Always right: dangerous
Most of the time right and wrong are relative terms. Right and wrong in one frame are not necessarily right or wrong in another frame. But still, some universal truths are right in all frames.
Now coming to question, there are two scenarios;
1- a person always claims to be right
2- the person wants to be right.
“It is for better to prove yourself right than to prove others wrong”

That’s the worst part of being a man in the intelligence game. The wait. Minutes turn into hours, which turn into days, which turn into months and, sometimes, even years. But then, all of it boils down to those few seconds. The seconds that justify the wait. The seconds that make or break. The seconds that determine life and death.

#BrunchBookChallenge: 5 movies that would make great books - brunch boc
https://liveindiatimes.com/brunchbookchallenge-5-movies-that-would-make-great-books-brunch-boc/
Tumblr media
The cool crazy The Departed Bilal Siddiqi
Tumblr media
“I’d really love to read Martin Scorsese’s The Departed as a book. Each character has the scope to be fleshed out and given their space to breathe if it were to be a novel, because in a film the runtime limits you.” One character I’d like to write out in more detail: “I’d like to read a whole backstory of Jack Nicholson’s character – Frank Costello. This would give us more insight and time to live with the crazy, ruthless character and what made him that way.”
Watch out! The Truman Show Durjoy Datta
Tumblr media
“I’d like to see The Truman Show, which is one of my absolute favourite movies. The character lives a life that’s being watched by millions and though the movie came out years ago, it is so contemporary. It would be quite something to go into the psyche of people watching Truman en masse.” One character I’d like to write out in more detail: “I’d like auxiliary characters to be given more space in the novel to truly understand why voyeurism is a big draw.”
Age of innocence Masaan Gurmehar Kaur
Tumblr media
“One movie that I would like to read as a book would be Masaan. I’m always curious as to how films that visually show with two intertwined yet completely different stories would be written on paper. Also there is a certain innocence about the unscathed young romance between Deepak and Shaalu.” One character I’d like to write out in more detail: “I would love to see Devi be turned into a fictional character because there is this fearlessness and vulnerability about her that I’d like to see put into words.”
Serial winner Once Upon a Time in the West Vivaan Shah
Tumblr media
“I’d love to see Sergio Leone’s Once Upon a Time in the West as a novel. As a matter of fact, I’d love to see a series of novels with The Man with No Name played by Clint Eastwood in Leone’s Dollars Trilogy. ” One character I’d like to write out in more detail: “The Man with No Name. To see a novel employ the same anti-economy of storytelling by employing words to stretch out its stylistic legs and create a new form of narrative communication the way Leone did non-verbally with this character would be amazing.”
Fun n frolic Khubsoorat Andaleeb Wajid
Tumblr media
“Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s Khubsoorat would make a fantastic book. It would be challenging to see all that chaos play out on the pages and to read from the points of view of the many characters in the movie.” One character I’d like to write out in more detail: “Rekha’s character Manju could be more contemporary. She could be an entrepreneur.”

Sada Tamatar Score 8//10. Shahrukh Khan produced spy series Bard OF Blood is slick, dark, emotional and portrays Bilal Siddiqi’s book by the same name. Netflix co-founder and CEO Reed Hastings flew down to Mumbai to announce a deal with Shah Rukh Khan-founded Red Chillies for their first partnership: Bard of Blood, a multi-lingual action spy series is the original spy thriller of Indian characters. Set in the troubled Pakistani province of Balochistan, the series deals with cross-border terrorism, and involves rogue Indian agents contending with Pakistani intelligence services and the heroic actions of several covert agents. We like the speed and the frames. We think it is international in its content, almost contending with the American Spy series which are more based on limited research on this subject; especially when cross border terrorism is limited to ISIS or Al Qaeda portrayal. Indians have their own demons. Being based on a work of fiction with international terrorism undertones, is always a difficult task- given how limited you can run your imagination. Emran Hashmi looks good, Sobhita Dhulipala makes her mark as an actor and the Kirti Kulhari Sehgal creates a sizzle. We recommend the series for its narrative, good direction by Ribhu Dasgupta and finally a spy thriller that we can talk about in answer to the barrage of ISIS and Al Qaeda fiction we are so used to in the USA. @therealemraan @iamsrk @redchilliesent https://www.instagram.com/p/B64L1dCBny0/?igshid=1lfumzx26lrd1

Throughout the career of Emraan Hashmi has been seen in roles such as gangster, con man and romantic heartthrob. However, these characters have not managed to justify his talent as an actor. Mehwish Hayat calls out Shahrukh Khan for villifying Pakistan

Mehwish Hayat calls out Shahrukh Khan for villifying Pakistan
Tumblr media
Maybe Shahrukh Khan thought it was a great plan to money on the current political strains among India and Pakistan by discharging the trailer of his cooperation venture with Netflix, Bard of Blood.
By and by adopting a similar strategy Bollywood has taken so for quite a long time, the trailer for the arrangement ended up being against Pakistan and stereotyped Muslims as fear mongers.
When the trailer was discharged, it turned into the top pattern in Pakistan too, where individuals rushed to call attention to how Indian big names were not just capitalizing on the political circumstance of the two nations yet additionally advancing scorn and war through their media.
Adopting a similar strategy, Pakistani entertainer Mehwish Hayat, who had as of late spoken finally about Bollywood’s portrayal of Pakistan, expressed how Shahrukh by and by did what she had been expressing for such a long time.
“This fair vindicates what I have been stating for such a long time. One more week and one more enemy of Pakistan venture. Presently would we be able to wake up, smell the espresso and see Bollywood’s plan for what it is? @iamsrkBe devoted, no one is halting you – simply don’t do it to the detriment of denouncing us,” composed Mehwish on her Twitter.
Troubadour of Blood depends on Bilal Siddiqi’s book of a similar name. The arrangement will include Emraan Hashmi as banished RAW specialist Kabir Anand, who is gotten back to support after four knowledge officials are held hostage in Pakistan before they could send a bit of significant data to India.
With the uncertainities developing in India, maybe the Muslims in the locale are dreading for their own wellbeing and making jingoistic substance to legitimize their nationalism. Versifier of Blood has a Muslim author, a Muslim maker and a Muslim lead entertainer, but then its enemy of Muslim, what more could delineate the weight Modi’s India is under right now!

Emraan Hashmi killing it in 'Bard of Blood'
Emraan Hashmi killing it in ‘Bard of Blood’
Netflix series Bard of Blood opens with a disclaimer: it’s based on a novel by Bilal Siddiqi, and it’s a work of fiction, not intended to depict true events or real people. It’s easy to see why — the deep-cover action-drama is set in Pakistan, where Indian spies work to get their hands on the Taliban’s terrorist plans. It’s a compelling concept on paper, but how is it in execution?
