Venkateshwara Group of Institutions held a farewell function for graduating students.

The Venkateshwara Group of Institutions Meerut organized a farewell function at its campus.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi and the Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh inaugurated the event by garlanding and lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.

The Principals Dr Sanjay Tiwari, Dr Nitin Raj Verma, along with Mr. Brajpal Singh and Mr. Deepak joined them to unveil the farewell party function.

Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh was the Chief Guest of the farewell party function.

He reiterated about the bright future of the passing out students of the college. He explained key points of education and advised students to work hard consistently to achieve success.

The Principals Dr Sanjay Tiwari, & Dr Nitin Raj Verma welcomed the present dignitaries & gave the introductory speech. They informed about the education of departing students & guided them well.

The students gave excellent performances that captivated the audience, who encouraged them further.

There were 3 rounds of the Ramp Walk, Games and Question answer series wherein Harshit won the Mr. Farewell title while Ms. Nikki was adjudged the Ms. Farewell.

Deepika won the best dancer, Kanika the Best Dynamic, Best Dramatic was Rishita while Apoorv was adjudged the best singer among the competing students.

All students enjoyed the farewell function well. Solo Dance, Group Dance and solo singing were also part of the event. The students of B.Ed, B.A.B.Ed, D.El.Ed, B.El.Ed and M.Ed gave some mesmerizing performances that were admired by the audiences.

In the end, Dr Nitin Raj Verma thanked all the students and staff for contributing their part to the grand success of the event.

He lauded the efforts of Abhinav Rana, Pooja Sharma, Sharmila Solanki, Pranav Sharma, Preeti Tyagi, Vidhisha Chaudhary, Arun Sharma, Girish Azad, Gaurav Kumar & the Media Incharge Mr. Vishwas Rana whose efforts led to the success of the event.

The movie reminds us of SOTY, and this way, this movie presented the topic is very colourful but the problem with the movie looks too rich and classy Because the way the world looks is: that too is not relatable the presentation neither looks fresh also foccusing on story where a rich girl have all the money of the world that she can buy everything of the world and buy a boyfriend also all these might sound intersting to heard. However, the poorly written screenplay and presentation completely spoiled the movie as it follows the same story showcasing the complications of rich families where parents have all the material goods but don't have time for their children.  

The way the screenplay is written is weak, but all this presented may look like seen and other thing led the movie down the template of the screenplay does's impress like in SOTY is emtirely revolves around Student Of the Year competidition here Arjun is preparing for WDC (World Debate Championship)  but thw way this competidition showcases does/t looks impectful, like in the scene Arjun in his competidition but the way that scene show I don't even know when that scene came and when it went looking like director was in some kind of hurry in rapping up the movie. 

The idea of attracting Gen Z  by making a youth love story was interesting, but the director failed to execute that as a result, the movie lacks a wow factor. Combined with the drama part, it lacks gripping in it. For example, Arjun is preparing for WDC, but the journey showcased doesn't create an Impact, and even the WDC event showcase also lacks intensity in it.  Another example can be taken of Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar where the scene Amir Khan defeats Deepak Tijori is still enough to create goosebumbs even after three deconds of its release. Actually, what happens if one is making a movie revolving around competition or an event climax should be ended on such high note it create a shock value.

In Terms of acting, the movie marks the debut of Ibrahim Ali Khan (Son of Saif Ali Khan) and Khushi Kapoor (Daughter of Boney Kapoor); both of them gave an average in their debut. Ibrahem Ali Khan looks decent on the screen, but he has to learn a lot as an actor. There wasn't much for either of them to do in this movie. They should choose a better movie or a better one for their Bollywood debut and even worse usage of supposting cast with capable actors like Sunil Shetty, Dia Mirza, Jugal Hansraj and Mahima Chaudhary were completelt wasted in the movie. Read More

KISS Celebrates His Holiness The 14thDalai Lama’s Birthday with an Insightful Talk on Amaravathi Heritage Town

Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) celebrated the 89th birthday of His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama with a special event organized by Project K-MUSE under the Kalinga Conversations Series. The highlight was a captivating keynote speech by Professor Dr. Amareswar Galla, Pro-Chancellor, KISS-DU and Distinguished Professor of Indigeneity and Inclusive Museum & Heritage Studies, KISS/KIIT.

Professor Galla, born at Amaravathi and named after the local deity Amareswar, shared his profound connection to the region. His talk underscored the significance of Amaravathi Heritage Town as the birthplace of Mahayana Buddhism. He detailed his extensive fieldwork for his Ph.D. and his role in establishing ‘Amaravathi’ as the new capital and conserving the ancient Satavahana Capital, Dharanikota.

Professor Galla, who spent 4.5 years as the chief curator of Amaravathi Heritage Town, highlighted key insights like Amaravathi’s historical layers of significance offer rich study for landscape museums; Co-creation with primary stakeholders is essential in developing such museums and Flexible educational spaces in partnership with various agencies are crucial.

In 1997, Professor Galla was honoured to be the master of ceremonies when His Holiness the Dalai Lama addressed the Australian Parliament breakfast, an experience that deepened his commitment to Amaravathi.

Vice Chancellor, KISS-DU Professor Deepak Kumar Behera, delivered the welcome address. The event was attended by notable dignitaries including Professor Sarit Kumar Chaudhari from Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh; Registrar Dr. Prashanta Kumar Routray; and Director General Dr. Kanhu Charan Mahali, along with faculty members, research scholars, and students. The event was coordinated and moderated by Dr. Sushree Sangita Mohanty, Convenor of Project K-MUSE Kalinga Conversations.

Shri Venkateshwara University launched the Venkateshwara Shooting Academy to promote shooting sports among rural youth.

Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute inaugurated the Venkateshwara Shooting Academy at its campus.

High-ranking police, & Administrative officials, along with sports coaches and players took part in the event.

They urged players of UP West to take advantage of this shooting range to enhance their shooting skills.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, SP Amroha Mr. Amit Kumar Anand, & the Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi inaugurated the event by cutting ribbon and lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.

The VC Dr KK Dave, & the Yuva Morcha President Shubham Chaudhary joined them to unveil the shooting academy launch function.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri emphasized that with the opening of Venkateshwara Shooting academy players of UP west especially Meerut Moradabad region need not visit Delhi for costly training.

We will train the rural youth of UP west so that they can take part in national & international shooting events.

SP Amroha Mr. Amit Kumar Anand stated sports is an integral part of our life. Whether you are a student, official, or a business owner, sports allow one to carve a unique identity in personal, social, national, and international forums.

Sports not only keeps one fit, but provides monetary benefits and fame at national & international events. There’s a huge craze for shooting among the youth of the country & it’s one of the most popular sports in India.  

The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi asserted be it any event whether it’s wrestling or kabaddi and especially shooting Indian girls have brought laurels for the country at national & International events.

Seeing their achievement, the PMs Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao and Beti Khilao slogan has become widely popular in the country. The UP Govt. along with studies is running various welfare schemes to promote the participation of girls in sports.  

Whether it’s Manu Bhaker, Ridam Sangwan, Anu Tomar, or Suruchi Fogat, Indian girls have made the nation proud by winning medals at national & international shooting events.

The VC Dr KK Dave affirmed we can determine the popularity of shooting from the fact that since 1 ½ decades, whether its commonwealth, Asiad’s, world shooting championship, or Olympics Indian shooters have ensured India‘s name in the medals tally.  

Those present included the CEO Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, BJYM President Shubham Chaudhary, Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey, Dr Rajesh Singh, Shooting Coach Deepak Chaudhary, Kulwant Chadda, & Dr TP Singh.

Dr CP Singh, Dr VN Jha, Dr LS Rawat, Dr Yogeshwar Sharma, Dr Ashutosh Gautam, Dr Manish Sharma, Dr Manjari Rana, Dr Ashutosh Singh, Dr Ashwini Saxena, Dr Dheeraj Dubey, Dr Om Prakash Gosai were all present.
