my real 1st thought is that u def need to like. care about what they're parodying bc otherwise (1) to me its not as interesting if not, bc otherwise ur just glazing thru a lot of important context - probably why among other reasons i couldnt get into it the first time around when i watched like 2 eps (2) just based on brief observations it can make you a lil weirdinsane abt the characters when you treat them like. a regular guy from your shows (hence shit like tomgreg 😭😭😭)

How much has he drank?

We were only supposed to have a couple of drinks here before heading to the room we rented upstairs. I mean Twilight did warn me beforehand that he noticed humans have a much higher tolerance than hylians do, but his can't be this much lower… can it? 

“[name]... [name] I can’t believe you’re still single you’re so - so…”

“I’m in a relationship wars, you already know that, you drunken dork.”

“You- you’re taken?”

He’s on the verge of tears, he looks so worked up that he’s driving himself to cry over this. He really is in love with me that much, I really did get lucky with him. Falling into another world really doesn’t feel as scary when you find yourself a lover even if they can get a bit clingy at times. 

“Well yeah of course I am, I’m taken by you link. We’ve been dating for a month.”

“We have..? OH, we - we-  yeah we have been!”

“Come on wars how much of a lightweight are you to forget that after just one or two drinks? It’s like you don’t even want to be with me like that.”

I - I shouldn’t have said that, even as a clear joke it looks like it’s hurt him way more than I ever wanted it to. The tears are still there but now both his lip is quivering and his fists are clenched so tight they’re bleached white which really isn't a good look when you add in the fact that he's swaying on his feet. There couldn’t be a clearer sign to get him out of here to sleep and sober up. 

“I didn’t mean that link, I was just trying to make a dumb joke without thinking, I’m sorry.”

“..!”

“I know, I know link. Come on let's get out of here.”

Hylians are so much lighter than they have any reason to be, even with him clinging to me like an absolute dead weight he weighs nothing. So while it might be a little awkward at times when he tries to pick me up, I'm more than thankful seeing as it means I can easily rest his head on my shoulder to carry him out. 

Leaving was strange though, seeing as several people started to point and get riled up. Even through his own drunkenness link managed to tilt his head just enough to look up.

He might even be blushing too, but there's no way to tell that with how flushed he is anyway. He's so smug about something, I can't help but look at him with a bit of confusion.

“We -hic- we're under the mistletoe honey, does your world not… not have mistletoe?”

“No we have mistletoe, it's got a tradition arou- oh.”

That’s why he’s cuddling up to and laughing at me, we’re standing under the mistletoe. Is it bad I’m almost nervous about kissing him like this? With all these people watching me, watching us, I just feel so unsettled. With the joke I made earlier though, it would be downright cruel to turn him down. “I’m guessing that it’s similar here then? The tradition that is… would you like me to kiss you here link?”

“Is th-that even something you need to ask? I want everyone - everyone here to know that you’re mine.”

Yes, he does. His body language is just as blatantly obvious about it too. Come on [name], you’ve kissed him before, this isn’t something new. He’s so excited too. Could you dare turn him down? Not that I needed to answer that. He decided for the both of us while I was still coming to terms with the idea, seems I was just taking too long in his eyes. 

It’s a nice kiss, not as gentle as when he’s sober but it’s still so tender. Even with the alcohol on his breath, the way he’s acting is nothing short of a clumsy display of worship. One that he seems so reluctant to end, but comes to one anyway as he’s exhausted himself not enough to pass out but enough that he’s let his head fall onto my shoulder yet again. It’s almost inconsiderate of him to expect me to carry him after a kiss like that, he knows how weak I get for him, how much I melt when he’s so tender and demanding of my focus. 

“Is that enou-enough to prove that I care?”

“Wars you didn’t need to prove that to me, I already knew that you do.”

“Wanted to prove it t’ eve’yone else too.”

It’s like he’s considering doing it again, which I wouldn’t mind, but if he does I know I’ll drop him so it’s really for the best that he at least waits till he’s sitting down, in our room preferably. He’s gotten the hint for now, but that might only be because he’s to drunk to move again. Either way I can carry him away from the crowd. 

“Why’ve you gotta do that love? There’s no chance of me ever leaving you for any of them.”

“That’s not how they saw y’... I wouldv’ killed him for how he was talkin bout you… didn’ wanna cause a sce- scene though honeybeeee…”

Link would kill someone for me? I would like to think he wouldn’t ever have a nightmare of doing that, but if he’s saying it so confidently when he’s drunk…. He wouldn’t, would he?

“You don’t need to ever kill someone for something like that, don’t stress yourself out link.”

personally I feel like my anatomy is still very much lacking🧍‍♂️I think im a bad person to ask for advice bc I HATEEEE doing studies and stuff like that. im just soooooo . lazy. and don’t want to do it at all 😋 here r a handful of v general art things that I found most helpful:

1. I abandoned lineart completely bc I feel like it sucked the life out of my sketches ! if I want a more polished look (which I rarely do) ill just clean up the sketch a bit but I never ever do line art 🙅‍♀️ never feel like ur obligated to do a set in stone art process (ig sketch lineart color shading blah blah) ,, maybe that’s bad advice but letting all that go rlly helped me. similarly I don’t like using body guidelines/face guidelines when I draw bc I feel like it makes poses stiff!!! i kind of just dive right in (which is y i think my anatomy suffers a bit whoopsie)

2. I love references 😋 I basically doom scroll Pinterest to get inspo, and don’t feel limited by “art specific” guides and whatnot. other people’s art/regular pics of people just like standing around r so helpful too . like im suchhhhh a proponent of just straight up redrawing someone’s art that u love in private for ur own benefit and learning (without posting it obvi/posting with credit)!!

3. related to references, i usually start every drawing session (?) w very little and quick croquis of fashion pics on Pinterest! I try to make them mini so that it forces me to not go into detail and just focus on overall body shapes and curves .. that can help take a little pressure off each individual part, and it’ll help make ur stuff look more natural 🧑‍🍳

that’s kind of it .. once again omg please don’t take this as professional/good advice bc I know my process can be improved a lot 😭😭😭 this is just coming from a lazy girl that has absolutely no patience for doing muscle studies/light studies or anything else so I still have work to do!!!! but def if u want to know more abt a part of the process (or specifically abt anatomy/muscles bc i feel like I didn’t have much to offer….) more specifically feel free to reach out again !! privately or thru my inbox, either works!

On a more serious note; I've spent the past two weeks mulling this over and I think i've finally come to my super very much well thought out conclusion.

3; Dove

i love dove so much. One, because she adopted mint after Magnolia just disappeared; and Two, because her motives are soooo interesting in relation to her actions, since her ideas of justice are very obviously not self-oriented, or like meant to follow what she really wants. Because you can't tell me she ACTUALLY wanted Magnolia to go and rot in prison while taking away the like. One person she loved currently. Dove so oobviously still loves Magnolia it makes me SICK. But as much as I love her very much; I don't think I could consciously place her above the other two, because I feel like that's sacrilege considering the rants I've made you go through about the other two.

2; Alicia

maybe this is SLIGHTLY biased.. but I just realllyyy like how mysterious she is right now. Not in the like, super cool and mysterious way. We just know like, liteally nothing about her; beside the fact she has a dead girlfriend friend who gifted her those dried lilys and is very likely the cataylst to her becoming an exocrist. She hasnt been to church since she was like. 14. And she has really bad smoking problems. I think Aliciia is just soooo interesting. Plus, she has really funny dialogues. And funny dialogue is very important to me. But, I'm also waiting for the new silver thread game to come out so I'm guessing she may or may not move up the ranks at a later time (highly doubted though, becauuse you-know-who is gonna forever be number one.)

1; Magnolia (what a suprise)

I dont think this is like, that surprising actually. I think I just have a thing for women in STEM; but ii love Magnolia. She's a horrible person and I like the fact thats absolutely embraced. Yes she had a reason for her actions; and no that doesn't excuse her accounts of multiple murders and burning down a lab. Alsoooo, her growth was sooo important to me. Like she went from leaving Dove because she refused to change, to in ending A where she leaves WITH mint because she knows she has to change for him. It may not be canon,, but its very real to me so thats okay. I've actually have drawn her so much in my notebook her outfit is engrained in my head, so. She's constantly there even when I'm not actively thinking about her. So thats something that contributes. Also. I like morally and ethically fucked old women. So.

this question is dangerous LMFAOO i’ve got too many man TOO many. i think the reason why is bc the aus i usually write about require that i pad out seasons 4-52 with a bunch of random ultimates and a few of them have definitely stuck with me!! i’ve rambled about the ultimate miner here, but the other one i think about the most is the ultimate free runner only because she’s recently resurfaced in my mind lmfao. her name gets updated every week lol rn it’s naomi ishikawa 👍🏻👍🏻 personality wise she has this like character arc where at the beginning she is really paranoid and runs a lot bc yknow. free runner. but eventually she grows close to a few people !! when i originally created her she was a part of season 50, and because it was the 50th season danganronpa wanted to go big so they had the first ever canon case of a class failing a trial with naomi SOMEHOW making it outta there as the sole survivor. so u can imagine the kind of stress she is under </3

16. Do you research for your fics? If so, how deep of a rabbit hole have you gone down by accident when researching?

I tend to do a lot of research for my fics, whether its the source material or otherwise. In terms of rabbit holes, I feel like the worst I've done is when I get obsessed with the logic of travel. If you see a coordinate in my fic, it's a real place. If I said it took x amount of time to get there by helicopter from y place, it did. I checked. I don't know why I bother with this but it drives me crazy if I don't. A funnier search would be when I was looking for references of wounds post-strangulation and all I could get were domestic violence hotlines. such is the life of a writer, as I'm sure you understand hahaha

20. What’s your favorite part about the fanfiction writing process?

Either daydreaming the fic up while listening to music, or getting feedback after a chapter is published. Anything in between feels like absolute hell T_T but it's so worth it. Also just thinking and talking about my OCs in general makes my brain go brrrrrrrrrrakjsdk

25. Do you listen to music as you write? If possible, link your writing playlist.

Oh :) I guess I sort of answered this one in the previous question. I do listen to music when I write, and it's a large part of the process even before my hands hit the keys. I make fic playlists, so I only have ones going for 'nostalgia' right now (they are character specific) . I will link them below if you're interested. Anytime anyone wants to geek out about fics and music I am so down so let me know if you end up listening hehehe :3

God, the entire bridge of The Old Witch Sleep and the Good Man Grace, but if I had to pick a specific set, it's probably "But where you see weakness I see wit / Sometimes I fall to pieces / Just to see what bits of me don't fit"
