Synopsis: Koyori Hoshi's heart was torn apart after her boyfriend suddenly ended their two-and-a-half-year relationship. To ease her misery, she finds herself drowning in alcohol, while whining and complaining to her childhood friend Hijiri Akiyama. Seemingly blacking out from the excessive drinking, Koyori wakes up to a bewildering sight, Hijiri and herself laying naked side by side. As she comes to her senses, the realization of her irreversible act with Hijiri starts to set in. At first, Koyori thinks this occurrence is an attempt to rebound. Yet, the more she questions herself, the more she contemplates the affection she has harbored for Hijiri her entire life. After reflecting on their feelings toward each other, Koyori and Hijiri mutually agree to start their new life as lovers. However, the two have always had a platonic relationship, and their bond never went beyond that. What effect will this have on the friendship they have built over the years? Well, this may on fact be my favourite romance anime that is actually for adults and has adults as the leads. Sure shoujo can be cute and occasionally you’ll stumble across a real gem of a story but god do I want more romance manga with adult leads!

Anywho! This one’s a mature and surprisingly wholesome story of two childhood friends that get together later in life. I will warn you all though, this is NSFW! There are alot of sex scenes, though they are no where near a vulgar as most i’ve unfortunately stumbled across in far too many mangas and unlike many of those manga’s consent is not dubious at best here. Also! No unnecessary drama and misunderstandings! The leads actually talk their problems out without them becoming a multi-chapter story arc of nonsense. Very nice.

A wholesome, realistic and sexy little story about two consenting adults and the progression of their relationship. Plus it’s finished! Who doesn’t love being able to read a manga in it’s entirety without the painful wait times in between releases!

Highly recommend but for more mature audiences.

I never knew that sudden life changes are sometimes more hard to handle even when your heart, mind and soul is going with the flow of life and has seen many changes still some changes gives hurtful panic attacks which can't be talked or shared even with the person we trust or our secret keeper...
