so it was mainly –oh señor, dame fuerzas– that made me giggle a bit, i know you meant "god give me strength" or something along the lines of "oh my god" in an i'm-tired-of-this context but i feel like leo would use mexican dialect if he were to curse, like –pinche– which i heard is like fuck or shit interchangeably (come pinche, shit-eating; pinche madre, motherfucker)

but if you want to stick to it i'd say remove the s in –fuerzas–, it just makes sense to me as a native spanish speaker (i apologise sincerely if that's nitpicky though)

for anything else i would need to ascertain what you originally meant to know how to make the spanish flow a little better though xT

Ahhhh no no I really do appreciate your help!! The more nit-picky the better! I want it to be as natural as possible !!! I’m glad it wasn’t too awkward for you to read through but here’s my little list of the Spanish lines I did and what I think I was trying to say!

first line- Vaya, no estás aquí sola esta noche, ¿verdad, belleza?

what I was trying to say- Oh! What’s a pretty girl like you doing here all alone? (orrrr) You’re not here all alone tonight are you beauty? (it’s been a day but I can’t even remember 💀 SMH!! what I want to get across is that Leo is interested and finds it hard to believe that reader is alone and not with someone else)

second line-“¿Eres tímida, mi flor?”

what I was trying to say- Are you shy my flower? (trying to use other words for pretty/beautiful, here Leo’s being a tease, wondering why reader is not responding at all, think I may just use hermosa)

third line-Oh Señor, dame fuerzas.

what I was trying to say- oh lord help me (or) Oh god send me strength (but I can see what u mean by him just cursing to the heavens instead sksksks so maybe) sweet jesus (or) fuck me (I think I may just go ahead with this last one cause it’s also cheeky, since he knows reader won’t understand & them being too pretty/cute that it’s hard for him to hold back)

What would you suggest I say in replacement of those lines?? 💙🐢💙 thanks a million again for your help, and it is nice to meet you! what shall I refer to you as? Mycelium?
