How To Use The Combination Of Electrospinning And Centrifugal Spinning Technology To Produce PC, Polycarbonate Nanofibers
The simultaneous use of electrostatic and centrifugal forces in the electrocentrifugal spinning process enhances the drawing force applied on the polymer jets during the fiber spinning. During electrocentrifugal spinning, a combination of centrifugal, electrostatic, gravitational, and auxiliary forces acts on the initial jet; if some of those forces are higher than the jet surface tension and viscous resistance, the jet is fully stretched out and spun into ultrafine fibers (Fig. 10.10). Because the electrostatic and centrifugal forces are combined in electrocentrifugal spinning, it enables the use of lower operating voltage and slower rotating speed compared with electrospinning and centrifugal spinning methods alone.

Difference between vacuum resistance and centrifugal force
When the direction of the force applied to a matter is different from the direction of motion of the matter, the force vector can be decomposed into components that are the same as and perpendicular to the direction of motion.

The space speed is increased by the same force component as the direction of motion or decreased by the force component opposite to the direction of motion. Vacuum resistance is generated by this linear force component.
The characteristic formula of vacuum resistance is as follows:

where γ is the Lorentz factor, m is mass and a is acceleration. The negative shows the opposite direction of force.
On the other hand, the direction of motion is changed by the force component perpendicular to the direction of motion. Centrifugal force is generated by this centripetal force component.
The characteristic formula of centrifugal force is expressed in the following formula.

The centripetal acceleration in Newton's laws of motion can be approximately expressed in the following formula.

where v is the linear speed along a curved path and r is its instantaneous radius.
The approximate relativistic centrifugal force is obtained by substituting the centripetal acceleration formula into the centrifugal force formula as follows:

where c is the speed of light.
As rotational speed approaches the speed of light, centrifugal force becomes infinitely large  because the Lorentz factor  becomes infinitely large.
The black hole at the center of the Milky Way galaxy rotates at a speed close to the speed of light and generates centrifugal forces to withstand its own gravity.
The magnitude of vacuum resistance is always equal to that of the same force component as the direction of motion. On the other hand, we can actively change the magnitude of centrifugal force by changing rotational speed.

Writing Process: Need to Pause. You need get off the ride, shake your head and breath, think about other things, step back, find what is working and what is not. Fewer conversations about assault and misery and things happening! That's a good plan. You must take a pause in writing. Otherwise it's just going straight ahead with half things trundled out, the ride getting faster, the wheels getting wonky, leaning to the side, one way and then the other, into an impossible turn which spins so tight that it becomes a centrifugal and nothing else.
