Online Registration Process for APTA Certificate
APTA Certificate is a Certificate of Origin issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade in India. APTA Certificate ensures that the commodity meant to be exported is completely manufactured or produced in the originating country or the exporting country. In order to verify the goods, the exporter has to produce multiple documents before the DGFT to prove that the goods have been manufactured in India.
The necessity for a Certificate of Origin is for custom clearance in the importing country. In case goods imported do not come with a Certificate of Origin, the importing country custom authorities will tax the goods. The Certificate of Origin is used by the importing country to ensure that the products are duty free and the goods are originating from the country under free trade agreement.

What is the State Pollution Control Board NOC?
In every Indian state and union territory, a State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) was constituted. According to the Water Act of 1974 and the Air Act of 1981, the responsibility given to SPCB is to issue No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to businesses or services operating within its borders. They take action to stop environmental degradation and to maintain and safeguard the environment. The handling of hazardous waste, biomedical waste, recycled trash, noise pollution, municipal solid garbage, e-waste, and other wastes has been outlined by the Ministry of Environment, Forests, and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) in a number of regulations.
Red, Green, Orange, and White are the designations that the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) has assigned to each industry. For these NOCs, they need to speak with their SPCB directly. When these NOCs are issued, the operation is initiated with the Consent to Operate (CTO) and the unit is established with the Consent to Establish (CTE). Operationally, NOCs serve as a watchdog, making ensuring that all sectors of the economy adhere to the legal limits and regulations. The SPCB monitors industries on a regular basis with the use of this NOC, making sure that industrial facilities follow the state's site policy and that no industry that poses a risk is allowed to operate in sensitive or forbidden regions.
Industry division based on pollutant index score:
Industrial sectors with pollution index scores of 60 or higher are classified as Red categories; those with scores between 41 and 59 are classified as Orange categories; those with scores between 21 and 40 are classified as Green categories; and those with scores between 20 and inclusive are classified as White categories.
