As the holidays approach, we here at C.R.I.M.E would like to remind you that while not technically required in either C.R.I.M.E guidelines or the Goonion Charter, holiday parties are highly encouraged to boost morale. Some recommendations for holiday parties include: Make sure that a diverse selection of treats are available and account for any known dietary requirements—Mad Chemists Anonymous has recently published a helpful holiday cookbook. Provide optional entertainment as well as, if necessary, childcare. Take this as an opportunity to learn about other cultures. Use the opportunity of the annual company bake sale to finally exact your revenge upon that hussy, Becky—her lemon bars last year weren't even that good.

For heists, hold-ups, and various acts of villany in colder climates, some additional precautions should be taken to ensure the safety of you and your henchpeople. For guidelines on this, please consult Section V-35, paragraphs 19 through 38.

Condolences are extended to the families of the victims of this year's Defrosting Incident. Generally, there are few to no casualties when [REDACTED] is released from [REDACTED] [REDACTED][REDACTED] to wreak havoc on the Heroes, burn The [REDACTED] into the minds of millions, and distract Heroes from our collective schemes. However, due to some unforeseen events involving some Heroes this year's release was particularly violent. Please refer to section V-21 if this occurred to one or more of your henchpeople. I have a huuuge feeling of déjà-vu......

Oh come on !! This is just Operation : C.R.I.M.E. ! Wait, are you telling me they used comics to make episodes ? Let’s see, this one came out in April 2006, and the episode in January 2007...  sooooo they recycled the comic... Don’t get me wrong, I can understand they needed something and had to pull out something but of all comics they choose this one.... I mean, there are so many others waaay better than this one!

Okay, so for the episode they took Numbuh Three instead of Numbuh Four and make it a parody of a film noir. I’m not complaining, I like it! But the duo 2/3 wasn’t that good in the episode in my opinion.

MY FAVORITE KND EPISODE OH MY GOD um let me think . Holy shit. I dont think i can pick one.

- Operation: T.R.E.A.T.Y.: this episode made me gasp aloud and scream and punch the air when i was in my room alone not even on call with the reveals they make god it has such a big soft spot in my heart

- Operation: Z.E.R.O.: not an episode but it deserves a place on this list because I've rewatched it 6 times and it makes me cry like a big baby and i still go wild about it. All the reveals make me act like a beast.

- Literally any of the Art Show episodes but specifically Operation: S.C.I.E.N.C.E. & Operation: L.O.V.E. (little operative very emotional is right 💙)

- Also any of the Henrietta eps I loooove herrrrr my girl as well as like. I just love seeing Abby be really cool. Speaking of which

- Operation: D.O.G.H.O.U.S.E. (& Operation: H.O.U.N.D.): such a good abby & wally episode. I think someone needs to talk to abby and also hold her.

- Operation C.L.U.E.S. & Operation: S.P.A.N.K.E.N.S.T.I.N.E.: i love any episode where hoagie plays detective but man i love the sanbans and also (joe balooka voice) HOA-GIE GILLIGAN. id list all the joe eps as my favorite but only the joe parts are my favorite. And pinkeye is disgusting n my friends would shred me. The end of spankenstine when mushi leaves her threat on hoagie and leaves with sandy and it never continues. God bless.

- Operation: I.T.: the compilation of the kids playing tag together is so fucking funny and good but Rachel literally makes me so emotional. Her and nigel are besties. I could die over it btw. Just.. shes so good in this episode!! Its one of the only eps that gives her full depth n its so important to me.

- Operation: I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S.: tldr; im a cheesy ass bitch basically. But every time i talk about details from this episode it makes me incredibly weepy. While there are plenty of issues i have, man im just.. it kills me. 74.239 is one of my favorite characters and the stuff he gets in this episode makes me deeply happy, and the callbacks in this episode twice as much so. it's like- one of my favorite things, them going back thru stuff sector v had to do and . Mannn. Lee and Sonia are also some of my favorites and they make me happy n harvey also has a softspot in my heart. Just. I HAVE SO MUCH TO SAY GFHFJGJHJ . sector v's goodbyes and just. I honestly love the live action segments n waugh. Nick and Chip and like. Just!!!! So much. Sooo much.

So I recognize that Exalted 3e: Crimes of Nature has like a week's worth of video uploaded and that's incredibly intimidating if you haven't been there since the start. Yes, hi, I’m a supervillain whose entire schtick is that I’m a duck who is THOROUGHLY inconveniencing. Where do I apply to get an incredibly imposing henchperson who people mistake for the actual crime lord?

Inquiries regarding the obtainment of henchpeople can be directed to either the Goonion, Minions-For-Hire, Villainous Foils Ltd, or any number of other private-sector henchperson agencies. You should receive an answer in 7 to 13 business weeks—or whenever they finish rebuilding an office after a hero got punted out for trying to interfere with normal operations.

Do make certain that you thoroughly have read and understand the Goonion Charter, as violations of said charter can have both hefty fines and severe shortening of lifespans.

Thoughts on the Delightful Children from Down the Lane’s money:

I noticed in Operation C.R.I.M.E. that the DC “bribed their way to the top of the safety patrol,” and they also bribed the director to cast them as the lead in Operation L.O.V.E. This leads me to wonder if the DC are given some kind of allowance to fund their extracurricular villainy, or if they steal money from Father on the sly. The latter seems highly unlikely to me, but the former is something I can see. 

We see in Operation B.R.I.D.G.E. that Father is willing to buy the DC a new outfit, as long as they’re willing to do more chores. They could conceivably be working in their own home to get money for their schemes. The DC have easily been able to hire villains (Grandma Stuffum), as well as either buy or create (and sometimes borrow) various weapons/machines. Even if they were building their own weapons, they’d need money in order to pay for supplies. 

Somehow, these kids have money, and they can use that money however they want.
