I have to give StC props for quickly realising that a Knuckles vs Metal Sonic fight would be something that the kids would love and just going for it

I’ve skipped through a bit of the fight, but this is why I’d recommend reading StC if you haven’t already - you owe it to yourself to see these Elson fight scenes in all their full glory

Nack’s back. I guess Knuckles has more important things to focus on right now than how Nack openly bailed on them last time

Knuckles figures it out at the last moment, but they’re a bit late for it to matter

So yeah, the guy they lumped in with the Chaotix who’s a villain from other games ended up betraying them after all. I’m sure his reward won’t be what he’s hoping for, but we’ll get to that in the next issue. I don’t want to say too much about this until the end of the arc, but I am enjoying this as a way to introduce Nack in general
