pale still in his arms as Todoroki walks further out.

“LET ME SEE HER!” Todoroki hears someone yell as they push past the police. He sees his teacher come into the clearing his face red and teary-eyed, Mr. Aizawa drops down to his knees, and Todoroki places you into his arms.

“Oh god, oh god!” Aizawa cries holding you into his chest, the pain of losing a child unforgettable.

Todoroki steps back his body numb as he looks back past his teacher. Midoriya is holding Shinso trying to calm him down as he sobs into his arms, though Midoriya fails at holding back his own tears. Bakugo is silent still staring at you, tears silently streaming down his face. He feels the heat from his father coming closer. Endeavor is silent as his son turns to look at him, his eyes are red and he is covered in soot and there is blood on his face. Todoroki steps forward falling into his father’s chest sobbing and Endeavor, shocked by his son’s contact, slowly rubs his hand up and down Shoto’s back as tears stain his costume.

“She said she loves me.”

//Rubs his hands together like the little cretin he is//

Okay so keep in mind I usually have several AUs that branch off to other AUs so it turns into an AU tree, but here’s some base stuff for this specific monster Deku design.

*Originally when he first started to turn, he was able to keep a mostly human appearance since his tail was much shorter

*The ends of his “feet” are very sharp and pointed. He can skewer a person or another monster on them. They also can be ripped from his body and they will regrow back.

*He mostly eats other monsters and rarely humans. Not all monsters are like this though. His biology lets him eat normal “Human” food with no conquences.

*The back of his skin and arms are covered in white and black scales similar to a panda ball python.

*His legs can bend till his little “toes” are what he’s walking on. This is left over from when he use to look human. Having both sides of legs being close together could give enough stability for he could appear to be walking up right with no tail.

*He has two sets of teeth. Better hope he don’t clamp down. He’s not venomous but the compression from his jaw could legit break thick bones.

*Even though it’s possible for him to swallow things whole, he does not do that. It’s just a very weird feeling to him .

Now for specific Au’s:

Exotic “Animal” Au:

*Overhaul caught him when he was young and treats him like an exotic pet than an actual human. (Yes like a legit pet you kinky people)

*His name is Moo Moo because of the coloring on his back. Overhaul never got around to giving him a better name so the name stuck.

*Moo Moo’s treats are a tin of cookies. He will attempt to swipe them if you aren’t watching him closely.

*He’s very shy and doesn’t like new people. When Overhaul was trying to introduce Shigaraki to Moo Moo, he had Shigaraki to hold some cookies out for then he would come out from underneath the couch he was hiding under. Shigaraki of course was a little unnerved to find out Overhaul’s “Pet” was a human being.

*In this Au, Overhaul specializes in selling “Exotic Animals” aka Monsters. And since there isnt’ exactly a law against selling said “Animals”, Hero’s weren’t able to really get anything pined to him beyond child endangerment and tax evasion.

A Friend In Need Au:

*It is unknown what exactly what happened to Inko but she’s not in the picture since Izuku is absolutely alone. (It’s mostly believed she either left on her own or just suddenly disappeared. No one really knows)

*Starts when Izuku hasn’t been in school for a month or so and nobody in the house has been answering phone calls. Bakugo’s mom gets worried and tell him to go visit “Aunty Inko” to make sure she and Izuku are okay.

*He eventually gets to their apartment and almost leaves when he doesn’t get a reply to his knocking. Deciding to be noisy he gets the spare key that’s hidden in a fake plant and opens the door.

*It’s absolutely pitch black but the whole place smells rotten. As if food or meat had been left out for a long time. In the kitchen several dishes lay in the sink. Flies, mold, and other bugs swarm it. Grossed out he calls out getting no answer.

*Spotting the single light on in the apartment, he goes to it not sure what he should expect. Slowly opening the door reveals the room swarming with flies. And in a dirty, bloated gore filled bathtub is Izuku. Gagging a little he pulls Izuku out. Only to realize that floating masses in the bathtub are the remnants of his legs.

*His torso has elongated and has way more virtibre, giving him a small tail. Obviously freaked out he puts Izuku on a couch and calls his mother.

Left Alone AU:

*Similar to several beats in A Friend In Need Au, Inko is kinda missing, and Izuku is in the bathtub when he starts to transform. Unlike it though, it’s not extremely slow process but a fairly fast one that happens over two weeks.

*Izuku does not attend UA and never meets all might because he was at home transforming when those events would’ve happened.

*Even though Inko is missing, Hisashi still pays the bills and stuff so he’s not homeless. But the more he transforms the harder it is for him to keep up with appetite. He’s always hungry.

*As stated above in general information, he uses his legs to appear mostly human. It hurts a lot though, and often he uses a cane bacause it’s painful to walk like this for him.

*It’s an accident the first time he eats a human, but eating humans does sate his hunger. He combines this with human food hoping it helps. It kinda does. Except when it doesn’t.

*Bakkugo is highly suspicious of him. He knows something is up but has no idea what exactly it is.

Bakukami- hurt/comfort

It was one fight, one stupid fight. He was angry, he knew he was making excuses. It shouldn’t even matter as it happened almost a year ago. It did matter though, it mattered then, it still matters. What he said was coming back to bite him in the ass.

He was in a plastic chair with a light cushion on it, comfortable for fifteen minutes, but not for four hours. Leaning over the side of the hospital bed, peering at his fiancé. Plastic digging into his arms leaving imprints, but he refused to leave. Denki was an idiot, how could he do this? He’d gone off and overused his quirk again. Even though he didn’t usually go overboard much anymore, when he did it usually wasn’t that big of a deal. An hour in his ‘stupid mode’, some pain for him unfortently. Then he came out of it. He really fucked up this time. He was trying to take on multiple villains while waiting for backup, he didn’t listen to his body. It had been six hours. He got the call in the middle of work, choosing to ignore it. After he was done and listened to the voicemail he immediately went to the hospital. Once he was alone in the room with Denki he broke down. Bakugo didn’t normally break down but this was his fiancé for fucks sake. Denki tried to comfort him but it was hardly comforting to see his thumbs up and hear his ‘wheeyy’ when he knew Kaminari had been like this for two hours. After the first hour of him being there Denki fell asleep and Bakugo was left with his thoughts.

Right now his mind was his own worst enemy, along to whoever did this to Denki. They were lucky they were in jail because they would not have liked what Bakugo would’ve done if he had found them. First his thoughts consisted of what would happen if Denki didn’t leave this state, as he didn’t particularly want to think about that he shoved it out of his mind. Next the memories came. Memories of when he was in his ‘stupid mode’, memories of happy moments between them. Next came the bad memories, the things Bakugo would rather forget. Fights, misunderstandings, personal issues floated around his head. No matter how much he wanted them to leave his mind always honed in on them. One in particular. He couldn’t remember what the original argument had been about, money, hero work, or furniture were the most likely options. It ended up dissolving into cutting remarks and insults. Denki and him both said some horrid things that day, but Bakugo’s had been the worst. That and the crying were the only clear things from that day.

‘Maybe you should just overuse your stupid ass quirk and go dumb for good. At least people would like you then.’ He cringed just thinking about what he had said. He had known Denki’s worst fears and used them against the other. He couldn’t believe the other forgave him, after weeks of not talking, but still. Tears welled up in his eyes for the second time that day. That’s when he agreed to go to anger management, he never wanted to hurt Denki like that ever again. Though he knew however bad this was for him it was ten times worse for Denki. He could still think in his ‘stupid mode’, it was a little distorted and not all coherent but his thoughts were there. He just didn’t have enough cognitive abilities to do anything but a thumbs up. He wondered what he was thinking about. Was he scared? Was he in pain? Denki once mentioned it was painful but Bakugo never inquired further, does it get worse the longer it goes on? How did it hurt him? Was he okay while sleeping? Bakugo hoped so. He wondered if Kaminari would be out of it when he woke up, from that thought he got the urge to shake the man on the bed awake.

Two more agonizing hours had passed of Bakugo crying, almost getting a hold of himself then losing it. He was tired. Tired physically and emotionally. He tried napping but kept jolting awake at the slightest sounds. Somewhere throughout the night Kaminari woke up. He seemed more aware but that might’ve been his sleep addled brain fooling him. With Kaminari being awake he himself got up, moved Kaminari slightly and got into the bed with him, holding a sandwich he got earlier in the night. He probably should’ve gotten something like soup instead, but he didn’t really think he’d have to feed Kaminari, thinking that Kaminari would be back to normal. Or well at least holding onto a sliver of hope that said he would be. Kaminari seemed to gain some control but he still wasnt speaking or moving. Bakugo held the sandwich in front of the other slowly feeding him. Kaminari’s arms and hands were by his side, probably not able to use them much still.

“Thumbs up if you can understand me, Kami”

Kaminari complied, thumbs up and let out a little ‘wheey’, Bakugo assumed it was to confirm his point even more. Bakugo nodded and Kaminari let his arms fall back to where they were.

“Do you have to use the bathroom?”

In response Kaminari put his thumbs back up. Bakugo sighed, getting up and going over to the other side of the bed to help Kaminari up. He picked him up, even though he knew Kaminari could probably still walk on his own.

Once they were back in the room, side by side again, Bakugo decided to play some music he knew the other liked and he didn’t hate. After he laid his phone on the table next to him he wound an arm around his fiancé’s waist.

“Jesus christ Pikachu if you ever do this again I’ll probably have a heart attack” he buried his head into the crook of Kaminari’s neck “You worry me too fucking much even when you aren’t doing stupid shit like this”

“M’sorry” Bakugo’s head shot up so fast he conked Kaminari’s nose.

“What”

“I said im sorry” Kaminari’s arms lifted and curled around the one around his waist. Fuck, Bakugo was going to cry again.

“Don’t be, idiot” He choked on a sob. Denki wiggled his way out of Bakugo’s loose grip, wiping the tears off his cheek with the pads of his fingers. “Fuck, I’m so happy, you have no fucking clue how worried I was. And I meant that, don’t fucking try a stunt like that ever again.”

Kaminari smiled, putting his head on Bakugo’s shoulder, “Yes, sir” he laughed a little.

On their way home the next morning Bakugo bombarded him with questions, sounding more like Deku than himself.

“You said it hurt once”

“What?”

“You know, when you short circuit and shit”

“Oh, yeah I mean it does”

“How?”

“Oh well usually I get pretty bad migraines from it.”

“Oh”

“It’s okay though, I mean I’m out of it now”

“But what if you weren’t”

“I...I don’t know”

“You can’t do shit like that, you can’t permenantly fuck youself up. Be careful”

“Yes I know, Katsuki”

“Do you? You fucking pushed yourself when you knew backup was coming, you can’t just do that”

“I know, I won’t, can you just drop it?”

“....I’m just so glad your back, I can’t lose you to something like this. I- I don’t know what the hell I’d do”

Kaminari grabbed his hand, “I won’t leave you, Kacchan” Bakkugo groaned at the nickname.

“Really? Now you use it? Never mind you should leave”

Kaminari just shrugged while giggling “Nope, can’t get rid of me now”

Bakugo grumbled, under his breath “I guess there could be worse things”

“Aww you love me” Denki put his free hand up to his chest, dramatically.

“I love a dumbass”

“I’ll take it! I love you too”

“Why did I decide to marry you”

Kaminari faked offense, “Because I’m amazing and beautiful obviously”

Bakugo snorted. “Obviously”
