Madiha Shamim is a Young Pakistani entrepreneur & co-Founder of HR Ways & an inspiring blogger. She started her career by the age of 17th when she enrolled in intermediate. Earning a gold medal in bachelors & becoming a bronze in Masters was just what she needed to set new examples. Her first blog, a review on Hollywood flick broke the Internet when published in Express Tribune.

By the age of 19th, she had beside her a team of four writers which has now expanded up to 25 for reviewing research articles, proofreading, and assisting students from all over the world. Madiha initiated her online training for Academic and Content Writing to help more people get into freelancing. She has designed more than 500 corporate profiles herself of leading bureaucrats, politicians, CEOs, Media Persons, Army Professionals & Executives from C-Level to Entry Level. She is an avid career counselor and has taught “The Art of Reaching Interview Desks” to those who cannot afford fancy consultancies. Her training session on Career Counseling, Importance of Immaculate Resume and Freelancing conducted in many Universities including 13 Departments of Asia’s Biggest University. In collaboration with investors, Madiha brought her brainchild HR Ways to existence in 2016.

The company provides services related to recruitment, HR policy drafting, payroll outsourcing, and in-house HR training. Unlike other HR Firms, HR Ways doesn’t charge a penny from applicants for job placement In addition, HR Ways is also about to launch the first ever web-based ERP Training in Pakistan, free for university students. Shaheer Niazi - The Youngest Scientist of Pakistan

 Meet the Youngest Scientist of Pakistan, Shaheer Niazi. At the age of just 17, he is definitely considerable for being the Youngest Scientist in our country. Here is how the things started at first place for him. Talking at TEDx, he told that one day, her mother came to him and said: “Shaheer! There is this competition called the International Young Physicist Tournament.

Pakistan is not a participant in it; I want you to participate in it.” Shaheer accepted this challenge and formed a team of 5 members with the help of some sponsors. He then contacted the organizing committee of the event which was reluctant to allow them at first, due to the lack of inexperience. But then, after pushing them a bit, they allowed Shaheer & Co to come there. At the event, they were given 2 problems to solve per person, related to physics and then have to make a Thesis Presentation on them

Although Pakistan didn’t win, Shaheer was still satisfied as their main motive to represent their country was achieved. It was the electric honeycomb phenomenon which they were asked to represent on IYPT. Nadir ali khan - Young Pakistani Human Rights Activist & Founder of E-Hands

Young Pakistani Humanitarian Nadir Ali Khan, is a young pakistani humanitarian and human rights activist from Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Nadir was in Grade 8 when he started working with different NGOs voluntarily. Presently, residing in Islamabad, he is working as a volunteer with different National and International NGOs. Currently, he is running an NGO "E – HANDS” to use technology as a tool for social welfare, and involving youth in positive & Humanitarian, and development activities for promoting SDGs.

He has been awarded with several awards like Youth Achiever Award 2015-2016, Hunarmand Pakistan award, Abdul Sattar Edhi award ‘National Leadership Award’, and Talent Tribute award. He is using technology and social media for welfare projects, raising voice for human rights, distributing funds & clothes, organizing marriages for girls, and arranging blood & wheelchairs for patients & disabled persons. Recently, Nadir started a relief mission for the victim families by firing at LOC names LOC Relief Mission.

Nadir is a brand ambassador of different networks and member of several Youth wings. He have involved almost 3000 youth in many different projects of several areas of Pakistan. Ateeq Afridi - Pakistani Social Activist & Founder of Acts of Kindness

Pakistani social activist Ateeq Afridi is a Pakistani social activist and humanitarian, belonging to Kohat, He is professionally an Electrical engineer, graduated from FAST NUCES. Ateeq is also the Founder and CEO of an organization named Acts of Kindness Pakistan. This organization is a small scale organization, working on mini level projects for the betterment of community. Ateeq has a number of people working under his banner across the country. He has named them as the Kindness Squad.

Acts of Kindness has a mix of young professionals and students in its workforce. AOK has hosted sahoor and iftar in the Holy month of Ramadan and has successfully managed Ramadan Meherban Food Drive in 2016 and 2017. This food drive expanded to about 10+ cities in 2017, starting from Islamabad and Peshawar alone in 2016. AOK also distributed ration packs among more than 220 families in different cities.

This project cost about 1.3 million rupees with all the money coming from the donations done by the friends, family, volunteers etc. Other community works of AOK include helping orphans in education and marital matters, birthday visits to orphanage. Ahmad Raza Khan - Pakistani Social Youth Worker and Agrarian Activist

 Social Activist And Agrarian Ahmad Raza Khan Kirmani is a Pakistani Social Youth Worker, Writer & agrarian activist. He studied B.SC Hon Agriculture from Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi. He has created a platform “National Agricultural Youth Commission” to create agricultural awareness in young generation. As Central General Secretary Youth wing “Pakistan Qoumi Zuban Tehreek”

he is working to enforce Urdu as an academic and official language in the country. His movement is filed as “Pakistan Qoumi Zuban Tehreek” in Lahore High Court & Supreme Court. The SAARC Human Resource Center Pakistan awarded him with an Appreciation Certificate for working on Urdu language. His project “Enlightening Humanity” organizes fundraising campaigns and offers financial assistance to students & poor people.

Ahmad also works as Executive Member and Blood Donor in the Life Saver Blood Donors Society. He creates short theater performances to remove the cultural, religious, sectarian, and ethnic differences among Pakistani people. Farhan Wilayat - A Pakistani Humanitarian, Interfaith Harmonizer

Humanitarian, Peace Worker, Interfaith Harmonizer. Farhan Wilayat is a Pakistani Humanitarian, Peace Worker, Interfaith Harmonizer. He has been involved in different human rights and peacemaking activities. Wilayat started a project named Sindh Water Relief Project, aimed to install handpumps in Sindh where clean water was unavailable. He claims that he has been able to provide healthy drinking water and to reduce the water-borne diseases in interior Sindh. He also distributes sewing machines among widows after passing the individuals through a merit manipulation. Wilayat distributes wheelchairs to the disabled persons which he believes, is a step, to keep them moving despite their disabilities. He established a Charity Fund Mission of Pakistan, in 2016, to help those senior TV artists financially who are having monetary issues because of their personal conditions. Apart from this, Wilayat also works for interfaith peace. He formed a group of volunteers to raise voice for the rights and protection of religious minorities in Pakistan. Abdul Basit Siddiqi - 3 Times Guinness World Record Holder

Abdul Basit Siddiqi is a 3 times Guinness World Record holder. Born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, he got a degree in MBA (MIS) from IBA Karachi, after moving to Pakistan. Siddiqi has a keen interest in numbers and mental calculations from the very beginning. “In mental calculations, I am not anything like a genius but from my childhood, I was pretty good at it.” In early 2000s, he started an academy in Karachi with his friend but he had difficulties in managing the academy. He later left the academy, sold his part of shares to his friend and went to Dubai. As per Siddiqi, he teaches in an American institute nowadays where his students are really satisfied with his methods. Siddiqi is a 3 times Guinness World Record holder and all of these records reflect his command on numbers. His first World Record was related to periodic table elements. He had to correctly identify all the elements of periodic table just by gazing at their symbols. He recorded this milestone in just 3 minutes and 9.29 seconds, on December 19, 2016. Siddiqi has no interest in Chemistry and it took him 4 months of practice to achieve this record. Later on, he had to reclaim this record after getting broken in early 2017 by a record time of 2 minutes 46.5 seconds. Siddiqi broke this record by achieving the target in just 2 minutes and 37.42 seconds of record time. Another record to his name is the fastest typing of a text message using swype technology. He attempted this record on 22nd of May 2017 to inspire his students. Siddiqi is determined to break more records in the future. His next aim is to memorize most decimal places of Euler’s number, an irrational number in the Mathematics. Pakistan's Biggest Online Job Portal Rozee.pk is a Pakistani Website which has seen a lot of progress since the year of its foundation, 2007. It is basically a platform of employment where one can find jobs of his suitable tier by searching using some filters. Thousands of companies post their vacancies here, in search of suitable candidates, regularly. It all started back in 2007 when Monis Rahman, its founder, made a rough site regarding job opportunities in his company, Naseeb Networks.
