To show you just how easy it is to add a background video to your WordPress website, I am going to use the Video Player and FullScreen Video Background plugin to add two YouTube tutorials to our music production website. These videos are going to be displayed on a page and have thumbnails of the videos below the video player for easy navigation.

Once you have installed the Video Player & FullScreen Video Background player, head on over to WP Dashboard > VIDEO PLAYER & VIDEO BACKGROUND > Add New. In the Name* field, we will type in "Music Production Tutorials". This will create our background video player.

Next, we will add in our videos and thumbnails to the background video player. Go to WP Dashboard > VIDEO PLAYER & VIDEO BACKGROUND > Manage Players. Next to our "Music Production Tutorial" player, click the Playlist link. You will be taken to the playlist editor where we will then click the Add New link. This will bring up the editor for a single video.

First, we will add our thumbnail to our first tutorial video by clicking the Change Image button and choosing the video thumbnail from our media library. Next, we will add in our YouTube video. To do this, you will need to get the YouTube Video ID. To find our video's ID we will copy the letters and numbers that follow the = sign in the YouTube video's URL.

We will paste this in the YouTube Video ID field in the video player editor and click the Update Playlist Record button. This will add our first tutorial to our video player. We will go ahead and repeat this same process for the second tutorial.

Once we have both our tutorials in our video player, we will add the player to a page on our website. Go to WP Dashboard > VIDEO PLAYER & VIDEO BACKGROUND > Manage Players and copy the shortcode that follows the Page/Post text for our Music Production Tutorial video player. We will then go to one of our WordPress pages and paste in this shortcode.

Click the Update button on that page and you are all set! The background video player with our two music production tutorials and their thumbnails will be present on our webpage.
