I think crash bandicoot 5 should be marketed to new fans... the people that join the fandom from nst/crash 4, mostly kids, see the post-ND characters in nitro-fueled and go "cool character. wonder what that guy's deal is?"

...main reason is just because i'm sick of the fan service

feels like they only bring back characters and reuse dialogue from other games because they know hardcore fans will go "oh i remember that!"

if they market it to new fans, they'll have to actually try getting people invested
