for the record now that the public tide is changing and people can see the mask fall off of Israel, it shouldn't be forgotten that at the start of this, there was an open letter from Hollywood supporting is Israel
and when things do change, and history looks back on this as the genocidal massacre it was, these people will try to make you forget what they did and said. They will delete the Instagram posts with Israel's flag or try to spin it that they didn't know, but don't you dare forget this.
don't you LET these people forget that on October 12th, they told us they stood with Israel and for the attack on innocent Palestine lives:

Skibidi RPF crossover brainrot
I've been listening to a lot of Cheapshow and listening to/watching a lot of Beardyman lately.
Cheapshow is my favourite podcast (well, it's the only one I listen to) - it's hosted by 2 guys (Eli Silverman and Paul Gannon) who ostensibly are there to review cheap snacks and charity shop finds, but every episode quickly descends into mad nonsense. Listening to Cheapshow while having my usual Skibidi Toilet brainrot has made me imagine Eli and Paul living in the post-apocalyptic landscape, and still making and broadcasting their podcasts for any other human survivors who might still be out there. The podcast's slogan is "Finding the treasure amongst the trash", which in my opinion is fitting for a setting in which people eke out a living from ruins. I like to imagine them finding packs of preserved snacks and reviewing those, in between making sarcastic comments about the toilets and the hardwares.
One of the recurring lines in the podcast is 'go round here, come round there, go round there, come round here' (which Eli and Paul say to each other in much the same vein as the Chuckle Brothers say 'to me, to you'). I think of that line every time I see TV-units teleport - they have 'go round here, come round there' powers!
(Also, if Eli got turned into a skibidi, the podcast would probably remain largely unchanged because the amount of mouth-nonsense coming from him would be the same as it ever was.)
Beardyman is a comedian/beatboxer who works with loopstations (he even made his own custom one called a Beardytron). His schtick is that he composes and performs music on the spot made of his own vocal samples, and he uses audience participation a lot - such as asking the audience to shout out genres and he'll mash them together, or asking for suggestions for noises to put in or themes for songs.
I'd like to see a character like that who roams the ruins and 'collabs' with feral skibidis in that way - i.e. they hold out a mic to record some skibidi gibberish and cut that up into loops and make a little tune out of it (before finishing off the song by flushing the skibidi). Also, they could hold out a Tenori-on to intercept a skibidi coming into bite them, and then make some music out of the pattern of switches that the skibidi's face-imprint made.

Saving for a Custom Van is out now! It’s a compilation honoring Adam Schlesinger and his musical genius. We covered Fountain Of Wayne’s A Dip In The Ocean. This is also the first new tune (even though it’s a cover) the five of us have put out since 2012. We recorded our various parts in our homes and had our good friend (and Adam’s) Eli Janney mix the tune. Eli and Adam produced half of Even If It Kills Me back in the early part of ‘07. We thought this would be fitting. There were many tears, but there was also some healing. Thanks to Father Daughter Records and Wax Nine for making it happen. Check it out exclusively on Bandcamp! 100% of the sales goes to Musicares COVID-19 relief fund https://fdrecords.co/saving-for-a-custom-van

Our The Hundreds X XLARGE lookbook was shot simultaneously by the XLARGE Japan crew and the The Hundreds team in both Tokyo and the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles where the original XLARGE storefront was located from 1991 to 2013.
“While most of streetwear today is fixated on luxury and high fashion, when it comes to The Hundreds design, I’ve always looked the other way—towards workwear. Yes, there’s a proletariat reasoning there. I want our brand to speak to everyone, not just the elite. But, also, if you break L.A. street style down to its bare elements, you’ll find traces of workwear, surplus, and swap meet fashion in its bloodstream. Brands like Dickies, Carhartt, and Ben Davis uniformed the trade industries throughout the 20th century. They were adopted in the early 1990s by Californian skateboarders, b-boys, and graffiti artists who were drawn to workwear's simplicity and durability. It’s workwear's no-frills nature that jives with LA’s diversity and casual composure.
The original XLARGE store in Los Feliz may not have invented the utilitarian style, but it aggregated and curated traditional workwear in a new context. In the early 1990s, Eli Bonerz, Adam Silverman, and XLARGE's face Mike D of the Beastie Boys introduced a new dialect to underground fashion. XLARGE diverged from West Coast surf and East Coast urban with boxy graphic T-shirts and sarcastic parodies. Their store’s in-house label eventually transcended Vermont Ave. and pioneered a new wave of American street fashion whose effects are felt within The Hundreds today. If it weren’t for XLARGE, there wouldn’t be a The Hundreds. Fact! So, this is our Thank You to Eli, Adam, and Mike for laying down the beats. This is The Hundreds and XLARGE.” -BOBBY HUNDREDS

🌟Underrated Comedies☠️
Tropic Thunder
| dir. Ben Stiller
A movie about the filming of a movie is the best description in a nutshell. One of Ben Stillers best comedies. It’s a parody on Hollywood, actors, and blockbuster war movies all wrapped up in a perfect little bow.
Tumblr media
Tucker and Dale vs. Evil
| dir. Eli Craig
The perfect never judge a book by its cover story. A surprising fresh twist on the horror genre. It’s just flat out funny and endearing to watch.
Tumblr media
Kingpin
| dir. Peter Farrelly and Bobby Farrelly
A classic in my book, especially starring acting veterans, Bill Murray and Woody Harrelson.
Tumblr media
Saving Silverman
| dir. Dennis Dugan
You’ve got Jack Black and Steve Zahn, both hilarious and charismatic actors on their own but together boom greatness. It’s a little gem within the vast amounts of cheesy comedies that came out in the 2000s.
Role Models
| dir. David Wain
A hilarious movie that has heart and maybe grown men playing reenactments...
Tumblr media
Due Date
| dir. Todd Phillips
A hilarious duo between Zach Galifianakis and Robert Downey jr.
Tumblr media
Land of the Lost
| dir. Brad Silberling
You got comedic legend Danny Mcbride who’s been in Pineapple Express, Eastbound and Down, Tropic Thunder, This is the end. Added on you got SNL alumni Will Ferrell with an ensemble of movies like Step Brothers, Nice Guys, Blades of Glory and Old School. You can’t get better really.
