Cover of Dva havrani (”Two Ravens”) by the czech folk band Asonance. The vocals, mandolin, bouzouki, lute guitar and bass guitar are all performed by me. I’d say there is room for improvement, but I hope you enjoy nonetheless.

The lyrics are basically about two ravens discussing how they’re going to feast on a dying knight, rip out his eyes and build a nest out of his hair. Cheery stuff.

okay i know spotify posts are ignored by largely everyone but i need to recommend a band to you SO bad

there is a chance a few of my followers know about it but its generally super obscure because, well, it's czech gothic metal, so not really world famous type of stuff, but it's so good

it's called XIII. Stoleti ("13th century") and their first album, Ztraceni v Karpatech ("lost in the carpathians"), SLAPS SO HARD LIKE OMG PLEASE LISTEN TO IT YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO LISTEN TO CZECH METAL ABOUT VAMPIRES

its probably even better if you can understand the lyrics at least a little bit (so if you speak a slavic language lol) but even without that the music is just really catchy
