Blog PSA, Life PSA, and a Word of Advice

I’m so busy today packing and will likely be busy through the weekend as well.

Sorry if you sent me asks and I’m not replying. Please know it’s because I want to wait until I can give a thoughtful reply. But I’ll be on for short bursts even if I can’t write full pieces for a little bit.

But also

I’m so annoyed that I’m so busy because all I wanna do is talk about how I completely organized a labor revolt at work and how HR and my Big Boss were powerless to stop it and my Immediate Boss was cheering me on.

Moral of the story: SUPPORT UNIONS. JOIN UNIONS.

And if you’re in a “right-to-work” state, try engaging in collective action anyway, in small ways.

- Nan is more interesting than the trailer made her look -I'm obsessed with her and Conchita's friendship!! (Though what kind of name is Conchita and Conchie as a nickname??? It sounds like coochie and my girl Alisha Boe deserves better) - Also whoaaa not even 5 mins in and we have a Meghan and Harry parallel with Con and Richard damn - This already feels SO much more fun and refreshing than the Bee Show - THANK GOD

the legacy of the band t.A.T.u. is so wild in hindsight.  it feels like something I would’ve made up at a party to impress friends.  like what do you MEAN these two russian teenage girls pretended to be lesbians because their producer thought it would help them get popular, and they did have massive hit songs in english and russian, and they competed on eurovision and protested the iraq war, except turns out one or both of them was really homophobic the entire time??  oh and i found out about this band in middle school because of a redwall amv???
