Two weeks ago the anime club I'm part of at my university had a manga day! A lot of people brought in stuff from their manga collection (myself included) and I was even able to dump off a couple that I didn't really want in my own collection anymore. I was also able to read a new manga I hadn't heard of! It was called Box of Light by Seiko Erisawa.

The manga follows a convenience store between life and death. It's an episodic take on the concept and the art complemented the surrealness of the story really well.

I also loved all the characters, the ones who were only there for a chapter were compelling and the main cast had a cool dynamic going on that was really sweet in my opinion. I was only able to read the first one, but there are three volumes currently and I would love to read the others.
