I finally received the lovely Jakks Pacific's Shadow Generations Collector's Edition Figure!

It's very pretty, and the wings are impressive! (The base is terrible at keeping him in place though; I've resorted to trusting physics and resting the wing joints on part of the flimsy torso clamp instead.) It's a wonderful display piece and I'm glad I waited on him instead of digging for another Shadow figure secondhand.

I cannot overstate how massive the wings are; photos don't do it justice! I really struggled finding him a spot in the house, so for now he lives on top of a bookcase.

with all these new pegasus toys just being revealed i REALLY hope hasbro is going in the g1-g3 direction again. constant mane6 re-releases were what stopped me from collecting g4 and i really hope we’ll get loads of new ponies so g5 collections can be big and colourful and bright and interesting instead of a shelf full of pinkie pies

The Chihayafuru Collection: Season 1

I get to breath a sigh of relief on finally getting to this point. Some time it felt like it was impossible to keep up the writing and posting and I can cite a shitton of reasons as to why this has been such a struggle but barring a few exceptions, I’m pretty sure it boils down to writer’s block and procrastination, with a heavy dash of laziness. Still, I’m at the finish line... at least?

Ranting aside, I’m really proud and happy to be able to show my deep love for this series through my appreciation posts. It’s easier to write for some episodes than others but I hope that there’s something in each post that relates to your experience of watching this incredibly good anime.

It brings me great pleasure to announce (finally!) that today we are starting work on indexing the entire Sega Dreamcast (USA) collection on EmuParadise. From today, I shall be adding a new Dreamcast ISO to our repertoire everyday, a Dreamcast ISO of the Day of sorts.. I've already updated our Dreamcast ISO section with direct download links to all the USA titles that are present there. (Previously we were hosting Bittorrent links.. which didn't really work out..) This project was made possible by Sprung who has uploaded ALL the Dreamcast USA ISO's to our server so that we can make them available to you. Please do send him a little lovin' if you get a moment ;). It's an honour to commemorate the Dreamcast here on EmuParadise, we hope you enjoy this =) Onwards to our Sega Dreamcast ISO Section.

Got this interesting Monster Rancher card album a few months ago. I don't really know if it's official but it caught my eye.

my new hair straighteners (bought specifically for pony hair) came in the other day and i finally anxiously gave them a try... they work really nicely ! i was petrfied of the hair melting but i tested them on a very baity peachy (covered in marks and missing a tail) and it went really well, her hair went from untamed and frizzy to super smooth :D im excited to fix some frizz problems that have been taunting me for most of my collecting/restoring life lol
