one of these days i’m gonna finish curating as much of my mods folder as i can, and then i’m gonna make some sims for other people’s challenges and as background sims/potential partners. but i don’t know which year that’ll be

i kinda want to do a productivity stream where i recolour the hairs i’ve been meaning to (some of those black hair swatches are still grey). i don’t yet get paid for any of my streams (i only have 24 followers and average 2 viewers per stream) so i don’t think editing other people’s cc on stream should be a problem, but if i’m stepping out of bounds let me know.

DECO REVIVAL MINI PACK by amoebae

I wanted to put my Deco Revival palettes to good use, so I recoloured a bunch of walls and floors so we have more choice when building our art deco spaces (or for any other space, of course!). I added in the standalone wainscoting from the Decor to the Max kit, because it's such a useful item.

NAUTICAL-STYLE APARTMENT

Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡

Today I'm sharing the nautical-style apartment I've decorated for a young couple and their toddler in the Sims 4. It's a pretty small apartment but I wanted to give these parents some privacy by adding an additional bedroom for their baby. Also I wanted this apartment to feel cozy, fresh and rustic.

If you want to change my original walls or wallpapers, for everything to stay in the place you need to install the Better BuildBuy mod from the Twisted Mexi and turn on deletion protection as an option in BBB's filter panel. Turn it on while necessary and turn it back off immediately after.

Hi! Oh my gosh, I'm so happy to hear that!

Most of the wallpapers in the pictures are by @teekalu! I use their wallpapers ALL. THE. TIME because they're so lovely and the colours are chefs kiss! There's a bunch of different wallpaper sets, and you can find them all here - in particular I use the 'cross your heart', 'polka dotted' and 'electric slide' ones a lot!

Okay so I know this is at least based on one of the wallpapers from the Eco Lifestyle pack - I'm not 100% sure if it's the actual one, or a recolour, but if it IS the recoloured version, it's by the forever incredible @pictureamoebae and can be found here.

These walls are ALSO by @pictureamoebae - honestly, my mods folder would not be complete without their incredible walls and floors. I believe this specific one is from this set - but definitely check out the rest of their wallpapers, too, because the swatches are sooooo amazing and there's so many options and matching sets!

This wallpaper is from the Dream Home Designer pack I believe; truthfully I hardly ever use it apart from this one swatch asdfghhgfdsdfghgfd but it's pretty!

I never did get round to making anything with the strawberry patterns (yet....i still have hopes to one day get my arse into gear and do it asdfghgfds and if you have any suggestions/requests for what kind of items to use it on, please lmk!!) BUT i'm planning on sharing the patterns in all the new colour combos to everyone this week! :)
