The world is fast moving on a direction which is tech-based and Gen Z are not left behind. The older generations have procedure in which they can get into the wider society and explore, but Gen Z are taking different routes and it seems there is no procedure, they just have to figure it out their own. It is a transitory world, many things have changed it surface and to adapt to the demands of living in ultra-modern world, young people are intrigued to live their lives through that and see how far they can go in connecting with same young people that share ideas and insights towards taking the world on a whole new perspective.
Older generations never foresaw the value younger generations see in making friends and keeping the circle around, Gen Z are taking it into a new environment; they want to interact and share ideas on future work place and how they tend to change the world from there especially becoming a leader within that circle advocating for issue; climate, humanitarian crisis and war, to protect the environment is at the forefront of their discussions and it makes a lot of meaning to them especially their opinions and what the circle to think can be long-lasting solutions. Gen Z are making most of their community, they feel fulfilled to know what other people think, through their social media handles and keep igniting the connection.
Keeping a productive circle; it is one of the most important values that Gen Z are banking on, sometimes younger people struggle to socialize and get out of their own self to make meaningful contributions, but through social media they can interact on the subject they are interested on, especially when the conversations are insightful from there they grow and know how to make a positive impact in their communities and become a voice which other people want to listen, it pushes them to become a leader within that circle to make a difference, the type of leader that champion welfare and egalitarian society.
It creates the feeling of oneness, they see themselves through their friends, it is a picture they really want to paint; to have the same approach to life and come out with solutions to address these pressing issues that have become persistent in the world. Where Gen Z found themselves, they want to build that unionism even in the place of work, the one that comes with one voice. It is all innovative ideas for them, they want to create that atmosphere where you can become something and serve a purpose, social media has become a resourceful tool to grow this friendship, and whichever position they find themselves tomorrow they will always carry that friendship environment with them to make a difference.

How intentional are you in the pursuit of achieving your aspirations in life? Last year I had great intentions of becoming a member of the Toastmasters Club but I never attended for once. Okay, as part of my personal development goals this year I was going to be a Toastmaster! But I let January pass by without visiting even for once. This is the good news, I decided I wouldn't let the opportunity slip off me in February. And guess what? I didn't regret ever attending today. As a matter of fact, I'm in anticipation of our next meeting coming up in two weeks. You see those great guys in that picture? Destiny brought us together through this platform. We were all newbies but we enjoyed the time we invested there greatly. I'm super excited that I met you guys today. I can't wait to see you at the top. I'm in a hurry! Lesson: 1.
