This was originally supposed to be a drawing to celebrate my own birthday but… shdhf it took me way longer than expected 😭 (my birthday is back in April)

Still, to treat myself I thought it could be fun to redraw promotional posters of one of my major comfort shows, the K-Drama “Business Proposal” (those who know my lore, know), with my comfort characters and ships!

And it was indeed quite the fun endeavour ☺️🙏✨

Oscar nods, signs the papers, and takes the plastic bag they hand him.

i was raring to write something for a pair i don’t usually write so here’s my take on @polar-stars’ latest hc :}

Nakiri Azami was often up at ungodly hours of the morning, give or take a coffee, and a prerequisite of being in Central was accommodating this goatshit sleep schedule. The first and only member of this pseudo-nocturnal cult to actually get used to being given orders at five in the morning on the dot was Kinokuni Nene, which is why Azami asked her and that “leopard boy” to download all available intel on the residents of Polar Star from the Totsuki database to his private server. He had given Eizan Etsuya an additional day’s notice for reasons unknown.

At 5:11am Nene knocked on the door to Eizan’s cabin, fully expecting him to slide it open with that provoking smirk of his. Or maybe he would’ve already finished the job. Nene sighed — it was better not to expect so much from him. She’d be lucky if he was even awake.

Just as she was about to knock again (more insistently this time), Eizan slid open the door and Nene gave a start. He was leaning against the doorframe with his eyes still half closed, hair ungelled and unkempt (the resemblance to Yukihira was uncanny), and was that a fucking robe? Nene’s acute financial awareness immediately clocked the mulberry silk in at 70,000 yen. 

Did he just wake up?

She opened her mouth to scold him for his irresponsibility but her left foot had already pivoted and she was pretty damn sure her body was about to skrt her away from there, to hell with reproaching him. Court etiquette dictated that one did not knock on the door of another wearing a goddamn robe. How scandalous!

Then she came to the awkward realization that it had been at least fifteen seconds and she had yet to say anything. As if it was even physically possible, her blush intensified.

“You need something, Kinokuni?” Eizan asked, rubbing his eyes. “What time is it? Why the hell is your face so red? You look like a pomegranate drowned in grenadine.”

“Shut up!” she snapped, and Nene was very pleased with herself at how commanding she sounded. Eizan gave a tired nod.

“Yes’m,” he mumbled. “Answer the first question, though?”

Nene frowned. “I forgot. I will correspond with you regarding the task later.”

Eizan’s smirk was only on half power but it still managed to irritate the everliving shit out of her before he bid her a good morning and slid the door shut in the most passively aggressive way possible.

How humiliating! Nene would thence proceed to ignore Eizan for the rest of the day, but she was so profoundly traumatized by the sight of him in 🤌 a 🤌 fucking 🤌 robe 🤌 that she would burn microwaveable mac and cheese at lunch.
