Okay I've gotten some feedback already, thank you guys!

1. Having it be just one focus to not isolate potential buyers is a good idea! I might change it to be soley dsmp focused with aus and such allowed! I just think that a lot of people would also enjoy seeing content of dsmp-adjacent / other smp servers as well, but I can absolutely make it soley dsmp focused!

2. Content of every character is welcomed! Obviously this zine does not support certain creators or their actions, but this is a celebration of the DSMP and its story and characters, as well as all of the funds are going towards reputable charities and not the creators. So yes, make that cWilbur or cDream content! It's more than welcome! That being said, I would prefer if any supporters of William Gold/cc!Wilbur Soot, cc!Dream Team, and cc!Punz did not interact. Real world abusers and their apologists will not be welcomed. Make your own thing if you want too so bad, but I care more about victims than having another contributor to the zine.

oh actually i haven't properly sold anything online yet, and it was my first time 4 days ago ive ever sold commissions. I am yet to set up a storenvy page (thats where my mutuals sell so i just trust their choice) and my only actual experience is selling stickers by myself a year ago (an experience i dont wish for anyone; if you want to sell something get yourself a store page. i sold around 80 sticker sets just by instagram dms and navigating that was absolute hell, especially since i didnt have paypal yet and my older friend managed all the money related things. it was succesful but very very stressful and easy to mess up); not much i can help with, im afraid

as for the keychains, i ordered them from vograce!

will say murder drones rules on terms of aesthetics and concepts and animation and character design but when it comes to writing its. well i think it has issues similar to hazbin hotel where they have a lot of ideas for character exploration *and* overarching plot that seem to conflict with each other's space almost solely because of the nature of its production (that is, it's made on an episode by episode basis with the expectation that there might not be funding for the next one in the case of MD)

Putting some positivity out there about the election

Harris has raised a record amount of money from small donors after Biden dropped out, in addition to being able to access all the funds from their campaign they already had

Trump is deeply unpopular and people have already seen the chaos that 4 years of his presidency would bring. A lot of people have been energized to vote against him, even if they're not fond of Dems

Polling showed a red wave for Republicans in the 2022 midterms, and yet they only barely had control of the House, and couldn't even agree on a Speaker for a historic amount of time. Dems also increased their lead in the Senate. Historically, midterms favor the opposition party and have lower turnout, so this is a good sign for the House in 2024

Dems are fighting back in swing states. PA and GA both put in Democratic senators in the midterms

In my home state of PA, I am from Bucks County, which is a swing county for the state. Moms for Libery took over the school board and used it to attack queer students, enact book bans, and funnel money to themselves and the superintendent. At the most recent election, Dems turned out and took back every single open seat, ousting the board and superintendent. Worry about similar takeovers in surrounding school boards also increased turnout

Abortion rights are on the ballot in many states, which has been a winning issue for Dems and increased turnout

Republicans were prepared to attack a feeble old Biden who isn't the strongest speaker. I don't think they expected him to actually drop out, and they now have to put an 78 year old convicted felon up against a prosecutor

Awareness of Project 2025 and it's contents has entered the public sphere and is being much more openly discussed on the news. While Trump has insisted he has nothing to do with it, most of the authors worked in his administration and Trump has worked closely with the Heritage foundation

Funds for Haiti and Haitian Americans

A Haitian American woman with long Covid and her daughter with cancer have both been struggling to raise funds that would help them during their illnesses. Both of them live in the Midwest, which is where a lot of the most recent fear mongering has been centered.

COJEHA is a Haitian organization that provides financial support for youth, teaches agricultural skills, helps ensure children attend school, and teaches other soft life skills. They're working on building a farm with fish and vegetable crops where teaching occurs, which will also increase local access to fresh food.

P4H Global is the organization that has been working on building the canal connected to the Massacre River, another agricultural project. They have also been working to support education in Haiti, with both teachers and students.

The Haitian Community Center in Springfield, Ohio. Springfield's food bank, community health center, and a local Catholic organization that provides aid are also accepting donations.

Richard Pierrin is a journalist who has had to flee Haiti and is trying to get a visa that will allow him to work, and that doesn't end after 3 months.

Marc Henry and his family have been dealing with food insecurity for months, and are trying to get funds so they can eat, as well as supplies like livestock and fishing equipment so they can sustain themselves even after the fundraiser is done. They're close to their goal.

An elderly couple's home was damaged multiple times over the last few years and they are trying to raise funds to finish construction. They are also very close to their goal.

A fund for several families to secure plane tickets out of the country

OTRAH is an organization that helps trans Haitians and wants to expand their services to combat HIV. They don't have a gofundme, instead donations are discussed over email.
