I have understood many things from this book like the manager must lead, inspire, influence, listen, connect, motivate, and show empathy towards team members so he can understand his co-workers and give them a manager he wants and listen there thoughts and enhance there confidence to work harder and harder.

This book deals with managerial skills and give some insights about it .

The language is easy to understand and can be read without a problem.

Казань...Одна из моих самых противоречивых поездок, а также моя самая первая командировка. Все началось с отмены рейса Аэрофлота в связи со снежной бурей в Казани, также были отменены рейсы s7 и пара рейсов Utair(один все таки вылетел, каким образом - самой интересно😃), в общей сложности мы с коллегами пробыли в аэропорту больше 4х часов, в итоге, сдав билеты и получив свой багаж, что заняло лично у меня 45 минут, а у кого-то вообще 3 часа! все поехали кто домой, кто в офис (я, например💁🏽‍♀️), нельзя не отметить наше общее упорство и стремление добиться своей цели- уже вечером мы отправились с Казанского вокзала на поезде....🤗 Предполагалось, что конференция #drivetothrive будет 3 дня и также в первый день должна была быть экскурсия по древней столице Татарстана. Но, поско��ьку мой рейс был отменён, я осталась в дичайшем обломе. Сама конференция была очень интересна и познавательна, но информации настолько много, что это просто brainstorming🤯. Это фото сделано в дичайшей спешке, когда до рабочего праздничного ужина всего-то 20 мин (надо ещё дойти до отеля и не забыть где он находится!) , тк погода была тёплая мой телефон почему-то сдох и в бесчисленных и тщетных попытках его согреть, зарядить он упорно был выключен и требовал питания. Но, о! Чудо! На мгновение он включился и я успела кое-как запечатлеть себя на фоне знаменитой мечети Кул-Шариф, которая внесена во всемирный список наследия ЮНЕСКО! Для меня, любителю путешествий, было бы непростительно приехать в Казань и не побывать в исторически значимых местах. Но все таки, я это сделала.
