Omg! Omg! I just had an AMAZING, "what if?" scenario just pop into my head!

What if Sarah actually turns into Evil Sarah?! Like some spell or cursed object that she touched had brought out her more darker side, and now Ethan has to deal with it because like...they're dating and all. And Evil Sarah just loves making her little pet nerd of a boyfriend squirm uncomfortably because she finds it adorable.

Or maybe Evil Sarah returns somehow, as a separate entity (like in "Independence Daze") from regular Sarah. Thus making Ethan now have TWO girlfriends instead of just one. So, now he's caught between loving good Sarah and bad Sarah?!

Oh! And yeah, Evil Sarah still doesn't mind killing people if it suits her, but because of sharing the same feelings about Ethan as Sarah does, she's likely to want to hurt him, though. Although she does, on occasion, try to convince him to let her feed off him every once in a while. Or to let her turn him so that they can be together forever and ever while basking in the joy of feasting on other's blood together. Basically, trying to get him to turn to the dark side with her and be evil too. Of course, Ethan adamantly (and nervously/uncomfortably) turns her down every single time. Same with regular Sarah (in scenario #2) whenever she's around and hears her evil self bringing up the subject to him (on a regular basis). Only in a more stricter, harsher, and sometimes tired way than Ethan does when he rejects Evil Sarah's proposals.

“It burns!” He said dramatically, starting to go rigid before going completely limp.

“That’s not how it works, you know?”

Benny ignored you, staying on the floor for a few more seconds before slowly rising to his feet. He faced you with a wide-eyed stare and outreaching arms.

“I vant to drink your blood!” He said in a typical Dracula voice.

“You watch too many movies.” You said with a giggle before Benny pounced on you, biting at any part of you he could.

“Oh my god, Rory, what happened to your arm?” Ethan looked at his blonde friend in slight horror, gaze fixated on his right arm that was covered in faint bite marks.

“Yeah, Rory, who mauled you?” Benny asked, slightly more amused by the sight than Ethan was.

Rory looked down at his arm, as if he had forgotten that you had practically used him like a chew toy yesterday.

“Oh! That was just Y/n.” The blonde said with a shrug. “But if you think this is crazy, just wait until you see them.” Rory laughed. “I got both of their arms and their neck!”

“...excuse me?” Ethan seemed even more disturbed.

“What? It’s how we say ‘I love you!’”

Kind of freaks him out at first

He’s okay with love bites when you don’t have your fangs out

You and Ethan were in his room, deeply invested in a video game. He was playing while you sat on his lap and watched. 

You had developed a bit of a habit of biting Ethan. Not too harshly obviously, just a light nibble here and there. But sometimes, when you were distracted, like you were right now, your fangs would show.

Eyes locked on the screen, you shifted slightly in Ethan’s lap to give him a little love bite on the shoulder. But before you could take the bite, the game suddenly paused, and Ethan was giving you a serious look.

“Put them back.” He said, hand on your jaw to keep your mouth from getting closer to him. You gave him a confused look, and he gestured to your fangs.

“Oh.” You quickly retracted your fangs, smiling a now perfectly normal smile. “Better?”

“Much,” Ethan answered, hand dragging down from your jaw to your arm to give it a quick squeeze, as if to say thanks, before returning to the game. You made sure to give him a few love bites before resting your head on his shoulder and watching him play again.

General headcanons:

•Trans female to male (ftm) and definitely grew up catholic. 

•His dad and him dont have a great relationship due to that,the only reason he was able to transition was his mom,which he is very close to and thankful for.

•He went no contact with his dad as he got older.

•A bit of a mommas boy. 

•I think he’s either straight or pan,idk I just get the vibes. 

•Had a crush on Benny at the beginning of their friendship. 

•Listens to fallout boy. 

•YAPPER obviously 

•Obsessed with sour candy and will eat way too much of it till he gets sick. 

•Has the deepest sleep ever and can literally sleep through 13 hours every weekend. 

•No social filter what so ever,doesn’t mask at all.

•That boy immediately stalked your socials,any information he could get was appreciated,it also meant that it was easier for him to flirt/start a convo with you,cause let me tell you that boy was NERVOUS. 

•Clingy,texts you every five minutes and follows you around like a lost puppy. 

•Sees anything as a date,from keeping you company at appointments or while running errands to just doing nothing all day,its a date. 

•Worships you and the ground you walk on,that boy is so obsessed with you,sometimes he’ll just stare and ask himself how he pulled you. 

•This might be controversial but I think he’s trans I just see it,and you being his first long term partner gives him SO much gender euphoria,he just adores you. 

•Will not stop talking about you,no matter the topic he finds a reason to bring you into the conversation when talking to Benny or Ethan,which annoys them,a lot. 

•A gentleman,respective of your boundaries although he might be a teeny tiny bit too fast forward or pushy sometimes.

•Will offer to turn you into a vampire more than once but is definitely scared to actually bite you cause he doesn’t want to hurt you or scare you. 

•Very stubborn when arguing and will give you the silent treatment,not for long though. 

•You’d routinely watch some paranormal documentary on date nights along with getting pizza. 

•That boy has ADHD and maybe a bit of the tism (same Rory same) so he���s always down for activity dates,I could see him LOVING the fair or an arcade. 

•I feel like his (giving) love languages are gift giving (and he’d go all out with it) and physical touch. 

•Love language wise when it comes to receiving for him,is 100% words of affirmation,compliment or praise him and he’d immediately melt. 

•A bit out of character,maybe a headcanon for when he’s a bit older of course (and confident)but I could see him having lingerie polariod pics of you in his clear phone case,without your face on it cause he doesn’t want to show you of like that,its just a reminder for him. 

•LOVES LOVES LOVES hearing your gossip and is really really invested in it too,if its from your social life or even just pop culture doesn’t matter,that boy will be listening full time. 

•Would definitely take you on night flights to enjoy city lights or you’d people watch through windows so you could gossip.

99% of the time he's little on accident. like when he gets overwhelmed or overstimulated. or when he's babysitting jane and playing with her and accidentally ends up younger than her. she is aware and generally stays out of trouble when it happens ( luckily ) and just keeps playing with him. also he's nonverbal !!! very much a babbler. he doesn't usually need a cg, but prefers to have one.

benny

he will throw tantrums if he doesn't get that specific toy right there right now. he stomps and pouts a lot too. he's pretty calm if you give him snacks and set him up with a cartoon or movie though :P even though he regresses to around 7-9, a pacifier would probably help keep him calm, and will keep him from talking your ear off. he needs a cg, he doesn't like being alone when little :(

ethan

sleepy regressor. the sleepiest regressor. basically all he does is hoard blankets and pillows and stuffed animals and grabs a bottle and a pacifier and sleeps. usually regresses at night if he can to avoid his parents finding out and so that it won't mess with his sleep schedule. ( jane knows though ) and he's primarily nonverbal—give him a pacifier and he's good to go. he's also a caregiver for rory when needed and doesn't have a cg himself !!!

sarah

drawing and watching movies. she's very voluntary and really only regresses fo give herself cool down time so she can relax. she owns like a million colouring books with fancy markers. she would be perfectly fine talking, but she's alone when she regresses and doesn't want or need a caregiver, so she has no reason to talk.

erica

very emotional and needy, and she doesn't start using regression as a coping method until post season two. she usually just tries to stay in her room with a stuffed animal and hang out, maybe listen to music. she would definitely love to have a caregiver, but she's kind of scared to let anyone see her regressed and take care of her :( she definitely would be semi-verbal.

i think one thing I would like to explore in a hypothetical MBAV made for a mature audience is the balance and drawbacks to the powers of the main trio. Ethan probably has trouble staying in reality sometimes. He likely disassociates or feels like he’s just caught in a vision sometimes. Benny likely feels like a danger sometimes, his clumsiness played off as a lovable goof when he feels one misstep away from harming someone. Does the use of too much magic have an energy drain?

I feel like the vampires’ powers are best expanded on (duh) with Sarah’s fears and remorse as well as seeing her go through withdrawals and underestimate her strength. I’d love to hear more from older vampires about how immortality feels after so many decades, too! Everyday I think abt the silly little older audience MBAV that lives in my head <3

when ethan’s parents go upstairs u can overhear rory talking to debbie dazzle and originally u can’t hear much of what he’s saying just giggling & something about making out. you hear this clear dialogue in hungarian: “so when i eat like a pig, i gag this much while brushing my teeth. so i prefer chewing gum instead. if you want to make out, i can chew one right now” right before they show him saying he knows where the best gum in town is

at the disco beach party for jane when debbie winks, originally there’s no more dialogue, but in hungarian ethan says “this is so cool!” :)))))))))))

what if there was an mbav episode where ethan finally upgrades from his permit to a license and promptly hits a teacher's car in the parking lot. thankfully the car is empty, so of course erica and benny tell him to drive away while the latter tries to fix the damage with a spell. sarah however, convinces ethan to accept his fate and leave a note (because his parking kind of sucks and someone needs to teach him a lesson).

cue ethan being absolutely anxious and paranoid the whole day at school, not-too subtly trying to touch every member of the faculty to get a vision of the car's owner. it doesn't work, but it does land him detention. rory and benny share the blame for moral support (and in an attempt to look cool in front of the other students there). they sneak a glimpse at the car, and huh. why does it look more wrecked than before?

ethan thinks he's been cursed. benny looks through his spellbook to check, but it doesn't seem like any of the curses in there apply to Ethan. the group heads back to ethan's house for more research, while erica and sarah watch them leave.

"maybe we should tell them?" sarah asks, looking at the other side of school where the mysterious car backs up on its own to hit yet another vehicle passing by. the 3rd victim steps out, horrified at the damage they supposedly created and goes to leave a note before they see ethan's wedged in the windshield. they shrug, check the area for any witnesses, and drive off.

"nah, let them figure it out for once."

"but ethan's been miserable the whole day. shouldn't we like, give them a hint?"

erica sighs. "fine. we'll wait until tomorrow, and if the geeks don't solve it, we'll tell them in the morning. ok?" sarah begrudgingly nods. "on the other hand, we now have the whole day to ourselves. any ideas?"

In my drunk glory of last week, I forgot I wrote this. I wanted to do the aftermath of Say You'll be Maztak and sunburnt Rory.

“Ow!” Rory yelps, flinching away from you.

“Sorry.”

“Who would have guessed the sun could do this much damage to a vampire?” Ethan says, massaging his temples.

“All it takes is an attractive substitute and yall get hypnotized.” You comment, spreading aloe and bandages on Rory.

“Hey, it’s not our fault Ms. Luscha was smoking! Pun not intended.” Benny whines.

“I wish they had a manual for when you turn. All mighty and powerful except getting sunburnt is so much worse then when you're human.” Rory complains and rightfully so.

“I’m honestly surprised no one else got burnt like you did Ror. Not everyday does the sun rise over 10 degrees.”

“I feel like I should thank you, Erica and Sarah again.” Ethan says. You just shrug, still dabbing gently at Rory’s skin.

“I can’t even sleep this one off.” Rory comments to himself.

“Maybe Benny can make a donation to you.” You joke, Benny immediately raising his hands in defense.

“Nuh uh! Ethan took too much of it over the summer. I’m running on empty.” The spellcaster exclaims, shaking his head fast.

“Bleh, I wouldn’t want their blood. They don’t smell as sweet as you.” Rory says, eyes in a small haze. You had been friends with them long enough that you knew Rory would never hurt you intentionally.

“Here, eat up.” You joke, offering out your wrist.

“How do you even joke about that y/n?” B asks, cringing at the thought.

“Rory would never bite me, would you love bug?” You tease, squeezing their cheeks. They nod, enjoying the physical touch.

“Remind me again to never cross y/n, they have too much vamp power behind them.” E “whispers” to B.

“And you’re telling me that you two aren’t together?” B asks you. Your eyes widen a bit, then look over at the 2 boys. A groan interrupts you, Rory holding their stomach.

“The sunburn does not pass well with hunger.” You felt bad for them wishing there was a way to help.

“Think you could borrow Ev’s car and drive us to Rory's?” You ask the pair, Benny nods his head slowly.

The car ride was quiet, Rory being covered with your jacket to prevent more burns. Luckily Vivian was still at work so you could get them to bed in peace.

“Don’t remove your bandages Rory Keaner or I will kill you.” You threaten, using your more serious tone for them to understand. They nod as you place them in bed. You cover them with a thin sheet and turn on their fan.

“Do you want me to leave a note on the door for your mom?” You ask and they nod.

“Can you stay for a bit? It’s been a while since I’ve had to fall asleep.” They ask you, puppy eyes equipped.

“Of course.” You say, climbing in beside them. Instinctively cuddling close to them and stroking their hair.

“I got you hun.” You comfort, getting comfy for the long afternoon that was ahead of you.

“Since like a month ago. Uncle Chuck taught her about the world of cellphones. She promised she’d drop by for at least an hour. You don’t think she’s going to flake on me do you?” Tears welled up in her eyes. Dean held his arms out for a hug.

“Hey, come here, kid. Your mom has done a lot of bad things, but if there’s one thing I know for sure about her, it’s that she never says something unless she means it. Now about the boyfriend thing…”

“His name is Benny, he likes Star Wars, and he’s a calculus nerd. Good enough?”

“Come on Dean. Calculus nerd? You have nothing to worry about.” Sam chimed in.

“Yeah, I guess you’re right, Sammy.”

“Does that mean that me and Jack can go hang out with him and our other friends tonight?” Y/N asked hopefully, putting on the puppy eyes she had inherited from her uncle.

“Fine, but don’t be out any later than 1 am okay?”

“Got it. Would you be mad if we left right now?”

“No. It’s fine. Go ahead, but Jack she is not to be left in a room alone with this punk. Got it? Good.”

Y/N rolled her eyes. “Drama queen.” She muttered.

“I heard that!”

“Good!”

All of their friends had already arrived by the time they got there. The only thing missing was pizza.

“Dude the delivery guy was so slow last time though. Someone should just go get it. I’m starving.” Ethan complained.

“Not it.” Y/N and Erica said at the same time. Benny and Jack both looked at Sarah.

“Um…don’t look at me. I’m babysitting.” She gestured to Jane who was sitting peacefully watching Dusk.

“I’ll go.” Jack volunteered. Y/N tossed him the keys to the Jeep.

“Don’t wreck my baby.” She said sternly, laying on the floor beside Jane.

“Careful. You sound like your dad.” Jack joked. Y/N threw a pillow at him.

“Okay. Okay. I’m going.”

“So this Dusk thing, what is it even about?” Y/N asked. Erica immediately jumped in.

“Oh my god. It is so good. You’ve never seen Dusk? It’s about a human who falls in love with a vampire and vice versa, but there’s also this werewolf that’s in love with the girl, but she ends up choosing the vampire because, duh, she’s in love with him, but anyways it’s so good and you have to watch all of them with me some time.”

“I’ve seen the Vampire Diaries but I’ve never watched this.”

“Oh my God. Don’t you just love the Salvatore brothers?”

“I love Damon, but I’m not huge on Stefan. Oh and Katherine is so hot, but my favorites are Kol and Kai.”

“You have a thing for murderers with sociopath tendencies and you’re dating Benny?” Erica asked.

“Okay, just leave me alone. Kai is hot and he had reason to murder his entire family.” Literally the entire room was just looking back and forth between them in confusion.

“Remind me to never leave you two alone.” Sarah said.

“Did you just say murdered his entire family casually in a sentence?” Benny asked.

“Yes. If you guys watched the show you would totally get it. Although Jack doesn’t and I made him watch it but then again his biological dad is literally satan-“

“Wait. Wait. Wait. First of all, Castiel isn’t his biological dad? Second of all what is his biological father a serial killer or something?” Ethan asked.

That was when Y/N registered what she had said. “It’s not my place to tell you guys about his biological dad, so like please don’t tell him I told you anything.”

Everyone agreed and dropped it. Soon after Jack came back with the pizza. “Who’s hungry?”

“I am.” Erica whispered passive aggressively under her breath. Sarah elbowed her and gave her a look, mouthing the words shut up.

Benny, Ethan, Jack, and Jane all grabbed a slice.

“Want one?” Benny asked.

“No I’m fine. Thanks though.” Y/N said. Her mood had noticeably dropped, and it was because she was thinking of her mother. What if she didn’t come like she’d promised? Well, at least her cousin Gabriel promised a visit soon, despite her father’s protest.

“Hey what’s wrong?” Sarah asked her.

“It’s stupid. My mom told me that she was going to visit me sometime this week, but I’m worried she won’t show up.” At that very moment Amara appeared in the room. Now there was a lot of explaining to be done.

“Holy shit! Who are you and how did you do that?!” Ethan exclaimed.

“Wow. Gorgeous alert.” Erica said, ignoring the fact that a woman she didn’t know had just appeared out of nowhere. Y/N immediately jumped up and hugged her.

“I missed you, mom.” She muttered into her hair.

“Mom?!” They all asked at once.

“Woah. Woah. Woah. So what are you then?” Benny asked.

“Why are you guys not very freaked out about this?” Jack asked.

“We know about the supernatural, but nothing like this.” Ethan said still in shock.

“So, you made friends? I’m proud of you. How’s your dad doing?” Amara said.

“Same old. Same old. Sad, confused, protective.”

“Wait how do you guys know about the supernatural?” Jack asked ignoring the side conversation.

“That depends. How do you feel about vampires, warlocks, and seers?” Benny asked.

“Wait! You’re vampires?!” Y/N exclaimed suddenly.

“Not all of us. Just Erica and Sarah.” Ethan said.

“You guys haven’t even the ones killing people have you, because that would suck because then I’d have to kill you.”

“No, but really?! Kill us?!” Sarah exclaimed.

“My family hunts the supernatural! You guys have got to stay on the downlow or my dad and my uncle will straight up kill you and not think twice, please be careful!”

“Are warlocks on that list?” Benny asked.

“Wait, you’re a waflock and you didn’t tell me?!”

“We still don’t know what you two are and I think I speak for everyone when I say I would like to know!”

Y/N sighed. This would be a long conversation. She took in a deep breath. “So, my dad is the vessel of the archangel Michael aka the person Michael needed to possess to win the apocalypse which already happened by the way. My dad kind of saved the world. My Uncle Sam on the other hand is the vessel of Lucifer who is Jack’s biological dad which makes Jack a nephilim, and by the way Lucifer is actually pretty chill. But that’s beside the point. This is Amara my mom aka the darkness aka god’s sister which kind of makes me a Demigod which makes god aka Chuck my uncle and Lucifer, Michael and Gabriel my cousins which makes Jack my second cousin and also by the way Castiel is an angel too. Oh and also my dad is kind of gay for Cas but neither of them will admit but you know, subtext.”

They all looked at her with wide eyes. “If you plan on sticking with me welcome to my dysfunctional family.” She announced.

“Are they okay?” Amara whispered.

“Maybe. I don’t know.” Y/N whispered back.

“Ya know what? Cool. Also can we just talk about how Y/N has hot parents? MILF alert. Like it finally makes sense why she is so pretty.” Erica said casually.

“What’s a MILF?” Amara asked her. Y/N face palmed.

“It’s good. It’s a compliment, but don’t say it to anyone , ever.” Y/N tried to explain.

“Anyways…I guess I’m gonna go and let you all process this interaction. Benny, call me. Bye!” They all left, and Y/N insisted that they take the Jeep and not just teleport.

When they got back to the house everyone kind of just looked at each other awkwardly. “Mom and I are gonna go…what do normal teenage girls do with their non supernatural mothers? Paint their nails? We’ll go do that. See you soon.”

Dean looked at Jack waiting for an explanation. “I’ve got…homework. Yeah. Anyways bye.”

“What just happened?” Sam asked.

Dean shrugged. “Don’t know. Don’t care.”

I did say I'd post snippets from my fanfic's so here's the first batch. This comes from my first ever posted work Dawn of the Bloodsuckers. Better known as my mbav retelling fic, for context this moment takes place during the cafeteria scene instead of Benny, Ethen and Rory's conversation I extended Erica and Sarah's segment. Since Dakota and her friends were sitting with them and I couldn't find a way to segway into the boys in a way that wouldn't be weird (First time writer woes am I right.) Any way enjoy this little segment more will come and if you're interested fanfic links are in my bio.

*Dakota staring off into space while looking at the table Benny, Ethen and Rory were sitting at.*

Erica: "Dakota? Dakota? Hello" Waves her hand in front of her. "Earth to Dakota!"

Dakota: now shocked out of her daydream "What huh! Sorry I wasn't listening. What were we talking about?"

Erica: "Dakota you've been staring at that table for the past fifteen minutes. Do you have a crush on one of those boys?"

Emily coming forward: "Yeah she does, and she's got it pretty bad too might I just say."

Sarah excitedly: Oh, which one does she like?"

Emily: "She likes that blond haired boy, Rory." She says while pointing to him, "Ever since that incident in Chemistry Class last Monday. Huh, she developed chemistry in the Chemistry Lab... What are the odds."

Erica: "Oh yeah, I heard about that incident, what happened in there?"

Amy (Whose Emily's sister by the way.) "Some Joker thought it would be a good idea to switch the labels of two highly reactive and highly hazardous chemicals. Dakota and Rory were paired up for the assignment. when they poured in the wrong chemical thinking it was the right one it boiled over instead of a simple smoke effect. Thankfully they caught the perpetrator, and no one was hurt. He got suspended for three months."

Emily Unsatisfied: "Well, I think he should've gotten expelled. He's little "prank" could have seriously hurt someone; not to mention it could have hurt Dakota, Thank goodness Rory thought fast and pulled her out of the way. But after those events the rest was history. Not seriously she couldn't focus at all during history class."

Dakota dreamily:  "After he pulled me out of the way I looked up into those beautiful blue eyes and in the most cliché romantic movie moment. My heart just stopped. He is so cute I just can't take it!" 

Mabel: "Yeah, he is Rory is a total hottie!"

Emily groaning: "Oh you too Mabel?"

Mabel: "Yeah me too, I don't care what anyone thinks. Rory is hot with a capital H! And an O and a T and like fifteen exclamation points!"

(These two have it bad am I right.)

Dakota: "Okay, Mabel that's kind of overdoing it a smidge. He's hot with a capital HOT and five exclamation points."

🎃 Happy Halloween from the MBAV Crew! 🎃

Thought I'd have them all dress up in a group costume and their theme is of course DC superheroes. More specifically, those who were part of the Justice League! I originally wanted to do the founding (or rather the original) members who started the Justice League, but sadly couldn't, seeing as there was only one female member (Wonder Woman) that was part of the Justice League's creation. And of course, for the MBAV gang there are TWO females. So, it just wouldn't work. So, I just went with the more well known/popular members of the Justice League instead.

Rory is Flash because he lost to Benny in a game of "rock, paper, scissors" to see who gets to be Batman. After losing to Benny, he wanted to be Green Arrow, but no one trusted him enough to have a fake bow with arrows. Also, Erica really didn't want him to be the Green Arrow too because from what she remembers, the Green Arrow used to date Black Canary (her costume choice), and she didn't want to hear it from Rory or have him annoy her about that little fact all night long, as well. So, she STRONGLY had him choose another DC superhero to be, instead. Like the Green Lantern, but he didn't want to be the Green Lantern because he thinks his superpower is weak and lame due to having to rely on a ring that you have to recharge every now and then (which is stupid in his opinion, despite what Ethan may think). So, the Flash it is! Plus, he's super excited because now he can use his vampire speed to zip around everywhere like the Flash does!

Benny is Batman because he wanted to be all dark and mysterious. Plus, he thinks Bruce Wayne is awesome because of how rich he is and how he's a known playboy/lady's man to boot. Which is why I chose Benny to be Batman. I think he'd admire Bruce's lifestyle and also just like how Bruce has a bit of dark side to him, so does Benny too, as seen on a few occasions in the series. Oh! And he chose the costume with the fake abs because he wanted abs and thinks it makes him seem even more manly as Batman.

Ethan is Superman because he wanted to do a couple's costume with Sarah while also still doing the group one. And yes, I know that famously Superman's main romantic interest is technically Lois Lane. But it wouldn't work here if Sarah was going to be Wonder Woman and after some research, I found that in some rare instances there have been comics that had his love interest as Wonder Woman and NOT Lois, instead! Some even declared this rare pairing as the power couple of the DC universe! Anyway, that's why I picked Superman for Ethan. Plus, Ethan kind of has some of the same personality traits that Clark Kent/Superman does, as well. Depending on your version of Clark Kent/Superman that you choose, that is. For me, I was going for the Clark/Superman in the animated series "My Adventures with Superman".

Sarah is Wonder Woman because Ethan thought it would fit her, and she agreed. Plus, she gets to be a badass Amazonian warrior princess, as well! She also likes what Wonder Woman stands for (like justice and virtue) and can sort of see a bit of herself in her, as well. Like being a compassionate, strong, courageous, and honest person. If not a little bit stubborn, also.

Erica is Black Canary because she thinks she's badass and cool looking. Not to mention hot-looking, as well. Oh! And is a blonde like her, also! Originally, she was gonna be Wonder Woman but decided to let Sarah be her instead. Mainly because she too thought that Wonder Woman would be a better fit for her bestie rather than herself. Plus, Erica gets to mostly dress up in one of her favorite colors, too. Black. She also thinks that Black Canary has a way better fashion sense in the outfit department than Wonder Woman does when it comes to their superhero costume/look, anyway.

This def feels like a real mbav episode plot bc i feel like the boys would be stupid enough to assume that someone dressed in all black must be a vampire instead of just liking dark clothing lol reader is described as having pale-ish skin but it’s bc she wears lighter foundation/concealer, so she can be read as any race/skin tone

The gang has had their fair share of dealing with evil vampires, and evil people in general. It makes them cautious of any new person that comes to town. Sure, the new kid at school could be someone who happened to move to Whitechapel with their family. But nine times out of ten, they’re actually someone plotting to take over the world and decided to start at some random town in Ontario, Canada.

You were no exception to the group’s suspicions. 

“Definitely a vampire,” Ethan said as he, Rory, and Benny not so discretely stared at you. “Dark clothes, long layers, pale skin. It’s like she came out of a Dracula movie or something.”

“I’m a vampire, and I don’t dress like that.” Rory countered. “But she does look cool… Maybe I should start dressing like that.” The blonde gasped, ideas coming to mind. “I could get a cape!”

Ethan rolled his eyes at Rory straying from the topic at hand. “Maybe she’s an older vampire. The point is, we should be careful.”

“I’m gonna go talk to her.” Benny decided aloud. His friends gave him a wary look. “What? Either she’s just a new kid who could use some friends, or she’s an evil vampire coming to kill us and take over the world. Might as well talk to her and find out.”

Before either of his friends could talk him out of it, Benny strided over to you across the hall. As he made his way, you being an immortal being wasn’t on the forefront of his mind. Instead, it was your appearance. More specifically, how attracted he was to your gothic clothing and somewhat extravagant makeup. One thing was for sure: you definitely stood out in this cookie-cutter town.

You were startled by Benny leaning against the locker next to yours, looking at you with a slight smirk. “Hey.”

“Hi…?” Both confused and curious by his sudden entrance, you gave him a once over before going back to shoving books into your bag.

Benny, clearly surprised that he had made it this far, cleared his throat and straightened up. “So, are you new or something?”

‘Wow, this guy’s a genius,’ you thought sarcastically. Shutting your locker door, you focused on him a bit more. Despite trying to appear suave with his pose and dopey smirk, you could tell he was more of a geeky type with his Star Wars shirt and satchel bag. Not that that was a bad thing. “Yeah.” You finally replied. “Moved here a week or so ago.” You stuck a hand out. “I’m Y/n.”

The boy smiled, grasping your hand and giving it a firm shake. “Benny.” He said. 

“Nice to meet you…” You trailed off, eyes straying to two boys staring intently at you from behind his shoulder. Seeing that you were looking at them, they jumped in surprise and started looking around for something else to focus on. “Benny.” The bell rang, and you let go of his hand. “Well, I should probably head to class.”

He clicked his tongue in slight disappointment and adjusted the strap of his bag. “Yeah, me too… Hey, what class do you have?”

It took you a minute to recall. “Uh, science.” Then you let out a huff. “Gotta go to the building on the other side of campus. And it’s so bright out, that’s gonna suck.” Benny perked up at your distaste. “Well, maybe I’ll see you around.”

“Yeah.” He seemed distracted, eyes following your departed form until you rounded the corner. “See you around.”

Whether it was alluring vampire powers or just pure hotness, one thing was for sure. Benny was caught in whatever trap you had knowingly or unknowingly set for him.

Weeks had gone by, and Benny still couldn’t determine if you were human or vampire. Despite Ethan’s protests, the young wizard was around you every chance he got. He insisted to his friends that it was to find out the truth about your identity, but it was because he was growing increasingly infatuated with you.

You’ve never hung out outside of school before, but that was about to change. Benny wanted to see you in a different environment, one that could give him answers. From what he’d seen so far, you don’t like the sunlight, you don’t eat anything during lunch at school, you consistently wear long dark clothes, and you still have a pale look to you. He hadn’t seen fangs yet, but he knew from experience with his friends that they were retractable, so he figured that maybe you were better about keeping them out of sight than the other vampires he knew.

“So, have you explored town much?” Benny asked as you walked out of school. You wore your usual attire and some oversized sunglasses, as today was another sunny day. 

“Not really.” You respond, adjusting your bag. “I like being at home more. Not that I don’t like this! This’ll be fun… probably.”

Benny laughed, feeling proud when you let out a chuckle of your own. “Yeah, I was thinking we could get some food and maybe go to some of the shops in town.”

He gauged your reaction to the mention of food. It seemed like you didn’t mind it. “Sounds like fun.”

The walk wasn’t too far or long. Benny noticed that whenever possible, you would go into the shade, but he didn’t say anything about it. 

Eventually, you reached a fast food place that Benny and Ethan frequented. He was a bit surprised that you actually ordered some food, considering he had never seen you eat at lunch. Wanting to be a gentleman, he insisted on paying and letting you choose what booth to sit in.

When you settled into your seats, Benny was suddenly itching to ask you upfront whether you were a vampire. It seemed like a safe setting to do so, for him at least. There were a few people around, so you’d have to at least wait a while to kill him for exposing your identity. And if you weren’t a vampire, he hoped you would have a good sense of humor about the whole thing.

“I have a question.” He asked after taking a bite of his burger. You raised a brow, taking a sip of your drink. “It’s a serious question.”

“Okay…” You racked your brain, wondering what he was about to ask.

Benny looked around, making sure the people around would be out of earshot before leaning a bit closer to you. 

“Are you a vampire?”

There was a giant moment of silence, and Benny felt like he had immensely fucked up. You just stared at him, processing the question.

And then you snorted.

And then you started laughing.

“Funny, Benny.” You said before finally taking a bite of your food. “Very funny.”

“I’m serious.”

You laughed again. “What, is it all the black?”

Benny’s eyes narrowed at you. “You hate sunlight.”

“Correction, I hate direct sunlight. A bit of cloud cover is fine.”

“You never eat at school.”

“School food is gross.”

“You’re pale.”

“Again, hate direct sunlight. Also, this isn’t my actual skin tone.” Benny started to look puzzled. “I usually go a shade or two lighter; it helps with the gothic look. ‘Are you a vampire?’” You imitated his question before laughing again. “You’re such a nerd, Benny. You’re lucky you’re cute.”

“Wha-” Benny choked out, feeling like he got whiplash. “So, not a vampire…”

“Not a vampire.” You confirmed. “Just a goth.”

MBAV theory and ending

Hello everyone ! Here I am to discuss our beloved but too soon cancelled show : My Babysitters’s A vampire’s. Mostly its ending but not only. Damn you Disney for that cliffhanger...

Warning, it’s a really long post ! It’s around 2k words. I didn’t put it under a cut, but I can if asked. The first part (half ?) of this post is something about the MBAV universe, that I use to explain my theory about the ending. Then I will explain it, what happened and all with that, and they a small paragraph of what could have been the beggining of season 3. I’d be really happy if you guys read, and what do you think about it. So, here we go ! (Please forgive the typos)

Anyway, before talking about the ending I want to speak about the vampires and their so called “immortality”. Throughout all the show it was clearly stated that all vampires are immortal. Yet, we see a lot of them dying (killed by wooden stakes, holy water, special daggers, etc.). Sooo, are they really that immortal, or can they just live as long as possible until they’re killed ? The show doesn’t answer it, and we never saw a vampire that was killed coming back. (Except for Jesse, but his case is a bit special, with the Cubile Animus and all, so we’re not talking about it here). But ! The movie answers it, more specificly Sarah. Remember the scene when they are at Ethan’s house and they are attacked by the pizza guy, who happens to be a vampire sent by Jesse ? Yeah ? Cool, because it tells us an intersting thing. So, Sarah kills him with a wooden stake, and a bit later Ethan asks if he’s really dead. Sarah then answers, and I quote : “ Not...dead, no, just in some kinds of limbo for souls.”

Oh boy. So, it’s clear : when vampires are killed, they don’t die. Their souls go into a limbo. But first of all, what is a limbo, you may ask ? I’m going to answer as simply as I can. A limbo is something from the catholic theology. Well, not only, but in the case of the show, it’s in this sense; let’s not forget that vampires can’t approach someone who’s holding a christian cross or just making a cross with sticks or whatever (I’m almost totally sure we see it in MBAV, but correct me if I’m wrong on that). So, in catholic theology, the “Underworld” is composed in 4 parts : Hell as we know it (”Hell of the Damned”), the Purgatory, the Limbo of the Fathers and the Limbo of Infants. Here, we don’t care about the second limbo, because it is for children who weren’t baptized.  So the Limbo of the Fathers it is ! That’s still not very helpful to you, I know, but I’m getting to it. So, what is it ? It’s a place where the souls of those who have commited sins but died in the friendship of God (I’m quoting wikipedia here, ahem). So, bad people but that could still go to Heaven but only if Mr. Jesus Christ come to pardon them. But I may be going a bit too far for MBAV here. Let’s continue, shall we ? Vampires are by definition a sin, for the Religion. So, it’s clear they’re not going to Heaven. But, they are immortal beings, so it’s not as if they could go to hell anyway. However, the souls of the killed vampire have to go somewhere, so they go in the limbo. Why not the Purgatory ? I don’t really know, and my theories are not really useful in the point I’m trying to make here about MBAV. And I probably already digressed too much... but hey, a little culture never hurts.

So ! It could stop here : the souls of the killed vampires go into that limbo because they can’t go anywhere else, and it’s done. But Sarah’s sentence is not done ! Just after the limbo thing, she says : “But he won't be back here.” If she just said that the pizza vampire guy wouldn’t be back, it wouldn’t change anything, it would just emphasize that he’s dead. However, notice the “here” at the very end of the sentence. Just that little word changes the meaning ! He won’t be back here, but he will be back somewhere else. Then, we understand that vampires are really immortal ! First they are “killed”, their soul go into the limbo for an unknown time, and then they come back. As I just said, we don’t know how long their soul stay in the limbo. Sure, we never saw vampires come back on the show, but I think it’s just because it’s not in the plot. I would say it takes a few days for the soul to come back, maybe weeks but not more. Maybe it depends of the cause of death ? I don’t know. Remember that it’s just me founding out things out of just one line, I can only theorize what I don’t know.

Well, it’s great that we found that. But... what for ? Okay, we learned something but it doesn’t really apply to the MBAV story / plotline... Or does it ?

Now, I’m bringing on the table “The Date To End All Dates, Part 2″, aka the awful cliffhanger that we all hate deeply. That left us with SO many questions, and no answers. This post is now going to be about “what would have happened in season 3 episode 1 (and possibly 2 too) ?” Here’s a quick recall of how the episode ended : VP Stern, Ethan, Benny, Sarah and Jesse are at the Council and there is a big boom all over White Chapel. Anastasia, Erica and Rory are in what looks like the mountains, at least they’re not in White Chapel. Anastasia said she was waiting for the explosion to happen, and visibly just wanted to go far enough to not be in it with the remaining vampires (are Rory and Erica the two last of the Council that could make it with her ?). So, she knew what Stern wanted to do. What was his plan already ? Jesse tells us that the Council has a broadcast system, originally used to communicate with other covens, that Stern would use to spread the Lucifractor’s power all over White Chapel and thus, killing all vampires in town.  But, aren’t vampires immortal, able to come back and all, as we’ve seen before ? As you know it, the Lucifractor is designed especially to kill vampires definitely by “absorbing the dark energy that keep vampires alive”, to quote Jesse. We saw Stern use it on vampires, it “shoots” like a purple lightnight, and the vampire turns to dust. So, the explosion happened. What would be the most logical thing to happen after that cliffhanger, aka season 3 ep 1 ? Main theory would be that the Lucifractor worked, which implies Sarah and Jesse being dead, along with the other remaining White Chapel vampires in town (but not Anastasia, Rory and Erica, because they are “safe” far away). Benny, Ethan and Stern on the other hand would be alive, because the Lucifractor only kills vampires and doesn’t affect humans. But... is it really what happened ? Of course not.

First of all, it is a Disney Channel show. That cliffhanger was made in the optic of having a third season, to continue the story. The show would never have killed one of its main character, especially Sarah. Count it as an argument or not, it’s true.  Second of all, I bet the explosion that happened didn’t go the way Stern intended. The plan was just to broadcast the Lucifractor’s power, nothing more. But if you don’t remember, Ethan went into Stern’s mind just before the explosion. I won’t describe the entire scene, but basically Ethan tells Stern that he is just a human. That without the Lucifractor, he is totally powerless. Ethan emphasize the fact that Stern is nothing without the Lucifractor, in a cocky and clever way. And let’s not forget it’s Ethan, the “brain” one of the group. Yet he wasn’t panicking, he was confident in what he was doing, going into Stern’s mind. He had a plan. What next ? Ethan’s remarks kind of angered Stern and he tells Ethan “Stop saying that ! I can draw all the energy I need from this and then the power will be in me and I can get rid of this little bubble.” Ethan says a last thing that pushes Stern over the edge. Stern stops what he was doing (which is shooting Jesse and Sarah with the Lucifractor, who are okay just after that) and then, he takes the Lucifractor and makes the mistake. He takes the power for himself. He feels it, he says “I can feel the power, the deepest darkness. You’re such a fool, you’ll never stop me now !”. Then, still with confidence, Ethan tells the other to run, and the explosion happens.

I believe that Ethan’s plan worked. I believe he wanted Stern to take the Lucifractor’s power to himself. By dragging him down, saying he couldn’t handle it... and it worked ! Stern thought he could take it and be all powerful and everything. But... he’s still just a human. And a normal human can’t physically handle all that power, that darkness. The explosion wasn’t Stern broadcasting the Lucifractor’s power, it was him. Stern’s body couldn’t bare all that and, because of the Lucifrator, exploded. But, theeen, what if if it had the same effect, and still killed Sarah and Jesse ? To that I will answer that even if the explosion looked the same as it would if the plan worked (as Anastasia is probably thinking), it is probably way less powerful than if should have been. First because Stern was trying to take the power, the Lucifractor wasn’t in “attack mode” (I think ?). But mostly because Stern took the Lucifractor in his hands, therefore ending the “broadcast” thing. My two other arguments are that, well it’s still a Disney Channel show, and Ethan’s confidence. As I said, he pulled a very clever move. He probably remembered Jesse telling him that Stern’s great great grandfather was mostly hella greedy of power, more than willing to clean White Chapel from vampires. It’s still canon that Ethan has a crush on Sarah and that he cares deeply for her (as Grandma Weir says, more for her than anyone ! (Just because it’s canon doesn’t mean I agree with that, okay ? But that’s what it said, and I’m working with the canon)). So he definitely didn’t waste precious time running away if he didn’t have a smart plan that he knew would work.

Hey, I’m still not done ! God that’s a long post. But then... what happened to Jesse and Sarah ? Yes, I said that the explosion was less powerfull than intended, but it still happened. Remember the first part of this post ? That’s right. The limbo for souls. That’s where I believe Sarah and Jesse would have been in the beggining of season 3. Sure, they would be weak. But they wouldn’t be dead. Now, that’s just my theory coming. I don’t really have the canon help anymore at this point, so here’s what I think is the most logic thing that could have happened.

Boom. They explosion went all over White Chapel. Benny and Ethan are knocked off and wake up after a few hours, possibly at dawn. Because hey, that’s still an explostion. Ironically, Stern’s the one who turned into dust. His body really couldn’t handle that. Benny and Ethan are relived, Sarah’s body is still here and intact, yet unconscious next to Jesse’s. But even after hours, they don’t wake up. Benny and Ethan kinda panic, and go to Evelyn (grandma Weir). She has theories but isn’t an expert in vampires, so can’t really help. The plan is to find Anastasia, Rory and Erica. They believed the explosion went as planned and went away. As Anastasia said before, they’ll just wait until Stern dies of old age. (Erica and Rory want to go back to check on Sarah, but missy vampire child tells them she is dead, and with her mind control thing, they can’t do anything). But Sarah is not dead, at least that’s what Ethan says, but they could start to loose hope at some point, and the guys are on their way to find Anastasia, because if anyone knows something about what to do, it’s her (they also want to have their friends back). They find her, and here’s the what happens : Sarah (as well as Jesse) are stuck in the limbo. Normally, they would be able to “come back to life” by themselves, but the Lucifractor weakened them, therefore they can’t escape the limbo. At least, not alone. It’s up to the fang gang to go there and bring their friend back (and they hesitate, but bring back Jesse too). They go back to White Chapel, and season 3 continues.

Now, I’m done ! I really hope I didn’t annoy you guys with my long post. If you like my theory, I’d be very happy if you tell me, I might try to write it, as a real fanfiction more than just a paragraph. Please, tell me what you think about it !
