YAY THANK YOU!! You may have already seen it but just in case here’s the link to the first post with where I talk about her personality more haha! Another thing I've thought of since then is that Silver and Amy both really like fusing together since its the exact sort of attention they want. They both want to be trusted and relied on during battles and fusing allows them to be reliable to each other while displaying a lot of trust.

I'm not quite sure when the first time they fused would be - especially since the only interactions they've had in canon are in 06 and a few scenes in IDW (I'm pretty sure.) I was thinking during that fight in Eggperial City in IDW, both of them had fused before but never with each other, and honestly it sort of happened on accident. Silver got too close to Amy while fighting and the two just fused together and kept fighting without even noticing for a while. After they noticed they unfused in shock but recognized it would be worthwhile to practice later on. Soon enough they were fusing much smoother and easiest out of them all. Rose Gold just comes naturally to both of them.

Silver doesn't really care about pronouns much while Amy exclusively uses she/her, which is why Rose Gold uses She/her as well! On more silly notes I think she's mostly very smiley and is the type to "Wahoo!" when destroying an enemy hoard. While both Amy and Silver have more serious sides, Rose Gold brings out the reckless and silliness in both of them. even in moments where it seems very concerning. She would be bleeding from her head and still fighting and giggling the whole time. It wouldn't be until after the battle that she'd go: "oh, that's bad." And she's definitely one of the strongest when it comes to lifting things. Both with and without the PK. (I think Rubia would be the all time strongest though...or maybe a close second at least)

i had the brush set too small at first & didnt realize until i was already too far along- full body diamond authority is ok w the shaded fit & wings but the headshot is just. eh. kinda dislike it. im fucking obsessed with the other headshot tho

giyuu's a lapis along w tsutako, normal lapis terraforming job but some shit went down, tsutako got shattered, giyuu was left to fend for herself until she ran into a lost kunzite fresh out the ground (she had a slight imperfection, showed up as a spot along her cheek (corner of mouth to center base of ear) that looks like raw kunzite/ yk when a helmet or somethn gets shaved down sliding against a road? that)

they tough it out in the wilds for a while, they got attacked and accidentally fused to defend themselves, kept fusing when they were in trouble after that- yadda yadda meet makomo (also a gem) & sakonji and learn how to be their own person, getting their own names (giyuu got Giyuu, the kunzite got Sabito) and meeting a group of other rogue gems & making human friends

sabito got particularly interested in the concept of human masculinity & highly respected the closest man she knew, sakonji- transed his gender & chose to dedicate himself to protecting those he cares about. giyuu is very close to him and also changed pronouns & vibes bc sabito loved it so much, though he doesnt really care about human perceptions of gender (hes a pretty rock made of light, the fuck does he need a gender for? (sabito doesnt see it that way, he never got indoctrinated/had a formal gem education or whatever, so hes just vibin))

something something giyuu found a way to precisely control water, and what is ice if not Structured Water. sabito never got whatever his job as a kunzite was, but he has a similar ability as Pearl where hes able to summon a blade from his gem (rectangular cut, back of his left hand). when theyre fused they become Hawk's Eye (also know as blue tiger's eye), able to both control water(& subsequently ice) and form blades along his arms and feet; the blades on his feet allow him to ice skate, the blades on his arms are attached at two points on the forearm and is curved over the hand- the blade's allowed to spin around the arm, tip of the blade is at the point of rotation so itll be in the same spot above the hand no matter what side of the arm its on

Hihi, I just wanted to say (again) that I love your works, whether it’s art or just plain fanfic! I think my favorite has to be either the FMA/ Genshin crossover or Bleach/ BNHA one. ^^ The way you twist your words are so captivating, especially with character studies! Idk, just love the way you can break them down and place em in a new place and just have them fit. As someone who loves crossovers, I heavily admire you and your self-restraint in the respect that [insert character] doesn’t have [insert character]’s friends/ family popping up everywhere if that makes sense? Anyways I just wanted to say thanks for being so cool and I enjoy seeing the little drawings you add into your responses. If you’re up for it, any character from the aforementioned AUs? No pressure! :D

Hehe thank you!!! I’m glad to see another person who enjoys crossovers! I think it’s a shame that there arent more of them, they’re such interesting opportunities for character studies! I think if you’re able to figure out what a character will do when isolated from their preexisting relationships and world there are lots of possibilities to play around with!

I get the temptation to want to see characters interact with people they know and are familiar with, though perhaps due to my own general social isolation, I see a lot of value in writing characters making new relationships when they don’t have access to their old ones. Like what makes them stand out to other people? Why would people want to or not want to be friends with them? What secrets do they keep and what is the threshold of trust or necessity for revealing a secret?

If you want crossover fic recs I have very very many! I really love crossovers haha they’re very very fascinating to me and I hope more people will write them
