Izuku said Kacchan never received any valentines in elementary and middle school. Izuku observed Kacchan open his locker and watch how nothing fell out or was inside his desk every single year. Izuku has always kept his eyes on him, so every Valentine’s Day, Izuku knew Kacchan did not receive any chocolates or love letters from girls, even friendship chocolates because Katsuki doesn’t mix well with women, period. Izuku can so confidently speak for Kacchan, that as far as he’s aware (I mean… he can’t take his attention off him for two seconds - Kacchan.exe is always running in the background of Izuku’s mind), Kacchan has never received a.single.thing which means that Izuku has always been watching over him, listening in to his conversations should he ever mention it. idk why but this imaginary scenario of bkdk keeps looping in my head but idk if ill ever draw it out but it goes like this:

Where katsuki and izuku after the war talk, and its about katsukis apology and after the talk, katsuki says out loud "sometimes i wonder what we would be talking about instead if i wasnt mean to you all those years"

and izuku is taken aback by this and asks "what do you mean?"

Katsuki has a slight blush on his face and says "if we were friends instead, i wonder what id be saying to you instead of apologizing"

izuku asks " do you want to be friends?"

katsuki nods

and then izuku asks "ok. what do you want to talk about then?" and he leans in real close and katsuki is just panicking.

I spotted something I’d never noticed the other day! Look at this sus reaction from Deku when the girls suggest the room tours in Ch98.

Mineta and Tokoyami have their own reasons for being apprehensive, but Deku has never tried to hide his All Might fanboy nature! And then just before we (as the class POV) see his room, we get THIS panel lmfao.

Omg Deku what are you pulling off the wall?! Look at that panic! This is how it looks on the page, so you can see he’s yanked something from the wall in front of him and is now sweatily leaning on the desk.

Considering the vast array of All Might merch everywhere else, I’m gonna go out on a limb and say he was panicking about something non-AM related. Hmmm… childhood photos of the amazing person even closer to him than All Might? A Kacchan Shrine?! Bahahaha Deku you lovable little creep.

In fact, his reactions to the whole activity are shown to be different to the other boys. While they’re visibly bored (or asleep, bless), he is panicking, then he disappears!

We don’t see him at all in the panels on floor 4 (Bakugou, Kirishima and Shouji) or floor 5 (Sero, Todoroki and Sato).

In fact, he is also absent in the panels for the girls’ floor 3 (Jirou and Hagakure) and floor 4 (Uraraka and Ashido). He actually doesn’t rejoin the group until girls’ floor 5 (Asui and Yaoyorozu). You don’t just not draw your MC in multiple group panels for no reason, unless he wasn’t there. What was he doing?!

We may find out what he hid since we found out about Kacchan’s All Might card, showing Horikoshi likes to wrap up loose ends, but I’m not sure we’ll ever get answers for what the heck he was doing for four floors, but it’s something to ponder. 🤔

I picked an austrailian shepherd cause I have one and I love him so much and I think his personality suits deku real well ! They’re fun, energetic dogs who are incredibly smart ! My dog always wants everyone to be safe and happy, he’s protective and always seems to know when someone’s upset and will try to cheer them up, which I think fits deku too !

the funniest part about coming to mha late, was I knew bkdk was extremely controversial and had seen some of the discourse about from the outside, so when I finally decided to watch it I was shocked to discover just how much of the plot revolved around izuku having a huge crush on kacchan

Katsuki: "A scene like this never happened, right?" Izuku: "There were too many scenes he wanted to put on the cover, so it ended up being an illustration of what he imagined instead. (because he couldn't decide...)"

Kacchan knows this scene didn't happen in the manga, but he's not 100% sure because he was unconscious and he’s also really embarrassed by the drawing ^^; So out came his "Ya better tell ‘em that ya didn't actually do this!!” type attitude with Izuku HAHAHAH! He's too much! Tsundere Kacchan, my beloved! ❀• *₊°。ೋღ

Y’all at this point Izuku accepts everything that Katsuki has to give there is literally nothing he can’t be surprised about by now because WHO IN THEIR RIGHT STATE OF MIND CALMY JUST STANDS THERE ACCEPTING A MASSIVE EXPLOSION TO THE LITERAL FACE WHILE THEY ARE SOFTY CHUCKLING!

While all his classmates run for their lives Izuku just stands there accepting fate like how deeply in love is Izuku with Katsuki to be willing to accept an explosion with a soft chuckle and a smile that screams “Well that’s Kacchan for you”

This reminds me of the moment where Katsuki hit Izuku with a dodgeball and Izuku got K.O. and his little spirit smiled
