Originally I wasn't going to post this anywhere, but everyone in the FAItH discord server has been super excited about it and said a lot of really kind things, so I decided to put it on here :)

L'Annonciation is a beautiful scene and I wanted to draw it from a different angle than you see in most paintings! I suffered over the wings but in the end I'm really proud of how it turned out.

Also thank you @nazkarcito for infodumping to me about older Byzantine icon paintings and sculpture.. it sustained me in the last hour or two of this (I spent seven hours on it at an absolutely ridiculous time of night/morning and then conked out)

Three ships: Newfound brainrot for Kira/Cretak and Tuvok/T'Pel. I don't do a whole lot of shipping but, appreciation in different ways for (almost) all ships. y'know? I am also partial to B'Elanna/Seven. Actually just B'Elanna in general. She's so neat. Rotating her around in my mind. Women in STEM.

First ever ship: Oh that's really hard. I think most of my fandom interaction before the past year or so has been pretty mild. So I guess my current ones are my first? LOL.

Well… I couldn't resist, and decided to catch up on Law & Order SVU. And, since I stopped watching when Elliot went out, I decided to rewatch it from the beginning. My only solace is that it will take so long for me to get to the last season, that by then Bensler will have already kissed!
