Este es mi blog secundario donde postearé mis cosas sobre CPR/Desfibrilación y otras cosas del Medfet. Asegurense de estar al tanto del contenido que publico (eso si el blog llega a perdurar, incluso con las censuras que le haga a los posts).
This is my secondary blog where I'll post my CPR/Defibrillation and other Medfet stuff. Make sure you stay tuned for the content I publish (that is, if the blog survives, even with any censorship I impose on the posts).

🫀 Our New CPR Video Is Here! 🫀
@nesty-xxx is back with a special medical roleplay — this time, she's in a scene where her weak heart is under constant monitoring. While trying to cheer herself up with some makeup and a phone call, things suddenly take a turn... and the machine steps in to restart her heart — more than once.
📉 Shortness of breath, alarms, and dramatic reboots. 💥 Realistic defibrillation simulated with TENS units. 💖 In the end, Nesty pulls through and starts feeling better.
🎬 Now available in our my store – don’t miss it!

Synchronized Cardioversion on My Heart (Part 1)
When the shock was delivered, you could clearly hear my heart beating rapidly three times in a row.
This video provides a detailed demonstration of a 1J synchronized cardioversion procedure performed on a normal human subject. Synchronized cardioversion is a critical medical intervention used to restore normal heart rhythm in patients with certain arrhythmias.
In this video, we walk you through the step-by-step process, including patient preparation, equipment setup, synchronization with the cardiac cycle, and the delivery of a low-energy (1J) shock.
Please note that this is a simulated demonstration for educational purposes only. Always consult a licensed medical professional for clinical guidance.

Part 1 of Intraoperative Resuscitation
And there I was, lying on the operating table, intubated, with an open incision over my sternum, my heart having stopped beating, and with the ventilator breathing in my place, the worst thing I could have hoped for happened: cardiac arrest. I was dead.
One of the surgeons began performing CPR on my lifeless chest. The ventilator continued to breathe for me. This continued for a while until my heart began to move erratically and uncontrollably.
There, another surgeon called for the defibrillator paddles, applied a conductive gel, and placed them on my exposed chest. I could hear him say, "Charging to 150 Joules." All that remained was to wait for the cardioversion to take effect. When the paddles were ready, he said, "Preparing shock, no one touches the patient," and then said, "Clear!" At that moment, my body shook from the electric shock that ran through my heart, but it was still beating erratically.
The same surgeon would repeat the action, but this time he said, "Charging to 250 Joules." It had to work this time for the surgery to continue. Then, the paddles were already charged, and he warned the rest of the staff that no one could touch me, and immediately afterward he said, "Clear!" My body received another electric shock directed at my heart, but with the same result: my heart was still fibrillating.
The same surgeon would administer another shock, but this time he said, "Charging to 300 Joules." I was only expecting the worst, and with the paddles charged, he said, "Clear!" once more. My body shook violently from the electric shock directed at my heart, but it was the same result: ventricular fibrillation.
He prepared another 360-joule shock. My body began to shake violently again, but this time my heart stopped: asystole, I was dead again. The surgeons performed CPR on my chest again, injected adrenaline, took me off the ventilator, and air was delivered through an Ambu Bag connected to my endotracheal tube. The same cycle was repeated.
Will I be able to leave from the OR alive, or will I end dead?
(A second part is on the works, but I need to censor my private parts for the next one)

NURSE HEART ATTACK PT. 3 ⚡️
Alice was laying on the bed, her heart had just started to beat again. The monitor was showing a sinus rhythm while she was breathing through the ventilator. All of a sudden the alarm started and the monitor showed asystole again. The doctor immediately entered the room and started cpr. After a few cycles he removed the hospital gown and left Alice's chest completely naked. The resuscitation continued with cpr and lot of defibrillation until the nurse finally regained a sinus rhythm.
