Decided to do this challenge on a whim. The next few months will be brutal, and I need some sort of log, something to help with accountability.

Today's tasks:

call I to ask about the coffee breaks

title of my conference paper

write the abstract and send to J!!!

draft email for participants!!!!!

reply to J's 5 paragraph email about dissertation that nearly gave me a heart attack but was actually a mental note, albeit a terrifying one

Tasks left for tomorrow:

fix the conf. programme and create a pdf

make a pdf with hotel and venue info

send email to participants before they start thinking they're being ghosted

put together content of the abstract proceedings

also i forgot to update you guys but :))))))))

if my scale isn’t lying to me that means i’ve lost 2 pounds since i last weighed in. which was FOREVER ago, i’ll have to redownload MFP and look at all my old logs. i haven’t had access to a scale since January and i just went out and bought one yesterday. my bedroom is carpeted so i had to put it on a chair and stand on the scale on the chair for it to give me a more accurate weight lol, it thought i was 73 pounds when it was on the carpet 😵‍💫 i can’t describe how i feel about that
