And it's normally after a saint so when you meet a korean catholic they would casually introduce themselves as their baptismal name. One time there was one whose name was literally APOSTLE PAUL. Like not just "Paul" but "APOSTLE PAUL"

Mama Gumi is coming to town!

Before uploading more with my current Arc, my best friend (@princessanieloid) recommended me to make a post-introduction about Gumi, so you guys could understand better how i represent her in this KML-verse! ^w^

(these are only headcanons about Megpoid Gumi, none of them are official)

SUMMARY

In this KML-verse, Megpoid Gumi is young adult lady (26 y.o.), who has siblings - Gakupo (half-brother) and Ryuto. She is happily married to Yuuma Roro and has a little boy - Baoro (who is the same age as Junko). She is a singer, but also, works as a daytime babysitter in VOCAL.Inc. (she babysits minors-singers or vocaloids' offsprings).

Biography

She was a middle child in Megpoid family (her half-brother Gakupo, is 3 years older than her, and her biological brother Ryuto is 11 years younger). She was diagnosed with childhood obesity (caused by slow metabolism), but her parents didn't seem to take it as something serious, and they kept letting her eat as much as she wanted (thinking that the problem will disappear with with age).

At early school age, she met Roro, who was a in parallel class, they easily found a lot in common (Gumi and Roro both loved origami, and used to went to an art club together). Because of her plumpiness, she was bullied from other youngsters and given those kinds of nicknames, such as seal, pig, cow and etc. Which would leave Gumi in a anxious state and low self-esteem, consoling herself with sweets, where only worsened her problem, but that is where Roro, her family begin to take action. Megpoid` parents regret what they negligent, who were with her warning for years, and can comfort Gumi by overprotecting and giving her careful diets. Her old brother and Roro tried their best to help her lose weight by exercising and eating fewer calories - it weakly work at her body, but moral support helped her to get through bullying,

When Gumi became a singer and member of VOCALOID at the age of 18, she was warmly welcomed (especially by member of CFM, whom she befriended with one of them). The result from family and Roro's support was also cemented by her friendship with Luka, who accepted her for who she was. Lady Tuna even found her appearance as really charming, and told Gumi to never doubt her body and accept herself.

Some facts!

Gumi is the same age as Luka (except that Megpoid is 6 months younger) while Roro is 2 years older than Gumi.

Gumi is sweet, tender, loves joking around with youngsters. She can't stand when something unfair happens to her family or friends.

She was pampered by her parents as long-expected child, but it doesn't made her selfish nor arrogant - parents' love inspired her to be a loving and wholesome to everyone.

In InternetCo group, there was a joke about Gumi "How to guess Gumi's favourite color? Pink! Why? Look at her environment". Many a true word is spoken in jest, because Gumi's closest people - Roro and Luka have pink-hair.

(Roro and Gumi): Roro was inconfident about confessing his feelings to, while Gumi was more opened with it; Roro will do his best for his beloved Gumi to make sure that she is safe and sound. They never got separated with each other. Gumi and Roro were childhood friends, and even got a nickname from their classmates "two peas, that looks like carrot and watermelon, in a pot".

When Roro found out that Gumi was expecting their first child, he was so happy that he literally cried (but that is a secret between two of them, because Roro wants to make an appearance of strong confident guy). And all throughout the pregnancy, he was always making sure that Gumi is okay - drank vitamin pills, eat enough, not cold nor heat and etc.

Funniest (sort of) coincidence was the thing, Gumi and her pink best friend Luka were both expecting in the same year (with only 2 months difference, because Baoro was born in July, and Junko - in September). Meiko even said once: "Have you two in cahoots to have a child at the same year?!", which is irony, because both of them kept asking Mei as the one, who had the experience in this. (even though Megpoid and Megurine read a lot of books about pregnancy, they felt come confident if they would talk to somebody, who went through this)

When Gumi and Roro`s baby was born, Roro wanted to call their son as Baoro (His name on Japanese 保ロ means "protective son"), because he wished that their son, when he will grew, will protect and support his beloved ones (especially his mom).

Maro Shion-Sakine🍫🍦

A 6 year old boy with curly brown hair and brown eyes. He is the oldest of Sakine-Shion's children, and the most prankish (for this reason, Mama Mei reprimands him often). Although he is hyperactive and often argues with his twin sister Noriko, he is actually good boy with a good heart (for this Meiko calls him a "chocolate teddy bear").

Maro is a big sweet tooth, adoring his mother Meiko's homemade pastries, and no doubt inherited his love of ice cream from his papa Kaito (Maro`s favourite ice cream is chocolate).

He loves to play games, especially building cushion and box fortresses (he doesn't actually make them himself: Kaito helps him build a secure cushion and box fortress) and shooting water pistols from there.

Noriko Shion-Sakine🍫 🎶

A 6 year old girl with blue hair and brown strands. She is outgoing and active. Maro's twin-sister; she often argues with him about who is older. Noriko loves playing space cowboys and is also fond of playing cushion-shaped fortresses. A sweet tooth, she loves candy sticks and milkshakes.

However, unlike Maro, she is a bit more responsible - so if she gets into, say, a fortress, she still makes sure her little sister Junko doesn't hurt herself (because Maro, in such a situation, might inadvertently throw a pillow right at JuJu)

She dreams of becoming a "Bokkaroido", just like her parents (in particular, she wants to be like her father), she also loves when she`s getting babysit with Auntie Miku and often asks her tips about how to become a singer!

Junko Shion 🐳💞

4 year old girl with pink curly hair and blue eyes. She is the youngest of the three. Quiet and shy towards strangers, but very talkative and tender in towards family (she loves her parents and older siblings very much).

Junko loves whales and plush toys, so she can often be seen with a stuffed whale named Kujira. Her biggest dream is to see whales and dolphins with her own eyes.

Junko likes listening to fairytales and lullabies from her mama Lu, and often comes to sleep to parents bed (especially when she has nightmares) and receives a hug from them. She enjoys making tea parties with her plush toys, siblings and her best friend Baoro (Megpoid Gumi and Roro's son)

Something I found kind of funny but cool is that some koreans choose a saint's FULL name/title as their baptism name

Like you can meet someone who's named not just Paul but APOSTLE PAUL ("sado baoro" in korean) or not just Thomas but THOMAS AQUINAS

Nguyên liệu:

Xương gà: 2 bộ (khung)

Củ cải trắng: 300 gram

Kim chi: 300 gram

Xúc xích: 4 cây

Tôm sú: 8 con

Mực ống: 200 gram

Nấm kim châm: 200 gram

Bông cải xanh: 1 bông (khoảng 200 gram)

Hành baoro: 100 gram

Mì gói Hàn Quốc: 4 gói (hiện nay trong siêu thị bán khá nhiều loại mì này)

Ớt hiểm: 50 gram

Ớt Ba Tri: 50 gram

Ớt bột Hàn Quốc: 100 gram

Ớt lúa: 50 gram

Gia vị tiêu, bột ngọt, đường, muối, thố đất

Cách nấu mì cay Hàn Quốc:

Rửa sạch xương gà, trụng sơ qua nước sôi để rửa sạch tạp chất. Chặt xương gà thành miếng vừa ăn.

Gọt vỏ củ cải, rửa sạch. Xắt củ cải thành những khúc vuông vừa phải.

Cho củ cải và xương gà vào nồi, cho nước ấm vào, hầm xương gà và củ cải khoảng 30 phút thì tắt bếp.

Lót khăn giấy lên ray, lọc nước hầm gà để lấy nước dùng. Chia nước dùng làm hai phần.

Đặt một phần nước dùng lên bếp, khi nước dùng sôi, cho kim chi vào, nêm nếm vừa ăn.

Rửa sạch ớt hiểm, ớt Ba Tri, ớt lúa với nước muối pha loãng, để ráo. Bỏ cuống ớt, bỏ vào cối sinh tố, xay nhuyễn cả vỏ và hạt. Khi xay ớt xong, bạn nên chờ khoảng một phút hãy mở nắp cối xay, sẽ hạn chế bị sặc ớt.

Cho hỗn hợp ớt vừa xay cùng ớt bột Hàn Quốc vào phần nước dùng còn lại, dùng vá quậy đều để hỗn hợp ớt tan đều trong nước dùng. Đun nước dùng ớt vừa sôi thì tắt bếp. Thay vì cho nấu sôi nước dùng ớt bằng bếp, bạn có thể sử dụng lò vi sóng để đun sôi.

Rửa sạch nấm kim châm, bỏ phần gốc già, ngâm nước muối, rửa sạch, để ráo.

Cắt bông cải thành miếng vừa ăn, ngâm nước muối loãng, rửa sạch, để ráo.

Xắt mỏng xúc xích, làm sạch tôm, mực, xắt thành miếng vừa ăn. Rửa sạch bò viên, chẻ múi cau. Rửa sạch hành boaro, xắt chéo vừa ăn.

Khi ăn, bật bếp nấu sôi nước dùng có kim chi, lần lượt bỏ vào tôm, mực, nấm kim châm, bông cải.

Bật tiếp bếp thứ hai, làm nóng nước dùng có ớt. Lấy mì tôm bỏ vào tô đất, xếp xúc xích lên trên, múc nước dùng có tôm mực bỏ lên trên.

Tiếp đó, tùy khả năng ăn cay của từng người, mà chan lượng nước dùng ớt thích hợp. Khi nêm gia vị cho nước dùng, bạn có thể dùng các gói gia vị trong mì tôm. Trang trí với hành boaro. Mì cay nên dùng nóng mới ngon.

Cách 2:

Nguyên liệu:

Xương heo hoặc xương gà

350 gram củ cải trắng

Một hộp kim chi: kim chi có thể tự làm hoặc mua ở ngoài

Xúc xích

Tôm và mực đủ dùng. Bạn có thể chuẩn thêm một ít thịt bò cho tô mì thêm dinh dưỡng và đậm đà

Nấm kim châm, nấm đùi gà, Bông cải, hành boa rô

Nguyên liệu quan trọng là Mì gói Hàn Quốc

Ớt bột Hàn Quốc, tương ớt và ớt trái.

Cách làm:

Nấu nước dùng: Dùng phần xương gà hoặc xương heo đã chuẩn bị cho vào nồi hầm để lấy phần nước dùng.

Sơ chế các nguyên liệu tươi sống và rau củ:

Tôm bóc vỏ để nguyên con, mực làm sạch cắt khúc vừa ăn.

Thịt bò thái lát mỏng.

Xúc xích cắt đoạn khoảng 5cm

Đem nấm, củ cải, hành rửa sạch.

Nấm ngâm với một ít muối

Củ cải cắt lát khoảng 3 cm.

Nấm đùi gà cắt khúc nhỏ vừa ăn, nấm kim châm tách ra.

Bông cải và hành boa rô cắt khúc vừa ăn.

Trong khi hầm xương, bạn cho thêm củ cải vào hầm cho ngọt nước. Hầm nước dùng trong vòng 40 phút. Sau đó, bạn cho phần nước dùng này qua rây lọc để lấy phần nước dùng trong hơn.  Lấy phần nước dùng vừa có được cho thêm nước lọc vào một cái nồi và đun trên bếp.

Bỏ củ cải vào để phần nước được ngọt hơn. Nếu không thích dùng củ cải, bạn có thể sử dụng mướp hoặc nước cốt mía. Tác dụng của mướp cũng như nước cốt mía là làm ngọt. Đây là bí quyết trong cách nấu mì cay ngon.

Lấy phần ớt trái pha với một ít nước, đem xay nhuyễn. Đem phần thịt bò, tôm và mực ướp với một ít hạt nêm và tiêu bột. Khi nước dùng sôi cho kim chi vào, lần lượt sau đó là nấm và bông cải. Lấy phần ớt đã xay nhuyễn trộn thêm ớt bột Hàn Quốc cho vào nồi nước dùng, khuấy đều cho hỗn hợp tan. Sau đó cho mực và tôm vào trước. Nêm nếm gia vị cho vừa ăn. Cuối cùng cho phần thịt bò và hành boa rô vào. Để nước sôi trở lại và tắt bếp.
