B.Tech CSE Lateral Entry vs. Regular B.Tech: Which One to Choose?

About BTech CSE Lateral Entry and Regular BTech CSE –
BTech CSE course (Computer Science Engineering) Lateral Entry and Regular BTech CSE course are two distinct pathways to obtain a BTech Computer Science Engineering, each catering to different student backgrounds and needs. Regular B.Tech CSE is a four-year undergraduate program designed for students who have completed their 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. It starts with fundamental concepts and progresses to advanced topics over eight semesters.
B.Tech CSE Lateral Entry, on the other hand, is a three-year program specifically tailored for diploma holders in engineering or B.Sc. (IT/CS) graduates. It allows students to directly enter the second year (third semester) of the BTech CSE course, bypassing the first year. This pathway is particularly beneficial for those who have already acquired practical knowledge during their diploma studies and wish to upgrade their qualifications. At Usha Martin University (UMU) one of the top BTech colleges in Ranchi, both options are available, offering flexibility to students based on their educational background and career aspirations.
Eligibility Criteria B.Tech Computer Science Programs –

Saw your recent post and wondered, are you learning C? If yes, sorry for not knowing that, how it's going? I tried learning it once and it feels oddly simple? I think after you learn so many C-like languages, C itself is like a subset y'know. But I haven't gone deep into memory management at the time, just basic syntax.
It's alright that you didn't know that lol. It's because I don't talk about it much, because I don't like it :P
C programming was taught in my first semester, and @studaxy is starting uni for comp sci engineering soon, so I am giving them some lessons so that they are familiar with the basic stuff.
I myself only know a little bit of C, the rest of it is this huge scary world I do not want to get into XD
(also fun fact, my main programming languages are python and Java, since rn I'm learning GUI programming in python and Android app dev using Java :P)
