This bakery start up was started by ME in June 2019 after I got fired from my job when I informed them that I had a brain tumor. Timothy's coffee shop has oatmeal date muffins that I looooove but they aren't #glutenfree. 😪 So off to my kitchen I went! I recreated the recipe at home and they taste just like the ones at Timothy's. They're moist too and not dried out like many #glutenfreebakedgoods. They can also be easily veganized.
