I'm so fucking tired of this extreme nausea. I've skipped so much of my classes bc of it and yep today I feel it too
#miranda talking shit#I feel so guilty i havent been there the last 4 days. Yesterday it was bc of my doctor meeting but otherwise bc of this shit#I dont know what to do like im sitting here shaking with a bucket trying to drink some cold water#And not throw up. Im sitting still and its this bad ... And now im on the verge of tears bc of my anxiety too#Like for once i am actually experiencing physical symptoms and not faking to get out of attending#I do feel incredibly guilty for it though and ashamed. Telling the teachers for the fourth time in a row that i cant come#Like they'll for sure think im faking it at this point ive been absent so much#Doesnt help that the nausea doesnt subside unless i either thrpw up my medication or wait at least 2-3 hours#I hate this so much. I havent felt this guilty for a long time and its not over something i can really control#Or well i can skip taking the medication ... But i know that if i do that the next time j do take it the usual side effects are like double#Home remedies can help a bit but is spotty at best. I tried nausea stuff but that made me basically throw up on the spot#I love sitting down just swallowing every third second trying to keep my gag reflexes in control its fun
