My next novel is The Bezzle, a high-tech ice-cold revenge thriller starring Marty Hench, a two-fisted forensic accountant, as he takes on the sleaziest scams of the first two decades of the 2000s, from hamburger-themed Ponzis to the unbelievably sleazy and evil prison-tech industry:

I'm taking Marty on the road! I'll be visiting eighteen cities between now and June, and I hope you'll come out and say hello, visit a beloved local bookseller, and maybe get a book (or two)!

Hmmm. I question the wisdom of putting vinyl siding on one building in a row of lovely historic brick homes, but that's what they did. Anyway, this is a 1900 duplex penthouse that's for sale in Boston, MA, so it's not the whole house. It has 2bds, 1ba, for $1.35M. Plus, $225mo for parking.
Well, I'm not loving the entrance. If this is a sketchy area, by the time you get that gate open, you'll be attacked and no one will see it in that hall.
I have to say, it's a very classy remodel. Here's the entrance hall.
The living room opens to the deck.
They chose a lovely light wood and left some exposed brick here & there.
The open space features a dining area next, with a built-in cabinet and skylight over the table.
A peninsula separates the kitchen.
The kitchen has nice windows to let in the light and I like the contrast of dark counters with light cabinetry.
A large deck completes the first floor.
Stairs to the 2nd fl. bedrooms look a little steep.
The 2nd fl. is pretty spacious.
The primary bedroom has a beautiful fireplace.
A hall with sliding doors separate the rooms and offer privacy.
I feel that this is the actual primary bedroom that the owner is using as a family room.
Off this room is a closet and dressing room area.
And, the closet opens to the bath. With only one bath, this is inconvenient, if you're on the first floor or out on the deck.
