About nine years ago I was on my way home from work on my bike. I saw a huge storm behind me coming, the clouds were outrageous. I'm fine getting rained on going home in the middle of summer, it can be refreshing.

Unfortunately, this was a hailstorm, about golfball sized, so when it hit I was far enough away from work and trapped in an area with no cover. I was pelted all over, bruises forming on my legs, arm and torso. I saw a man in the distance standing in an auto garage and I rushed over to finally get cover.

That was the worse hail I have ever experienced, so I wanted to ask:

I like all the possible implications of hailstorm's transformations.

1. He seriously considers his gender alignment and comes out more confident as a cis male

2. She decides that being female is better and answers some possible previous gender questions she bad.

3. He remains anonymous on gender and/or is genderqueer.

All of these are great options and I love to think about it <3

Bigender Hailstorm due to living as Pyrite

Pyrite and hailstorm are such good characters

I love how hailstorm didn’t immediately go back to ‘hmph im a icewing boring boring’ but wanted to go back to being pyrite

I think it also shows how shitting icewing parenting and living in general is by the fact that he would rather stay as a skywing then go back to being himself

I think that his reaction to the whole situation was pretty well done and its such a good idea

the funny thing about the heatsink is that the whole "recurring toddler that keeps wandering their way into the plot when dangerous shit is happening and accidentally becomes a villain's morality pet" factor is not at all the biggest factor that causes them to turn face,

it's the fact they're an egomaniacal demigod who has never been horny before in their entire immortal life and then they met the dj and scratch, who, despite being mortal, both have egos just as big and the audacity to call the heatsink a bitch loser to their face (especially the dj)

it really was love at first sight insult from a hot person

(Pre-Pyrite) Hailstorm! He's the biggest brother ever and I love him for that 🥺💕 Would love to see his character explored more or more interactions between him and his siblings.
