 Success tip #3: Don't be afraid to exercise everywhere! • For me, yoga is my bread and butter, I love the way it makes my muscles more supple and strong, I love the way it focuses my mind, I love the community that yoga has opened up to me.I could talk about yoga all day, and as much as I love yoga, I still sometimes struggle with finding time in my schedule for exercise among working a full time job, studying to be a yoga teacher, and keeping up with the boundless ball of energy that is my puppy. Life can really get In the way sometimes, I get that! And since I've identified my problem, I can come up with a solution which means I take small moments to exercise anywhere and everywhere! You'll find me doing yoga on my breaks at work, while I'm waiting for my car to get fixed at the auto shop, while I'm hiking with friends. Pretty much any time I have a few minutes lull while I'm doing something I take advantage of that. And it works with more than just yoga. Do squats in the shower or lunges during commercials. Turn cleaning your house into a dance party for one! Take a few minutes on your lunch break just to stretch. The possibilities are endless! • End the excuse that you don't have time to exercise, even small moments count. Plus, the more you move the better you'll feel! • Achieveing your goals is about small, consistent progress. Baby steps are good steps.
