Note
I also wonder who would take the place of the Christmas ghosts. Probably someone from each of the 3 main originations
Greetings Anon
That could be possible, maybe the Ghost of the Past would be Cupid , the Ghost of the Present perhaps Grizzly and the Ghost of the Future, hmm, I could imagine that being Frost, or alternatively Erwin Robinson.
Or, they could be perhaps Sam's sisters.
Yours sincerely

31 DOD: Day 12 - Nightwing comic artist:
pick one... ahahahaha...
It honestly depends on what I'm in the mood for, and I have different favorites for different things. By default, the answer is probably George Perez.
Tumblr media
But... then there's the... I don't even know what to call it, but the way Travis Moore draws faces and expressions and... oh man, yeah.
Tumblr media
Phil Jimenez has drawn some panels and sketches I've adored (and not just for Dick) and you don't know how upset I was that I couldn't get a spot on his commission list at FanExpo Dallas last year.
Tumblr media
And some more Moore and Jimenez 😁
Tumblr media
And then there are the other more recent artists who draw a gorgeous Dick. Bruno Redondo, Dan Mora, Jamal Campbell, Javier Fernandez, Marcus To, Marcio Takara, Jorge Jiménez...
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Greg Land drew a very handsome Nightwing.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Jock draws such amazing poses that capture the character and the movement and... yeahhh. I think I've seen this one somewhere, before
Tumblr media
If you know me at all, you know my undying hatred and loathing for ASBAR... but the art... I can't say I don't like how Jim Lee draws Dick's hair. Especially in Hush,
Tumblr media
I won't lie, I appreciate the way Mikel Janín drew Dick when he was teaching gymnastics during the Grayson run. But what I really loved was Grayson 5, especially since it's a Robin Dies at Dawn reference
Tumblr media
And I love most of the artists who followed Scott McDaniel on the 1996 Nightwing run and just that era in general (okay, one of these is from Outsiders and one from New Titans) (Ric Leonardi, WIll Conrad, Patch Zircher, and Tom Grummett)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Can't forget Nicola Scott
Tumblr media
or Chris Samnee
Tumblr media
and I absolutely adore how Joelle Jones draws him
Tumblr media
Come to think of it, I love pretty much anyone I've gotten a commission from, even if they don't do what's traditionally considered the best loved art of him. (I've gotten commissions/convention sketches of Dick from George Perez, Steve Erwin, Todd Nauck, Ken Rocafort, Andrew Robinson, Joe Eisma, Scott Hanna, Brent Peeples, Rags Morales, and Yanick Paquette)
We've been ridiculously blessed with some great Dickpics :)

He guest starred in many television series during the 1950′s through the 1990′s.  Among them were The Stu Erwin Show, Dragnet, The Life of Riley, Navy Log, 7 The West Point Story, Wagon Train, The Millionaire, Rawhide, The Twilight Zone, Laredo, The Virginian, Fantasy Island, MacGyver, Murder, She Wrote and Life Goes On.  He also starred in The Swiss Family Robinson during the 1975-1976 season.  (Wikipedia)
Glenn Corbett (born Glenn Edwin Rothenburg; August 17, 1933 – January 16, 1993)  Actor in movies and television for more than thirty years. Corbett came to national attention in the early 1960s when he replaced George Maharis in the cast of the popular CBS adventure drama Route 66. He followed this with roles in high-profile films and television shows, including a guest role in the original Star Trek series, the daytime soap opera The Doctors and the prime-time soap Dallas.
In 1963, Corbett replaced George Maharis on Route 66. Corbett, playing Lincoln Case, co-starred with Martin Milner during part of the third season and the fourth and final season of the series (1963–64). In 1964–65, he had a role on Twelve O'Clock High as Lt. Tom Lockridge for two episodes.
Corbett's other television roles in the early to late 1960s include Wes Macauley on It's a Man's World (1962–63). He was featured in 1964 as "Dan Collins" in an episode of Gunsmoke titled "Chicken" in which a man gets an undeserved reputation as a gunman when he is found at a way station with four dead outlaws at his feet. Corbett was cast in a 1965 episode of Bonanza, titled Mighty is The Word, in which he portrayed a gunfighter who finds religion and becomes a preacher, only to be confronted by a vengeful man whose brother he once killed. In the 1965–1966 season, Corbett guest-starred on The Legend of Jesse James.  Corbett also guest-starred in an episode of The Virginian, entitled "The Awakening", in which his character, David Henderson, is a destitute former minister who has had a crisis of faith and comes to Medicine Bow just as a dispute breaks out at a local mine over safety issues. He appeared as "Chance Reynolds", a regular cast member on The Road West (1966–67). He guest-starred in the second season Star Trek episode "Metamorphosis" (1967) as Zefram Cochrane.
In 1971, Corbett had a guest appearance with Mariette Hartley on Gunsmoke (episode: "Phoenix"). In the 1970s, he had guest-starring roles on the television shows The Mod Squad, Cannon, The Streets of San Francisco, Police Woman, The Rockford Files, and Barnaby Jones.
In 1976, Corbett joined the cast of the NBC daytime soap opera The Doctors as Jason Aldrich. He stayed on The Doctors until 1981. Throughout the 1980s, Corbett was a recurring guest star on the long-running television series Dallas as Paul Morgan from 1983–84, and then from 1986–88.  (Wikipedia)

Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers in Swing Time (George Stevens, 1936)
Cast: Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Victor Moore, Helen Broderick, Eric Blore, Betty Furness, Georges Metaxa. Screenplay: Howard Lindsay, Allan Scott, based on a story by Erwin Gelsey. Cinematography: David Abel. Art direction: Van Nest Polglase. Film editing: Henry Berman. Songs: Jerome Kern (music), Dorothy Fields (lyrics).
The plot of a Fred Astaire-Ginger Rogers film is typically a thread on which the gems (the songs and dances) are strung, and Swing Time is no exception. The screenplay by Howard Lindsay and Allan Scott seems to exist largely to provide opportunities for Astaire and Rogers to open their mouths, the better to sing with, or to find places to dance. This is the movie in which Astaire plays a gambler named Lucky Garnett, who is late for his wedding to Margaret Watson (Betty Furness), so her father calls it off and says that if Lucky can make $25,000, he can come back to claim her hand. So off he goes to New York, accompanied by his friend Pop Cardetti (Victor Moore), where he falls for Penny Carroll (Rogers), a dance teacher. And so on.... That anything this silly remains watchable more than 80 years later is the consequence of the unsurpassed artistry of Astaire and Rogers, the dance direction of Hermes Pan, the comic support of Moore, Helen Broderick, and Eric Blore, and six songs by Jerome Kern and Dorothy Fields. Rogers does more than her usual share of the singing in this one, taking the lead on both "Pick Yourself Up" and "A Fine Romance," but as usual it's Astaire's peerless phrasing that carries the songs, especially the Oscar-winning "The Way You Look Tonight," which is wittily staged when Rogers enters the room having lathered her hair with shampoo but not yet rinsed it out. The dance highlight is probably "Never Gonna Dance," the climactic number when Lucky and Penny each think they're doomed to marry someone else, but Astaire's solo, "Bojangles of Harlem," a tribute to the great Bill Robinson, is also superb -- as long as you're not offended by the fact that Astaire does it in blackface. (To my mind, the reverence paid to Robinson outweighs the minstrelsy, but only slightly.) Astaire always insisted that dance sequences be done in long takes, which led to 47 reprises of  "Never Gonna Dance" during the filming before a take that completely satisfied Astaire was achieved -- at the expense, it is said, of Rogers's feet, which began to bleed. This was the only film role of any consequence for Furness, whose chief claim to fame was that she opened countless refrigerator doors as the TV commercial spokesperson for Westinghouse in the 1950s.

The Tuskegee Airmen were a group of African-American and Caribbean-born military pilots who fought in WWII. They formed the 332nd Fighter Group and the 477th Bombardment Group of the Army Air Forces. The name applies to the navigators, bombardiers, mechanics, instructors, crew chiefs, nurses, cooks, and other support personnel.
All African American military pilots who trained in the US trained at Moton Field, the Tuskegee Army Air Field, and were educated at Tuskegee University. The group included five Haitians from the Haitian Air Force and one pilot from Trinidad. It included a Hispanic or Latino airman born in the Dominican Republic.
March 22, 1942 - The first five cadets graduate from the Tuskegee Flying School: Captain Benjamin O. Davis, Jr. and Second Lieutenants Mac Ross,
Charles DeBow, L.R. Curtis, and George S. Roberts. They will become part of my the famous 99th Pursuit Squadron. List of Tuskegge Airmen.

What does the other animals at the Fed's Sancturary think of Erwin?
Greetings Anon :-.)
I think they all would be a bit, weary around Erwin, being able to smell the graveyard odor as Fed does. However, each one of them is differently weary about Erwin and some even not at all.
Albert for example, does not seem to be afraid or intimidated by Erwin's, but this might also be because a lot of animals are also scared about Al.
Erwin is one of the few animals that Jerome wouldn't ran into, as the sheep does often (even running into fed from time to time) however he would stare at Erwin when the cat walks around the sheep's enclosure.
Same goes for Ivy, he would not try to pull his usual shenanigans with Erwin, however he has hissed at the cat who barely survived, when no one else is present or looking.
One of the animals who is more friendly and happy to see Erwin, would be Job or Tinker to name two examples, they don't mind the cat's presence or when he decides to lay next to them.
Yours sincerely
Bowler

Donald J. Trump: Team Sauerkraut, is Ivan Tomasic's strategy.  So says, Dr. Crane.  Remember that time I killed Heath Ledger?  So do the aliens, and French ExSec, the hypnotizer men.  Capuchins, immune again.  "God is your sense of community".
Joe Biden: Abra-Hedro, isn't just a syndicate.  It's the Amherst College chancellor's international racket ethics program.  And Lucky Luciano, doesn't go to the dump; he didn't rape a Chinese woman, drunk, he just got drunk with one.  The rules are the rules, Queen Elizabeth II.  The first step, is admitting you're an alcoholic.  Then you drink at home.

AOT parents and Disney movies
Official WD animation only
What they want to watch vs the movie that gets played repeatedly.
Erwin - He's the old school dad and would love to watch Fantasia, but his toddler does not appreciate it like he does. Instead, The Emperor's New Groove is on daily. Erwin is finally starting to laugh at the jokes, and loves Yzmas "is that, my voice?" line.
Levi - If he has to pick, maybe Dumbo, since he gets a happy ending with his mother. Just no Bambi. His kid puts on Lilo and Stitch. Levi is all about Ohana, and likes the Elvis songs. They're not getting a dog, though.
Miche - Give him The Jungle Book. Baloo, King Louie, the Vultures, he knows the lines. His kid likes it when dad does the lines, but otherwise? It's Cinderella. Miche is willing to play the stepsisters for laughs.
Eren - Give him Atlantis, give him Treasure Planet, he wants adventure! Actually gets to watch Snow White. Doesn't know how this happened, but accepts it nonetheless. Likes Dopey at any rate.
Armin - He loves the animation of Sleeping Beauty. The whole thing is gorgeous. He gets to watch lots of Peter Pan as his kid loves pirates. That came out around the same time so it's not that bad.
Jean - Says he wants to watch Lion King. Feels like a Simba most the time. What's actually getting played, is Tangled (tell me you didn't see that coming) but when he gets told he's reminded of Flynn, he enjoys the film a little more.
Connie - Oliver and Company is his jam, the songs are fun and he loves dogs. And yet, The Aristocats rule in his house. Turns out he's a cat person too and he likes the songs in it as well.
Reiner - He likes The Sword in the Stone. He likes the setting, the characters, and the Wizards Duel. His child loves The Little Mermaid, though, and he happily watches it with them everyday.
Porco - Just wanted to watch Aladdin. Has great sidekicks and an awesome villain. Gets stuck with Alice in Wonderland. Doesn't understand it at all but likes croquet match part.
Hange - Give them Big Hero Six or Meet the Robinsons. Tech, inventors? Yes please! Turns out Wreck it Ralph is on all the time, but they enjoy it just as much!
Mikasa - Loves the story of Mulan and thinks it's a good influence. Turns out it is and she and her child watch it all the time. However, they also like the sequel, and Mikasa cringes every time.
Annie - Don't tell anyone, she likes Frozen. Elsa is the ice queen, after all. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh gets put on, and she finds she likes Rabbit a lot. Tigger however, needs to calm down.
Sasha - Loves Robin Hood due to the archery involved and the comedic villains. Her kid gets her to watch Hercules and she likes the action, fantasy and jokes just as much. Plus Meg is awesome.
Historia - Does like Cinderella the most. Who doesn't dream of being a princess when they're little? Her kid likes Moana and she likes the characters willingness to ask for help and confront her enemy after losing hope.
Ymir - Wants to watch Tarzan. Doesn't know if she likes Tarzan, Jane, or Clayton the most. Winds up watching The Rescuers and finds herself rooting for Bianca and Bernard against that crazy mad Medusa and her crocs.
Pieck - Quite likes Beauty and the Beast. Doesn't think Belle is odd at all, and loves the songs. Lady and the Tramp it is though, and she likes the old classic feel of it. Does NOT like Aunt Sarahs cats.
-------
Made kind of quick, hope you like it! Do you think these are accurate? What would YOU watch?
Maybe we'll do a mini Pixar version?
