Sometimes we outgrow a friendship

Sometimes a friendship outgrows us.

Nothing particular really happens

There's no disagreement or fuss.

Sometimes God will remove people

We must remember that and trust.

Sometimes a friendship just doesn't work

Often we just lose touch.

Sometimes a friendship is but for a season

For some unknown reason.

Again we must simply trust.

God knows what He's doing

I mean, He made us from dust.

Losing a friend can be difficult

But by no means, will we combust.

Just get back up

Knock the dust off your feet.

Get out there once again

Another friend you will soon meet.

Just don't forget what you've learned

Apply it and adjust.

Once you're in, there seems to be no way out

This province together with the system itself and companies to a point all help to create poverty.

They do.

If you're in debt for example, but have an income there's lots of help to get out either with a credit proposal or by bankruptcy etc. It is all measured by your ability to make a payment or a trustee fee against your debts.

But if you are insolvent and are down so far without a decent income and have debts up to the wazoo, well, to the system well gee I am sorry you good for nothing deadbeat --- just die already and be one less person we'll have to provide an income or pension to as applicable.

That's exactly how it feels.

If you physically can't work all jobs or can't travel far because your car or what have you needs updates and you have no money for that or if you want to list your house but can't because you can't afford help to clean it --- then too bloody bad ya deadbeat.

Just die already and be one less statistic. That's how it feels.

This province needs to up their game in the money they pay out for social assistance, for healthcare and many other things.

I told my social worker weeks ago about an appointment August 24 in Saint John in order to have the $37.50 gas benefit for travel outside my area. Did she do it? No, the other one did it Thursday/Friday when I asked about it while the other one was out of the office.

This province needs to wise up and start helping people.

Once you are in poverty the system provides almost no means to get out.

I am so grateful nonetheless to the people who have helped me this entire time.

My step sister collapsed in the special care home she's been in since before the pandemic hit. She is now in hospital and being assessed.

Pray for her people.
