With Arms Wide Open-Nobody Gets Forgotten
Tumblr media
Summary: It’s “Gotcha Day”! The day has finally come for Corinne and Sebastian to have their family, and how sweet it is!
A/N: Thank you all for your support throughout this series. Some of you have been guinea pigs for ideas and have had to deal with my emotional roller coaster of a self during this. I can’t promise there won’t be more emotions in future stories, but I can promise that these two are finally getting a little more settled. <3
“Sebastian, I’m so nervous.” I whimpered. We stood on the courthouse steps and I pulled him close to me, taking refuge in his strong frame.
“I know, my love.” He whispered and kissed the top of my head.
“What if the kids don’t remember us? What if the courts say no? What if…” I started fretting until I felt his hands grab my arms.
“Baby, look at me.” He ordered softly. I brought my eyes to meet his, the tears stinging. “Everything is going to be fine. The kids will remember us. And there’s not a chance that they could say no. You were too good to those kids. They belong with you.” He assured me, his body and voice strong where mine couldn’t be.
“They belong with us.” I whispered and smiled nervously.
“With us.” He echoed and kissed my forehead. “Now, let’s go in there and get our kids.” He chuckled, kissing me before grabbing my hand and leading me inside.
We walked through the courthouse, following the directions to get to the family courts. Sebastian stood in front of the courtroom doors, his hands back on my arms and bracing me.
“Breathe, baby doll. It will be okay. What’s that lyric from Ed Sheeran that you turned into your mantra?” Seb asked me, trying to get me to smile.
“Bibia be ye ye. All will be well.” I felt a smile crack on my lips.
“Exactly. We’re going to go in there and hear what they have to say. And then when it’s all done, those kids will be leaving with us.” He talked me through and pulled me into a hug.
“I love you.” I murmured, trying to calm my nerves.
“I love you too, iubită.” He cooed and kissed me before leading me into the courtroom. I looked around to see my family, beaming and nervous. I saw Lillian and waved, happy to know she was ready to fight for us. Then I saw them. Their eyes met mine and they waved, grinning as tears formed in their eyes.
“They didn’t forget us.” I whispered and looked at Sebastian with tear filled eyes.
“Told you so.” He chuckled and kissed my temple. We sat at one of the tables, Lillian and Sebastian on either side of me. The state representatives sat at the other, ready to give any reason that the kids shouldn’t come with us.
“Please stand for the judge.” The bailiff announced as the judge came up to the bench. Katie. Of course she’d get assigned to this case. Thank God. Thank you. I said a silent prayer as my friend sat down with a smile.
“Hello, everyone!” She grinned and gave my husband and I a knowing wink. “So, an adoption? How exciting!” She giggled and starting flipping through the papers.
“Your Honor, I assume you have read everything. I feel that there is nothing that should keep Mr. and Mrs. Stan from having Genevieve and Aiden be their children.” Lillian stated plainly, her hand resting on my shoulder.
“Does the state have any reason that these children should not be adopted by this couple?” Katie asked the state representative. An old man with a receding hairline and a permanent scowl stood up and buttoned his suit jacket before speaking.
“With Mr. Stan’s chosen profession and Mrs. Stan’s contracts, we feel the conditions would not be conducive to raising the children.” He stated, his voice like razors. I felt my blood boil and I started to stand up until I was quickly brought back down, Sebastian and Lillian both pressing my shoulders.
“Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie raise their children just fine. Corinne works from home 4 days a week, only going to her office once a week. They have a reliable network of people who will help them when they need it.” Lillian responded, her words as sharp as his, yet the truth was deeply rooted in them.
“Also, given the fact that Mrs. Stan’s contracts are for convention weekends where her husband and SOME of his costars are present. They have agreed that some weekends the children will be able to go with them and other weekends they will stay with family. You can’t expect them not to do work that they love. And the children are of an age where they can be independent for a time.” Lillian added, her hand cupped on my shoulder.
“There’s no arguing the facts. Mr. and Mrs. Stan have made these children their own. Genevieve and Aiden are, per the post home-life evals, the happiest they have been in a long time.” Katie spoke, her voice filling the courtroom and one corner of her mouth curling into a smile.
“Your Honor, you have obviously read all the information and evaluations. I don’t have anything else to say other than those children deserve the love that this couple is so willing and wanting to give. This couple deserves a family.” Lillian pleaded our case, holding my hand as I held Sebastian’s.
“I believe you, Ms. Monroe. Mr. and Mrs. Stan, you might consider changing their last names, because they’re yours.” Katie grinned at me as her gavel hit the sound block.
That was it. I turned to Sebastian and flung myself into his arms, sobbing violently. Lillian rubbed my hand gently and my family gathered around us. The only thing missing was the kids. My kids. Our kids. I looked around and found them.
“Evie! Aiden!” I bawled and held my arms out. They were in my arms within moments, hugging me tight with a giggle. “My babies.” I sobbed and held them close.
“Mom.” Evie whispered and hugged my neck before running to Sebastian.
“We don’t belong with anyone else.” Aiden murmured and kept his arms around mine.
“I think after we sign the papers to get your last names changed, we should go get ice cream. We could all use a treat.” Sebastian chuckled and looked at us. Genevieve and Aiden nodded with wide smiles before looking to me.
“I think that’s a wonderful idea.” I giggled, wiping my tears and holding Aiden’s hand. We linked hands and walked to the public records office, receiving their papers and signing documents to make them Genevieve Renee Winters-Stan and Aiden Gabriel Winters-Stan. They were ours. Once the papers were signed, we walked out and held hands, linked and laughing. We were a family and my smile wasn’t leaving. Not ever.

Can we PLEASE fulfill the prompt of Booker waiting 100 years to the day only for no one to show up because they were delayed somehow? And then having to hunt down booker, who’s started running because he thinks his family doesn’t love him anymore and maybe some ot3 if it works??
Llewellyn eyes the stranger seated in the corner of the pub. He had been here all day, nursing one glass of water after the next, barely getting up for anything other than the loo or a smoke. He was a handsome man with clear eyes and every time the front door opened, his head would perk up from their careful consideration of the wood grain of the table, before descending back into a sad slump.
His phone buzzed. Corinne, his flatmate, was asking him what time he’d be getting home and if he could get something for her. His shift was ending in a few minutes and he makes up his mind about the guy.
“You still waiting, then?” Llewellyn asks as gently as he can muster. “Your mates. They on their way then?”
The man tilts his head up to meet his gaze for a beat before looking out to the way the skies over London have tinged a blood orange glow. He blinks. As if he hadn’t realised that time has passed.
“They forgot, I guess,” He says, voice croaky like his vocal cords have forgotten how to make the sounds of words. Llewellyn thinks he sounded an awful lot like his Da when Mum died; like someone who was grieving and knows he will be grieving for the rest of his life.
It’s this thought that pangs deep in his heart, seizing his breath. “Listen, I get off in a few minutes, but I could get the barman to keep an eye out on you if you’d like? Make sure you’re okay?”
That brings a smile to his face and whilst it is a simple twist of his lips, Llewellyn feels his belly flips and flops. “You’re sweet but there isn’t any need for it.” The man stands, pulling out his card to pay when Llewellyn holds his hand out.
“On the house. You’ve been drinking nothing but water the whole day,” He says, ducking his head shyly. God. Corinne always said that he was terrible at talking to handsome men. And this one certainly is very handsome.
“Diolch,” The man smiles again.
“You’re welcome,” Llewellyn stutters out in shock. “How did you--?”
“The name was a dead giveaway,” The man jerks his head at his name tag, rolling the pronunciation perfectly in his native Welsh. He nods and makes to leave when Llewellyn grabs him by his sleeve.
“Do you have any message you’d like to leave for them? In case they show up?”
The man frowns for a moment. “Tell them,” He pauses. “No, it doesn’t matter. I don’t think they would want to hear it anyway.” His clear eyes meet Llewellyn’s. “Thank you. You’re very kind.” With that, he leaves without ever giving him a name.
Llewellyn finds his mind turning to the beautiful man over the next few days, he finds his daydreams take the shape of him coming back to the Prospect and himself asking for his name - always something equally as lovely like Anthony or Damian or even Sebastian - and maybe after he would get to sit next to the stranger and they would fall in love over a pint or two. Llewellyn would end his shifts with the man waiting for him with that beautiful smile and they would have picnic dates in parks and Sunday morning lie-ins.
It is during the nursing of one such daydream about a week after meeting the handsome stranger when in comes a group of four who take the same table by the window. He goes over to take their order when he overhears them.
“... I’m telling you that it was a week ago,” says the woman with braids in her hair. American, Llewellyn notes.
“It can’t be because I marked out our calendars myself when we went digital,” says the man with a very distinctive Italian nose and the accent too just like his cute next-door neighbour Gio who always seems to never have any salt in his cupboard and needs to borrow some from Llewellyn.
“We could have gotten the dates wrong, my love,” The man with the loveliest head of curls says with a gentle smile. “We had had a few rough days. It would have been easy for anyone to mix things up. Time moves differently for us after all--”
“Why are you eavesdropping on us?”
Llewellyn jumps right out of his skin, clutching at his tablet. “I’m sorry!” He stutters. meeting the other woman who had the sharpest eyes. Everything about her screamed danger and the hairs on the back of his neck immediately prickles. “I couldn’t help it. You’re his friends, right? The ones that he was waiting for? Blonde brown hair? Blue eyes? Really handsome with his scruff?”
In the corner of his eye, he sees the two men stiffening with, if he wasn’t mistaken, jealousy.
“He waited for you guys. The whole day. Left just after dinner,” He offers, heart thumping wildly in his throat.
“Did he say where he was going?” The American asks with a concerned look in her eyes.
“No,” Llewellyn offers. “I asked if he wanted to leave a message in case he missed you and he said it wouldn’t matter. That you wouldn’t want to hear it anyway.”
“Fuck.”
The man with the curls utters it with such broken desperation that the other man leans in, pressing their brows together. “We’ll find him,” He says in a quiet murmur. “We have to find him.”
The scary woman rises first and pauses when she meets Llewellyn’s gaze again. “Is he in trouble?” He finds himself asking her. “Are you going to hurt him?”
“No,” She says with a wry smile. “We just want to bring him home.”
He replays the incident over and over in his mind over the next two months. In that intervening time, Gio finally asked him out for coffee which became two coffees and now they had plans to head out to the Lakes for a long weekend away. Llewellyn thinks Gio is going to ask him to be his boyfriend. He thinks he is going to say yes.
“Bore da, Llewellyn.”
He smiles at that voice, looking up from texting Corinne about what his outfit choices should be for his trip. “Bore da!” He greets the handsome stranger who grins, blue eyes sparkling with mirth. “Water again?”
The stranger shakes his head. “I’m only stopping by.” He jerks his head at the opened doorway where Llewellyn can see the two men from before watching them with hawkish look their way. It is only then in the way he sees them carefully cataloguing how close he was standing to the stranger that it hits him like a metric tonne of bricks because he is an idiot. Oh, so they were lovers! “We’ve made plans.”
“That’s... Great?” His tongue trips over the words and the stranger laughs.
“Yeah. It’s great,” He smiles, looking shy for a second. His gaze flickers outside to where his lovers were. “I just came by to thank you. You were kind when you didn’t have to be. Most people would have ignored me and left me alone. You didn’t. So, thank you.” He leans in and brushes a stubbly kiss to Llewellyn’s cheek. Instinctively, he takes a deep breath and drinks in the leather of his jacket and the smell of coffee and mint on his skin. “Take care of yourself, Llewellyn.”
“Did you do that to make them jealous?” Llewellyn asks, pulling back.
The glint of mischief and mirth sparks brightly in the blues of the stranger’s eyes. “Oh, yes.” He winks, smiling as he turns to walk back out to his lovers’ sides.
His phone buzzes and it was Gio telling him that somehow he won a contest he never joined for a free weekend stay at Cedar Manor, now wasn’t that great? Llewellyn looks back out to the door but the men were no longer there. Heart skipping a little, he huffs a soft laugh. Sounds great x, he texts back.

Lady Killer - Requested
Tom Holland x Reader
Words: 2,174 (wooooo)
Requested by: anonymous
“Can you do one where tom is like sort of a player and you like him but pushed your feelings aside since he would never commit. But then he realizes he loved you the whole time you were friends and tries to win you back after you started dating someone etc etc??”
I have two completely different versions for this one, I’m such a mess lol. I am so so sorry this took forever. Ily. Good lord, I hope you like this one. REQUESTS ARE CLOSED FOR NOW. I’m sorry!!
----------------------------------------------------
“So what was her name this time?”
“I’m not entirely sure.. I think it was DeeDee? Something along those lines.”
“Your phone says it was Corinne and she thanks you for an amazing night.”
“Oi, give that here!”
Your friend, Tom, snatched his phone from your hands. Although hanging out with him was always the highlight of your day, there were always unanswered texts and missed calls that you would spot on his phone from different numbers that made your blood boil.
Tom was a full blown player, he didn’t look like it but that was what he was. And what were you? Oh, you were just his best girl friend (note the space between the words), who would hang out with him all the time until a booty call worth his attention called him away.
You were also his best girl friend who was in love with him, very reluctantly in love. It was such an unpleasant cliché, falling for a handsome, wickedly charming lady killer like Tom. Why you kept hanging out with him, you didn’t know why. Actually you did. You kept hanging out because you loved being with him.
But whatever, right?
“How did I get DeeDee from Corinne?” Tom mumbled to himself, standing from his seat. You two were on the train, heading back to his apartment from a late lunch. Your stop had just been called.
“Excuse me.”
You two turned around to find a chesty blonde eyeing Tom flirtily.
Really? On public transportation?
The blonde slyly handed Tom a slip of paper and winked at him before walking off to another part of the train. The doors opened and you couldn’t get out of there fast enough, your feet carried you speedily towards the turnstiles.
“Hey, Y/N! Wait up!”
Tom caught up with you and placed an arm around your shoulders, you really, really wanted to shrug him off but you didn’t want him to know you were affected. You two exited the train station like that, his arm around you. People looking on the outside would assume that you two were together and you wished they were right.
It was such a lovely day, as lovely as it could get in grey old London. The sun surely wasn’t going to be shining any time soon but it wasn’t as dreary and miserable as it usually was and it certainly wasn't as dreary and miserable as you.
“What’s up?” Tom asked you once you reached the park in his neighbourhood. He sat on one of the benches and patted the space next to him.
“What do you mean?” you asked as you sat
A harsh gust of wind blew past, making your hair fly into your face. You heard Tom laugh as he scooted closer to help you out. His hands wove into your wild hair, smoothing it back so you could finally see. The feel of his fingers combing through your hair was soothing, you closed your eyes momentarily.
“Y/N, we've been friends for quite some time, love. Don't you think I'd know when something's bothering you?” he spoke softly, tracing your cheekbone with the tip of his fingers
It felt heavenly.
“Was it the blonde on the train? I won't call her if you don't want me to. She's pretty fit though, it'd be a shame to miss out.” he mumbled the last part under his breath
That made you crash back down to earth. Why did he always have to ruin moments like this with his stupidity. You caught his hand before he could touch you again and you gave him a tight smile.
“Don't flatter yourself, Tom. I'm not jealous, I just got a bit dizzy.”
“Oh, so you don't mind if I call her up?” he already had his phone out, typing in the number on the little piece of paper he was given
“I'll be a minute, Y/N.” he kissed you on the cheek and went farther away, phone pressed to his ear
Why did it have to be like this? You just couldn't understand it, was there something wrong with you? How come Tom couldn't see you that way? Why was he always looking for something else when you were right there at his side?
All the questions floating around in your head didn't have answers, none that you could find, at least. You'd always tried your best to push aside your feelings for Tom since he was.. Well, Tom, and he didn't want anything serious. But every time you looked at him and he gave you that stupid smile, it felt hopeless.
Tom walked back to you, a smug look on his face.
“Got your date?" you asked, hoping his answer wouldn't hurt you too much
“Don't I always?” he replied, sitting back down and stretching his arms above his head
Ugh.
The following weeks, you and Tom continued your tradition of meeting for a late lunch then sitting at the park, swapping stories. The names in his would change regularly while only one name was the headline of yours.
“Y/N, you talk about this Sebastian a lot. Is there something I should know?” he questioned once he finally got fed up with it
You couldn't help the rosy blush that coated your cheeks, Tom noticed it and felt his heart drop. He waited for your reply with mild nervousness.
“Well.. Sebastian is the guy I'm dating, sort of."
“Dating? You're.. Dating someone?”
The stare he was giving you almost bore holes onto your face. Why was he looking at you like that?
“Jesus, Tom. Is that really so unbelievable?” you ran a hand through your hair, flustered
“No! No, that's not what I meant, Y/N! I just.. You do talk about him a lot but I didn't know you were dating him.”
Or anyone actually, he thought to himself. Tom crossed his arms and squared his shoulders, struggling to push off the uneasy feeling he was getting.
“So, tell me about him.”
You fiddled with the ring on your index finger, twisting it around and around. Tom observed the soft smile that was beginning to form on your lips.
“Well, he's quite nice really. Handsome.”
Tom rolled his eyes but you went on, giddiness blooming in your chest. He watched you beneath furrowed brows, the light in your eyes, the way you radiated a different aura when you talked about this Sebastian. He didn't like it one bit.
“Don’t tell me you fancy him already.” he didn't like the jealous undertones in his voice. He wasn't jealous. He shouldn't even be jealous.
“Maybe I do.”
“Oh, come on, Y/N. You've been on what, a couple of dates?” he scoffed in an attempt to hide how hurt he was starting to feel
“At least it’s been a couple of dates, you bed your date in the same fucking night.” you retorted harshly
Neither of you spoke, the stinging truth of what you said was still making its rounds within Tom. You wished you could feel bad, the way he was dejectedly looking down at his hands should've made you want to apologise. But it didn't.
“I'm going to head home. Text you whenever.”
He didn’t acknowledge that you said anything nor did he make a move as you left. Tom remained there on the bench, deep in thought.
Later that night you were all dressed up and ready for your date with Sebastian. He'd texted you that he was on his way but it’s been quite some time since then, it wasn't like him to be late and not let you know.
You were just about to call him to ask where he was when there was a knock on your door. You excitedly rushed to get it.
“Hey, I was just about to call you-”
“Well, I'm glad to hear that.”
There was indeed a handsome man on your doorstep, but it wasn’t the one you were expecting. Tom was standing in front of you, a big smile on his face.
“What in the hell are you doing here?” you hissed, stepping out and shutting the door behind you
He just gave you a dazzling smile in response, it just made your heart flutter. You hated it how even though he manages to piss you off monumentally, just one smile could thaw your initially icy demeanor towards him.
Before you could even stop yourself, a smile came unbidden onto your face. Once Tom saw you smiling back at him, he visibly relaxed. Because if his initial plan of standing at your doorstep while he smiled charmingly at you didn’t work, he’d have to resort to plan B, which was getting down on his knees and begging you not to slam the door in his face.
“I’m glad you’re dressed, you look beautiful, darling.”
Heat climbed up to your cheeks at his compliment. Despite dating Sebastian, and despite Sebastian being so sweet and nice, Tom still owned your heart, he always has.
“Tom, what are you doing here? I have a date, he should be arriving any minute now.” you made it a point to look up and down your street, searching for any sign of Sebastian
“That Sebastian really is nice.” he told you as he led you into his car, you wondered why you were just going along with him.
He slid into the driver’s seat and started the engine.
“What made you say that?” you asked as he left your street
“Well.. I might have.. Intercepted him as he arrived at your house. He was quite gracious about it.” Tom sounded impressed
“Oh my God, Tom. What the hell is this? Where the hell are we even going?”
“This is a date. And it’s a secret, sort of.” he stated, plain and simple. Tom Holland was finally taking you out on an actual date, after years of friendship and your one-sided feelings.
This certainly wasn’t what you thought you’d be doing with your night. A hijacked date and your womanising friend driving you to some mysterious location.
Turns out the mysterious location wasn’t exactly mysterious. Tom had taken you to the park in his neighbourhood, the park where you two always went. You climbed out into the cool night, Tom brought out a picnic basket and a few blankets.
You made the familiar trek to yours and Tom’s usual bench but as you walked closer, you noticed that fairy lights were strung along the sides, making it look like it was glowing.
“You did this?” you asked
“Uh, yeah,” he scratched the back of his neck, chagrined. “I know it’s not much.”
“It’s beautiful.” you mumbled as you sat down
Tom set the picnic basket down on the ground and wrapped a blanket around yourselves. He sat facing you, you felt the need to position yourself the same way. And so you two sat there, the fairy lights projecting shapes and shadows on your faces.
“Y/N,” he began, taking your hand in his “You’ve always been so kind to me, so patient. You’ve always been a good friend and you’ve always been there for me, even when I was being an asshole. And I never deserved any of it.”
You started to shake your head but he squeezed your hand to stop you from saying anything.
“Just, let me finish.” he took a deep breath and continued, “I never deserved you, Y/N. The things I’ve been doing, how I’ve acted, I know you never approved but you never said anything, you just let me be myself until I realised that I wanted to change.”
“And that’s what I love about you. You never pressured me to be something I’m not but I’m ready to change now, Y/N. It took you dating someone else just to make it all clear for me. I’ve been so busy getting caught up in other people,” his eyebrows knitted together
“That I didn’t see that I had this amazing person right next to me. And I’m sorry, Y/N, I apologise from the bottom of my heart that-that it took so long for me to realise..” Tom trailed off, gazing into your eyes like a man seeing colour for the first time in a field of flowers in the spring
The weight of his words began to sink in, you looked at him with wide eyes.
“Y-You mean..?” you stammered
He nodded, scootching closer to you. His hands moved up and down your arms.
“I’m here, if you’ll have me. Flaws and all. I know it might be hard considering.. What I was like, but Y/N, I promise you. On my mum’s life. I won’t hurt you. I may already have before but I swear to you,” Tom’s eyes shone with such emotion against the glow of the fairy lights
“I swear I will take care of you, I will love you and only you for the rest-”
You’d heard enough, you leaned over and pressed your lips against his.
Finally.

Everything I Read in 2016
Tumblr media
For the third year in a row, I logged every novel, short story collection, poetry compilation, graphic novel, and collected edition of monthly comics I read, excluding individual monthly comics (on which I continued to fall catastrophically behind) and anything I read (and reread, and reread again) for my day job. My only big change? A lot of these books were read on my iPad Mini. And a good number were for my gay book club (you can guess which ones).
If you don’t yet keep track of your reading, you should start in 2017. It’s your best bet for hitting a reading goal, and for folks like me who read a ton, it’s a nice way to recall books that otherwise departed your memory.
For the tl;dr crowd, here are my Top 13 for the year, in the order in which I read them:
On Writing, Stephen King
Binti, Nnedi Okorafor
The Girls, Emma Cline
I Am a Hero Vol. 1 & Vol. 2, Kengo Hanazawa
Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe, Benjamin Alire Saenz
The Hero: Book Two, David Rubín
Night Sky With Exit Wounds, Ocean Vuong
Lincoln in the Bardo, George Saunders (I read an ARC)
A Choir of Ill Children, Tom Piccirilli
Habitat, Simon Roy
Prez Vol. 1, Mark Russell, Ben Caldwell, Domo Stanton
Bones of the Coast, edited by Shannon Campbell, Jeff Ellis, Kathleen Jacques
(New X-Men Omnibus was a re-read, or it would be up here.)
The rest is below the jump!
I don’t really feel like dumping on anything this year. I definitely got burnt out on comic anthologies, and I hated A Little Life, but the good outweighs the bad. Below is the full list, divided by month, followed by a few statistics and an evaluation of my 2016 reading goals as established last January.
[A note on comics: I feel guilty that I’ve left off colorists and inkers, as they contribute so much to a book, but I defaulted to cover credits while logging my reading and don’t have most of these books on-hand to fix it now.]
January
The Amazing World of Gumball: Fairy Tale Trouble, Megan Brennan, Katy Farina, Jeremy Lawson
Adventure Time: Masked Mayhem, Kate Leth, Bridget Underwood, Drew Green, Vaughn Pinpin, Meredith McClaren
Sir Edward Grey: Witchfinder: The Mysteries of Unland, Kim Newman, Maura McHugh, Tyler Crook
On Writing, Stephen King

Total:
140 Books (up from 128 in 2015 and 87 in 2014)
Breakdown:
39 Novels or short story collections (down from 43 in 2015 and 44 in 2014)
98 Graphic novels/collected editions of comics (up from 84 in 2015 and a measly 42 in 2014)
3 Books of poetry (triple the 2015 and 2014 counts!)
About 35 Books written or edited by female authors (up from 20 in 2015 and 16 in 2014; note that I’m only counting writers and editors, not artists, and I’m counting books, not unique authors)
Roughly 19 books by (known-to-be) non-white authors (down from 30 last year but up from 9 in 2014...but both this year and last were inflated by multiple entries from manga creators)
...and at least 16 books written or edited by queer and trans authors.
So...any suggestions for 2017?

Just Us
Tumblr media
Summary: A kid free night? What?! Sebastian’s planned a date night. The first one since Genevieve and Aiden have come to live with our lovebirds. A sweet mix of angst, fluff, and smut.
“Seb, are you sure about this?” I asked nervously as my husband drove to my sister’s house. The children weren’t paying attention to us as they sat in the back seat.
“Rin, you and I haven’t been on date since the kids came to live with us. And this was Charlie’s idea." Sebastian chuckled, lacing his fingers with mine.
“I hope they’ll be okay.” I murmured and looked at them in the rearview mirror.
“They’ll be fine, regina mea. They love their Aunt Charlie. Isn’t that right, guys?” Sebastian exclaimed, receiving a yell of affirmation from the backseat. We pulled up to Charlie’s and grabbed the kids’ bags out of the trunk. They ran up to the door and took my twin into a hug.
“Hello, my dears!” She shouted and lead them into the house, ushering Sebastian and myself in after them.
“Aunt Charlie, will you pleeeeease tell mom she and dad need a night to themselves? Mom is so worried about us all the time.” I heard my daughter whisper as she looked over her shoulder to me. I saw Charlie nod and then stand up to come over to me.
“There’s nothing to worry about, sis. I’ve got pizza coming and we’re having a movie night. And ice cream. I won’t let anything happen to them, I promise.” She assured me and gave me a tight hug. I nodded hesitantly before looking to Genevieve and Aiden.
“Come on. Come give us hugs.” I whispered and waved them over. I held back tears as I hugged and kissed them before they went to Sebastian and ran to the living room. Sebastian walked over to my sister and brother-in-law and hugged them.
“Thank you guys. I really do appreciate this.” He told them as I watched my daughter and son play with their cousins. I was in a trance until a strong hand rested on the exposed skin of my lower back, sending a shudder through my body.
“Come on, doll. We’ll be late for dinner.” Sebastian whispered in my ear and kissed my neck. “They’ll be okay. And Charlie promised to call if anything happens.” He added as I rested my head on his shoulder.
“Alright. Just please be patient with me, Sebastian.” I murmured and grabbed his hand. I rushed out the door before I could change my mind and Sebastian helped me into the car. I stared out the window as my husband started to drive.
“So, we’re going to dinner and I booked a hotel room for us.” He tried to make conversation, but my mind wandered.
“Why won’t you let me have my phone?” I asked and looked at him with a pout.
“Because tonight is about us. You and me. The kids are fine with your sister. We haven’t had a night to ourselves in a few months and I need my wife. I need you tonight.” He explained and rested his hand on my leg. I looked up and saw tears forming in his eyes.
“I know, sweetheart. I’m so sorry. I love you.” I whispered and wiped one of the falling tears.
“I love you too, iubită. Now, let’s focus on us. And how absolutely stunning you look tonight.” He cooed and pulled into the parking lot of the restaurant.
“I don’t look that nice.” I murmured as Sebastian helped me out of the car. He let me walk in front of him and I heard him whisper under his breath.
“You look perfect.” Those three little words turned my worrying and paranoid mind to one of focus. On him.
“You really think I look good?” I asked with a smirk. He caught up with me and wrapped his arm around my waist, kissing my neck with a giggle.
“More beautiful than the day I met you.” He purred as we walked into the restaurant. The waiter showed us our table and smiled as he brought us our wine.
“I love you, Sebastian.” I cooed before taking a sip.
“I love you too, Corinne.” He whispered and kissed the top of my hand before ordering his food. I ordered mine and smiled at my husband. We ate dinner and drank our wine, laughing and telling stories.
“Hey, baby. I think we should go ahead and pay.” I told him, watching him over my wine glass.
“Oh really? And why do you say that?” He asked, looking at me with a mischievous glimmer in his eye and a raised eyebrow. He knew what that look did to me.
“You know exactly why, you little shit.” I mumbled and winked at him. I leaned in and hovered my lips above his. “I want you.” I whispered against his lips.
“I want you too.” He replied, his voice low and husky, the taste of wine still on his lips. I sat back down as he waved the waiter over and paid. The waiter brought his card back and Sebastian grabbed my hand, leading me out to the car.
I followed him, giggling as I grabbed his ass. Sebastian looked over his shoulder and winked with that toothy grin that always sent my heart flipping.
“You’re such a naughty girl sometimes.” He whispered in my ear before helping me into the car. He leaned down and hovered his lips above mine.
“But you love me.” I giggled and kissed him. He pulled away and smirked before getting into the car. His fingers traced over the exposed skin of my thigh as he drove. I leaned my head against the seat and looked at him with a look of pure desire as heat rushed to my core.
Sebastian pulled into the parking lot of the hotel down the street from the restaurant and helped me out of the car. He lead me inside and checked us in, his smile wide as the lady at the front desk looked us over. She handed us the key cards and he pulled me into the elevator.
“You’re so beautiful.” He crooned and kissed me, my body between his and the wall. The elevator stopped on our floor. He pulled us into the room, my body pinned against the door the second it was closed. His mouth attacked mine and I let out a moan.
“Fuck, Rin.” He panted as he pressed his body against mine and kissed my neck.
“Seb.” I moaned as I tried my best to unbutton his dress shirt under his tie.
“I love you, printesă.” He whispered. He started bunching up the bottom of my dress and his hand went between my legs.
“I love you too.” I heaved, my body shaking from his touch.
“No panties? My, you are rotten. And oh, so wet for me, îngerul.” Sebastian purred and kissed me. His fingers slid into my folds and his teeth nipped my lips. I let out a throaty groan and rolled my hips against his hand.
“Papi chulo.” I mewled against his lips. His eyes went grey and he pulled his fingers away.
“Open.” He commanded in a husky tone, bringing his fingers to my lips. I opened my mouth and he pressed his fingers against my tongue and the taste of my juices hit me. “Suck.” He murmured in my ear. I obeyed, his dominant tone and lustful eyes making me more than willing to play this game with him. I licked and sucked his fingers clean, moaning around them.
“Sebastian. Please.” I whimpered, my body arching closer to his. My body shook as he turned me around and unzipped my dress. I pressed my hands against the door and he wrapped a hand in my hair. I felt my head pull back and let out a yelp as he nipped my neck. All I could focus on was how naked I was against his clothes and I felt his hips grind against my ass, his erection pressing against me.
“Do you want it, printesă?” He whispered in my ear before biting and sucking at my neck again.
“Please.” I croaked out, my hands pressed to the door. I felt his lips curl into a smile and he swept me off my feet to carry me to the bed.
“Come on, pisoi.” He whispered and kissed my cheek as he sat me down on the bed with a sweet yet dominant smile. He looked over my body with nothing but lust in his eyes. “You’re so fucking beautiful.” He whispered against my lips. One of his hands rested against my center and the other hand wrapped around my neck.
“Seb.” I heaved. My body leaned closer to his and I knew I would be sore by night’s end.
“What is it, printesă? I know you’re ready for me.” He growled, his grip on my neck tightening slightly. “Before I give my girl what she so desperately needs, you need to promise me you’ll tell me if I hurt you in any way.” He told me quietly and kissed me gently.
“I promise.” I whispered and pressed my forehead against his. “I trust you, baby. And I love you.” I added with a smile.
“I love you too.” Sebastian crooned and kissed my forehead. “I love you so much. I missed our little games.” He purred before pushing me back onto the bed and flipping me over.
“Ooof.” I heaved on the impact. Suddenly, a warm hand made contact with the bare flesh of my bottom, eliciting a yelp as a sting ran through me.
“Ass up, beautiful.” He commanded. The sound of his belt and zipper making me hesitant to obey. I bit my lip and yelped again as his hand smacked my other cheek. “I didn’t stutter, printesă.” He leaned down and bit my ear, pressing his body against mine.
“Now, ass up and be a good girl for me.” He growled and pulled away. I lifted my hips off the bed and wiggled my ass for him.
“Fuck me.” I was so close to begging. I rarely ever liked it when he acted like this, but he went about it in a way I couldn’t resist.
“Not yet, beautiful.” He whispered, his hands grabbing at my stinging ass. I let out a whine as his cock pressed against my leg, my body arching as his hands roamed down my back.
“Sebastian, please.” I pleaded. As soon as the words left my lips, I felt one of his strong hands wrap in my hair and my body jerked upright. I couldn’t hold back the scream as he tugged my hair, the pained sounds quickly turning to moans as his teeth nipped my neck.
“Fuck, you’re shaking, my love. How bad do you want me?” Sebastian purred, his breath hot and coating my skin. I winced as he pulled my hair again, his manhood pressing against me. “Answer me, îngerul.” He groaned.
“I don’t want you. I need you, you asshole.” My voice sounded stronger than I felt and we both knew it. He knew it was both. He knew what he was doing to me. His free hand wrapped around my neck and applied pressure as his other hand pulled my hair harder, straining the roots. The pain that rushed through me only succeeded in making me want him even more.
“Maybe I should gag your mouth. Keep you from talking to me like that.” He purred before throwing me back onto the bed. I gasped for air, my eyes glancing over my shoulder to see my husband fisting his length and biting his bottom lip.
“You want it, don’t you?” He teased. He took a step closer and ran the tip over my clit, that Chesire Cat smile showing how much enjoyed me like this.
“God, please just fuck me, Sebastian!” I cried out and whined. He wrapped his hand in my hair again and his other hand pulled my hip as he slammed into me. My hands gripped the sheets as my body found a rhythm with his.
The way he moaned as he thrusted faster and harder made my head spin. My back arched and my breasts danced against the sheets, his hands keeping me steady.
“Oh fuck!” Sebastian cried out, ecstasy and pleasure in his voice. All I could focus on was his skin against mine. His hand tangled in my hair. Him.
“Seb.” I heaved. My body shook as I moved my hips in time with his.
“I need to see you come undone for me.” He leaned in and whispered in a husky tone before pulling out of me. My body collapsed and he grabbed my ankles, flipping me over onto my back. I looked up at him and my eyes reflected his. Nothing but pure lust and desire.
“Sebastian, please.” I whined and spread my legs open. He stepped between them and grabbed my thighs.
“Say it again. Use your favorite nickname.” He commanded. Dominant looked so fucking good on him.
“Papi chulo. Please.” He had me begging for him. Begging. I never begged. I looked up at him and licked my lips just as he thrusted into me. He let out a low, throaty groan as I took him again, his body trembling against mine.
“I love it when you moan like that for me.” He growled and pounded into me faster. The sheets in my hand served as a barrier for my nails and my body arched off the bed, my core twisting and my moans growing louder.
“I-I-I’m…” I panted, the words on my lips, unable to leave them. I shook, trying to hold back my impending climax. His thrusts became thoughtless, fast, and erratic. He was almost there.
“I know. You’re so close, beautiful. Tell me how bad you want to cum for me, my princess.” Sebastian purred and my body reacted as he spoke. “Come on, regina mea.” He added in a whisper.
“Sebastian, please. I can’t…” I whimpered and writhed against him.
“Do it. Come on, baby.” He murmured. My heart pounded in my ears as he kept thrusting into me, my body arching off the bed. I could barely feel as my darling husband stilled and filled me to the brim, his own moans mixing with mine.
He pulled away from me and kissed me gently, my body a heaving mess on the bed. I heard him walk away as my heartbeat slowed and my blurry vision cleared. I felt a warm washcloth start cleaning me up and smiled, absolutely mesmerized by how he could go from domineering and devilish to tender and gentle in such a short time frame.
“I love you.” I muttered as he threw the washcloth into the bathroom and climbed into the bed with me.
“I love you too, darling.” He crooned, his arms wrapping around me. He laid his head on my chest and I ran my fingers through his hair, smiling at the purr-like sound rumbling through his body.
“What brought all that on?” I whispered.
“I honestly don’t know. I think it was a mix of lust, love, and need. I needed you so badly and I’m so madly in love with you that I just wanted to fuck you senseless.” He answered and looked up at me with those steel blue eyes. Home.
“I think I needed it.” I chuckled and kissed his forehead. “You called me something tonight that you’ve never called me before.” I looked at him curiously and ran my hand over his back.
“You mean ‘pisoi’? It means ‘kitten’. For some reason, I’ve always wanted to call you that. But it’s not very fitting for you.” He explained with a smile. “You’re too fierce and rotten to be a kitten. I think I should stick with what I’ve always called you.” He told me sweetly and kissed me.
“I like those better too.” I admitted with a cheeky grin. He laughed as he reached over and grabbed his phone, his lock screen illuminating his face. A picture he took of me and the kids at the park. My heart suddenly panged when I saw their faces.
“I know, iubită. I’m about to call your sister. She didn’t call, so that means nothing happened.” Sebastian whispered and sat beside me on the bed. He put the phone on speaker so I could hear as my sister answered the phone.
“If I didn’t know why you were calling, I’d probably think you were drunk dialing me.” Charlie laughed.
“Haha, real funny, sis. How were they?” Sebastian joked back and looked at me with a smile.
“They were absolute angels. They’re asleep now. Aiden loves Brady and Genevieve took to Emmalyn.” Charlie answered and I could hear her shuffling the kitchen. “Are you two having fun?” She asked. I could hear the mischief in my twin sister’s voice and smiled.
“We are. And we might have a little more fun.” Seb answered and looked over to me with a smirk and a wink.
“Well, don’t let me stop you from having a kid free night. Make sure she gets some rest though.” She chuckled and hung up.
“See? Nothing to worry about, regina mea.” He crooned and kissed me after setting his phone on the bedside table.
“You were right. I love you.” I whispered against his lips.
“I love you too, Rin.” He murmured and kissed me again. Each time his lips pressed to mine, the kiss become more passionate until I was straddling his legs.
“All mine.” I cooed and buried my head in his neck.
“All yours.” He whispered and held me close. His body against mine was all I needed.

With Arms Wide Open-Backyard Birthday
Tumblr media
Summary: It’s Sebastian’s birthday! The first big celebration that they get to have with the kids!
“Daaaaaaad!” Aiden yelled, running into our bedroom and coming to my side of the bed.
“What is it, buddy?” Sebastian mumbled and rolled over to look at our son. I pulled the covers back and rested my head in Seb’s lap.
“It’s time to get up! It’s your birthday!” Our bouncy boy giggled and climbed on the bed.
Shiiiiit. I was gonna get up early and make breakfast. I groaned internally. Of course, Ma is probably awake. No need. I added mentally with a small smile. I bundled myself in more blankets and sat up.
“Happy birthday!” Aiden laughed and gave Seb a hug.
“Thanks, buddy.” My husband chuckled and tousled his hair.
“Hey, darlin’. Go see if your sister’s awake and get yourself dressed, okay?” I told Aiden sleepily, giving him a smile. He hugged Seb and I before going to knock on his sister’s door. I rolled over and straddled my husband, my lips hovering above his.
“Happy birthday, handsome.” I whispered before kissing him. “Did you enjoy your present last night?” I cooed between kisses.
“Mmhmm.” He let out a low rumble and smiled, his hands resting on my hips.
“Good. Because that’s all of that you’ll be getting today.” I smirked, knowing I had other plans in mind for him.
“Not even a quickie before breakfast?” Seb asked, biting his lip as I crawled out of bed.
“Uh uh. Kids are awake, as is your mom.” I chuckled and slipped on my bra and favorite tank top before padding over to my dresser. “Stop staring at my ass and go get ready, you weirdo.” I huffed, feeling his eyes on me.
“Your ass is just so sexy.” Seb said as I slipped on my cut off jean shorts. I turned to look at him and gave him what he called my “in charge” eyes and he jumped out of bed. He kissed my forehead before grabbing his shorts and slipping them on. I went over to the vanity to put on my make-up and there was a knock on the door.
“Come on in!” I shouted as I put on my eyeliner.
“Morning.” I heard Evie’s voice as she came into our bedroom before Seb let out a chuckle.
“Regina mea. Turn around.” He tapped my shoulder as I saw his smile in the mirror. I turned to see Evie standing there, wearing an outfit almost identical to mine.
“How does this look, mom?” She asked, her hand fidgeting. I walked up and hugged her tight with a wide smile.
“You look beautiful, Evie.” I whispered and we both turned to Sebastian to get his opinion.
“You look like a blonde version of you mom and it may be one of the cutest things I’ve ever seen.” My husband chuckled and ushered our daughter into his arms. I walked back to the vanity and watched them, eavesdropping all the while.
“Happy birthday, tătic.” She whispered and kissed his cheek.
“Thank you, raza de soare.” He crooned and held her tight. I finished my makeup and smiled as I walked toward the door.
“You two.” I murmured and ruffled Seb’s hair as I walked passed and down the hall to Aiden’s room. I knocked on the half open door and peeked in.
“Hi, mom.” He said, sitting on his bed and grinning.
“Let me see you.” I told him, leaning against the door frame. He stood up, beaming as he smoothed out the light green polo shirt my sister made for him.
“How do I look?” He asked as he stuck his hands in his pockets.
“Absolutely dashing. So handsome.” I giggled and came over to kiss the top of his head. “Now you need to make sure you keep this clean, okay?” I reminded him. He nodded and grinned as I patted his cheek.
“Hey mom?” Evie called for me, finding me with Aiden. “Can I talk to you?” She asked.
“Sure.” I nodded and kissed Aiden’s cheek before following my daughter downstairs and into the dining room. We waited with baited breath as we saw Sebastian walk by and into the kitchen, exchanging “good morning’s” with his mom in Romanian.
“What’s going on?” I asked quietly.
“I want to do something special for dad today. What do you think I should do?” She asked me, looking at me with bright hazel eyes. She fiddled with the ponytail holder on her wrist, a tell that she was nervous.
“Listen to me, sweetie. You don’t need to anything other than give him lots of hugs and kisses. He made me promise that was the only gift that I would let you and your brother give him.” I told her softly, tucking stray hair behind her hair.
“Are you sure? I don’t want him to think that I don’t love and appreciate him.” She told me with a nervous smile.
“Believe me, he knows how much you love him. Your dad, he’s one of those people that would rather spend time with the people he loves. Or get hugs. He loves hugs.” I explained and kept my eyes wide and my ears open, trying to listen and watch for him to come by.
“Okay. I love you.” She murmured and hugged me before walking away. Just as she was out of sight, I heard the familiar pad of Sebastian’s feet behind me and felt his arms wrap around my waist. I turned around to face him, greeted by a beautiful bearded face.
“You’re so good to these kids, Rin.” He whispered and kissed my forehead.
“What can I say? I was born for it.” I chuckled quietly and kissed his cheek. “Let’s eat breakfast and then we need to set up the backyard for the party.” I purred and kissed him.
After we ate breakfast, we moved to the backyard to set up sprinklers and yard games. Seb laughed as I threw a couple of the beanbags for cornhole, making them both in. He was still amused by my family’s love of cornhole. I watched as Georgeta sat on the porch, telling the kids stories about Romania, Austria, their move to New York, and what Sebastian was like as a child. They watched in adoration as their GG gushed about how talented Seb was, even from a young age.
“Ma, ma faci de rusine. You’re embarrassing me.” Sebastian muttered as he hooked the hoses for the sprinklers. His cheeks were bright red, sending the kids into a fit of giggles.
“Oh hush, you.” Georgeta chuckled and patted his cheek. Before she had a chance to finish her story, my brother and niece came in.
“Uncle Crab!” I heard Emery giggle and run into my husband’s arms, a red, flimsy object flying in the wind behind her.
“Dragută mea!” He laughed as he picked her up and spun her around.
“Happy birthday!” She giggled and hugged his neck. She showed him the red object and Seb let out a bellowing laugh as he put her down, kneeling in front of my niece so she could put it on him.
“I love it! Thank you, dragută.” He giggled, hugging the little girl before turning to me and beaming. I heard his mom, Genevieve, and Aiden start roaring with laughter at the sight of Sebastian in a felt red crab hat.
“Oh my God.” I muttered and covered my mouth to stifle my laughs. Emery hugged Sebastian again and came running over to me.
“Hi, Auntie Rin!” She giggled and hugged me. “What do you think of Uncle Crab’s present? Daddy and I found it when we went on vacation and I had to get it.” She told me with a big smile.
“I think it’s perfect, sweetie.” I grinned and looked back to my husband. He was doing that stupid crab imitation that I couldn’t help but laugh at. “Hey, why don’t you go say hi to Evie and Aiden? I’m sure they would love to hear about Uncle Crab got his nickname.” I ushered her over her cousins with a grin before my brother came over and hugged me.
“Hey, sis. You look amazing. How’s motherhood?” He asked and looked over to my kids and niece playing together.
“Oh it’s wonderful, Jordan. They’re so perfect.” I answered, looking at how beautiful my family was.
“I’m happy for you. Emery was so happy for you and Sebastian when we left you guys last week. She told me ‘Auntie Rin and Uncle Crab finally have kids. I bet they’re so ‘cited.’” He chuckled. I couldn’t help but nod and laugh.
“Seb and I are still in shock sometimes, to be honest.” I admitted as Sebastian came over and kissed my forehead.
“Hey, man. Ready for a rematch of our last cornhole game?” Jordan asked my husband with a cocky smile.
“I think the real question is are you?” Sebastian gave my brother that cheeky, cocky grin that I loved and tried to mimic the confidence.
“Alright, alright. You two take your testosterone over to the grill and get it ready for Kevin.” I laughed and pushed them away.
Time went on and everyone filed into our backyard. We got hugs from everybody and then I watched them either greet the kids or meet them for the first time. Evie held herself with such grace and Aiden was his bubbly, charming self. I sat with Charlie and Georgeta, discussing my plans for later and laughing at the kids playing. Aiden came up to me, his cousins standing behind him.
“Hey, mom. When can we play in the sprinklers?” He asked, bouncing up and down a little.
“All of y’all need to make sure you’re in clothes that are okay to get wet and then we can turn the sprinklers on.” I told them kindly. Aiden ran inside with the other kids and I pointed for Seb to follow them to make sure my house didn’t end up a mess.
They all came back out in swimsuits and Sebastian turned on the sprinklers, water starting to spray everywhere. Some of the adults, my dork included, ran through the water with the kids and chased them around the yard. My backyard filled with laughter, water, and love. Georgeta watched her son play with the kids, grinning as he came back when it was time for cake.
“He’s so talented and handsome, my Sebastian. Baiatul meu.” She gushed before she hugged Genevieve and Aiden.
“Ma.” He chuckled nervously and kissed her cheek before kissing my forehead. I loved seeing his relationship with his mom. I couldn’t thank her enough for raising my perfect match. He looked at us after he blew out his birthday candle, his all over blush, beard, and curly hair making my heart flip. 35 years of being on this Earth and the rest of them, he’s going to spend being my husband and their father. I thought to myself as everyone ate cake and Seb grabbed my brother and my dad for the cornhole match.
“I call dibs on the red bags!” Seb laughed as I stood opposite of him and next to my dad.
“You ready to get your ass kicked AGAIN, bro?” Jordan chuckled, grabbing one of the blue bags.
“Nah. I think I’ll win this time.” Sebastian grinned, lining up his shot.
“You can do it, baby!” I shouted as he threw his bean bag, barely making it on the board.
The game went on and I could hear my brother and husband shit talking throws and shots. Dad and I signed back and forth, laughing at the boys opposite of us. I heard Georgeta, the kids, and the rest of the party laughing at how badly Seb was playing. I watched as he threw his last shot, missing the board entirely, officially losing the game for us.
“It’s official, Rin. You may have married an absolute hunk, but he wasn’t made for cornhole!” Jordan bellowed, slapping Sebastian on the back and shaking his hand.
“He was never any good at sports!” Georgeta cackled, sending the kids into a laughing fit.
“In my defense, it wouldn’t be fair if I looked this good, had all this acting talent, and was good at sports. I had to leave something!” Sebastian joked and came over to me, kissing me gently.
“To be fair, you are a beast at the gym. But that’s more beneficial to me.” I chuckled and kissed his cheek. “I’m so glad you were born. And I’m so glad you’re all mine.” I whispered and kissed his cheek as his arm wrapped around my waist.
“I’m happy I was born too. And I’ll be yours for the rest of my life, regina mea.” He crooned and kissed my forehead. We walked close to each other back to the porch, giggling at some of the moments from the day.
Evie and Aiden stayed glued to Sebastian and their GG for the rest of the afternoon. There was so much love and laughter in the air. Soon, the sun started to set and everyone other than Charlie and Georgeta left our house. Sebastian got the kids ready for bed as I executed my plan for the rest of the night.

Bearded Beast
Tumblr media
Summary: This is the sequel to yesterday’s ‘Benches’! And literally inspired by the above picture, found on Facebook.
All I could think about since I came to the office this morning was going home to my husband. My beefy, beardy, amazing Sebastian and how badly I needed him again. Thankfully, I had no appointments to attend and my paperwork could wait until after tomorrow when he left for Atlanta again.
“Hey, Julie? I’m heading home.” I signed to my boss with a grin.
“Sounds good. See you next week.” She signed back, giving me a knowing wink and smile. I walked out the door and to our home, picking up a coffee on my way.
“Sebastian! I’m home!” I shouted, setting down my bags and coffee cup. I started unbuttoning my blouse as I walked up the stairs, walking slowly as I heard moans coming from our bedroom.
I peeked my eyes through the crack in the door to see my bearded, muscular husband naked on our bed. One hand was resting behind his head and the other was lazily stroking his length. He eyes stayed closed and a stream of sunlight hit his body, reflecting on the slightly glistening skin of his stomach. His lips parted and his breathing became more labored, a simultaneous symphony and cacophony of moans and pants escaping those perfect lips.
I felt my own heat start to pool and opened the door quietly. I stood by the door, watching him as I stripped off my own clothes. I cleared my throat to get his attention and he pulled his hand away, his eyes flying open to see me.
“H-Hi.” Sebastian stammered. His cheeks and chest turned a brilliant shade of red as I looked him over, biting my lip.
“I see you and I are on the same page.” I chuckled and stalked over to the bed. “But it looks like one of us couldn’t wait.” I remarked and kissed him as I crawled next to him the bed. I buried my face into his neck, giggling at the way his beard scraped my skin.
“I couldn’t help myself, printesă. I kept thinking about last night. How beautiful you were. How incredibly insatiable you were.” He whispered before his breathing hitched. My hand wrapped around his cock and I kissed his neck, his body arching into my touch.
“Me too. ‘T’s why I came home.” I murmured and nibbled his earlobe. “I want you.” I purred, pulling my hand before laying on my back.
“You have me. Always.” He crooned. He rolled over, his body hovering over mine and his lips pressed to that one spot on my neck that sent me reeling. I felt one of his hands ghost down my body before it pushed my legs open.
“Hard to tell who wants who more.” Seb muttered, kissing down my neck and chest. Two fingers slid into my center and the heel of his palm started grinding against my clit with the perfect amount of pressure. I couldn’t hold back the screams and I braced my hand on his arm.
I heaved and panted his name, mixed with obscenities and prayers. He looked up from his place between my breasts and met my eyes. His beard scratched the sensitive skin of my chest and the only thing I could think of was getting that beard between my legs. I bit my lip and dug my nails into his arm, hoping to get my message across.
“I know what you want, iubită.” He whispered, leaning up to kiss me before kissing back down my body. He finally put his lips against my inner thigh and I let out a long moan as the combination of his lips and beard on my skin sent me spinning.
“Yes. Oh yes.” I panted, reaching one hand down and tangling it in his hair. My body arched and he pressed down on my stomach to keep me anchored. His mouth locked around my clit and my head fell back against the bed with low groan.
“I love hearing you moan for me.” Sebastian whispered before licking my clit and then kissing my inner thighs. Alternating. Back and forth. It was pure pleasure and torture. Just like loving him. I felt his lips his curl into a smile as my hips rolled. My free hand grabbed one of the bars of our headboard as he looked up from his spot between my legs.
“Seb. I need you to…” I heaved and pulled his hair. He knew exactly what it meant and sat up on his knees.
“So wet for me.” He chuckled, lifting my hips and resting my ass on his thighs. He took his cock in hand and ran it over my folds, coating it in the slickness. “Might want to hang on.” Seb added in a low growl as my other hand reached for one of the bars. I was barely able to brace myself before his hips slammed against mine.
“Fuck!” I screamed, the impact shaking the bed beneath us. He sat for a moment as he rooted into me, looking at me with loving eyes. I knew why he did this and nodded, letting him know I was okay. I gave him a mischievous smile and lip bite. He started thrusting against me, his body slamming against me with a groan. I watched him turn from my tender husband to a lust driven beast and I loved every second of it. His nails dug into my hips and his eyes raked over my body with a hunger I rarely ever got to see.
His hips pounded faster into me, my body rocking against the bed. I couldn’t help but cry out as each thrust put a strain on my arms, my hands still wrapped around the bars of the headboard.
“Rin. Oh God.” He panted and leaned down to kiss me. His body pressed against mine and the rough hair of his beard scratched against my hyper-sensitive cheeks.
The pace and force of his hips had my body shaking. My eyes squeezed shut and I couldn’t see anything but the stars swirling. His words and body had me in a trance.
“Feel so good, babygirl. So beautiful.” Sebastian murmured and kissed me. Punishingly fast thrusts turned into erratic, messy ones. His hand reached down and started rubbing my clit. My body arched off the bed and my hips rolled against him, my arms stretched above me.
“Seb.” I panted, my trembling body pulling, pushing, and writhing against him. The bed creaked beneath us and Sebastian’s lips hovered above mine.
“Do it, printesă.” He whispered before kissing me. His hips moved again, harder and faster as I screamed for him. His face buried into my neck and his body shook against me as he started filling me with a groan.
Suddenly, amidst the passion and moans, the two bars that I held broke off the headboard as Sebastian and I rode out our highs. The wood snapped and our hands fell, still holding onto the bars as we laid connected. When Sebastian finally regained his strength, he rolled off me and pried the broken pieces from my hand.
“Almost six years together and this is the first time we’ve broken furniture during sex.” He chuckled and kissed me, my body a heaving heap.
“Uh uh. Not true. We broke a lamp in a hotel room a couple years back.” I corrected him with a weak smirk and a giggle. I reached my hand under his chin and scratched it, getting a bellowing laugh in response.
“I love you.” He whispered and pressed his forehead to mine. Heavy eyelids and a lopsided smile greeted me when I opened my eyes. From tender to beastly to downright adorable. And he’s all mine. I thought to myself.
“I love you too.” I cooed and kissed him. “Let’s get some rest, sweetheart. We can go new headboard shopping later.” I murmured and pulled his head to my chest. I ran my fingers through his hair and soothed us both to sleep, knowing we were both smiling.

With Arms Wide Open-Heart and Home
Tumblr media
Summary: Part of the adoption process is having your prospective children live with you for 3 months. Well, the time has come for our favorite love birds to have a taste of their family.
“Sebastian, I’m shaking.” I murmured, holding up my trembling hand. My husband looked over at me as he paced the kitchen floor. He stopped pacing and pulled me close to him, kissing the top of my head.
“I know, iubită. I’m nervous too.” Sebastian whispered. “Would coffee help, my love?” He asked and looked down at me, his eyes almost filled with tears.
“No. It’ll just make me jittery.” I mumbled and wiped the tears from his eyes before burying my head in his neck. We stood in the kitchen, whispering assurances and holding each other close. My heart nearly burst out of my chest when a knock on the front door startled me. I pulled away and ran to the door, swinging it open to reveal Lillian, Genevieve, and Aiden.
“Hi, guys!” I almost shouted at them, nerves taking over. I wiped my palms on my jeans to try and remove the sweat that was building up on them. My heart started racing and then was immediately calmed when Aiden’s arms wrapped around my waist. He looked up with that bright smile and hugged me tight, my eyes welling with tears at his beautiful face.
“Are you crying because you’re sad?” He asked me in a soft voice and Genevieve’s arms wrapped around me as well.
“No, sweetie, I’m not sad. I’m very happy. You two have brought me more joy than you can imagine.” I whimpered as Sebastian wrapped his arms around my neck and kissed me.
“You’ve made us happy too.” Genevieve whispered and looked up at my husband with a nervous smile. His hand went to her hair and they looked at each other with so much love.
“I’m going to leave you guys. How about you show them their rooms?” Lillian suggested before walking out the door. I nodded and looked to Sebastian, tilting my head toward Aiden.
“Hey, baby. Why don’t you show Aiden his room?” I asked with a smile.
“Of course! Come on, my man!” Seb chuckled and took the little boy by the hand, leading him up the stairs. Genevieve followed behind me slowly, her hands fidgeting. I stopped in front of the door and waved her over with a kind smile.
I opened the door and ushered her in, trying to gage her reaction. Her eyes were wide and her mouth dropped. She was shaking either from anger or happiness, something I knew all too well.
“It’s so beautiful!” She finally exclaimed and jumped on the bed. “This room is amazing!” She added, running her hand over the teal blue quilt my family made for her.
“Do you really like it, Genevieve?” I asked her nervously as I sat on the bed next to her.
“It’s a room of my own. And my favorite color. It’s perfect.” She assured me, wrapping her arms around me and squeezing me tight. “And you can call me Evie or Eve.” She chuckled and tucked a strand of dirty blonde hair behind her ear.
“Evie, huh?” I pondered for a moment. “I like it. Is that what your friends call you?” I asked, receiving a bowed head in return.
“The few friends I’ve ever had do. It’s not easy to make friends when you move around all the time.” She muttered.
“I know, sweetie. But, if all goes well, that shouldn’t be a problem anymore.” I told her before pulling her in for a hug.
“My girls.” I heard Sebastian whisper. Both Genevieve and I looked up and smiled at him.
“Hey.” I croaked out as Aiden came over and climbed on the bed. He wrapped me in his arms and sat in my lap.
“I love my room, Corinne.” He told me sweetly. I watched Genevieve get off the bed and go over to Sebastian, wrapping her arms around him and resting her head against his stomach. I saw her lips move, but heard nothing. Sebastian’s tear filled eyes and quivering lip told me it must have been something sweet.
“I’m glad you like your room, Aiden.” I told him and tousled his hair with a giggle. Seb and Evie sat down on the floor, looking up at us. “I wanted to tell you guys something. I know it’s weird right now, but I want you to know I have never been so happy in my life. Except maybe the day I married this man.” I chuckled and Sebastian took my hand with a loving smile.
“What should we call you guys?” Genevieve asked with a big grin.
“As long as whatever you call me when I’m within hearing range is respectful, I don’t care.” I responded plainly.
“Same goes for me. But a bit of advice: she has amazing hearing, so watch what you say.” Sebastian beamed that megawatt smile at me.
“I think ‘mom’ works the best for you.” Aiden told me and my heart stopped for a moment. The world disappeared as that word, that name, echoed in my mind. I felt my heart racing and voices sounded muffled. My eyes filled to the brim with tears. Happy, joyful tears, threatening to spill over.
“Rin! Baby!” Sebastian’s voice finally pulled me out of my trance, his fingers snapping next to my ear. I pulled Aiden to me and held him tight, his head resting on my chest.
“I’d love it if you called me that.” I whispered and kissed the head of hair that rested against me. The cheeks puffed out, his lips curling into a sweet smile.
“So cute.” I heard Sebastian and Genevieve say together. I looked over and saw them staring at us, Evie sitting in front of Seb and her hair being braided.
“He’s a total momma’s boy.” Evie smiled back at Sebastian and then back to me.
“I totally understand. I was too, at that age.” My husband went back to braiding her hair and looked at me.
“Still is.” I coughed jokingly and smiled at him. I saw his tongue stick out and I couldn’t help but smirk. I never wanted to stop smiling.
“Hey, you guys hungry?” Sebastian looked to the kids and grinned.
“Yeah!” They exclaimed in unison and looked to both of us.
“I’m making tacos. One of you gets to go with Sebastian to the store and one of you gets to hang out with me.” I told them. Evie’s hand shot straight up, not even giving her brother a chance to vie for the opportunity.
“Come on, darling! We’ll let them hang out here and we’ll go get everything.” He giggled and patted her back as a signal to get up. She came over and hugged me before going to get her shoes on. Sebastian padded across the floor and bent down to kiss me, his lips smooth against mine.
“You know what we need. And please be careful. Wear your seatbelts.” I told him quietly. I didn’t want anything happening to them. Not when I just got her.
“Of course, iubită.” He murmured and kissed me again before kissing the top of Aiden’s head. “Love you guys.” He shouted as he bounded down the stairs.
“Love you too, baby!” I shouted back and was answered by a slamming door.
“Hey, mom. What does what he called you mean?” Aiden asked me with a curious glimmer in his eyes.
“It means ‘sweetheart’ Sebastian is from a country called Romania, so sometimes, he uses names for me in Romanian.” I explained as a pair of hazel eyes watched me with rapture.
“Do you like it when he calls you those names?” He asked and stood up in front of me.
“I do. Very much.” I answered with a smile before standing up myself. “How about we go downstairs and start cooking?” I asked and held my hand out. Aiden slipped his hand in mine, the skin smooth, and started walking with me downstairs.
We got to the kitchen and I turned on music as we started cooking. Aiden laughed as I twirled him around the kitchen and tried to sing in Spanish.
“Is that Enrique I hear?!” Sebastian shouted. I looked through the hallway and smiled as Seb and Evie carried grocery bags.
“Mom is a good singer!” Aiden giggled, setting a plate down on the table.
“I know she is, even though she doesn’t think so.” My husband chuckled and started chopping some of the vegetables for tacos.
“Do you like to sing, Evie?” I asked and looked as she helped her brother set the table.
“I love it. I was in choir at school.” She answered with a smile and a bright blush on her cheeks.
“Really? That’s amazing!” Sebastian exclaimed and started taking some of the food to the table. He looked so natural, being with them. This all felt so right. I’ve never been so happy in my life. I thought as I brought the rest of the tacos to the table.
“Alright, everyone. Let’s eat!” I told them and sat down. Aiden and Genevieve told us stories and laughed, filling the house with a sound I’d been longing to hear.

A/N: Well, hello! It’s been a while since I’ve written my favorite love birds! You would have thought quarantine would have provided me more time to write...it hasn’t.

“I remember when you got this, Rin. It’s still so beautiful after all this time.” Sebastian murmured as he stroked and traced my edelweiss tattoo on my bare hip.
“It was the only tattoo I needed support for. And you were so supportive.” I cooed, running my fingers through his hair, scratching his scalp gently.
“Mmmm. I remember you making the decision to get this after we got married.” He started, kissing over the intricately designed ink. “I asked you if you were absolutely sure and you said ‘I am so sure. You’re the love of my life.’ You said it with so much gumption, I fell in love with you all over again.” He told me with a lopsided grin.
What he said was absolutely true. He is the love of my life. He looked at me and I found myself even more calm than before. His eyes were pools of serenity, a perfect place. His hair and beard had been growing due to self-isolation and quarantine, making him look even more rugged, yet soft. I continued to play with his hair as he rested his head on my thigh.
“I love you, Corinne.” Seb whispered. His fingers still traced over my skin, moving down to the mythology piece on my thigh that was finished right before the pandemic started.
“I love you too, Sebastian.” I crooned. This is how I always felt the most connected to him. Not out on a date. Not during sex. Just like this. Laying here, touching gently, barely any words needing to be spoken, just…being.
“So soft.” He muttered and nestled his face closer to my thigh and hand. I let out a contented sigh and felt the corners of his mouth turn into a smile.
“I know that sound, regina mea. You’re happy.” He mumbled and kissed my thigh gently.
“I am. I am so happy.” I sighed and laid my head on his pillow. I closed my eyes, feeling my husbands’ fingers slowing down in their grazing of my skin. He stopped and his head rested on my thigh as I hugged his pillow, my own eyes falling heavy.

Summary: While Sebastian is away in Paris filming, Corinne gets hit with one pretty crazy idea.
Pairing: Sebastian Stan x OFC Corinne Winters-Stan
Word Count: 5.6k

A/N: The bitch is back! I missed writing these two and this story hit me like a train. I’m super late editing and posting it, but I finally got it done. It’s the longest story I’ve ever written as a one shot and I’m not even a little sorry. Obviously, it’s about when Seb was in Paris shooting ‘355′. Enjoy!

“Good morning, printesă.” Sebastian whispered over Facetime.
“It’s still nighttime here, but good morning, handsome.” I chuckled, batting my lashes.
“Mmm, I miss you. I miss kissing your forehead. I miss holding your hand and listening to you sing along to the radio while I drive. And right now, I really miss the way you tug my hair while…” Seb teased before Evie walked in to my room.
“Tătic?” She said innocently with a smile.
“Hey, raza de soare. How are you?” He asked with a loving smile. I patted the bed beside me she sat down, her smile wild as she laid eyes on him.
“Mi-e dor de tine.” She whispered and looked at him. I miss you.
“Si mie mi-e dor de tine.” He replied, blowing her a kiss. I miss you too.
“How long until you come back?” Evie asked.
“I just started filming, darling.” He answered quietly.
“I know. I just miss you.” Our daughter mumbled, tears welling in her eyes. “I could really use one of your hugs.” She added as she leaned into me.
“What’s wrong, my sun?” Seb asked, his face riddled with concern.
“Elena and I had a big fight. She said we needed to take a break. I really miss her, dad.” Evie mumbled through tears, her body trembling. I held her close and rubbed her back gently.
“Oh, honey. I’m so sorry. I wish I was there to hug you.” Sebastian murmured, his lip quivering slightly.
“I wish you were too.” Evie whimpered before blowing him a kiss. “Te iubesc, tătic.” She added with a weak smile before walking back to her room.
“I feel awful. I really want to comfort her more than I can, regina mea.” My husband told me, his blue-grey eyes heavy.
“I know, love.” I cooed before an idea popped in my head. “You need to get some work done, my love. I need some sleep. I love you.” I told him with a feigned sleepy smile while the wheels in my head spun a million miles an hour.
“I love you too, Rin. I’ll talk to you later?” H e asked, his smile wide. That charming, blinding smile that could melt anyone’s heart.
“Yes, you will I love you.” I chuckled and hung up before grabbing my laptop.
Hours passed and I had been able to book us a last minute flight to Paris to surprise Sebastian. I packed most of my own clothes before I went and woke Evie up.
“Hey. I did something a little crazy, but I know you’ll love it. We’re going to Paris to see your dad.” I told her as she sat up in bed, her eyes wide with excitement.
“Really?!” She jumped up and hugged me.
“Yep. Now, I have to go wake your brother up. Go ahead and start packing. We leave for the airport in an hour and a half.” I told her and kissed the top of her head before sneaking into Aiden’s room.
“Hey, buddy. It’s time to wake up. You need to get ready.” I whispered and moved his hair away from his eyes gently.
“Mmmph. Don’t wanna.” He mumbled and grabbed his covers.
“We’re going to see dad.” I crooned and moved his covers. “And I’ll buy you breakfast on the plane.” I added and scratched his neck.
“Why are we up so early?” Aiden muttered and got out of bed as I started packing his things.
“We’re going to Paris. You can’t spend your entire summer break in New York.” I explained and grabbed his favorite t-shirt.
“Plus Dad is in Paris and mom misses him.” Evie called out with a chuckle.
“That too. He’ll be so surprised to see us.” I laughed and kissed my son’s forehead.
“But did you have to wake us up so early?” Aiden yawned.
“You’ll have about seven hours to sleep on the way there.” I told him before going to pack the rest of my things. I grabbed my garment bag and packed a couple of dresses, including a brilliant light blue dress Charlie just finished designing for me. It was perfect for a romantic dinner in Paris. I grabbed my phone as it started ringing, Charlie’s picture popping up.
“Where are you jetting off to this time?” She asked. I could hear the way her eyebrow raised as she asked the question.
“Paris.” I stated in the most matter of fact tone I could manage.
“Why in the hell are you going to Paris?” She raised her voice and asked me.
“I miss my husband and I’ve never been to Paris. And neither have the kids. It’s something new.” I explained and grabbed my bathing suit.
“Alright.” My sister sighed and hung up the phone, undoubtedly rubbing her temples.
“You guys ready? Our flight leaves in a couple hours!” I called out, grabbing our passports and carrying my bags downstairs.
“Coming!” Evie yelled as she came downstairs, going to load her bag in the car.
“Aiden! Come on! We gotta get going!” I shouted.
“Coming! I had to make sure the script I’m working on was in my bag.” He said, dragging his bag behind him.
“Good. Let’s get going.” I smiled and hugged him before locking the door behind us.
We packed up the car and the kids sang along to the music I played. I smiled as one of Jeremy’s new songs came on, listening to ‘Nomad’ as Evie and Aiden talked about their plans for Paris.
“Wait. Is this Uncle Jer?” Aiden asked, looking at me from the backseat.
“It is. Should we tell him how good it is when we get back?” I replied with a wink.
“Definitely.” My son chuckled and smiled.
It wasn’t long until I drove up to the airport and found my sister and her husband waiting for me. Kevin helped get our bags out of the trunk as I hugged my sister.
“You have no idea how much I appreciate this.” I told Charlie with a smile.
“Who am I to stand in the way of a woman in love? Especially when that woman is my sister?” She chuckled and nudged me. “Call us when you get back so we can come get you.” She added before kissing my cheek.
“I will. I love you.” I said and kissed her cheek before Evie, Aiden, and I walked toward the airport.
We checked in for our flight and boarded, Evie and Aiden sitting in the aisle beside me. I shut off my phone as one of the flight attendants went through the safety lecture. We finally took off, Aiden falling asleep moments afterward.
Once we got the clear to wear headphones and move around, my daughter grabbed her headphones, either choosing to listen to her Romanian lessons or watch a movie. I curled into my seat with my phone, deciding to watch ‘The Umbrella Academy’. Again.
I looked over to my son and daughter sitting beside each other. One fast asleep, curled under the soft, plush purple blanket his sister brought in her bag. My sister was watching a movie as her brother rested his head on her shoulder. I smiled as a text from Sebastian came up.
What are you doing, printesă? His text read.
Watching ‘The Umbrella Academy’. Again. I tapped out and hit send.
Anything else? The response came quickly and included the smiling devil emoji.
No and I don’t plan on doing anything else. Go work.
I miss you. Please?
I miss you too. But you’ll see me again before you know it. I sent the response and smiled.
“You have a smile like you’ve done something crazy.” The flight attendant said as she walked past.
“Something like, oh, buying last minute plane tickets for myself and my kids so we can spend time with my actor husband in Paris?” I replied with a cheeky smile.
“Exactly like that.” She chuckled and walked away.
Time seems to drag on until the pilot announced our descent into Charles de Gaulle. Evie nudged her brother awake before packing his blanket and her things. I sat up and buckled back in, my legs bouncing in excitement. We got off the plane and collected all of our bags before hailing a taxi to our hotel.
“Oh my God! This place is absolutely amazing! The view is perfect.” Aiden awed as he looked over the Paris skyline.
“Evie, your room is right next door. Don’t get on each other’s nerves.” I told them as I went to my room and got in the shower. When we landed, I’d texted Sebastian’s PA to ask where they were in the city to film. He texted me back and after I showered, I did my makeup and put on his favorite pair of jeans and shirt combination, sure he’d be able to spot me.
I headed out to the location, smiling as I spotted him with Jessica Chastain. He looked absolutely radiant. France was treating him beautifully. He was just…perfect. I noticed a stop in filming as he took pictures, making this the perfect opportunity. I hid myself in the crowd and disguised my voice as I called out his name. I managed to get behind him and ask for a picture, still disguising my voice.
“Absolutely. What’s your na…” He started before he fully saw me. I smiled as he looked me over and shook his head to make sure I was real.
“I told you you’d see me again before you knew it.” I chuckled before he picked me up and kissed me. Everyone clapped and cheered at our reunion. Sebastian held me close, his tears hitting my neck like rain.
“I missed you so much.” He whispered against my lips. His hands cupped my face he looked into my eyes. “I missed those eyes. And that smile.” He cooed, peppering my neck and face with kisses.
“I missed you too, my love. I brought a couple other people with me.” I winked as I felt Evie tap my shoulder. I moved out of the way to let him see the kids.
“Surprise, tătic!” Evie shouted and flew into his arms. He caught her and laughed, smiling as they embraced. He set her down and kissed her forehead before he hugged Aiden, both of them beaming.
“Hey, dude. How have you been?” Seb asked after they pulled away from each other.
“Good. I started writing a script.” Aiden told his father with a wide grin.
“That’s amazing! I can’t wait to read it!” My husband laughed as they walked back over to me. Seb wrapped his arm around my waist as we started walking.
“Jessica! I have some people I want you to meet!” Sebastian called out to his co-star as she talked to one of the crew members. She walked over to us, smiling an almost blinding smile.
“You must be Corinne! Sebastian said you were stunning and he hyped you up so much. You don’t disappoint.” She chuckled before introducing herself to Evie and Aiden.
“I absolutely loved you in ‘Crimson Peak.” Aiden gushed, his eyes open wide.
“Really? I thought everyone hated my character.” She joked and smiled.
“Well, that’s what made it perfect. You were phenomenal. The way you portrayed Lucille was so amazing to me.” Aiden added, his cheeks beet red.
“I think your son has a crush on your co-star.” I muttered to Sebastian with a chuckle.
“Oh, no, That’s ‘our’ son.” He whispered and kissed my neck. “I can’t wait until we finish filming for the day. The night I have planned with you.” He crooned and bit at my earlobe gently.
“Not a chance. Tonight, we’re doing a family dinner and we’re all going to get some rest.” I told him with a smirk.
“When do I get to spend time with my wife?” He asked with a pout.
“Tomorrow. You and I are going to a romantic dinner. Fancy clothes, candles. All of it. Just the two of us.” I whispered back and pecked his cheek gently. “You need to go get back to work. We’ll meet up with you when you’re done.” I told him as I motioned for the kids to come over, Jessica following them.
“We’ve stopped you guys from working long enough. We really should get going before we have dinner tonight.” I said, smiling at Jessica.
“You guys are welcome to stay and watch us film.” Jessica commented as the kids hugged Sebastian.
“AS tempting as that sounds, we really do need rest. This trip was super last minute and I know we’re all tired.” I replied with a smile. “We’re going to dinner when you’re done for the day. I texted you the address to the hotel.” I explained and kissed Sebastian before walking away.
Time passed and I almost missed the call from Sebastian because of how much sleep I got. The phone rang and I didn’t register the ringtone. I finally woke up and answered the phone, rushing to get ready. I met Evie, Aiden, and Sebastian in the lobby of the hotel. We started walking, Sebastian wrapping his hand in mind. I smiled as he walked on the side closest to the street, something he’d learned from someone I might never know.
“I really missed you, Rin.” He crooned as we went up to a café and waited to be seated.
“I missed you too, Sebby. I hardly got any sleep after I got off the phone with you because I was so excited when the idea popped in my head.” I told him. “Also, I think this means I love you more than you love me.” I whispered with a chuckle.
“No way. I definitely love you more.” He retorted with a kiss to my temple.
“We’ll call it a draw.” I mused and kissed him.
Dinner with all four of us around a table felt wonderful. My heart was overflowing as I watched Sebastian talk to the kids. Even after the adoption was official, I still got butterflies seeing him our children.
“I really like your hair like that, raza de soare.” He commented on Evie’s new haircut.
“Thanks, tătic.” Our daughter smiled, a soft blush rising in her cheeks.
“I wanna hear more about this script you’re working on, Aiden.” I said and smiled at my son.
“Well, the school is having a competition. You write a script and they pick one to be performed at the end of the school year.” Aiden explained.
“That’s awesome! Do you have any idea what it’s about yet?” Seb asked, beaming with pride.
“Not yet. I’m still in the drafting stages. Which reminds me…” Aiden started before turning to his sister. “I’m actually basing a character on you, Eves. If my play gets chosen, will you at least audition?” He asked with a nervous smile.
“WHEN your play gets chosen, I will definitely audition.” She told him, pulling him into a hug.
“Wow, your kids are adorable.” Seb whispered to me as he watched them.
“Oh no, those are our kids.” I chuckled and ran my fingers through his hair.
We finished dinner, all of us smiling and laughing. Sebastian walked us back to our hotel, going up to our rooms to wish us goodnight. He stopped with me in front of my room, kissing me heavily.
“Rin, please.” He moaned against my lips.
“Tomorrow. Charlie made me a new dress and I want to look especially good for you.” I cooed and kissed him a final time. “Goodnight, Sebastian.” I purred and went into my room, leaning against the closed door.
“Just like when we first started dating. Such a tease.” I heard him huff as he walked away.
The next morning came around and I woke up to a good morning text from Seb and a text from Evie letting me know that she was going sight-seeing. I knocked on Aiden’s door, surprised to see him up and dressed.
“Hey, mom. I was just getting ready to meet Evie for lunch. You wanna come?” He asked, his hazel eyes glistening.
“No, you go on ahead. Don’t get into any trouble and be safe. And text every once in a while, but don’t worry if I don’t answer.” I told him and patted his cheek.
“We’ll be careful. I love you, mom.” He chuckled and kissed my cheek.
“I love you too.” I called after him as he walked away before going back to my room.
I pulled up my ‘getting ready’ playlist and ran a hot bath before sliding into the tub and propping my head against the wall. I sang along to the music as I washed my body and shaved before washing my hair. AS I stepped out of the tub, my phone started ringing. I noticed Sebastian’s picture and smiled, answering and putting the call on speaker.
“Hello?” I said as I started towel drying my hair.
“Hello, beautiful. What are you doing?” He asked.
“Primping for our date tonight. I just got out of the tub.” I replied and put lotion on my legs and arms.
“Ah. One of those long baths?” He chuckled.
“Always. How else am I supposed to look stunning for you?” I cooed.
“Well, I called to let you know that I found the perfect place for our date, but you need a really nice dress.” He told me. I could hear the way he bit his lip.
“You worry about yourself. I’ve got me covered. You have no idea what you’re in for.” I quipped and started curling my hair.
“Reservation is at six, so I’ll send a car around five-thirty.” He told me, that hint of dominance in his voice sending shivers down my spine.
“Perfect. Be on time and be prepared to pick your jaw up off the floor.” I laughed, lightly spritzing my hair with hairspray.
“I love you.” Seb cooed.
“I love you most.” I purred before hanging up and starting my makeup.
I finished getting ready and slipped into my dress, silently thanking Charlie for putting the zipper on the side of the dress. I slipped into my heels just as I got a text from Sebastian that the car would be there in a couple minutes. I grabbed my clutch and responded to a check in text from Evie before I head to the lobby to wait on the car. I found it waiting for me and climbed in, carefully taking my dress with me. The driver smiled in the rearview mirror as I fiddled with my rings.
“Tu est trés jolie, madame.” He said with a kind smile.
“Merci boucoup.” I replied graciously.
We pulled up to the restaurant and my driver helped out of the car with a smile. I walked in, scanning the packed dining room for my husband. After a few moments, I walked up to the maître d, intent on asking if he’d arrived.
“Ah, you must be Mrs. Stan?” She said with a heavy accent, eliciting a nod from me. “You husband said that you would be coming and to find a woman matching your description. Follow me.” She added with a wave of her hand.
We wended our way through crowds and tables, moving swiftly. This place was perfect for a romantic dinner. Then I spotted him. His eyes lit up a room, pairing beautifully with the navy suit he’d chosen. Thank God for Hugo Boss. He was talking to a waitress, causing him not to see that I was waving at him. I thank the maître d for bringing me this far before walking toward the table slowly, my head held high. My dress flowed behind me and I watched as the waitress walked away, almost on cue.
“My, my. Your wife certainly is a very lucky woman.” I cooed as I came closer. Sebastian turned to face me, standing up to take in the full look I’d put together for tonight. I smiled as his jaw dropped and he covered his mouth in excitement.
“You look handsome, my love.” I murmured and grabbed his hand, kissing his wedding ring gently.
“You look…stunning. And even that is an understatement, regina mea.” He whispered before kissing me. After the kiss broke, he pulled my chair out and helped me sit.
“Thank you.” I whispered as his fingers brushed the back of my neck before he sat down across from me. “I originally planned to wear this dress to a premiere, but I couldn’t help myself.” I told him after taking a sip of my wine.
“You could still wear it to a premiere. These masterpieces that Charlie makes you should be seen by the world.” Seb crooned.
“But only you get to take them off. And I can’t wait for you to take this off tonight.” I purred with a wink.
“Cheeky little fox.” He chuckled. Our waitress came back and he ordered our food, the waitress smiling at him the whole time.
“Two things. One, I love it when you just order like that for me since you know what I like. Two, make sure you kiss me or flash your wedding ring. That waitress was looking at you like you were her next meal.” I whispered and looked away.
“Are you jealous, princess?” Sebastian sighed with a smirk.
“No. I just want her to know that you’re married.” I huffed with a slight scowl.
“Don’t worry, Rin. I’m pretty sure she knows.” He chuckled and grabbed my hand, kissing my rings gently. He looked up at me through those beautifully full lashes, his eyes reflecting the candle light.
“I love you, you handsome devil.” I murmured and rubbed his cheek with my thumb.
“I love you too, ingerul mea.” He purred and leaned forward to kiss me.
I heard the waitress clear her throat to signal she was there. Sebastian pulled away from me with a smirk and looked up at her as she set the plates down. Her seemingly genuine smile changed to a forced customer service smile in a matter of milliseconds before she walked away.
“I think that made it pretty clear.” Seb whispered before taking a bit of his food.
“You’re so rotten.” I muttered, cutting a piece of steak.
“And you love me for it.” He laughed.
“I’m excited to see this movie you’re working on.” I commented.
“Because I’m in it or because of your crush on Jessica?” He asked, his eyebrow raised.
“Obviously, it’s both. My husband on screen with my second biggest female celebrity crush? Sign me up.” I told him with a wink.
“Who’s your first? No, wait. Let me guess.” He said with a wry smile. “It’s Hayley, isn’t it?” He added.
“She’s so gorgeous.” I sighed with a nod.
“If you hadn’t met me through Marvel, who do you think you would have ended up with?” Sebastian asked, his eyes filled with mischief.
“Honestly? Probably Renner. But thankfully, I met you and we don’t have to think about who I could’ve ended up with.” I cooed and grabbed his hand, squeezing gently.
We finished our dinner talking about France, the kids, and how excited we were to have some time together before he had to go to Atlanta to film for the new series. He held my hand and smiled that iridescent smile as he looked me over. Our waitress came back and asked if we’d like to order dessert darting to my husband with a smirk.
“Thank you, but we’re alright.” I spoke up with a smile. “We have some back at the hotel.” I added before asking for the check. Our waitress walked away and Sebastian looked over at me.
“Oh we do? What kind of dessert is back at your hotel?” He asked, his voice low.
“Well, once we get back there, you can eat me for dessert.” I purred and stood up, walking to the door.
Sebastian came up behind me after paying, kissing my neck as I flagged down a taxi. We got in the car and I gave the address to the driver. Seb held me close, gently kissing and sucking my neck. His whispers of what he wanted to do to me laid heavy on my ear, sending a shiver down my spine. We finally pulled up to the hotel and Sebastian paid the driver before I started leading him inside.
“You look so beautiful. Have I told you that lately?” He whispered as he pinned me to the wall of the elevator, his hands planted firmly on my hips.
“It’s been at least twenty minutes, so you’re a little behind.” I chuckled and kissed him as the doors opened. I lead him to my room and locked the door after putting up the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign. I ducked into the restroom and started slipping out of my dress as one of Renner’s newest songs played.
“Rin, what are you doing?” Sebastian shouted as I slipped into a new black lingerie set Charlie made me.
“Two more minutes, babe!” I shouted before I started touching up my makeup. I put on a bright red lipstick to finish my look and slipped on his favorite pair of black heels before popping my head out the door.
“Close your eyes.” I whispered.
“They’re closed. Are you finally done?” He asked, the irritation in his voice obviously joking.
“I am. And I think you’re going to love what you see.” I cooed and walked out of the bathroom, stopping in front of him. “Open up.” I cooed before putting my hands on my hips as he opened his eyes. His jaw dropped to the floor as he finally adjusted to the light in the room, a small squeak escaping his lips.
“Oh my god.” He repeated the phrase in astonishment and looked me up and down.
“You like what you see, Sebby?” I purred and walked closer, standing between his legs.
“Jesus Christ.” Sebastian muttered before looking up at me. His eyes filled with that Winter Soldier like intensity, sending a heat to my core.
“Talk to me, baby.” I whispered and bit my lip.
“I…don’t have the words.” He breathed and stood up, bringing himself almost face to face with me.
“Then don’t say anything. Do something.” I whispered, my lips brushing his softly.
His hands travelled up my legs and to my waist, pulling my body against his. He walked me backward, my back hitting the wall as his lips latched to mine. My body was pinned against the wall as his lips travelled down to my neck, words mumbled against my skin.
“Printesă, you feel so good in my arms.” Sebastian murmured as he buried his face in my neck.
“How bad did you miss me?” I asked as I ran my fingers through the hair at the base of his neck.
“You’re all I’ve been able to think about.” He answered and looked at me, his eyes twinkling.
“Then show me.” I cooed and kissed him before sliding out of his arms. I watched him turn around and I took off my panties and bra, setting them aside as Seb took off his jacket.
“Say the name, princess. Say it and I will give you whatever you want.” He almost growled as I sat down and he kneeled in front of me.
“Make me.” I chuckled with a smirk. He grabbed my thighs and pushed them apart, squeezing them while staring me in the eyes.
“Say it or I won’t touch you. And you want me to touch you.” He growled and kissed my thigh.
“Papi chulo. Please.” I whimpered and pouted before running my fingers through his hair. As soon as the last syllable out, his tongue started gliding through my folds.
“So delicious and wet for me, printesă.” Sebastian mumbled, his arms wrapped completely around my thighs and his face buried deep in my center.
I felt him drape my legs over his shoulders and heard him moan praises against my skin. My body writhed in pleasure against the bed, wanton cries filling the room as his nails dug into my skin. His muffled praises pushed me closer to the edge and I felt him pull away, causing me to whimper.
“Seb…” I whined, unable to open my eyes as I heard him take off his belt.
“Shhh, princess. I’ll take care of you.” He whispered as his shirt hit the floor. I felt his body loom over mine, his lips brushing mine as his fingers rolled my nipples.
“Tell me what you want.” He purred and pulled away slightly.
“Just want you.” I heaved, wrapping my hand around the back of his neck and pulling him down for a kiss. I felt him lose his balance and tumble down on the bed, his laugh infectious as he looked at me. I laughed and kissed him, smiling as he pulled me closer. He positioned me to straddle him and looked up at me with those beautiful eyes.
“Why am I always on top?” I asked with a pout, looking down at him.
“Because I like watching you. You’re so beautiful when you have the opportunity to take control.” He whispered and kissed my hand as he slid into me slowly. The way he moaned as he filled me sent a shiver down my spine.
Sebastian looked up at me as I moved my hips slowly, his fingers tracing my skin as I braced my hand on his chest. I felt his heart beat against my palm, almost in the same rhythm of my hips rocking against his. His breathing hitched as his nails gently started digging into my hips.
“God, you’re gorgeous.” He muttered, his lashes falling heavily against his cheek.
“Seb…” It was all I could manage before clapping my hand over his mouth. “Shhh.” I added, my hips rocking harder and faster against his.
“Fuck.” He mumbled, the sound muffled by my hand. He licked my hand and looked up at me with a smirk, pulling my hand away.
“Cheeky shit.” I chuckled and slowed my pace. I cupped his face and kissed him as his arms wrapped around my body.
“Beautiful printesă.” He cooed and flipped us over suddenly. I felt his lips on my neck as he thrusted into me, his body shaking against mine.
Time seemed to slow when ever he kissed my neck, but the world melted away when his eyes met mine. There was a primal lust that marriage seemed to dim in my friends. Then there was a pure love. The way his lips brushed mine and his fingers laced with mine as his hips rolled slowly sent a fire through me.
“You’re so beautiful.” Sebastian crooned.
“So…handsome…” I muttered and found his hand, squeezing it as he pumped his hips faster.
He buried his face deeper into my neck and his moans and gasps were almost deafening until my heartbeat drowned them out. His thrusts went from slow and passionate to quick and erratic, one hand squeezing mine. I buried my face in one the pillows and stifled my moans as he held on to me tight.
“Fuck, Rin.” Seb moaned before spilling into me, his body shivering. I felt him collapse and roll over beside me, his breathing heavy.
“I love you.” I cooed and ran my thumb over his cheek.
“I love you too, regina mea.” He mumbled. I watched him lay still, his breathing evening out. “Now, c’mere and let me get another taste of you.” He chuckled and helped me straddle his face.
“Fuck.” I panted as his tongue slid through my folds. I felt him flick his tongue over my clit, sending shivers up my spine.
His hands stayed on me as I braced myself against the wall, moaning as my hips bucked against his face. Muffled praised and filthy words were spoken against my thighs before he returned to sucking and licking my center. After what felt like an eternity, my body started shaking and my mouth fell open, a silent scream leaving as I reached my climax.
I fell on the bed beside him, panting and shaking. I felt his fingers brush my flesh gently before he stood up and grabbed one of his t-shirts I’d packed and helped me put it on.
“I love you.” I murmured, curling into his lap as he held me close.
“I love you too.” He whispered and kissed my temple. Just as he lifted my chin to kiss me, both of our phones rang. I grabbed mine and saw my work phone number, I answered as Seb answered his. I looked at him after hanging up, seeing he had his phone muted.
“Kevin?” I asked before standing up.
“Yeah. He wants me in…” Sebastian started.
“…San Diego?” We said at the same time, his brows furrowed as he looked at me.
“That was Alex from work. Turns out Kevin’s assistant called and said I had to head there too. Now, the real question is this: do we take the kids with us?” I asked and wrapped my arms around his neck.
“Is Charlie willing to look after Callie and Bo for that long?” He replied with his own question.
“Oh yeah. And the kids and I will go home after the convention and you can go finish filming…wherever you have to finish filming.” I answered and chuckled.
“Let me tell Kevin.” He crooned and kissed me before getting back on the phone as I texted our children. Sebastian got off the phone and pulled me on to the bed, kissing me and giggling.
“Our life is never boring, is it?” He asked and played with my hair.
“You wouldn’t like it if it was.” I cooed and kissed his forehead. “C’mon. Let’s get some sleep, handsome. We’ve got some big plans.” I added and covered us up, my body spooning his.
“I love you, Rin.” He whispered and yawned.
“I love you too, Sebby.” I murmured and held on to him tight, falling asleep to the rise and fall of his breathing.
